应用程序当前关联的对象可以是应用程序当前显示的联系人或预先关联的联系人,也可以是预先关联的文件夹(如相册)、应用等。拍摄完照片后,无需用户手动选择发送,移动终端直接发送给关联的联系人或应用予以分享,或发送给关联的文件夹予以存储。
从而,本实施例在启动应用程序的同时即自动启动摄像头,并将摄像头当前摄入的画面设为当前运行的应用程序的背景界面。一方面,用户需要分享照片时,便于用户将所见的内容,进行即时快速分享,即可以直接将当前的背景界面即摄入的画面拍摄为照片,提高了分享效率,利于沟通;另一方面,让用户在使用应用程序的同时,可以通过应用程序的背景界面看清当前的环境信息,让用户在行走、坐车等情况下可以更方便、安全的使用应用程序。
参见图4,提出本发明的移动终端一实施例,移动终端包括摄像头110、获取模块120、背景设置模块130、显示模块140和分享模块150。
获取模块120:设置为获取摄像头110当前摄入的画面。
在某些实施例中,用户在使用应用程序过程中,发布摄像头启动指令。获取模块120接收到摄像头启动指令后,调用并启动摄像头110;通过摄像头110获取该摄像头当前摄入的画面。
应用程序可以是各种应用,尤其是各种社交应用,如短信、微博、微信、邮箱、QQ等等。摄像头启动指令可以通过应用程序发出,如QQ、微信中的“拍照”选项;也可以通过预设的手势动作、触控动作、功能按键或语音命令发出。摄入的画面为摄像头110当前所拍摄到的实景画面,包括了当前环境信息,即所拍摄到的画面包含当前周边的环境信息,如所拍摄到的路面、路人、电线杆等等。
在另一些实施例中,应用程序与摄像头110联动,当获取模块120检测到某一应用程序启动后,则自动启动摄像头110。摄像头110可以与任一应用 程序联动,也可以仅与某些特定应用程序如短信、QQ、微博、微信、邮箱等社交应用联动。
获取模块120获取摄入的画面后,随即将摄入的画面发送给背景设置模块130。
背景设置模块130:设置为将摄入的画面设为当前运行的应用程序的背景界面。
在某些实施例中,背景设置模块130将摄入的画面置于当前运行的应用程序的原背景界面的底部作为附加背景界面,并调节原背景界面的透明度以显示出附加背景界面。
具体的,首先,背景设置模块130对当前运行的应用程序的背景界面进行分层,比如将当前运行的应用程序的背景界面设置为两层,分别为原背景界面和附加背景界面,原背景界面覆盖在附加背景界面之上。
接着,将摄入的画面添加到当前运行的应用程序的背景界面,即将摄入的画面置于当前运行的应用程序的原背景界面的底部作为附加背景界面,从而应用程序的背景界面包括原背景界面和附加背景界面。
最后,控制显示模块140将当前运行的应用程序的背景界面显示为摄入的画面。比如,应用程序的背景界面包含原背景界面和附加背景界面,其中原背景界面为应用程序自带的背景界面,附加背景界面为摄入的画面;背景设置模块调节原背景界面的透明度,直至处于原背景界面下层的摄入的画面可以清晰显示为止,此时,所显示的应用程序的背景界面即为摄入的画面。
在另一些实施例中,背景设置模块130将当前运行的应用程序的原背景界面直接替换为摄入的画面,使得摄入的画面直接成为应用程序当前的背景界面展示给用户。
最终,如图2所示,在屏幕上形成了应用程序与摄入的画面共存的交互界面。
显示模块140:设置为显示可视内容。其中,包括将当前运行的应用程序的背景界面显示为摄入的画面。
分享模块150:设置为接收到拍摄指令后,驱动摄像头将摄入的画面拍摄为照片。
拍摄指令可以是预设的手势动作、触控动作、功能按键或语音命令等。
拍摄完照片后,用户可以选择将照片发送给当前运行的应用程序所显示的联系人予以分享,也可以选择存储于本地。
作为优选,拍摄完照片后,分享模块150可以自动向应用程序当前关联的对象发送照片。应用程序当前关联的对象可以是应用程序当前显示的联系人或预先关联的联系人,也可以是预先关联的文件夹(如相册)、应用等。拍摄完照片后,无需用户手动选择发送,分享模块150直接发送给关联的联系人或应用予以分享,或发送给关联的文件夹予以存储。
据此,本发明的移动终端,在用户使用应用程序过程中拍摄照片进行分享时,将摄像头当前摄入的画面设为当前运行的应用程序的背景界面,使得摄入的画面与应用程序得以共同展现给用户,用户可以同时运行应用程序和拍摄照片,无需在应用程序界面和拍摄界面之间来回切换,提高了操作效率。
在启动应用程序的同时即自动启动摄像头,在屏幕上形成应用程序与摄入的画面共存的交互界面。一方面,用户可以在交互界面上直接进行拍照,即可以直接将当前的背景界面即摄入的画面拍摄为照片,便于用户将所见的内容,进行即时快速分享,提高了分享效率,利于沟通;另一方面,让用户在使用应用程序的同时,可以通过应用程序的背景界面看清当前的环境信息,让用户在行走、坐车等情况下可以更方便、安全的使用应用程序。极大的提升了用户体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来控制相关的硬件完成,程序可以在存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,存储介质可以为ROM/RAM、磁盘、光盘等。
以上参照附图说明了本发明的优选实施例,并非因此局限本发明的权利范围。本领域技术人员不脱离本发明的范围和实质,可以有多种变型方案实现本发明,比如作为一个实施例的特征可用于另一实施例而得到又一实施例。凡在运用本发明的技术构思之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进,均应在本发明的权利范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明的移动终端,当用户在使用应用程序过程中需要进行拍照分享时,将摄像头当前摄入的画面设为当前运行的应用程序的背景界面,使得摄入的 画面与应用程序得以共同展现给用户。一方面使得用户可以在交互界面上直接进行拍照,即可以直接将当前的背景界面即摄入的画面拍摄为照片,便于用户将所见的内容,进行即时快速分享,无需在应用程序界面和拍摄界面之间来回切换,提高了分享效率,利于沟通;另一方面让用户在使用应用程序的同时,可以通过应用程序的背景界面看清当前的环境信息,让用户在行走、坐车等情况下可以更方便、安全的使用应用程序。同时提高了使用移动终端的便利性和安全性。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种拍照分享方法,包括步骤:
    获取摄像头当前摄入的画面;
    将所述摄入的画面设为当前运行的应用程序的背景界面;
    接收到拍摄指令后,将所述摄入的画面拍摄为照片;
    向所述应用程序当前关联的对象发送所述照片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拍照分享方法,其中,所述获取摄像头当前摄入的画面包括:
    检测到应用程序启动后,自动启动摄像头,获取所述摄像头当前摄入的画面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拍照分享方法,其中,所述应用程序为任一应用程序或预设的与所述摄像头联动的应用程序。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的拍照分享方法,其中,所述获取摄像头当前摄入的画面包括:
    接收到摄像头启动指令后,启动摄像头,获取所述摄像头当前摄入的画面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的拍照分享方法,其中,所述将摄入的画面设为当前运行的应用程序的背景界面包括:
    将当前运行的应用程序的原背景界面直接替换为所述摄入的画面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的拍照分享方法,其中,所述将摄入的画面设为当前运行的应用程序的背景界面包括:
    将所述摄入的画面置于当前运行的应用程序的原背景界面的底部作为附加背景界面,并调节所述原背景界面的透明度以显示出所述附加背景界面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的拍照分享方法,其中,所述应用程序当前关联的对象为所述应用程序当前显示的联系人。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的拍照分享方法,其中,所述向所述应用程序当前关联的对象发送所述照片包括:
    向所述应用程序当前显示的所有联系人发送所述照片。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的拍照分享方法,其中,所述向所述应用程序当 前关联的对象发送所述照片包括:
    向所述应用程序当前显示的所有联系人中联系时间最近的联系人发送所述照片。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的拍照分享方法,其中,所述应用程序当前关联的对象为所述应用程序预先关联的联系人、应用或文件夹。
  11. 一种移动终端,包括获取模块、背景设置模块、显示模块和分享模块,其中:
    获取模块,设置为获取摄像头当前摄入的画面;
    背景设置模块,设置为将所述摄入的画面设为当前运行的应用程序的背景界面;
    显示模块,设置为将当前运行的应用程序的背景界面显示为所述摄入的画面;
    分享模块,设置为接收到拍摄指令后,驱动所述摄像头将所述摄入的画面拍摄为照片,向所述应用程序当前关联的对象发送所述照片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述获取模块设置为:检测到应用程序启动后,自动启动摄像头,获取所述摄像头当前摄入的画面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的移动终端,其中,所述应用程序为任一应用程序或预设的与所述摄像头联动的应用程序。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述获取模块设置为:接收到摄像头启动指令后,启动摄像头,获取所述摄像头当前摄入的画面。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述背景设置模块设置为:将当前运行的应用程序的原背景界面直接替换为所述摄入的画面.
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述背景设置模块设置为:将所述摄入的画面置于当前运行的应用程序的原背景界面的底部作为附加背景界面,并调节所述原背景界面的透明度以显示出所述附加背景界面。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述应用程序当前关联的对象为所述应用程序当前显示的联系人。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的移动终端,其中,所述分享模块设置为:
    向所述应用程序当前显示的所有联系人发送所述照片。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的移动终端,其中,所述分享模块设置为:
    向所述应用程序当前显示的所有联系人中联系时间最近的联系人发送所述照片。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述应用程序当前关联的对象为所述应用程序预先关联的联系人、应用或文件夹。
