본원발명은 제1몸체(100), 제1공급관(200), 제1발전터빈(300), 제1발전기(400), 제1제어부(500)로 구성되는 것으로 환경문제를 일으키지 않고, 효율적으로 전기를 생산할 수 있는 발전장치(10)에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 자연에 있는 에너지인 물의 위치에너지와 공기의 흡입력을 이용하여 발전하는 발명이다. 또한, 본원발명은 제2몸체(150), 제2공급관(650), 제2발전터빈(350), 제2발전기(450), 제2제어부(550)로 구성되는 것으로 환경문제를 일으키지 않고, 효율적으로 전기를 생산할 수 있는 발전장치(10)에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 제2몸체 외부의 기압보다 제2몸체 내부의 기압을 제2진공펌프 등의 인위적인 방법으로 저기압 상태로 만들어 기체의 흐름이 고기압에서 저기압으로 흐르는 원리를 이용하여 발전하는 발명이다.

Description

기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치
본 발명은 구조체 내에서 물의 낙하에 의해서 발생되는 에너지와 물이 낙하될 때 구조체 내부로 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성된 기포를 이용하여 발전하는 장치와 외부에서 구조체 내로 기압차에 의해 들어오는 공기에 의해서 생성된 기포를 이용하여 발전하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 전기를 생산하기 위한 발전장치로는, 화력 및 원자력과 같이 채취한 화석연료로부터 얻어지는 에너지를 이용한 발전장치와, 수력 및 조력과 같이 자연 현상으로 발생하는 물의 낙차 에너지를 이용한 발전장치 등이 있다.
하지만, 화력 및 원자력을 이용한 발전장치는 그 재료가 되는 화석연료의 자원 고갈 문제점과 발전장치의 가동으로 야기되는 환경오염 문제점 등이 있어, 화력 및 원자력을 대체할 수 있는 대체에너지에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다.
특히, 화석연료를 이용한 발전은 지구 온난화의 원인으로 지적되는 온실가스를 배출하므로, 온실가스를 규제하는 쿄토의정서를 준수하기 위해서 추가적인 온실가스 배출권을 구입하거나 온실가스 저감수단을 강구해야하는 2차적인 문제점도 갖고 있다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 발전장치로서, 기상현상으로 발생하는 풍력 에너지 및 태양에서 발산되어 지구에 도달하는 태양열 에너지를 이용한 발전장치와, 아직 미완성된 핵융합 발전장치 등이 있다. 하지만, 풍력 및 태양열을 이용한 발전장치는 대규모 부지를 확보해야하는 어려움과 입지조건의 제한성 등으로 인하여 일부 지역에서만 설치되고 있으며, 기상현상에 따라 발전량이 편중되어 부하 변동에 신속하게 대응할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 가동효율도 저조하여 경제성이 매우 낮은 실정이다. 또한 핵융합 발전장치는 설계상 어려움으로 아직 실용화되지 못하고 계속해서 연구되고만 있다.
수력발전은 물의 낙하에너지를 이용한 것으로서, 높은 곳에서 낮은 곳으로 떨어지는 물의 힘을 이용하여 임펠러를 회전시키는 것이다. 그러나 수력을 이용하기 위해서는 별도의 설비를 설치하여야 하며, 그 대표적인 설비로서 댐을 이용하고 있다. 이러한 댐은 자연에너지인 수력을 이용하는 것으로서, 어느 정도 효과가 있지만, 수력을 위한 물을 저장하기 위한 댐 공사로 인하여 자연 생태계의 파손은 물론 댐이 파괴될 경우에는 대재앙이 발생되는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 발명된 것으로서, 하부에 임펠러가 설치되되 하부의 단면적이 상부의 단면적보다 작은 장치로 물과 기포에 의해서 임펠러를 회전시켜 전기를 효율적으로 생산해 낼 수 있는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치와 물이 채워진 구조체 내부에 제2발전터빈을 설치하고 구조체 하면에 1개 이상의 관통공을 뚫어 구조체 하면에서 공기의 흡입으로 발생되는 기포에 의하여 제2발전터빈이 회전되도록 하되 물이 외부로 배출되지 않도록 하여 물을 절약하면서 전기를 효율적으로 생산해 낼 수 있는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본원발명은 물의 낙차를 이용하여 발전하는 장치에 있어서, 상면이 막히고 하면이 오픈되어 있되 하면의 단면적이 상면의 단면적 보다 작은 형상으로 내부가 비어 있는 제1몸체와, 물이 흐르는 관으로 일단이 제1몸체의 상부 일측에 결합되는 제1공급관과, 제1몸체 하부의 내부에 설치되어 제1몸체에서 배출되는 물의 힘과 물이 배출되면서 제1몸체 내부로 기압차에 의해 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성되는 기포에 의하여 회전되는 제1발전터빈과, 제1발전터빈의 회전축에 결합되어 제1발전터빈이 회전됨에 따라 전기가 생산되는 제1발전기 및, 제1발전기에 전선으로 연결되어 제1발전기에서 생산되는 전기를 저장하는 제1축전지와 제1축전지로부터 공급되는 직류전원을 교류전원으로 변환시키는 제1인버터와, 제1축전지와 제1인버터에 전기적으로 연결되어 제1축전지의 직류전원을 직접 주위의 전자장치에 공급할 뿐만 아니라 제1인버터에서 변환된 교류전원을 전력회사로 공급하는 제1제어장치로 이루어지는 제1제어부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치를 제공한다.
본원발명은 구조체 외부와 내부의 기압차로 인해 물로 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성된 기포를 이용하여 발전하는 장치에 있어서, 내부에 일정량의 물이 채워져 있는 밀폐된 형상의 구조체로 하면 또는 일측면 하부에 1개 이상의 제2공기흡입구가 뚫려 있는 제2몸체와, 상기 제2몸체 내의 물이 상기 제2공기흡입구로 배출되지 않고 상기 제2몸체 내에서 수위가 유지되면서 상기 제2공기흡입구를 통해 공기가 흡입되어 기포가 생기도록 상기 제2몸체 내부의 공기를 배출시켜 제2몸체 외부의 기압보다 제2몸체 내부의 기압을 낮게 만드는 것으로 제2몸체의 상부 일측에 설치되는 제2진공펌프와, 상기 제2몸체의 내부에 설치되어 상기 제2몸체의 상기 제2공기흡입구를 통해 내부로 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성되는 기포에 의하여 회전되는 제2발전터빈과, 상기 제2발전터빈의 회전축에 결합되어 상기 제2발전터빈이 회전됨에 따라 전기가 생산되는 제2발전기 및, 상기 제2발전기에 전선으로 연결되어 상기 제2발전기에서 생산되는 전기를 저장하는 제2축전지와 상기 제2축전지로부터 공급되는 직류전원을 교류전원으로 변환시키는 제2인버터와, 상기 제2축전지와 상기 제2인버터에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제2축전지의 직류전원을 상기 제2진공펌프 같은 주위의 전자장치에 직접 공급할 뿐만 아니라 상기 제2인버터에서 변환된 교류전원을 전력회사로 공급하는 제2제어장치로 구성되는 제2제어부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치를 제공한다.
이상의 구성을 갖는 본 발명은 다음과 같은 효과가 있다.
첫째, 본 발명은 병목현상이 일어나는 구조체를 이용하여 물의 위치에너지와 구조체 내부에서 물이 배출될 때 구조체 내부로 내외부의 기압차에 의해 흡입되는 공기를 이용하여 전기를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다. 즉, 구조체 내부에 설치된 제1발전터빈이 물의 위치에너지와 공기의 흡입력에 의해서 생성된 기포와 같은 2개의 에너지를 사용하여 회전됨으로 인해 전기를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다. 본 발명은 2개의 에너지가 효율적으로 이용되어 전기를 생산할 수 있어 전기를 생산하는 원가를 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.
둘째, 본 발명은 병목현상을 일으킬 수 있는 구조체면 다양하게 이용될 수 있는 것으로 설치장소에 구애받지 않고 경제적으로 시공이 가능하다.
셋째, 본 발명은 물의 위치에너지와 내외부의 기압차에 의한 공기의 흡입력을 이용하는 발명으로 주변의 환경을 해치지 않고, 환경오염을 일으키지 않는 친환경적인 발명이다.
넷째, 본 발명은 구조체의 상부에 상부의 공기를 흡입하는 장치에 의해서 구조체 내부의 기압을 낮춰 주어 구조체 하면으로 물이 배수되지 않으면서도 공기가 흡입되어 생성되는 기포를 이용하여 전기를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다. 즉, 구조체 내부에 설치된 회전부에 제2발전터빈이 연결되어 공기의 흡입력에 의해서 생성된 기포를 사용하여 회전됨으로 인해 물이 낭비되지 않으면서도 전기를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다.
다섯째, 본 발명은 물을 이용하되 물을 배출시키지 않으면서 내외부의 기압차에 의한 공기의 흡입력을 이용하는 발명으로 물을 낭비하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 주변의 환경을 해치지 않고, 환경오염을 일으키지 않는 친환경적인 발명이다.

수력발전은 물의 낙하에너지를 이용한 것으로서, 높은 곳에서 낮은 곳으로 떨어지는 물의 힘을 이용하여 임펠러를 회전시키는 것이다. 그러나 수력을 이용하기 위해서는 별도의 설비를 설치하여야 하며, 그 대표적인 설비로서 댐을 이용하고 있다. 이러한 댐은 자연에너지인 수력을 이용하는 것으로서, 어느 정도 효과가 있지만, 수력을 위한 물을 저장하기 위한 댐 공사로 인하여 자연 생태계의 파손은 물론 댐이 파괴될 경우에는 대재앙이 발생되는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 발명된 것으로서, 하부에 임펠러가 설치되되 하부의 단면적이 상부의 단면적보다 작은 장치로 물과 기포에 의해서 임펠러를 회전시켜 전기를 효율적으로 생산해 낼 수 있는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
즉, 본 발명은 병목현상이 일어나는 구조체를 이용하여 물의 위치에너지와 구조체 내부에서 물이 배출될 때 구조체 내부로 흡입되는 공기를 이용하여 전기를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다. 즉, 구조체 내부에 설치된 제1발전터빈이 물의 위치에너지와 내외부의 기압차에 의한 공기의 흡입력에 의해서 생성된 기포와 같은 2개의 에너지를 사용하여 회전됨으로 인해 전기를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다. 본 발명은 2개의 에너지가 효율적으로 이용되어 전기를 생산할 수 있어 전기를 생산하는 원가를 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 병목현상을 일으킬 수 있는 구조체면 다양하게 이용될 수 있는 것으로 설치장소에 구애받지 않고 경제적으로 시공이 가능하고, 물의 위치에너지와 내외부의 기압차에 의한 공기의 흡입력을 이용하는 발명으로 주변의 환경을 해치지 않고, 환경오염을 일으키지 않는 친환경적인 발명이다.
제1몸체(100)는 상면이 막히고 하면이 오픈되어 있되 하면의 단면적이 상면의 단면적 보다 작은 형상으로 내부가 비어 있는 구성이다. 제1몸체(100)는 내부에 가두었던 물이 배출될 때 병목현상을 일으키도록 하면의 단면적이 상면의 단면적 보다 작은 형상으로 되어 있는 구조체면 다양한 형상으로 형성되어 있을 수 있다. 일례로 제1몸체(100)는 단면적이 사각형 또는 원형 등의 병 모양으로 형성되어 있을 수 있다. 제1몸체(100)는 제1몸체(100)의 하부 일측에 설치되어 제1몸체(100)의 하부로 배출되는 물의 배출을 막는 제1하부판(101)을 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 제1하부판(101)은 발전하는데 용이하도록 유입되는 물이 제1몸체(100) 내부에서 일정높이의 수위가 되도록 제1몸체(100)의 하부를 막는 판이다. 제1하부판(101)은 물이 유출되지 않도록 제1몸체(100)의 하부를 막을 수 있으면 다양한 방법으로 설치될 수 있는데 일례로 제1하부판(101) 일측이 제1몸체(100)의 하면에 회전가능하도록 힌지로 결합될 수 있고, 또는 제1하부판(101)이 슬라이딩 형식으로 제1몸체(100)의 하부에서 움직일 수 있도록 설치될 수 있다. 제1몸체(100)는 소요되는 강도를 만족하면 다양한 재료가 사용되어 제작될 수 있다.
제1공급관(200)은 물이 흐르는 관으로 일단이 제1몸체(100)의 상부 일측에 결합되는 부재이다. 제1공급관(200)은 외부에서 공급되는 물이 제1몸체 내부로 유입되도록 제1몸체의 상부 일측에 결합되는 부재이다. 제1공급관(200)은 타단이 하천 등 자연적으로 흐르는 물길에 설치될 수 있고, 또는 수도관 등에 인위적으로 연결되어 물이 유입되는 관 부재이다. 제1공급관(200)은 일측에 설치되어 제1공급관(200) 내부의 물 흐름을 조절하는 제1조절밸브(201)를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 제1조절밸브(201)는 발전하는데 용이하도록 제1몸체(100) 내부에 유입되는 물의 량을 조절하는 밸브이다. 즉, 제1조절밸브(201)는 제1몸체(100)의 상부에 유입되는 물과 공기를 차단하는 역할을 하여 제1몸체(100) 내부에서 물이 배출될 때 흡입되는 공기의 힘이 최대가 될 수 있도록 하는 부재이다. 즉, 물이 제1몸체(100) 외부로 배출될 때 제1몸체(100) 상부의 공기압이 낮아져 제1몸체(100)의 하부에서 흡입되는 공기의 힘이 최대가 될 수 있는 원리이다. 제1공급관(200)은 물이 유,출입되는 통상적인 관이며, 제1조절밸브(201)는 제1공급관(200)에 설치되어 제1공급관(200) 내부의 물의 흐름을 조절할 수 있는 통상적인 밸브이다.
제1발전터빈(300)은 제1몸체(100) 하부의 내부에 설치되어 제1몸체(100)에서 배출되는 물의 힘과 물이 배출되면서 제1몸체(100) 내부로 기압차에 의해 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성되는 기포에 의하여 회전되는 구성이다. 즉, 제1발전터빈(300)은 상면이 막히고 하면이 오픈되어 있되 하면의 단면적이 상면의 단면적 보다 작은 형상인 병 모양으로 형성되어 있는 제1몸체(100)의 하부(병 형상의 목 부분)의 내부에 설치된다. 제1발전터빈(300)은, 도5 및 도7에 도시된 바와 같이, 효율적으로 더 많은 전기를 생산할 수 있도록 제1몸체(100) 내부의 일측에 다수개가 설치될 수 있다. 즉, 제1발전터빈(300)은 물과 공기에 의해서 생성된 기포의 흐름을 계산하여 제1몸체(100) 내부에 다수개가 설치될 수 있다. 제1발전터빈(300)은 물 또는 공기(기포)의 힘에 의해서 회전될 수 있으면 다양한 터빈이 사용될 수 있는데 물이 흐르는 방향과 축이 수평 또는 수직되게 설치되는 터빈일 수 있다.
제1발전기(400)는 제1발전터빈(300)의 회전축에 결합되어 제1발전터빈(300)이 회전됨에 따라 전기가 생산되는 구성이다. 제1발전기(400)는 제1발전터빈(300)의 회전축에 연결되어 전기를 생산해 내는 것으로 제1몸체(100)에 설치되는 제1발전터빈(300)의 회전축과 같은 숫자로 설치된다. 제1발전기(400)는 제1발전터빈(300)의 회전에 의해서 전기를 생산해내는 것으로 통상적인 장치가 사용된다.
제1제어부(500)는, 도4에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1축전지(501), 제1인버터(502), 제1제어장치(503)로 구성되어 발전장치(10)의 일정부분에 설치되는 것으로 제1발전기(400)에서 생산된 전기에너지를 축전하고, 주변장치와 전력회사에 생산된 전기에너지를 공급할 수 있도록 제어하는 구성이다. 제1제어부(500)는 제1발전기(400)에 전선으로 연결되어 제1발전기(400)에서 생산되는 전기를 저장하는 제1축전지(501)와 제1축전지(501)로부터 공급되는 직류전원을 교류전원으로 변환시키는 제1인버터(502)와, 제1축전지(501)와 제1인버터(502)에 전기적으로 연결되어 제1축전지(501)의 직류전원을 직접 주위의 전자장치에 공급할 뿐만 아니라 제1인버터(502)에서 변환된 교류전원을 전력회사로 공급하는 제1제어장치(503)로 구성되어 있다.
제1축전지(501)는 제1발전기(400)에 전선으로 연결되어 제1발전기(400)에서 생산되는 전기를 저장하는 구성이다. 제1축전지(500)는 제1발전기(400)에서 생산된 전기를 저장하는 것으로 전기를 생산해 내는데 사용되는 통상적인 장치가 사용된다.
제1인버터(502)는 제1축전지(501)로부터 공급되는 직류전원을 교류전원으로 변환시키는 장치로서 직류전원을 교류전원으로 변환시킬 수 있으면 다양한 형태의 장치가 사용될 수 있다.
제1제어장치(503)(제어회로가 내장된 회로기판 및 콘트롤 기판을 포함한다)는 제1축전지(501)와 제1인버터(502)에 전기적으로 연결되어 제1축전지(501)의 직류전원을 직접 주위의 전자장치에 공급할 뿐만 아니라 제1인버터(502)에서 변환된 교류전원을 전력회사로 공급하는 장치이다. 즉, 제1제어장치(503)는 직류전원(상기 제1축전지 구성을 배제한 상태에서 제1인버터가 제1발전기에 직접 연결되어 공급되는 직류전원)을 제1인버터(502)를 통해 교류전원으로 전환한 후 전력회사로 송출할 수 있다. 즉, 제1축전지(501)에 축전된 전기에너지가 발전장치(10)에 사용되는 전자장치에 이용될 수 있는 것으로 일례로 제1진공펌프(600), 제1조절밸브(201) 또는 제1하부판(101)이 전기적 시스템에 의해서 움직일 경우 상기 구성들에 전기를 제공할 수도 있다. 또한, 상기 제1진공펌프(600), 제1조절밸브(201) 또는 제1하부판(101)이 전기적 시스템으로 작동되는 경우 상기 구성들은 제1제어장치(503)에 제어되어 동작된다.
본원발명은, 도1, 도5 또는 도7에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1몸체(100)의 상부 일측에 설치되어 제1몸체(100) 내부의 공기를 배출시키는 제1진공펌프(600)를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 제1진공펌프(600)는 발전하는데 용이하도록 제1몸체(100)의 상부에 있는 공기를 외부로 배출시켜는 부재이다. 제1진공펌프(600)는 제1몸체(100) 내부에서 물이 배출될 때 흡입되는 공기의 힘이 최대가 될 수 있도록 하는 부재이다. 즉, 물이 제1몸체(100) 외부로 배출될 때 제1몸체(100) 상부의 공기압이 낮아져 제1몸체(100)의 하부에서 흡입되는 공기의 힘이 최대가 될 수 있는 원리이다. 제1진공펌프(600)는 내부의 공기를 외부로 배출시킬 수 있으면 다양한 펌프가 사용될 수 있다.
본원발명은, 도9 및 도10에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1몸체(100)의 하부 일측에 1개 이상의 제1공기흡입구(102)가 뚫려 있는 것을 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 상기 제1진공펌프(600)는 상기 제1몸체(100) 내의 물이 상기 제1공기흡입구(102)로 배출되지 않고 상기 제1몸체(100) 내에서 수위가 유지되면서 상기 제1공기흡입구(102)를 통해 공기가 흡입되어 기포가 생기도록 상기 제1몸체(100) 내부의 공기를 배출시켜 상기 제1몸체(100) 외부의 기압보다 상기 제1몸체(100) 내부의 기압을 낮게 만들고, 상기 제1몸체(100) 내부의 일측에 설치된 상기 제1발전터빈(300)은 상기 제1공기흡입구(102)를 통해 내부로 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성되는 기포에 의하여 회전된다. 제1공기흡입구(102)는 제1몸체(100) 내부의 공기가 빠져나가는 힘에 의해서 물이 외부로 배출되지 않으면서 공기가 흡입될 수 있는 형상과 크기로 뚫려 있는 구멍이다. 제1공기흡입구(102)는 제1몸체(100) 내에 설치된 제1발전터빈(300)을 회전시킬 수 있는 기포를 생산해 낼 수 있으면 1개 이상의 구멍이 뚫려 있을 수 있다. 제1공기흡입구(102)는 설계에 의해서 제1발전터빈(300)의 용량에 따라 1개 이상이 뚫려 있을 수 있다.
본원발명은 다음과 같이 (a) 내지 (c)단계를 거쳐 발전되는 장치이다.
(a) 제1몸체(100)의 하부를 막은 후 제1몸체(100)에 일정높이의 수위로 물이 채워지는 단계
(b) 제1조절밸브(201)로 제1공급관(200)을 막아 제1몸체(100)의 상부에 물과 공기의 출입을 막는 단계
(c) 제1몸체(100)의 제1하부판(101)을 열어 제1몸체(100)에서 물이 낙하하도록 하여 발전하는 단계로 이루어진다.
또는, 본원발명은 다음과 같이 (a) 내지 (b)단계를 거쳐 발전되는 장치이다.
(a) 제1몸체(100)의 하부를 막은 후 제1몸체(100)에 일정높이의 수위로 물이 채워지는 단계
(b) 제1몸체(100) 내부에서 물이 일정높이의 수위를 유지하면서 물이 낙하하도록 하여 발전하되 제1진공펌프(600)를 가동하여 제1몸체(100)의 상부에 있는 공기를 외부로 배출하도록 하여 내외부의 기압차에 의한 외부공기가 제1몸체(100) 내부로 유입되도록 하여 발전하는 단계로 이루어진다.

본원발명은 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 기압차로 인한 물로 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성된 기포를 이용하여 발전하는 장치에 있어서, 내부에 일정량의 물이 채워져 있는 밀폐된 형상의 구조체로 하면 또는 일측면 하부에 1개 이상의 제2공기흡입구(152)가 뚫려 있는 제2몸체(150)와, 상기 제2몸체(150) 내의 물이 상기 제2공기흡입구(152)로 배출되지 않고 상기 제2몸체(150) 내에서 수위가 유지되면서 상기 제2공기흡입구(152)를 통해 공기가 흡입되어 기포가 생기도록 상기 제2몸체(150) 내부의 공기를 배출시켜 상기 제2몸체(150) 외부의 기압보다 상기 제2몸체(150) 내부의 기압을 낮게 만드는 것으로 상기 제2몸체(150)의 상부 일측에 설치되는 제2진공펌프(650)와, 상기 제2몸체(150)의 내부에 설치되어 상기 제2몸체(150)의 상기 제2공기흡입구(152)를 통해 내부로 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성되는 기포에 의하여 회전되는 제2발전터빈(350)과, 상기 제2발전터빈(350)의 회전축에 결합되어 상기 제2발전터빈(350)이 회전됨에 따라 전기가 생산되는 제2발전기(450) 및, 상기 제2발전기(450)에 전선으로 연결되어 상기 제2발전기(450)에서 생산되는 전기를 저장하는 제2축전지(551)와 상기 제2축전지(551)로부터 공급되는 직류전원을 교류전원으로 변환시키는 제2인버터(552)와, 상기 제2축전지(551)와 상기 제2인버터(552)에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제2축전지(551)의 직류전원을 상기 제2진공펌프(650) 같은 주위의 전자장치에 직접 공급할 뿐만 아니라 상기 제2인버터(552)에서 변환된 교류전원을 전력회사로 공급하는 제2제어장치(553)로 구성되는 제2제어부(550)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본원발명은, 도11 및 도12에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2몸체(150), 제2공급관(650), 제2발전터빈(350), 제2발전기(450), 제2제어부(550)로 구성되는 것으로 환경문제를 일으키지 않고, 효율적으로 전기를 생산할 수 있는 발전장치(10)에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 제2몸체 외부의 기압보다 제2몸체 내부의 기압을 제2진공펌프 등의 인위적인 방법으로 저기압 상태로 만들어 기체의 흐름이 고기압에서 저기압으로 흐르는 원리를 이용하여 발전하는 발명이다. 본원발명은 상기 위에서 설명한 발전장치와 동일한 특징이 있고 추가적으로 물이 외부로 배출되지 않도록 하여 물을 절약하면서 전기를 효율적으로 생산해 낼 수 있는 발명이다. 즉, 본 발명은 구조체의 상부에 상부의 공기를 흡입하는 장치에 의해서 구조체 내부의 기압을 낮춰 주어 구조체 하면으로 물이 배수되지 않으면서도 공기가 흡입되어 생성되는 기포를 이용하여 전기를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다. 즉, 구조체 내부에 설치된 회전부에 제2발전터빈이 연결되어 공기의 흡입력에 의해서 생성된 기포를 사용하여 회전됨으로 인해 물이 낭비되지 않으면서도 전기를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 물을 이용하되 물을 배출시키지 않으면서 내외부의 기압차에 의한 공기의 흡입력을 이용하는 발명으로 물을 낭비하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 주변의 환경을 해치지 않고, 환경오염을 일으키지 않는 친환경적인 발명이다.
제2몸체(150)는 내부에 일정량의 물이 채워져 있는 밀폐된 형상의 구조체로 하면 또는 일측면 하부에 1개 이상의 제2공기흡입구(152)가 뚫려 있는 구성이다. 제2몸체(150)는 내부에 물을 가둘 수 있는 구조체면 다양한 형상으로 형성되어 있을 수 있다. 일례로 제2몸체(150)는 육면체 형상의 모양으로 형성되어 있을 수 있다. 제2공기흡입구(152)는 제2몸체(150) 내부의 공기가 빠져나가는 힘에 의해서 물이 외부로 배출되지 않으면서 공기가 흡입될 수 있는 형상과 크기로 뚫려 있는 구멍이다. 제2공기흡입구(152)는 제2몸체(150) 내에 설치된 제2발전터빈(350)을 회전시킬 수 있는 기포를 생산해 낼 수 있으면 1개 이상의 구멍이 뚫려 있을 수 있다. 제2공기흡입구(152)는 설계에 의해서 제2발전터빈의 용량에 따라 1개 이상이 뚫려 있을 수 있다. 제2몸체(150)는 제2몸체(150)의 하부 일측에 설치되어 제2몸체(150)의 하부로 배출되는 물의 배출을 막는 제2하부판(151)을 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 제2하부판(151)은 발전하는데 용이하도록 유입되는 물이 제2몸체(150) 내부에서 일정높이의 수위가 되도록 제2몸체(150)의 하부를 막는 판이다. 제2하부판(151)은 물이 유출되지 않도록 제2몸체(150)의 하부를 막을 수 있으면 다양한 방법으로 설치될 수 있는데 일례로 제2하부판(151) 일측이 제2몸체(150)의 하면에 회전가능하도록 힌지로 결합될 수 있고, 또는 제2하부판(151)이 슬라이딩 형식으로 제2몸체(150)의 하부에서 움직일 수 있도록 설치될 수 있다. 제2몸체(150)는 소요되는 강도를 만족하면 다양한 재료가 사용되어 제작될 수 있다.
제2진공펌프(650)는 상기 제2몸체(150) 내의 물이 상기 제2공기흡입구(152)로 배출되지 않고 상기 제2몸체(150) 내에서 수위가 유지되면서 상기 제2공기흡입구(152)를 통해 공기가 흡입되어 기포가 생기도록 상기 제2몸체(150) 내부의 공기를 배출시켜 상기 제2몸체(150) 외부의 기압보다 상기 제2몸체(150) 내부의 기압을 낮게 만드는 것으로 상기 제2몸체(150)의 상부 일측에 설치되는 구성이다. 즉, 제2진공펌프(650)는 제2몸체(150) 내의 물이 외부로 배출되지 못하도록 하면서 제2공기흡입구(152)를 통해 공기가 흡입되도록 하는 것으로 제2몸체(150)의 상부에 있는 공기를 외부로 배출시켜는 부재이다. 즉, 제2몸체(150)의 상부에 있는 공기가 외부로 배출되도록 하여 제2몸체(150) 외부의 기압보다 상기 제2몸체(150) 내부의 기압을 낮게 만들어 제2몸체(150) 내의 물이 외부로 배출되지 못하도록 하고, 제2공기흡입구(152)를 통해 외부에서 공기가 흡입되도록 하는 원리이다. 제2진공펌프(650)는 제2공기흡입구(152)를 통해 제2몸체(150) 내부의 물이 외부로 배출되지 못하도록 하면서 내부의 공기를 외부로 배출시킬 수 있으면 다양한 펌프가 사용될 수 있다.
제2발전터빈(350)은 제2몸체(150)의 내부에 설치되어 제2공기흡입구(152)를 통해 내부로 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성되는 기포에 의하여 회전되는 구성이다. 제2발전터빈(350)은 효율적으로 더 많은 전기를 생산할 수 있도록 제2몸체(150) 내부의 일측에 다수개가 설치될 수 있다. 즉, 제2발전터빈(350)은, 도12 및 도17에 도시된 바와 같이, 공기에 의해서 생성된 기포의 흐름을 계산하여 제2몸체(150) 내부에 다수개가 설치될 수 있다. 제2발전터빈(350)은 공기(기포)의 힘에 의해서 회전될 수 있으면 다양한 터빈이 사용될 수 있는데 기포의 움직임 방향과 축이 수평 또는 수직되게 설치되는 터빈일 수 있다.
제2발전기(450)는 제2발전터빈(350)의 회전축에 결합되어 제2발전터빈(350)이 회전됨에 따라 전기가 생산되는 구성이다. 제2발전기(450)는 제2발전터빈(350)의 회전축에 연결되어 전기를 생산해 내는 것으로 제2몸체(150)에 설치되는 제2발전터빈(350)의 회전축과 같은 숫자로 설치된다. 제2발전기(450)는 제2발전터빈(350)의 회전에 의해서 전기를 생산해내는 것으로 통상적인 장치가 사용된다.
제2제어부(550)는, 도14에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2축전지(551), 제2인버터(552), 제2제어장치(553)로 구성되어 발전장치(10)의 일정부분에 설치되는 것으로 제2발전기(450)에서 생산된 전기에너지를 축전하고, 제2진공펌프(650) 같은 주위의 전자장치와 전력회사에 생산된 전기에너지를 공급할 수 있도록 제어하는 구성이다. 제2제어부(550)는 제2발전기(450)에 전선으로 연결되어 제2발전기(450)에서 생산되는 전기를 저장하는 제2축전지(551)와 제2축전지(551)로부터 공급되는 직류전원을 교류전원으로 변환시키는 제2인버터(552)와, 제2축전지(551)와 제2인버터(552)에 전기적으로 연결되어 제2축전지(551)의 직류전원을 제2진공펌프(650) 같은 주위의 전자장치에 직접 공급할 뿐만 아니라 제2인버터(552)에서 변환된 교류전원을 전력회사로 공급하는 제2제어장치(553)로 구성되어 있다.
제2축전지(551)는 제2발전기(450)에 전선으로 연결되어 제2발전기(450)에서 생산되는 전기를 저장하는 구성이다. 제2축전지(550)는 제2발전기(450)에서 생산된 전기를 저장하는 것으로 전기를 생산해 내는데 사용되는 통상적인 장치가 사용된다.
제2인버터(552)는 제2축전지(551)로부터 공급되는 직류전원을 교류전원으로 변환시키는 장치로서 직류전원을 교류전원으로 변환시킬 수 있으면 다양한 형태의 장치가 사용될 수 있다.
제2제어장치(553)(제어회로가 내장된 회로기판 및 콘트롤 기판을 포함한다)는 제2축전지(551)와 제2인버터(552)에 전기적으로 연결되어 제2축전지(551)의 직류전원을 직접 주위의 전자장치에 공급할 뿐만 아니라 제2인버터(552)에서 변환된 교류전원을 전력회사로 공급하는 장치이다. 즉, 제2제어장치(553)는 직류전원(상기 제2축전지 구성을 배제한 상태에서 제2인버터가 제2발전기에 직접 연결되어 공급되는 직류전원)을 제2인버터(552)를 통해 교류전원으로 전환한 후 전력회사로 송출할 수 있다. 즉, 제2축전지(551)에 축전된 전기에너지가 발전장치(10)에 사용되는 전자장치에 이용될 수 있는 것으로 일례로 제2진공펌프(650), 제2조절밸브(251) 또는 제2하부판(151)이 전기적 시스템에 의해서 움직일 경우 상기 구성들에 전기를 제공할 수도 있다. 또한, 상기 제2진공펌프(650), 제2조절밸브(251) 또는 제2하부판(151)이 전기적 시스템으로 작동되는 경우 상기 구성들은 제2제어장치(553)에 제어되어 동작된다.
제2공급관(250)은 물이 흐르는 관으로 일단이 제2몸체(150)의 상부 일측에 결합되는 부재이다. 제2공급관(250)은 외부에서 공급되는 물이 제2몸체 내부로 유입되도록 제2몸체의 상부 일측에 결합되는 부재이다. 제2공급관(250)은 타단이 하천 등 자연적으로 흐르는 물길에 설치될 수 있고, 또는 수도관 등에 인위적으로 연결되어 물이 유입되는 관 부재이다. 제2공급관(250)은 일측에 설치되어 제2공급관(250) 내부의 물 흐름을 조절하는 제2조절밸브(251)를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 제2조절밸브(251)는 발전하는데 용이하도록 제2몸체(150) 내부에 유입되는 물의 량을 조절하는 밸브이다. 즉, 제2조절밸브(251)는 제2몸체(150)의 상부에 유입되는 물과 공기를 차단하는 역할을 하여 제2몸체(150) 내부에서 공기가 배출될 때 흡입되는 공기의 힘이 최대가 될 수 있도록 제2공급관(250)을 폐쇄하는 역할을 하는 부재이다. 제2공급관(250)은 물이 유,출입되는 통상적인 관이며, 제2조절밸브(251)는 제2공급관(250)에 설치되어 제2공급관(250) 내부의 물의 흐름을 조절할 수 있는 통상적인 밸브이다.
본원발명은 다음과 같이 (a) 내지 (c)단계를 거쳐 발전되는 장치이다.
(a) 제2몸체(150)의 하부를 막은 후 제2몸체(150)에 일정높이의 수위로 물이 채워지는 단계
(b) 제2조절밸브(250)로 제2공급관(650)을 막아 제2몸체(150)의 상부에 물과 공기의 출입을 막는 단계
(c) 제2몸체(150)의 상부에 있는 제2진공펌프(650)를 작동시키면서 제2몸체(150)의 제2하부판(151)을 열어 제2공기흡입구(152)를 통해 공기가 흡입되도록 하여 발전하는 단계로 이루어진다.
이상으로 본 발명에 따른 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치의 바람직한 실시 예를 설시하였으나 이는 적어도 하나의 실시예로서 설명되는 것이며, 이에 의하여 본 발명의 기술적 사상과 그 구성 및 작용이 제한되지는 아니하는 것으로, 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 범위가 도면 또는 도면을 참조한 설명에 의해 한정/제한되지는 아니하는 것이다. 또한 본 발명에서 제시된 발명의 개념과 실시예가 본 발명의 동일 목적을 수행하기 위하여 다른 구조로 수정하거나 설계하기 위한 기초로써 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 사용되어질 수 있을 것인데, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의한 수정 또는 변경된 등가 구조는 특허청구범위에서 기술되는 본 발명의 기술적 범위에 구속되는 것으로서, 특허청구범위에서 기술한 발명의 사상이나 범위를 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 다양한 변화, 치환 및 변경이 가능한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 물의 낙차를 이용하여 발전하는 장치에 있어서,
    상면이 막히고 하면이 오픈되어 있되 하면의 단면적이 상면의 단면적 보다 작은 형상으로 내부가 비어 있는 제1몸체(100);
    물이 흐르는 관으로 일단이 상기 제1몸체(100)의 상부 일측에 결합되는 제1공급관(200);
    상기 제1몸체(100) 하부의 내부에 설치되어 상기 제1몸체(100)에서 배출되는 물의 힘과 물이 배출되면서 상기 제1몸체(100) 내부로 기압차에 의해 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성되는 기포에 의하여 회전되는 제1발전터빈(300);
    상기 제1발전터빈(300)의 회전축에 결합되어 상기 제1발전터빈(300)이 회전됨에 따라 전기가 생산되는 제1발전기(400); 및
    상기 제1발전기(400)에 전선으로 연결되어 상기 제1발전기(400)에서 생산되는 전기를 저장하는 제1축전지(501)와 상기 제1축전지(501)로부터 공급되는 직류전원을 교류전원으로 변환시키는 제1인버터(502)와, 상기 제1축전지(501)와 상기 제1인버터(502)에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제1축전지(501)의 직류전원을 직접 주위의 전자장치에 공급할 뿐만 아니라 상기 제1인버터(502)에서 변환된 교류전원을 전력회사로 공급하는 제1제어장치(503)로 구성되는 제1제어부(500)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1공급관(200) 일측에 설치되어 상기 제1공급관(200) 내부의 물 흐름을 조절하는 제1조절밸브(201)를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1몸체(100)의 하부 일측에 설치되어 상기 제1몸체(100)의 하부로 배출되는 물의 배출을 막는 제1하부판(101)을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1발전터빈(300)은 상기 제1몸체(100) 내부의 일측에 다수개가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 제1몸체(100)의 상부 일측에 설치되어 상기 제1몸체(100) 내부의 공기를 배출시키는 제1진공펌프(600)를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 제1몸체(100)의 하부 일측에 1개 이상의 제1공기흡입구(102)가 뚫려 있는 것을 더 포함하여 구성되고,
    상기 제1진공펌프(600)는 상기 제1몸체(100) 내의 물이 상기 제1공기흡입구(102)로 배출되지 않고 상기 제1몸체(100) 내에서 수위가 유지되면서 상기 제1공기흡입구(102)를 통해 공기가 흡입되어 기포가 생기도록 상기 제1몸체(100) 내부의 공기를 배출시켜 상기 제1몸체(100) 외부의 기압보다 상기 제1몸체(100) 내부의 기압을 낮게 만들고,
    상기 제1몸체(100) 내부의 일측에 설치된 상기 제1발전터빈(300)은 상기 제1공기흡입구(102)를 통해 내부로 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성되는 기포에 의하여 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치.
  7. 기압차로 인해 물로 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성된 기포를 이용하여 발전하는 장치에 있어서,
    내부에 일정량의 물이 채워져 있는 밀폐된 형상의 구조체로 하면 또는 일측면 하부에 1개 이상의 제2공기흡입구(152)가 뚫려 있는 제2몸체(150);
    상기 제2몸체(150) 내의 물이 상기 제2공기흡입구(152)로 배출되지 않고 상기 제2몸체(150) 내에서 수위가 유지되면서 상기 제2공기흡입구(152)를 통해 공기가 흡입되어 기포가 생기도록 상기 제2몸체(150) 내부의 공기를 배출시켜 상기 제2몸체(150) 외부의 기압보다 상기 제2몸체(150) 내부의 기압을 낮게 만드는 것으로 상기 제2몸체(150)의 상부 일측에 설치되는 제2진공펌프(650);
    상기 제2몸체(150)의 내부에 설치되어 상기 제2몸체(150)의 상기 제2공기흡입구(152)를 통해 내부로 흡입되는 공기에 의해서 생성되는 기포에 의하여 회전되는 제2발전터빈(350);
    상기 제2발전터빈(350)의 회전축에 결합되어 상기 제2발전터빈(350)이 회전됨에 따라 전기가 생산되는 제2발전기(450); 및,
    상기 제2발전기(450)에 전선으로 연결되어 상기 제2발전기(450)에서 생산되는 전기를 저장하는 제2축전지(551)와 상기 제2축전지(551)로부터 공급되는 직류전원을 교류전원으로 변환시키는 제2인버터(552)와, 상기 제2축전지(551)와 상기 제2인버터(552)에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제2축전지(551)의 직류전원을 상기 제2진공펌프(650) 같은 주위의 전자장치에 직접 공급할 뿐만 아니라 상기 제2인버터(552)에서 변환된 교류전원을 전력회사로 공급하는 제2제어장치(553)로 구성되는 제2제어부(550)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제2몸체(150)의 일측에 상기 제2몸체(150) 내부로 물을 주입할 수 있는 제2공급관(250); 및,
    상기 제2공급관(250) 일측에 설치되어 상기 제2공급관(250) 내부의 물 흐름을 조절하는 방법으로 상기 제2몸체(150) 내부의 수위를 조절하는 제2조절밸브(251)를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제2몸체(150)의 하부 일측에 설치되어 상기 제2몸체(150)의 상기 제2공기흡입구(152)를 막는 공기흡입제어판(151)을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제2발전터빈(350)은 상기 제2몸체(150) 내부의 일측에 다수개가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기압차와 기포를 이용한 발전장치.
