Abstract

The invention relates to an energy-generation and control system, which has the following characteristics: the energy-generation and control system comprises at least one solar cell plate (for the heating system) (10) and/or solar cell plate (for generating electricity) (18), which is controlled by means of the central control unit (1); the energy-generation and control system comprises an energy generation and consumption analyzing and reporting unit (4), which analyzes the energy that is generated by a wind turbine (17) and which makes reports via the communication module (2) in necessary situations; the energy-generation and control system can forward the obtained electrical energy via an available power network (25) of the energy-generation and control system if necessary; the energy-generation and control system comprises at least one battery group (20), which can be positioned in locations such as public buildings, schools, workplaces, and production sites.
