Abstract

一种电子烟,包括:电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端(101)、用于容纳烟液并设置在远离吸烟端(101)的一端的储油器(102)以及用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件(103);所述储油器(102)为透光容器,且所述电子烟本体上位于所述储油器(102)的与吸烟端(101)相邻的一端外侧或者所述储油器(102)内设有发光元件;所述电子烟本体上还设置有用于给所述雾化组件(103)和所述发光元件供电的电池杆组件(104)。所述电子烟能够方便用户在环境光线不够的情况下能够清楚查看电子烟的烟液剩余量而避免雾化组件(103)干烧及避免吸食到烟油;且由于储油器(102)设置在远离吸烟端(101)的一端,因而在吸烟时也能很好地观察烟油余量。

Description

一种电子烟
本申请要求于 2014 年 3 月 06 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201420101792.7, 发明名称为 "一种电子烟" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全 部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种方便看清烟液剩余量的电 子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种新型的电子产品, 其与普通的香烟有着相同的外观, 以及与 香烟相同的味道,但是电子烟相对于传统的香烟更为的健康以及环保。 电子烟 是通过雾化器将含有烟碱和香精的烟液雾化成颗粒输出。电子烟中不含普通香 烟中的焦油和其他有害成分, 也不会产生二手烟。
现有的电子烟通常包括相互连接的雾化组件及电池组件,所述雾化组件的 设置有电热丝组件的一端外套设有储油器,所述储油器的远离所述雾化组件的 一端为开口端, 所述开口端连接有供用户吸烟的烟嘴。现有技术中釆用储油器 装有烟液, 并将雾化组件与该储油器相连接, 以使得雾化组件的电热丝组件能 够将储油器内的烟液雾化, 雾化后的烟液通过所述烟嘴流入吸烟者口腔。
用户经常需查看储油器中的烟液剩余量,以通过所述开口端向所述储油器 内加烟油, 避免在储油器内没有油时雾化组件内的电热丝干烧的情况。 但是, 由于在夜晚等环境中光线较暗而导致用户无法看清储油器中的烟液剩余量;此 夕卜, 由于储油器设置在与所述烟嘴相邻的一端, 导致吸烟者容易吸食到泄露的 烟油,且雾化的烟油容易受到所述储油器内的烟油吸收热量而冷凝, 而导致吸 烟者容易吸食到冷凝的烟油。
发明内容
本实用新型实施例提供了一种方便用户在环境光线不够的情况下能够清 楚查看烟液剩余量而避免雾化组件干烧以及避免用户吸食到烟油的电子烟。
一种电子烟, 其中, 包括:
电子烟本体; 所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液并设置在远离吸烟端的一端 的储油器以及用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件;
所述储油器为透光容器,且所述电子烟本体上位于所述储油器的与吸烟端 相邻的一端外侧或者所述储油器内设有发光元件;
所述电子烟本体上还设置有用于给所述雾化组件和所述发光元件供电的 电池杆组件。
所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化组件和所述储油器相邻, 且所述雾化组件 的与所述储油器相连的一端内设有所述发光元件;
所述发光元件面向所述储油器的一侧设置有用于将来自所述发光元件的 光束导向所述储油器的导光件。

从以上技术方案可以看出, 本实用新型实施例具有以下优点:
从上述的技术方案可以看出, 本实用新型实施例所提供的电子烟中,储油 器为透光容器并设置在远离吸烟端的一端,在储油器的与吸烟端相邻的一端外 侧或者储油器内还设有发光元件,且电子烟本体上还设置有用于给该发光元件 和雾化组件供电的电池杆组件,方便用户在环境光线不够的情况下能够清楚查 看电子烟的烟液剩余量, 实现在没有烟油时及时添加烟油而避免雾化组件干 烧; 此外, 由于储油器设置在远离吸烟端的一端, 因而可避免用户吸食到烟油 及避免烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝, 且在吸烟时也能很好地观察烟油余量。

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种电子烟,能够方便用户在环境光线不够的情况下能 够清楚查看电子烟的烟液剩余量,实现在没有烟油时及时添加烟油而避免雾化 组件干烧, 且可避免用户吸食到烟油。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。
请参阅图 1, 本实用新型中电子烟的一个实施例包括:
电子烟本体,且所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端 101,用户通过该吸烟端 101 即可进行吸烟。
用于容纳烟液的储油器 102, 即在该储油器 102内存储有可雾化的烟液。 在本实施例中,储油器 102设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端 101的一 端。釆用此种设置方式的优势在于,因储油器 102设置的位置远离吸烟端 101, 使得位于该电子烟本体内的烟雾通道不会经过该储油器 102, 从而使得储油器 102内未经雾化的烟液不会泄露到烟雾通道内, 进而使得用户不会吸食到未经 雾化的烟液,从而有效的避免了烟液的泄露。 而且不流经储油器 102的烟雾通 道还可避免烟雾在烟雾通道内冷凝,从而有效的避免冷凝后的烟液堵塞烟雾通 道。
本实施例中, 为使得用户能够掌握储油器 102内部的烟液的剩余量, 所述 储油器 102为透光容器,以使得用户通过透明的储油器 102即可随时掌握电子 烟的剩余烟液量, 便于用户及时的更换储油器 102。 同时, 在电子烟本体上, 位于储油器 102的较靠近吸烟端 101的一端外侧或者该储油器 102内设有至少 一个发光元件,以方便用户在环境光线不够的情况下能够清楚查看电子烟的烟 液剩余量。 优选地, 该发光元件为 LED ( Light Emitting Diode, 发光二极管)。 当然, 该描述仅为举例说明, 并不作限制。
用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件 103,即通过雾化组件 103可使得储油器 102 内的烟液雾化。
在该电子烟本体内还形成有用于流通已雾化的烟液的烟雾通道,使得用户 通过吸烟端 101吸食流经该烟雾通道内的烟液。
该电子烟本体还包括用于给所述雾化组件 103供电的电池杆组件 104。 本实用新型实施例中, 由于电子烟中的储油器为透光容器,在储油器的与 吸烟端相邻的一端外侧或者储油器内还设有发光元件,且电子烟本体上还设置 有用于给该发光元件和雾化组件供电的电池杆组件,使得用户通过透明的储油 器 102即可随时掌握电子烟的剩余烟液量,同时方便用户在环境光线不够的情 况下能够清楚查看电子烟的烟液剩余量,便于用户及时更换储油器 102或向储 油器 102内添加烟油, 避免雾化组件干烧。
优选地, 储油器 102为玻璃瓶。 由于玻璃材质性质较稳定, 避免因发生化 学反应等情况而影响烟油味。 当然, 以上只是对储油器的举例, 并不作限制。 其中, 储油器 102优选还套设有保护套(图中未示出), 以避免所述玻璃材质 的储油器 102因跌落而破碎的情况。更佳的是,所述保护套设置有烟油观察窗, 或者所述保护套为透明的, 以供用户观察烟油。
优选地,储油器 102的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用户可较精确掌握 剩余烟液量, 进而估计出剩余烟液量可供吸食的时长, 方便用户使用。
本实施例中, 雾化组件 103位于电池杆组件 104和储油器 102之间,且所 述吸烟端 101位于所述电池杆组件 104的一端外侧。这样, 雾化组件 103离吸 烟端 101的位置较远,在用户釆用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时, 由于 雾化组件 103的位置离用户口腔的位置较远,雾化组件 103雾化烟液时所产生 的热量不会烫伤用户,有效的提升了电子烟的使用安全, 而且用户吸烟过程中 通常会夹持电池杆组件 104进行吸烟,而避免了现有技术中夹持发热的雾化组 会出现烫伤的情况,有效的模拟了真实香烟的温度,提升用户吸烟过程中的使 用体验。
当然,实际运用中,该吸烟端 101也可以位于所述电池杆组件 104的中部, 或者位于所述电池杆组件 104上远离所述雾化组件 103的位置。在此仅为举例, 并不对该吸烟端 101的具体位置作限定。
优选地,该雾化组件 103与所述电池杆组件 104以及储油器 102同轴设置, 釆用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实的香烟,且使整体的 烟雾通道较直, 可有效减少积油的现象。 另外, 为使得该电子烟的整体结构能 更模仿真实的香烟、符合用户的使用习惯以及减少积油,位于所述电池杆组件 104的一端外侧的吸烟端 101可与电池杆组件 104优选也同轴设置。
当然, 上述各个组件之间的位置关系仅为举例, 具体的设置方式在本实施 例中并不做限定。 例如, 实际运用中, 依次连接的所述电池杆组件 104、 雾化 组件 103和所述储油器 102还可交错设置, 使得该电子烟整体的外形为异形, 该异形的具体形状可为任意形状。 或者, 该雾化组件 103 与所述电池杆组件 104还可非同轴设置, 即将储油器 102和雾化组件 103釆用并列设置的方式, 使得储油器 102和雾化组件 103分别与电池杆组件 104连接,使得该电子烟的 整体结构呈 T型。
本实施例中, 发光元件的具体位置可以由多种设置方式。 例如, 雾化组件 103和储油器 102相邻, 且所述发光元件设置在雾化组件 103的与储油器 102 相连的一端内。优选地, 该发光元件面向储油器 102的一侧设置有用于将来自 该发光元件的光束导向储油器 102的导光件, 这样, 能够将发光元件所出射的 光中更多的光束导向储油器,避免发光元件所出射的光中部分光往其他方向出 射而不能照射到储油器上。 本实施例中, 雾化组件有多实现方式。 下面结合图 2 所示的该电子烟的雾化组件的一种具体结构对发光元件的具体位置进行详 细说明。 请参阅图 2, 图 2为图 1所示电子烟中的雾化组件的一个实施例的结 构示意图。 雾化组件 103包括:
雾化器支架 201。
位于所述雾化器支架 201内及储油器外侧、用于雾化所述烟液的电热丝组 件 205。 与所述雾化器支架 201固定连接、将储油器 102内的烟液输送给所述电热 丝组件 205进行雾化的导油机构 206。
所述雾化组件 103的导油机构插入所述储油器内。
进一步地, 下面结合图 2对雾化组件 103的具体结构作进一步详细描述。 所述雾化器支架 201靠近电池杆组件 104的一端设置有用于与所述电池杆 组件 104可拆卸连接的第二螺纹段 202。具体地,该第二螺纹段 202为外螺纹。 相应地,电池杆组件 104所述雾化组件 103的一端设置有与所述第二螺纹段螺 纹连接的第二匹配螺纹, 具体地, 该第二匹配螺纹为内螺纹。
固定设置在所述第二螺纹段 202内部的雾化器电极 203。 当雾化组件 103 和电池杆组件 104通过螺纹连接时,该雾化器电极 203与电池杆组件中的电池 电极(详见图 5 )相连接, 以使得电池杆组件 104能够为雾化组件 103供电。
所述第二螺纹段 202与所述雾化器电极 203之间设置有绝缘环 204。
与所述雾化器电极 203电连接设置电热丝组件 205,通过该电热丝组件 205 可雾化烟液。
用于将储油器 102内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件 205进行雾化的导油机 构 206。 该导油机构 206设置在雾化器支架 201上。 具体地, 该导油机构 206 可包括套管 2061 以及设置在该套管内的导油介质 2062, 该导油介质 2062可 以是吸油棉或者导油纤维等等, 在此不作限制; 且该套管 2061的侧壁上设置 有多个输油孔 2063。
当雾化组件 103和储油器 102相互连接时, 雾化组件中的导油机构 206 插入储油器 102的内部, 并通过其套管 2061上的输油孔使得储油器 102内的 烟液能够顺利输送至套管 2061内的导油介质 2062,进而输送给电热丝组件 205 进行雾化。 当然, 实际运用中该导油机构 206也可以有其他实现方式, 在此不 作限制。
雾化器支架 201与储油器 102连接的端部设置有第一螺纹段 207, 而储油 器 102的开口端设置有与所述第一螺纹段 207螺纹连接的第一匹配螺纹,通过 该第一螺纹段 207和第一匹配螺纹使得储油器 102与雾化器支架 201可拆卸地 连接, 以方便用户往储油器 102内加烟液或更换该储油器 102。 具体地, 该第 一螺纹段 207为内螺纹。 在图 2所描述的雾化组件中, 雾化组件 103和所述电池杆组件 104, 以及 雾化组件 103和储油器 102之间均通过螺纹连接为例进行说明。 实际运用中, 雾化组件 103和所述电池杆组件 104, 以及雾化组件 103和储油器 102之间也 可以釆用其他可拆卸的连接方式, 例如卡和连接。 那么, 雾化器支架 201的连 接结构不是螺纹段, 而是具有弹性的卡和弹片。 当然, 上述仅为举例, 并不作 限制。甚至, 雾化组件 103和电池杆组件 104之间也可以釆用不可拆卸的连接 方式, 在此不作限制。
本实施例中,位于雾化组件 103的与储油器 102相连的一端内的发光元件 具体有多种设置方式。下面结合图 2中所示的雾化组件结构对所述发光元件的 其中一种具体设置方式进行具体描述。 请参阅图 3, 图 3为本实用新型所提供 的电子烟的一个实施例中雾化组件和储油器的剖面结构示意图。
如图 2和图 3所示,在雾化器支架 201与储油器 102连接的端部上, 用于 与储油器 102相连接的第一螺纹段 207背向储油器 102的一侧上,所述雾化器 支架 201上还设置有第三螺纹段 208。 雾化器支架 201上还设置有灯板 301, 其中该灯板 301 的一周还设有与所述第三螺纹段 208螺纹连接的第三匹配螺 纹, 通过该第三螺纹段 208和第三螺纹段 208使得雾化器支架 201与灯板 301 可拆卸地连接。 当然, 实际运用中, 该灯板 301也可以通过其他方式来固定在 雾化器支架 201朝向储油器 102的一端上, 并不局限于螺纹连接的方式。
所述灯板 301通过电子导线 302与电池杆组件电连接,且灯板 301上设置 有至少一个发光元件 303, 以使得电池杆组件为所述发光元件供电。 优选的, 本实施例中, 灯板 301上设有 2个发光元件, 以方便在环境光线不够的情况下 用户从各个角度均能看清储油器 102内的烟液量。
当然, 实际运用中, 电子烟本体内也可以不设置灯板 301, 而是发光元件 固定在雾化组件 103上, 并直接通过电线和电池组件电连接。
优选地, 该发光元件面向储油器 102的一侧设置有导光件 304。 该导光件
304的一端与发光元件相接, 另一端与储油器 102相接, 用于将来自该发光元 件的光束导向储油器 102。
本实施例中, 由于发光元件所发光的光学扩展量一般较大,发光元件出射 的光从四面散开, 容易造成用户在查看储油器 102 时靠近发光元件的一端较 亮, 远离发光元件的一端较暗, 易看不清储油器 102的底部; 而釆用导光塞能 够解决这个问题。
更优地, 储油器 102的与所述雾化组件 103相连的端面上设置有加油口, 且该导光件 304为弹性导光塞。该导光塞 304的一端罩住灯板 301上的各发光 元件, 另一端塞入储油器 102的加油口内, 用于将来自灯板 301上的各发光元 件的光束导向储油器 102 内, 同时用于密封所述储油器。 所述雾化组件 103 的导油机构从所述导光塞 304插入所述储油器 102内,并用以将储油器内的烟 液导出进行雾化。这样, 导光塞能同时充当导光件和储油器 102的密封塞的作 用。
优选的, 该导光塞 304为乳白色或者半透明的塑胶, 或者是乳白色或半透 明的硅胶, 这样有利于导光塞 304所导向储油器 102的光束柔和发散,提高用 户的使用体验。
优选的, 本实施例中, 储油器 102上的刻度位于发光元件的光照范围内, 以方便用户看清该储油器 102上的刻度。
下面结合图 2 中所示的雾化组件结构对所述发光元件的另一种具体设置 方式进行具体描述。 请参阅图 4, 图 4为本实用新型所提供的电子烟的又一个 实施例中雾化组件和储油器的剖面结构示意图。
如图 4所示, 图 4所示电子烟的结构和图 3所示电子烟的结构大致相似。 与图 3所示的电子烟的结构不同的是, 本实施例中, 导光塞 304上还连接有若 干光纤 401, 且各光纤 401还插入到储油器 102中, 以将来自导光塞 304的光 束进一步导入到储油器 102内。 优选地, 各光线 401为塑料光纤, 即能够通体 发光的侧光光纤或者为端面发光的端光光纤。
相比图 3所示实施例,本实施例中由于将从导光塞上引出的光纤插入到储 油器中, 能够将来自发光元件的光更加均匀地分散在储油器各个深度内, 以方 便在环境光线不够的情况下用户能更加清晰地看清储油器 102内的烟液量。
下面结合图 2 中所示的雾化组件结构对所述发光元件的另一种具体设置 方式进行具体描述。 请参阅图 5, 图 5为本实用新型所提供的电子烟的又一个 实施例中雾化组件和储油器的剖面结构示意图。
如图 5所示, 本实施例中的灯板与图 3所示实施例中的灯板的位置一致, 均与雾化器支架 201上的第三螺纹段 208螺纹相接。与图 3所示的电子烟的结 构不同的是, 本实施例中, 发光元件并不是设置在灯板 301上, 而是位于储油 器 102内。 下面具体描述。
本实施例中, 雾化组件 103中的导油机构 206插入储油器 102时, 该导油 机构 206的长度并未足已接触到储油器 102的底部。在导油机构 206位于储油 器 102内的一端, 还连接设置有透光的导光管 501。 发光元件 303位于该导光 管 501内, 且导光管 501和导油机构 206之间还设有密封件 502, 用于将发光 元件 303密封在导光管 501 内, 以避免导油机构 206内的烟液侵蚀发光元件 303。 从灯板 301接出的电线 503穿过导油机构 206与发光元件 303电连接, 以使得灯板 301能为发光元件 303供电。
优选地, 导光管 501为半透明或者磨砂面的塑胶导光管, 或者为半透明或 者磨砂面的硅胶导光管, 或者为半透明或者磨砂面的玻璃导光管, 以使得从导 光管 501透出来的光束柔和发散, 提高用户的使用体验。
本实施例中, 由于将发光元件设于储油器内,相比以上实施例中将发光元 件设于储油器外,能避免发光元件所出射光从出射面到储油器之间发生损耗的 情况,进而能够使用较少的发光元件就能到达目标亮度,节省了电子烟的成本。
下面结合图 2 中所示的雾化组件结构对所述发光元件的另一种具体设置 方式进行具体描述。 请参阅图 6, 图 6为本实用新型所提供的电子烟的又一个 实施例中雾化组件和储油器的剖面结构示意图。
如图 6所示, 本实施例中的灯板与图 3所示实施例中的灯板的位置一致, 均与雾化器支架 201上的第三螺纹段 208螺纹相接。与图 3所示的电子烟的结 构不同的是, 本实施例中, 发光元件并不是设置在灯板 301上, 而是位于储油 器 102的外侧底部。 下面具体描述。
本实施例中, 储油器 102外表还套有透光的固定套 601。 而发光元件 303 位于储油器 102外侧底部,且位于固定套 601内,以固定在储油器 102的底端。 从灯板 301接出的电线 602沿着储油器 102的表面,在固定套 601内与发光元 件 303电连接, 以使得灯板 301能为发光元件 303供电。
优选的, 该电线 602为单面背胶的双排线, 以粘接固定在固定套 601内表 面。 优选地, 固定套 601为半透明或者磨砂面的塑胶套, 或者为半透明或者磨 砂面的硅胶套, 以使得从固定套 601透出来的光束柔和发散,提高用户的使用 体验。
本实施例中, 由于将发光元件设于储油器底部, 使得光源能够与储油器 102内的烟液的距离足够近, 相比以上实施例中将发光元件设于储油器上端, 能避免发光元件所出射光从出射面到储油器内之间发生损耗的情况,进而能够 使用较少的发光元件就能到达目标亮度, 节省了电子烟的成本。
以上结合图 2 中所示的雾化组件结构对所述发光元件的几种具体设置方 式进行了具体的描述。但需要明确的是,发光元件的具体设置方式并不一定要 依赖于图 2中所示的雾化组件结构, 以上仅为举例描述, 并不作限制。 在实际 运用中, 雾化组件也可以釆用其他结构, 而发光元件仅需要设置在储油器靠近 吸烟端的一端外侧或者所述储油器内即可。
优选地,在本实用新型中, 所述发光元件所出射的光的光谱除了包括可见 光波段中的至少部分波段, 以让用户在环境光线不足的情况下看清烟液余量, 该出射的光的光语还包括紫外光波段中的至少部分波段,以对储油器进行杀菌 消毒,, 避免储油器在长期使用中滋生细菌, 对人体造成伤害。
本实施例中, 电池杆组件有多种实现方式。 下面结合图 7对该电子烟的电 池杆组件的其中一种具体结构进行详细说明。 请参阅图 7, 图 7为图 1所示电 子烟中的电池杆组件的一个实施例的结构示意图。 电池杆组件 104包括: 电池套 702。
其中, 图 1所示的吸烟端 101可由该电池套 702的端部延伸一体化形成, 或,将作为吸烟端 101的吸嘴与所述电池套 702可拆卸连接,具体设置方式在 本实施例中不作限定。这样, 可拆卸连接的吸烟端 101可使得用户随时更换或 清洗, 方便用户使用。
容置在所述电池套 702内部的电池 703。
设置在所述电池套 702内部用于固定所述电池 703的电池架 704。
设置在所述电池架 704—端,且分别与所述电池 703和所述雾化器电极连 接的电池电极 705。
与所述第二螺纹段 202 (如图 2所示) 匹配设置有用于使得所述电池杆组 件 104和所述雾化组件 103可拆卸连接的第二匹配螺纹 706。 当然, 本实施例 中以电池杆组件 104和所述雾化组件 103通过第二匹配螺纹 706进行螺纹连接 为例进行说明,需明确的是电池杆组件 104和所述雾化组件 103还可通过其他 方式可拆卸连接, 在此不作限定。
进一步参见图 7可知,所述电池杆组件 104内部设置用于导通所述吸烟端
101和进气口的烟雾通道 701。 优选地, 该烟雾通道 701在电池杆组件 104内 部密封设置, 即与电池杆组件 104内部的其他电子元器件隔离。
当然,上述对电池杆组件的描述仅为举例说明,并不作限制。实际运用中, 电池杆组件控制雾化组件雾化烟液的方法有多种,下面对其中一种进行具体描 述。
在电池杆组件上,靠近吸烟端的位置设置用于生成触发信号的气流感应器
707; 该气流感应器 707在检测到电池杆组件内的烟雾通道中的压强变小时, 即用户吸烟时会生成触发信号。优选地, 气流感应器 707设置在离吸烟端较近 的位置,使得气流感应器 707的感应用户吸烟动作的灵敏度提高, 以使用户更 为有效的使用电子烟。
电子烟本体内还设置有分别与所述气流感应器 707 和所述电池连接设置 有用于根据所述触发信号生成控制信号的微控制器(图未示)。 且所述微控制 器与雾化组件的电热丝组件连接,以使所述电热丝组件根据所述控制信号雾化 所述烟液。
釆用该种设置方式可模拟香烟的抽吸效果,用户通过吸烟端即可吸食经过 雾化的烟液。
优选的,微控制器还用于与发光元件相连接,且该微控制还用于根据所述 触发信号控制该发光元件发光。这样, 用户在吸食经过雾化的烟液的同时还能 清晰地看清储油器内的烟液剩余量。
或者, 电池杆组件 104上还可以设置有用于接收用户操作指令的按键 (图 未示 ), 且与所述按键连接设置有用于根据所述操作指令生成控制信号的微触 开关。 所述微触开关分别与所述按键和所述电池电连接, 用于控制所述电池给 所述发光元件供电。
釆用该种设置方式可使得用户不必吸烟端抽吸电子烟,只要按下该按键即 可使得电池为发光元件供电, 点亮发光元件,从而清晰地看清储油器内的烟液 剩余量。
本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易 见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况 下, 在其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些 实施例, 而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液并设置在远离吸烟端的一端 的储油器以及用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件;
所述储油器为透光容器,且所述电子烟本体上位于所述储油器的与吸烟端 相邻的一端外侧或者所述储油器内设有发光元件;
所述电子烟本体上还设置有用于给所述雾化组件和所述发光元件供电的 电池杆组件。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件和所述储 油器相邻, 且所述雾化组件的与所述储油器相连的一端内设有所述发光元件; 所述发光元件面向所述储油器的一侧设置有用于将来自所述发光元件的 光束导向所述储油器的导光件。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件包括: 雾化器支架;
位于所述雾化器支架内及储油器外侧、 用于雾化所述烟液的电热丝组件; 与所述雾化器支架固定连接、将储油器内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件进 行雾化的导油机构;
所述雾化组件的导油机构插入所述储油器内。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器支架朝向所 述储油器的一端设置有灯板, 所述灯板与所述电池杆组件电连接, 且所述发光 元件设置在所述灯板上。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述储油器的与所述雾 化组件相连的端面上设置有加油口;
所述导光件为弹性导光塞,所述导光塞的一端设置于所述加油口内以密封 所述储油器;
所述雾化组件设置有从所述导光塞插入所述储油器内,并用以将储油器内 的烟液导出进行雾化的导油机构。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述导光塞上还连接有 光纤,且所述光纤插入所述储油器中, 以将来自所述导光塞的光束导入所述储 油器内。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述光纤为塑料光纤。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件和所述储 油器相邻, 且所述雾化组件包括:
雾化器支架;
位于所述雾化器支架内及储油器外侧、 用于雾化所述烟液的电热丝组件; 与所述雾化器支架固定连接、将储油器内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件进 行雾化的所述导油机构;
所述雾化组件的导油机构插入所述储油器内,且所述导油机构位于所述储 油器内的一端还连接有透光的导光管;
所述雾化器支架朝向所述储油器的一端设置有灯板,所述灯板与所述电池 杆组件电连接;
所述发光元件位于所述导光管内,并通过穿过所述导油机构的电线与所述 灯板电连接;
所述导光管与所述导油机构之间还设有密封件,用于将所述发光元件密封 于所述导光管内。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述导光管为半透明或 者磨砂面的塑胶导光管, 或者为半透明或者磨砂面的硅胶导光管, 或者为半透 明或者磨砂面的玻璃导光管。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件位于所述 电池杆组件和所述储油器之间,且所述雾化组件、所述电池杆组件和所述储油 器同轴设置。
11、根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油瓶上设有刻度。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述发光元件所出射的 光的光谱包括可见光波段中的至少部分波段,以及紫外光波段中的至少部分波 段。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件与所述储 油器可拆卸连接; 或 /和,
所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化组件上设有第一螺纹段;
所述储油器开口端设置有与所述第一螺纹段螺纹连接的第一匹配螺纹; 所述雾化组件通过所述第一螺纹段和所述储油器可拆卸连接。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化组件设置有第二螺纹段;
所述电池杆组件靠近所述雾化组件的一端设置有与所述第二螺纹段螺纹 连接的第二匹配螺纹;
所述雾化组件通过所述第二螺纹段和所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接。
16、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆组件包括: 靠近所述吸烟端设置有用于生成触发信号的气流感应器;
分别与所述气流感应器和所述发光元件连接设置、用于根据所述触发信号 控制所述发光元件发光的微控制器。
17、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆组件包括: 设置在所述电池杆组件上且用于接收用户操作指令的按键;
用于控制所述电池给所述发光元件供电的微触开关,且所述微触开关分别 与所述按键和所述电池电连接。
