Pendant une défaillance générale, une soupape de commutation (26) est commutée par une électrovanne normalement ouverte (S1) de manière à connecter un orifice d'entrée (26l) et un premier orifice (26j). Une pression de modulateur est fournie à un orifice d'évacuation (22c) pour la soupape d'étranglement (22), par l'intermédiaire de l'orifice d'entrée (26l) et du premier orifice (26j).
