Description

自动邻区关联的方法、 装置以及通信系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种通信领域, 特别涉及一种自动邻区关联 (Automatic Neighbour Relation) 的方法、 装置以及通信系统。
背景技术
目前, 网络运营商通常采用资源共享的方式来共同分担沉重的网络部署成本。基 于网络资源共享, 现今信息通信技术 (ICT, Information Communication Technology) 市场上涌现出越来越多的商务模式新概念。 促进 /促成多样化网络资源共享模式的新 功能变得尤其重要。
基于现有的 3GPP标准, 可以实现多种自动邻区关联的功能。 例如, 邻区发现功 能, 邻区关联建立及邻区关联更新。 在无线接入网 (RAN, Radio Access Network) 资源共享场景中, AN资源可以不均等地分配给参与共享的运营商(PO, Participating Operators), 主运营商 (HO, Hosting RAN Operator) 也可以动态或静态地给不同 PO 分配 AN资源。

在一个实施方式中, 可以在配置传输 (Configuration Transfer) 过程中应用本方 法, 识别信息以及指示信息被承载在第一基站向 MME 发送的基站配置传输 (eNB Configuration Transfer) 消息中; 在该消息中提供所支持的参与共享的运营商 (PO) 的信息。
图 2是本发明实施例的增强的 eNB Configuration Transfer过程的一示意图。 如图 2所示, 当传递 AN配置信息的过程中, 源基站在发给 MME的" eNB Configuration Transfer"消息中加入其所支持的参与共享的运营商 (PO) 的识别信息及其有效性的 指示信息。 如上所述, 这些 PO识别信息及有效性的指示信息能提供足够的有关该基 站所支持的 PO共享资源分配的信息。
例如, 该消息所包含内容如下: " 30% of this eNB's resource is allocated to a participating operator identified by a group of PLMN IDs from 8:00am to 17:00pm weekdays for MTC services only"。 其中, "PLMN IDs"为源基站所支持的参与 AN 资源共享的运营商的识别信息, "30%"为 PO所分配到的共享资源的比例信息, "from 8:00am to 17:00pm weekdays" 为 PO所分配到的共享资源的有效期信息, "for MTC services only" 为 PO所分配到的共享资源所针对的类型信息。
在本实施例中, MME接收第一基站发送的该第一基站所支持的参与 RAN资源 共享的运营商的识别信息以及标识运营商被分配资源的有效性的指示信息。如图 2所 示, MME可以将所述识别信息和所述指示信息透明地传输给第二基站。
或者, MME可以判断第一基站和第二基站是否有共同支持的运营商; 如果有共 同支持的运营商, 则将所述识别信息和所述指示信息发送给第二基站, 如果没有共同 支持的运营商, 则向第一基站发送包含原因信息的拒绝消息。
图 3是本发明实施例的增强的 eNB Configuration Transfer过程的另一示意图。 如 图 3所示, 当 MME收到这样的 "eNB Configuration Transfer"消息后, 核查有关 eNBl 所支持的 PO共享资源分配的信息, 基于 MME中的已有信息确定该基站 eNBl是否 与目标基站 eNB2有共同支持的 PO。
如图 3所示, 如有共同支持的 PO, MME将该消息传递给目标基站。 SP, 当传递 RAN配置信息的过程中, MME在发给目标基站的 "MME Configuration Transfer"消 息中加入源基站所支持的参与共享的运营商 (PO) 的识别信息及其有效性的指示信 息。 如无共同支持的 PO, MME拒绝该请求, 并附以拒绝原因 "无共同支持的 PO"。 在本实施方式中, 移动管理实体还可以向第二基站发送第一基站所支持的参与 RAN资源共享的运营商的识别信息; 第二基站接收移动管理实体发送的该识别信息。
图 4是本发明实施例的增强的 eNB Configuration Transfer过程的另一示意图。 如 图 4所示, MME通过 "MME Configuration Transfer"消息向第二基站发送第一基站 所支持的参与 AN 资源共享的运营商的识别信息。 此外, 该 "MME Configuration Transfer"消息中还可以包含 PO被分配资源的有效性的指示信息。
在另一个实施方式中, 可以在直接信息传输(Direct Information Transfer)过程中 应用本方法, 用于增强在不同系统间传递 RAN配置信息的过程。 识别信息以及指示 信息被承载在第一基站向 MME 发送的基站直接信息传输 (eNB Direct Information Transfer) 消息中; 在该消息中提供所支持的参与共享的运营商 (PO) 的信息。
图 5是本发明实施例的增强的 eNB Direct Information Transfer过程的一示意图。 如图 5所示, 当传递 AN配置信息的过程中, 源基站 eNBl在发给 MME的 "eNB Direct Information Transfer"消息中加入其所支持的参与共享的运营商 (PO) 的识别 信息及其有效性的指示信息。
如上所述, 这些 PO识别信息及有效性的指示信息能提供足够的有关该基站所支 持的 PO共享资源分配的信息。 如图 5所示, MME可以将所述识别信息和所述指示 信息透明地传输给第二基站。
或者, MME可以判断第一基站和第二基站是否有共同支持的运营商; 如果有共 同支持的运营商, 则将所述识别信息和所述指示信息发送给第二基站, 如果没有共同 支持的运营商, 则向第一基站发送包含原因信息的拒绝消息。
图 6是本发明实施例的增强的 eNB Direct Information Transfer过程的另一示意 图。 如图 6所示, 当 MME收到这样的 " eNB Direct Information Transfer"消息后, 核 查有关 eNBl所支持的 PO共享资源分配的信息, 基于 MME中的已有信息确定该基 站 eNBl是否与目标基站 eNB2有共同支持的 PO。
如图 6所示, 如有共同支持的 PO, MME将该消息传递给目标基站。 SP, 在不同 系统间传递 AN 配置信息的过程中, MME 在发给目标基站的 " MME Direct Information Transfer"消息中加入源基站所支持的参与共享的运营商 (PO) 的识别信 息及其有效性的指示信息。如无共同支持的 PO, MME拒绝该请求, 并附以拒绝原因 "无共同支持的 PO"。
在本实施方式中, 移动管理实体还可以向第二基站发送第一基站所支持的参与
RAN资源共享的运营商的识别信息; 第二基站接收移动管理实体发送的该识别信息。
图 7是本发明实施例的增强的 eNB Direct Information Transfer过程的另一示意 图。 如图 7所示, MME通过 "MME Direct Information Transfer"消息向第二基站发 送第一基站所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商的识别信息。此外,该" MME Direct Information Transfer"消息中还可以包含 PO被分配资源的有效性的指示信息。
在另一个实施方式中, 可以在 X2建立 (X2 Setup) 过程中应用本方法, 识别信 息以及指示信息被承载在第一基站向第二基站发送的 X2 建立请求 (X2 Setup Request) 消息中; 在该消息中提供所支持的参与共享的运营商 (PO) 的信息。
图 8是本发明实施例的增强的 X2 Setup过程的一示意图。如图 8所示,在 X2 setup 过程中, 请求基站 eNBl和响应基站 eNB2分别在 "X2 Setup Request"禾 Π "Χ2 Setup Response"消息中加入该基站 (发送该消息的基站) 的服务小区及其邻区所支持的参 与共享的运营商 (PO) 的识别信息及其有效性的指示信息。
在本实施方式中, 如果请求基站和响应基站不具有共同支持的 PO, 响应基站可 能拒绝该请求, 并附以拒绝原因 "无共同支持的 PO"。
在另一个实施方式中, 可以在基站配置更新 (eNB Configuration Update)过程中 应用本方法,识别信息以及指示信息被承载在第一基站向第二基站发送的基站配置更 新 (eNB Configuration Update) 消息中; 在该消息中提供所支持的参与共享的运营商 (PO) 的信息。
图 9是本发明实施例的增强的 eNB Configuration Update过程的一示意图。如图 9 所示, 在 eNB Configuration Update过程中, 请求基站 eNBl和响应基站 eNB2分别在 "eNB Configuration Update"禾口 "eNB Configuration Update ACK"消息中加入该基站 (发送该消息的基站) 的服务小区及其邻区所支持的参与共享的运营商 (PO) 的识 别信息及其有效性的指示信息。
在本实施方式中, 如果请求基站和响应基站不具有共同支持的 PO, 响应基站可 能拒绝该请求, 并附以拒绝原因 "无共同支持的 PO"。
由上述实施例可知, 通过在消息中包含基站所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营 商的识别信息以及标识运营商被分配资源的有效性的指示信息,基站可以确定邻基站 能否支持至少一个共同的参与共享的运营商。 实施例 2

4、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述识别信息包括: 一个公共陆地移动 网络标识, 或者一组公共陆地移动网络标识, 或者与一组公共陆地移动网络标识关联 的标识;
所述指示信息包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合:所述运营商所分配到的共享 资源的有效期信息, 或者所述运营商所分配到的共享资源的比例信息, 或者所述运营 商所分配到的共享资源所针对的类型信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息被承载 在所述第一基站向移动管理实体发送的基站配置传输 (eNB Configuration Transfer) 消息中;
或者所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息被承载在所述第一基站向所述移动管理实 体发送的基站直接信息传输 (eNB Direct Information Transfer) 消息中。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息被承载 在所述第一基站向第二基站发送的 X2建立请求 (X2 Setup Request) 消息中;
或者所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息被承载在所述第一基站向所述第二基站发 送的基站配置更新 (eNB Configuration Update) 消息中。
7、 一种自动邻区关联的装置, 所述装置包括:
第二接收单元, 接收第一基站发送的所述第一基站的服务小区所支持的参与 RAN 资源共享的运营商的识别信息以及标识所述运营商被分配资源的有效性的指示 信息, 和 /或接收所述第一基站发送的所述第一基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参 与 AN资源共享的运营商的识别信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述第二接收单元还接收标识所述第一 基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商被分配资源的有效性 的指示信息。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
第二发送单元, 将所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息透明地传输给第二基站。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
第一判断单元, 判断所述第一基站和第二基站是否有共同支持的运营商; 第一响应单元, 在有共同支持的运营商的情况下, 将所述识别信息和 /或所述指 示信息发送给第二基站; 在没有共同支持的运营商的情况下, 向所述第一基站发送包 含原因信息的拒绝消息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中, 所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息被承 载在所述移动管理实体向所述第二基站发送的移动管理实体配置传输 (MME
Configuration Transfer ) 消息中;
或者所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息被承载在所述移动管理实体向所述第二基 站发送的移动管理实体直接信息传输 (MME Direct Information Transfer) 消息中。
12、 一种自动邻区关联的装置, 所述装置包括:
第三接收单元, 接收第一基站的服务小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商 的识别信息以及标识所述运营商被分配资源的有效性的指示信息, 和 /或接收所述第 一基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 RAN资源共享的运营商的识别信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其中, 所述第三接收单元还接收标识所述第 一基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 RAN资源共享的运营商被分配资源的有效 性的指示信息。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
第二判断单元, 判断所述第一基站和第二基站是否有共同支持的运营商; 第二响应单元, 在没有共同支持的运营商的情况下, 向所述第一基站发送包含原 因信息的拒绝消息。
15、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其中, 所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息被承 载在所述第一基站向第二基站发送的 X2建立请求(X2 Setup Request)消息中; 所述 装置还包括:
第三发送单元, 向所述第一基站发送 X2建立响应 (X2 Setup Response) 消息; 所述 X2建立响应消息中承载有所述第二基站的服务小区所支持的参与 RAN资源共 享的运营商的识别信息以及标识所述运营商被分配资源的有效性的指示信息, 和 /或 所述第二基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 AN 资源共享的运营商的识别信 息。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的装置, 其中, 所述 X2建立响应消息中还承载有标 识所述第二基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商被分配资 源的有效性的指示信息。
17、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其中, 所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息被承 载在所述第一基站向第二基站发送的基站配置更新(eNB Configuration Update)消息 中; 所述装置还包括:
第三发送单元, 向所述第一基站发送基站配置更新确认 (eNB Configuration
Update ACK) 消息; 所述基站配置更新确认消息中承载有所述第二基站的服务小区 所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商的识别信息以及标识所述运营商被分配资源的 有效性的指示信息,和 /或所述第二基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 AN资源 共享的运营商的识别信息。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的装置, 其中, 所述基站配置更新确认消息中还承载 有标识所述第二基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商被分 配资源的有效性的指示信息。
19、 一种通信系统, 所述通信系统包括:
第一基站, 向移动管理实体发送所述第一基站的服务小区所支持的参与 AN资 源共享的运营商的识别信息以及标识所述运营商被分配资源的有效性的指示信息,和 /或发送所述第一基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商的识 别信息;
移动管理实体, 接收所述第一基站发送的所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息; 将 所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息透明地发送给第二基站, 或者在所述第一基站和所 述第二基站具有共同支持的运营商的情况下, 将所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息发 送给所述第二基站;
第二基站, 接收所述移动管理实体发送的所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的通信系统, 其中, 所述第一基站还用于向所述移动 管理实体发送标识所述第一基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的 运营商被分配资源的有效性的指示信息。
21、 一种通信系统, 所述通信系统包括:
第一基站, 向第二基站发送所述第一基站的服务小区所支持的参与 AN资源共 享的运营商的识别信息以及标识所述运营商被分配资源的有效性的指示信息, 和 /或 发送所述第一基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商的识别 信息;
第二基站, 接收所述第一基站发送的所述识别信息和 /或所述指示信息。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的通信系统, 其中, 所述第一基站还用于向所述第二 基站发送标识所述第一基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营 商被分配资源的有效性的指示信息。
23、 根据权利要求 21所述的通信系统, 其中, 所述第二基站还用于向所述第一 基站发送所述第二基站的服务小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商的识别信息 以及标识所述运营商被分配资源的有效性的指示信息, 和 /或发送所述第二基站的服 务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商的识别信息。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的通信系统, 其中, 所述第二基站还用于向所述第一 基站发送标识所述第二基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营 商被分配资源的有效性的指示信息。
25、 一种通信系统, 所述通信系统包括:
移动管理实体, 向第二基站发送第一基站的服务小区所支持的参与 AN资源共 享的运营商的识别信息, 和 /或发送所述第一基站的服务小区的邻小区所支持的参与 RAN资源共享的运营商的识别信息;
第二基站, 接收所述移动管理实体发送的所述识别信息。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的通信系统, 其中, 所述移动管理实体还用于向所述 第二基站发送标识所述第一基站的服务小区所支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商被 分配资源的有效性的指示信息, 和 /或发送标识所述第一基站的服务小区的邻小区所 支持的参与 AN资源共享的运营商被分配资源的有效性的指示信息。
