Description
一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱
技术领域
本发明涉及的是包装技术领域,具体的说是一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱。 背景技术
—般运输货物用的包装箱大多采用木箱、 铁箱及纸箱。 木箱、 铁箱重量 大,成本高,包装作业钉箱与开箱耗时且浪费人工,作业欠安全,包装欠美 观,印刷困难;而纸箱虽然重量轻,但是强度低、 承重有限。
针对上述技术问题,技术人员采用蜂窝纸芯复合板替代实木板。 包装重 物的范围可达几十公斤到几百公斤之间。 如果外面复合纤维板、 三合板等面 材,甚至可承载十几吨的超重商品。
但是,现有的蜂窝纸芯复合板包装箱,由于纸蜂窝板的连接只有通过胶 水粘贴、 不可拆卸反复使用,箱体基本是采用乳胶和纸护角黏贴形成一个不 可拆卸整体,其整体刚性低、 结构不牢固,且占用很大的仓储面积、 运输成 本也高。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱,该蜂窝芯 复合板包装箱的箱体连接牢固、 刚性高,且能快速拆卸组装,减少仓储空间, 降低运输成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱,包括由两块侧板、 两块端板及至少一 ±夬底板 和盖板围成的箱体,
所述侧板、 端板及盖板是蜂窝芯复合板,所述蜂窝芯复合板包括:蜂窝 芯,以及通过胶粘剂粘贴于所述蜂窝芯两面的面板;
所述侧板的四边设置有直角钢带,所述直角钢带上均有开设有至少一个
长条孔,所述侧板的上、 下两边均匀设置有至少一个钢扣;
所述端板的四边均匀设置有至少" ^钢扣;
所述底板的四边设置有直角钢带,所述直角钢带上均有开设有至少一个 长条孔。
其中,还包括四边设置有直角钢带的木夹板底座。
其中,所述底座的底面还设置有一 ±夬或若干块木夹板方条支撑。
其中,所述直角钢带通过所述直角钢带上冲切出来的三角尖刺压入所述 蜂窝芯复合板或木夹板上。
其中,所述钢扣是 "凸" 字形。
其中,所述面板是纸平板、 不锈钢板、 玻璃纤维板、 木夹板之一。
其中,所述蜂窝芯包括但不限于纸蜂窝或铝蜂窝、 塑料蜂窝。
其中,所述钢扣穿过所述长条孔后弯折 180。。
其中,所述面板通过改性聚氨酯粘胶剂发泡模压渗透到蜂窝芯的孔格深 处与所述蜂窝芯粘接。
本发明采用蜂窝芯复合板制成包装箱,合理地利用蜂窝芯、 木夹板、 纸 平板和镀锌钢带这些材料的优势和特点、 使本蜂窝芯复合板包装箱能够提高 承重能力、 适合重型产品的包装;方便拆卸的结构能有效降低产品运输、 存 储的成本,实现物流仓储运输成本的最小化;蜂窝芯、 纸平板、 木夹板以及 直角钢带、 钢扣等材质有利于回收再利用。 附图概述

本发明的较佳实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对上述方案做进一步说明。 应理解这些实施例是用 于说明本发明而不是限制本发明的范围。 实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据 具体厂家的条件做进一步调整,未注明的实施条件通常为常规实验中的条件。
如图 1及图 2所示,本发明一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱,包括:底座 1 , 上述底座 1的上方四边分别连接有两块侧板 2和两块端板 3 ,在上述底座 1、 侧板 2和端板 3围拢的箱体上还连接有盖板 4。
如图 3所示是本发明一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱的底座 1 ,该底座 1 是在 方形的木夹板 9的四边利用直角钢带 8上冲切出来的三角尖刺、 通过油压机 压入木夹板 9并铆接使直角钢带 8紧紧牢固的铆接在木夹板 9上,然后在该 木夹板 9的一面的四角、 四角及中部或者整体上铆接或者粘接固定木夹板方 条 10 ,形成多个一个整体的支撑。 上述直角钢带 8上开有若干长条孔,用以 穿过端板 3和侧板 2上的镀锌钢扣 5。
如图 4和图 5所示是本发明一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱的端板 3 ,该端板 3 是在蜂窝芯 7的两面粘贴纸平板 6 ,形成蜂窝芯复合板。 在纸平板 6的四边 上通过冲床直接铆压有若干个镀锌钢扣 5 ,优选的方案是在端板的每边均匀 的设置 2个上述镀锌钢扣 5;上述镀锌钢扣 5是类 "凸" 字形或 "曰" 字形 的结构。
如图 ό和图 7所示是本发明一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱的侧板 2 ,该侧板 2 是在蜂窝芯 7的两面通过胶粘剂粘贴纸平板 6 ,形成蜂窝芯复合板。 在上述 的蜂窝芯复合板的四边还利用镀锌角钢 8上冲切出来的三角尖刺、 通过油压
机压入蜂窝芯复合板并铆接使镀锌角钢 8紧紧牢固的铆接在蜂窝芯复合板的 纸平板 ό上。 在蜂窝芯复合板的上下两边的镀锌角钢 8及纸平板 ό上铆接有 若干个镀锌钢扣 5 ,优选的方案是在侧板 2上下两边各设置 4个上述镀锌钢 扣 5。 在蜂窝芯复合板的左右两边的镀锌角钢 8上开有若干长条孔,用以穿 过端板 3上的镀锌钢扣 5。
如图 8和图 9所示是本发明一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱的盖板 4 ,该盖板 4 是在蜂窝芯 7的两面通过胶黏剂粘接纸平板 6 ,形成蜂窝芯复合板。 在上述 的蜂窝芯复合板的四边还利用直角钢带 8上冲切出来的三角尖刺、 通过油压 机压入蜂窝芯复合板并铆接使直角钢带 8紧紧牢固的铆接在蜂窝芯复合板的 纸平板 6及纸芯蜂窝 7上。 上述直角钢带 8与上述端板 3上的镀锌钢扣 5对 应的位置开有长条孔用以穿过上述镀锌钢扣 5。
如图 1及图 2所示,本发明一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱在组装时,将两片 侧板 2和两片端板 3插入底板 1周边镀锌角钢 8上对应的长条孔,最后盖上 盖板 4將两片侧板 2和两片端板 3上边的镀锌钢扣 5对应穿过盖板 4四周直 角钢带 8上的长条孔,最后将镀锌钢扣 5折弯 180° ,形成一个完整的蜂窝芯 复合板包装箱。
本发明使用整体强度和刚性较好的轻质蜂窝芯复合板,然后在上述蜂窝 芯复合板和底座的四周设置镀锌钢扣或者直角钢带,使得包装箱整体的强度 更高、 装配更简单、 更节省物流仓储的空间。
需要指出的是,该蜂窝芯复合板是通过胶粘剂粘接纸平板,该粘胶剂是 将改性聚氨酯粘胶剂发泡模压,通过粘胶剂渗透到蜂窝芯的孔格深处形成良 好的粘接效果;所述蜂窝芯是厚度为 10mm至 70mm的纸蜂窝或铝蜂窝或塑 料蜂窝,所述纸平板可以替换为厚度为 lmm至 5mm的纸平板、 不锈钢、 木 夹板赫離干维等。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案而非对本 发明保护范围的限制。 尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域 的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换 , 而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
工业实用性
本发明的所有部件均可以通过机械加工方式制造,因此,其具有产业上 的可利用性。

1、一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱,包括由两块侧板、 两块端板及至少一块底 板和盖板围成的箱体,其特征是,
所述侧板、端板及底板和盖板是蜂窝芯复合板,所述蜂窝芯复合板包括: 蜂窝芯,以及通过胶粘剂粘贴的面板;
所述侧板的四边设置有直角钢带,所述直角钢带上均有开设有至少一个 长条孔,所述侧板的上、 下两边均匀设置有至少一个钢扣;
所述端板的四边均匀设置有至少" ^钢扣;
所述底板和盖板的四边设置有直角钢带,所述直角钢带上均有开设有至 少一个长条孔。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱,其特征是:还包括 四边设置有直角钢带的木夹板底座。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱,其特征是:所述底 座的底面还设置有一 ±夬或若干块木夹板方条支撑。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的一种蜂窝芯复合板包装箱,其特征是:所述直 角钢带通过所述直角钢带上冲切出来的三角尖刺压入所述蜂窝芯复合板或木 夹板上。
