The processing unit 23 may transmit biometric information (information such as body weight) detected by the sub-terminal device 20 to the main terminal device 10 together with the authentication notification. On the other hand, if it is determined that the two foot shapes do not match, the processing unit 23 determines that the authentication has failed. - FIG. 4 is a functional block diagram illustrating an example of a functional configuration for calculating health information in the processing unit 15.
- the processing unit 15 includes a waveform analysis unit 31, a sleep calculation unit 32, an autonomic nerve calculation unit 33, and a fatigue calculation unit 34.
- the waveform analysis unit 31 calculates respiration, pulse, and body movement as further biological information based on the biological information (output waveform) detected by the Doppler sensor 11.
- a waveform representing respiration, pulse, and body motion can be obtained by separating the output waveform of the Doppler sensor 11 according to the frequency.
- the waveform analysis unit 31 separates the output waveform by frequency analysis or the like into a frequency band corresponding to respiration, a frequency band corresponding to a pulse, and a frequency band corresponding to body motion, and outputs the separated waveform data To do.
- the output of the waveform analysis unit 31 is input to the sleep calculation unit 32 and the autonomic nerve calculation unit 33, respectively.
- the sleep calculation unit 32 calculates various sleep indexes based on biological information (respiration, pulse, and body movement).
- biological information respiration, pulse, and body movement
- the sleep calculation unit 32 calculates a sleep index indicating the following information. ⁇ Sleep latency (sleeping latency) -Midway awakening time-Number of midway awakenings-Sleep efficiency-Total sleep time-Sleep activity amount-Sleep stage-REM sleep time-Non-REM sleep time-Sleep quality Only some of them may be calculated, or a different type of sleep index from the above sleep index may be calculated.
- the autonomic nerve calculation unit 33 calculates an index (autonomic nerve index) indicating the working level of the autonomic nerve (sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve) based on the biological information.
- the pulse (RR interval) waveform included in the biological information is frequency-analyzed by the maximum entropy method or Fourier transform, and the high-frequency component (about 0.15 to 0.40 [Hz]) HF of the waveform
- the low frequency component (about 0.04 to 0.15 [Hz]) LF is calculated.
- the high frequency component HF indicates the working degree of the parasympathetic nerve
- the low frequency component LF is known to show the working degree of the sympathetic nerve.
- the autonomic nerve calculation unit 33 calculates the ratio (LF / HF) between the high frequency component HF and the low frequency component LF as an autonomic nerve index. As shown in FIG. 4, the output of the autonomic nerve calculation unit 33 is used as an input by the fatigue calculation unit 34.
- the fatigue calculation unit 34 calculates a fatigue index based on the sleep index and the autonomic nerve index.
- the fatigue index the degree of fatigue indicating the degree (level) of fatigue in five stages from 1 to 5 is calculated.
- the calculation method of the fatigue index is arbitrary, for example, the following method can be considered.
- the first method is a method for calculating a fatigue index from a sleep index.
- the sleep index is considered to have a correlation with the degree of fatigue.
- the following may be mentioned as examples in which it is estimated that the degree of fatigue is high.
- ⁇ The awakening time is long.
- -Sleep efficiency is poor.
- ⁇ Total sleep time is short.
- REM sleep time and non-REM sleep time is poor (the ratio of REM sleep time to non-REM sleep time is out of the normal range). Therefore, the fatigue calculation unit 34 calculates the fatigue level so that the fatigue level is high if the sleep index corresponds to the above example, and the fatigue level is low if the sleep index does not correspond to the above example.
- the fatigue calculation unit 34 may determine whether or not each of the above items is applicable, calculate points according to the corresponding number, and calculate the fatigue level according to the total points. At this time, the fatigue calculation unit 34 may calculate points by assigning weights to each item. In addition, a reference value (for example, “6 hours” for the total sleep time) is set for each item, and the points are calculated so that the points become larger as the calculated sleep index value is farther from the reference value. Also good.
- a reference value for example, “6 hours” for the total sleep time
- the sleep index related to the user's sleep is calculated based on the biological information, and the fatigue index is calculated based on the sleep index.
- the accuracy of the fatigue index can be improved by calculating the fatigue index based on the sleep index.
- the second method is a method of calculating the degree of fatigue based on the sleeping time in a predetermined period (for example, one week).
- a fatigue risk management system FRMS (Fatigue Risk Management System)
- FRMS Fatigue Risk Management System
- the degree of fatigue can be calculated based on the sleeping time (only).
- the third method is a method of calculating the degree of fatigue based on the autonomic nerve index.
- the degree of fatigue can be evaluated using the balance of the working degree of the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve, that is, the above-mentioned autonomic nerve index. Therefore, for example, the fatigue calculation unit 34 calculates the fatigue level so that the fatigue level increases as the value of the autonomic nerve index increases from the reference value.
- the fatigue calculation unit 34 calculates the degree of fatigue using the above three methods. Specifically, the fatigue calculation unit 34 calculates the fatigue level by the above three methods, and calculates the final fatigue level based on the calculated fatigue levels. For example, the fatigue calculation unit 34 may use an average value of three fatigue levels as the final fatigue level, or may calculate a final fatigue level by weighting any one of the three fatigue levels. Good.
- the fatigue index calculation method is arbitrary, and the content of the fatigue index is also arbitrary.
- a value indicating the degree of fatigue may be calculated as the fatigue index for each type of fatigue.
- the fatigue index may be three types of values: a value indicating the degree of acute fatigue, a value indicating the degree of cumulative fatigue, and a value indicating the degree of mental fatigue.
- health information may be calculated using the detection result of the camera 12 and / or the microphone 13.
- biological information such as a pulse and / or body movement based on a user image captured by the camera 12. Therefore, in addition to (or instead of) the biological information obtained from the detection result of the Doppler sensor 11, the processing unit 15 uses the biological information obtained from the image captured by the camera 12 to calculate the sleep index (and the fatigue level). It may be calculated. The processing unit 15 may calculate the sleep index in consideration of the snoring sound detected by the microphone 13.
- FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of processing executed in the processing unit 15 of the main terminal device 10.
- processing in the detection mode is mainly shown, and processing in the normal mode and the sleep mode is not shown.
- step S1 shown in FIG. 5 the processing unit 15 confirms reception of data from the secondary terminal device 20.
- the main terminal device 10 is in the sleep mode or the normal mode.
- the processing unit 15 repeatedly executes the process of step S1 (and S2) at a rate of once per predetermined time.
- step S2 the processing unit 15 determines whether or not to shift to the detection mode. That is, the processing unit 15 determines to shift to the detection mode when the above-described authentication notification is received from the sub-terminal device 20 at the above-described step S1, and determines not to shift to the detection mode when the authentication notification is not received. . If the determination result of step S2 is affirmative, the process of step S3 is executed. On the other hand, when the determination result of step S2 is negative, the process of step S1 is executed again.
- step S3 the processing unit 15 shifts the operation mode of the main terminal device 10 to the detection mode. That is, the processing unit 15 activates the Doppler sensor 11.
- step S ⁇ b> 4 the processing unit 15 acquires the detection result of the Doppler sensor 11. Further, the processing unit 15 calculates respiration, pulse, and body movement as further biological information based on the detection result.
- steps S4 to S6 are repeatedly executed at a rate of once per predetermined time. Therefore, during the detection mode, the biological information is repeatedly acquired (calculated) and sequentially stored in the memory of the processing unit 15.
- step S6 the processing unit 15 determines whether or not to end the detection mode. In the present embodiment, whether or not to end the detection mode is determined based on whether or not the user is not sleeping. Specifically, the processing unit 15 determines whether or not there is a user from the detection range of the Doppler sensor 11 based on the detection result of the Doppler sensor 11. When the user disappears, the processing unit 15 determines that the user is no longer sleeping and determines to end the detection mode. On the other hand, when the user is within the detection range of the Doppler sensor 11, the processing unit 15 determines that the user is sleeping and determines not to end the detection mode. If the determination result of step S6 is affirmative, the process of step S7 is executed. On the other hand, when the determination result of step S6 is negative, the process of step S4 is executed again.
- step S7 the processing unit 15 calculates health information based on the detection result of the Doppler sensor 11. That is, as described above in the section “(Health information calculation)”, the sleep index and the fatigue index are calculated based on the biological information.
- step S8 the processing unit 15 transmits the health information calculated in step S7 to the data server 2.
- the health information is automatically generated (without requiring user operation) and transmitted to the data server 2.
- information transmitted from the terminal system 1 to the data server 2 may be transmitted in response to a transmission operation by the user.
- the processing unit 15 may transmit information (biological information such as body weight) received from the sub-terminal device 20 together with the authentication notification to the data server 2 together with health information.
- step S9 the processing unit 15 shifts the operation mode of the main terminal device 10 to the sleep mode. That is, the processing unit 15 stops the operation of the Doppler sensor 11. After shifting to the sleep mode in step S9, the process in step S1 described above is executed again.

- the terminal system 1 may transmit biometric information to the data server 2, and the data server 2 may calculate health information based on the biometric information. At this time, some pieces of health information (for example, sleep time and sleep efficiency) may be calculated in the terminal system 1 and displayed on the display 16 at an appropriate timing. According to this, the terminal system 1 can provide health information to the user without acquiring data from the data server 2.
- the health information calculated by the data server 2 may be transmitted to the terminal system 1 and displayed on the terminal system 1.
- the health information transmitted from the terminal system 1 to the data server 2 is transmitted at the end of the detection mode.
- transmission information (biological information and / or health information) transmitted from the terminal system 1 to the data server 2 may be sequentially transmitted during the detection mode.

- a predetermined operation for example, an operation of pressing a predetermined power button
- the main terminal device 10 accesses the service server 3 to display the user's health information on the display 16 or the provided information provided from the service server 3 on the display 16.
- the main terminal device 10 shifts to the sleep mode in response to the user performing a predetermined operation (for example, an operation of pressing a predetermined power button) in the normal mode.
- the terminal system includes the first device (main terminal device 10) including the first sensor (Doppler sensor 11) that detects the first biological information related to the user, and the biological information related to the user. And a second device (sub-terminal device 20) including a second sensor (load sensor 21) that detects second biological information that is different from the first biological information. Further, the terminal system can communicate with a server (data server 2) that performs analysis based on the first biological information and the second biological information. Further, the terminal system transmits transmission information including at least one of the first biological information and the second biological information and health information obtained from the biological information to the server (data server 2).
- the first biological information (and health information based thereon) and the second biological information (and health information based thereon) may be transmitted separately from different devices.
- the server performs analysis based on transmission information transmitted from the terminal system. As described above, since the terminal system can acquire a large amount of biological information with the two devices, the quality of analysis in the server can be improved. That is, the server can perform more various analyzes or more accurate analyses.
- the first sensor Doppler sensor 11
- the second sensor load sensor 21
- Biometric information is detected. According to this, since the biological information can be acquired during the sleeping period and during the sleeping period, the quality of analysis in the server can be improved.
- the first sensor is a non-contact type sensor that can detect biological information without the user touching the sensor, and the second sensor detects biological information while the user is in contact with the sensor. It is a possible contact type sensor. According to this, the biological information can be detected by a method that the user does not care while sleeping, and the biological information can be detected by a more reliable method while waking up.
- the first device includes the following means.
- the server data server 2
- the server (service server 3) transmits information (provided information described later) based on the analysis result to the terminal system.
- the first device includes receiving means for receiving information transmitted from the server and display means for displaying the received information. According to this, the user can easily browse the information using the first device. Moreover, since said information is displayed in the 1st apparatus which detects biometric information, the structure of a terminal system can be simplified.
- the terminal system 1 may include a device (information terminal) that receives and displays provided information separately from the main terminal device 10.
- This information terminal may be any information processing device used by the user, such as a mobile terminal, a personal computer, and a game device.
- the user information terminal may access the service server 3 to receive and display the provided information. Further, purchase of goods / services to be described later may be performed using the information terminal.
- the second device transmits a predetermined notification (authentication notification) to the first device in response to detecting the second biological information.
- the first device starts detecting the first biological information in response to receiving the predetermined notification. According to this, the detection operation of biological information can be performed efficiently in the first device, and the efficiency of information processing in the first device can be improved. Moreover, power saving of the first device can be achieved.
- the second device executes authentication processing for the user using the user's biological information (the shape of the foot detected by the touch panel 22) in response to detecting the second biological information.
- the authentication process is successful (that is, when the authentication process confirms that the user is one of one or more previously registered users)
- the second device sends the predetermined notification to the second apparatus. Send to 1 device.
- detection of the biological information is started in the first device, so that the detection process can be executed efficiently.
- the biometric information used for the authentication process may be the second biometric information or other biometric information.
- the main terminal device 10 starts measuring (detecting) biometric information on the condition that the authentication process in the sub-terminal device 20 is successful, and the biometric information is no longer detected (the user Measurement of biological information was terminated on the condition that it was no longer detected.
- the determination method of the measurement period of biological information is arbitrary, and the measurement period may be determined by another method.
- the main terminal apparatus 10 may intermittently detect using a sensor (Doppler sensor 11) and determine a measurement period based on the detection result. Specifically, the main terminal device 10 determines whether or not a user is detected (whether or not the user is within the detection range) by performing detection by the Doppler sensor 11 at predetermined time intervals. When the user is not detected, the main terminal device 10 stops the detection by the Doppler sensor 11. In this case, the measurement is not started. On the other hand, when a user is detected, the main terminal device 10 starts measurement by continuing detection by the Doppler sensor 11 as it is. Furthermore, when the measurement is started, the main terminal device 10 continues the measurement while the user is detected by the Doppler sensor 11.
- Doppler sensor 11 a sensor
- the main terminal device 10 ends the measurement by the Doppler sensor 11 when the user is no longer detected.
- the measurement period by the Doppler sensor 11 can be determined based on the detection result by the Doppler sensor 11 itself (performed intermittently). According to this, since the measurement period can be determined without using other devices such as sensors, the configuration of the device can be simplified.
- the measurement period of the Doppler sensor 11 may be determined based on the detection result of a sensor (for example, a human sensor) different from the Doppler sensor 11.
- the terminal system 1 may use an infrared sensor and / or a camera as the human sensor. Specifically, the terminal system 1 detects a user intermittently or continuously with a human sensor. In the period when the user is detected by the human sensor, the terminal system 1 performs measurement by the Doppler sensor 11. Also by this, the measurement period can be automatically determined similarly to the method of the present embodiment and the method of determining the measurement period based on the detection result of the Doppler sensor 11. That is, since the user does not need to perform an operation for measurement (start and end), the convenience of the terminal system 1 can be improved. Furthermore, since it is possible to measure biological information without burdening the user with effort and burden, it becomes easy to continuously acquire biological information.
- the measurement period of the Doppler sensor 11 may be determined in advance.
- the terminal system 1 may perform the measurement in a predetermined time zone (for example, the time zone from 20:00 at night to 10:00 the next morning) or perform the measurement (unless there is a stop operation by the user). You may make it always perform. Accordingly, similarly to the above, the user does not need to perform an operation for starting and ending the measurement, so that the convenience of the terminal system 1 can be improved.

However, the usage information included in the additional provision conditions includes, for example, “healthy fatigue during the last week and average fatigue during the week before purchase” for both health before and after purchase of the product / service. May be set to specify information.
- Additional provision conditions are conditions related to user health information.
- the additional provision condition may be a condition related to a change in health information (change in a user's state indicated by the health information) such as “improvement in fatigue” or “no improvement in fatigue”.
- the additional provision condition may be the same as the health condition described above (see FIG. 9), for example, regarding the user's state indicated by the health information, such as “average sleep time of the last week of 5 hours or less”.
- the condition may be set as an additional provision condition.
- the additional provision content indicates the content of additional provision information provided when the additional provision condition associated therewith is satisfied.
- information indicating the contents of the provision information itself may be set as in the provision contents in the provision condition table described above, or an identification number assigned to the provision information is indicated. Information may be set.
- step S24 first, the portal server 41 refers to the user provision history information and identifies provision information corresponding to the additional provision information for which provision timing has arrived. That is, the portal server 41 identifies the provision information indicated by the provision content information associated with the additional provision timing information at which the provision timing has arrived in the user provision history information.
- the portal server 41 specifies an additional provision condition of additional provision information corresponding to the identified provision information. That is, the portal server 41 refers to the additional provision condition table and identifies an additional provision condition associated with the previous provision content indicating the identified provision information. Then, the portal server 41 specifies usage information included in the specified additional provision condition, and transmits a usage request for acquiring health information indicated by the specified usage information to the data server 2. That is, a usage request including request information indicating the health information is transmitted to the data server 2. For example, when the additional provision condition table shown in FIG. 14 is used, a case is considered in which provision information indicating “introduction of product A” is specified. In this case, since usage information indicating “average fatigue level of the last week, average fatigue level of the week before purchase” is specified, a usage request for acquiring health information indicated by the usage information is transmitted to the data server 2. .
- the usage request transmitted in step S24 includes request information, user identification information, and service identification information, similar to the usage request transmitted in step S14.
- the contents of these three pieces of information are determined by the same method as in step S14.
- the request information indicates the health in a predetermined period based on the point of purchase. May show information.
- the portal server 41 may use the date indicated by the provision date information of the user-provided history information as the purchase date in order to calculate the predetermined period, or store the date at the time of product purchase in advance, The stored date may be used as the purchase date.
- the data server 2 executes the same processing as in steps S15 to S17. That is, the data server 2 performs an authentication process for the usage request (S25), and if the authentication is successful, executes an analysis process according to the usage request as required (step S26). Then, the health information requested by the use request is transmitted to the portal server 41 (step S27).
- the portal server 41 Upon receiving the health information from the data server 2, the portal server 41 generates additional provision information based on the received health information (step S28). In other words, the portal server 41 uses the received health information to determine whether or not the additional provision condition specified in step S24 is satisfied. And the portal server 41 produces
- FIG. 15 is a diagram illustrating an example of a method for determining an additional provision condition.
- health information fatigue level in the figure
- whether or not the additional provision condition is satisfied may be determined by comparing the health information before and after purchasing the product / service.
- the health information in the past predetermined period from the present is analyzed as the user's health information after purchase, and the health information in the past predetermined period from the time of purchase as the user's health information before the purchase. Is analyzed. For example, as shown in FIG.
- the data server 2 calculates, as an analysis result, the average fatigue level of the last week and the average fatigue level of the previous week before purchase in response to a usage request from the portal server 41. To do.
- the portal server 41 compares the analysis result of the health information before purchase (average fatigue level for one week before purchase) with the analysis result of the health information after purchase (average fatigue level for the last week). Determine whether the health status of the child has improved. For example, if the average fatigue level is reduced by a predetermined value or more, the portal server 41 determines that the user's health condition (fatigue level) has been improved, and if the average fatigue level has not decreased below the predetermined value, the portal server 41 The server 41 determines that the user's health condition (fatigue level) has not been improved.
- the portal server 41 produces
- analysis based on a plurality of health information that is time-series data accumulated for a user who analyzes the health condition (time-series analysis considering the time when the health information is acquired) Done.
- time-series analysis considering the time when the health information is acquired
- additional provision information according to the improvement effect (health condition) by the product or service based on the health information acquired by the terminal system after the product or service included in the provision information is purchased. Is generated. According to this, it is possible to determine the effect of the product / service and to provide appropriate provision information according to the determination result.
- the data server 2 acquires the health status based on information acquired by the terminal system 1 before a predetermined reference time (purchase time) and the terminal system 1 acquires after the reference time. Analyzes are made by comparing health status based on the information. According to this, it is possible to accurately analyze changes in health status due to provided information (or products / services provided by provided information), and by providing provided information according to such analysis, the provided contents It can be useful.
- the predetermined reference time is, for example, the time of purchase of the product / service introduced in the provided information, but may be an arbitrary time resulting from the provision of the provided information to the user.
- the reference time point may be a time point when the provision information is provided.
- the server can know the time when the user starts using the product and / or the time when the user is provided with the service, these times may be the reference time.
- the portal server 41 transmits the additional provision information to the terminal system 1 (step S29).
- a message indicating that there is the additional provision information is transmitted to the terminal system 1 by a push notification. That is, when the additional provision information is generated, the portal server 41 transmits the message in such a manner that the message is notified even if the user does not perform an operation (even if the portal site is not accessed). That is, the terminal system 1 that has received the message displays the message on the display 16 independently of the operation by the user. In response to this message, the user accesses the portal site using the terminal system 1. When the user logs in to the portal site, the portal server 41 generates a main page including additional provision information and transmits the main page to the terminal system 1. As a result, the additional provision information is provided to the user.
- the service server 3 refers to the user's terminal (the terminal device (the main terminal device 10) in the terminal system 1) and the user's operation on the terminal device in response to the generation of the additional provision information. Notification of the additional provision information (the above message) is transmitted at an independent timing.
- the additional provision information itself may be transmitted to the terminal system 1 by a push notification. That is, the additional provision information may be transmitted from the portal server 41 to the terminal system 1 independently of the operation by the user. In other words, the additional provision information may be displayed on the terminal system 1 without accessing the portal site.
- the notification of the additional provision information or the additional provision information is transmitted to the terminal system 1 by the push notification, so that the user can be notified of the generation of the additional provision information at an appropriate timing.
- the above message may not be transmitted.
- the additional provision information is generated by the portal server 41, the user is not notified, and the additional provision information is provided when the user next accesses the portal site.
- push notification may be performed on provided information (not on additional provided information) as in the case of additional provided information. That is, the service server 3 may transmit the notification of the provision information (not the additional provision information) or the provision information itself at a timing independent of the user operation on the terminal device. More specifically, the portal server 3 may execute the processes of steps S14 and S18 when a predetermined condition is satisfied (for example, when a predetermined time is reached). Good.
- additional provision information is provided after provision information is provided.
- an analysis process of information (health information) from the terminal system 1 and a generation process of additional provision information based on the analysis result may be repeatedly executed.
- the portal server 41 may set a timing (for example, a timing every two weeks after the purchase of a product) that repeatedly arrives as the additional provision timing in the additional provision condition table (see FIG. 14). According to this, the analysis process and the generation process are repeatedly executed every time the timing comes.
- the portal server 41 includes a set including the provision information indicated by the additional provision content in the additional provision condition table as the previous provision content (a combination of the previous provision content, the additional provision timing, the additional provision condition, and the additional provision content.
- provision information for introducing the product D is set as the previous provision content may be set. According to this, when the user purchases the product D according to the provision of the additional provision information, further additional provision information is provided thereafter. As described above, it is possible to continuously provide useful information to the user by repeating the analysis process and the generation process.
- FIG. 16 is a flowchart illustrating an example of a flow of processing executed in the data server 2.
- the data server 2 repeatedly executes a series of processes of steps S30 to S37 shown in FIG. This series of processing is performed by a CPU that is a processing unit included in the data server 2 executing a predetermined information processing program stored in a program storage unit included in the data server 2.

- the server system provides the user with the index obtained from the transmission information or the index included in the transmission information (the index indicated by the health information about the user, specifically, the sleep index, the fatigue index).
- the provided information to be generated is generated based on the analysis result of the transmission information and transmitted to the terminal system 1 (S18, S19). Further, the server system generates additional provision information different from the provision information that has been provided based on the analysis result of the transmission information acquired by the terminal system 1 after the provision information is provided to the user. (S28, S29).
- provided information is provided for the first time, the user state is analyzed based on the health information acquired thereafter, and new provided information is generated based on the analysis result.
- the second provision information can be provided in consideration of the effect (including the presence or absence of the effect) of the first provision information, it is possible to provide useful information to the user. For example, when the product / service introduced in the first offer information is purchased, the effect of the product / service is judged based on the health information after purchase, and the second offer information corresponding to the effect is provided. Therefore, useful information can be provided to the user.
- the server system (data server 2) stores transmission information received from the terminal system and information (health information) obtained from the transmission information as stored information in association with the user (this embodiment). Let's accumulate). Then, the data server 2 provides the provided information as a request (use request) to use the stored information for generating the provided information from the service server 3 that provides the provided information to the user of the terminal system using the stored information.

- the server system associates service identification information with use permission information (usable information) that is information based on the stored information and that is permitted for use for the service indicated by the service identification information.
- Information use management table
- the above determination is made based on the association information. Thereby, the determination can be easily performed.
- the server system determines whether or not the information indicated by the request information included in the use request received from the service server can be used, the type of stored information, the acquisition time of stored information, and / or Alternatively, the determination is made based on conditions regarding the use period of the stored information (S15). According to this, the use of stored information can be managed according to the type of stored information and / or the acquisition time of stored information. In addition, a use period can be set for the stored information. In addition, when the management provider performs a service that allows the service provider to use the stored information as described above, the management provider sets, for example, a usage fee for the stored information according to the available stored information. can do.
- the server system (portal server 41) generates providing information for introducing products / services based on the transmission information (S19), and from the user to whom the providing information is provided, according to the providing information.
- a purchase instruction to purchase the indicated product / service is accepted (S20).
- the server system can provide not only the provision information related to the product / service but also the service that provides the product / service introduced by the provision information.
- the user since the user can purchase the product / service provided from the server system by an instruction to the server system, the convenience of purchase can be improved.
- the portal server 41 in the service server 3 transmits a predetermined purchase notification to the service providing server 42 in response to accepting the purchase instruction.
- the service providing server 42 executes service providing processing (S22) in response to receiving the purchase notification.
- the service provider side that provides the product / service performs the service provision process by the service provision server 42, and the management provider side can manage the purchase of the product / service by the portal server 41.
- the information processing system calculates an index indicating user fatigue. That is, the information processing system automatically acquires biological information from the non-wearing type sensor (Doppler sensor 11) and stores the acquired biological information (S5). Then, the information processing system calculates the user's fatigue index based on the stored biological information (S7). According to this, it is possible to measure the degree of fatigue of the user without making the user aware of the measurement.
- the terminal system 1 repeatedly acquires biological information from the sensor. Then, the repeatedly acquired biological information is accumulated and stored, and the user's fatigue index is calculated based on the accumulated and stored biological information. Thereby, according to this, a user's fatigue degree can be measured continuously.
- the provision condition may be automatically updated based on the health information acquired from each user.
- the health information obtained after the product / service introduced in the provided information is purchased reflects the health condition after the user has used the product / service, from this health information, The effect that the user has used the product / service can be estimated.
- the portal server 41 updates the provision conditions based on such an effect. Thereby, it is possible to provide provision information more effective for the user. Details of this modification will be described below.
- the portal server 41 stores a condition update table for updating the provision conditions.
- FIG. 18 is a diagram illustrating an example of the condition update table.
- the condition update table is a table in which the provision content, the update condition, and the update content are associated for each provision information.
- the provided content indicates the content of the provided information, like the provided content in the provided condition table.
- the update condition indicates a condition for updating a provision condition related to provision information (a provision condition associated with the provision information in the provision condition table).
- the update condition includes a data number condition and a change condition.
- the data number condition is a condition related to the number of data of effect information indicating the effect of the product / service introduced in the provided information.
- the effect information is the analysis result of the health information acquired after purchasing the product / service, and is, for example, the health information used for determining the additional provision condition.
- the portal server 41 stores the health information used for the determination as the effect information when the additional provision condition is subsequently determined in response to the purchase of a product / service for certain provision information. Therefore, when a plurality of users purchase the product / service, the number of pieces of effect information corresponding to the number of purchased users is acquired (stored) in the portal server 41.
- the data number condition is a condition relating to the number of effect information (data number) stored as described above.
- data number condition for example, a condition indicating that “effect information for 100 people has been acquired” is set.
- the change condition is a condition related to effect information related to the data number condition.
- a condition indicating that “the effect information indicating that there is an effect is a predetermined number or more” is set.
- the portal server 41 determines whether or not to update the provision condition related to the provision information in response to the effect information stored for the provision information. Specifically, the portal server 41 specifies a data number condition associated with the provision contents of the provided information in the condition update table, and the number of stored pieces of effect information satisfies the specified data number condition. It is determined whether or not. For example, when the condition update table shown in FIG. 18 is used, the portal server 41 determines that the number of stored effect information data has reached 100 (whether the effect information of 100 users has been obtained). ) Determine whether or not. As a result of the determination, if it is determined that the data number condition is not satisfied, the portal server 41 determines not to update the provision condition.
- the portal server 41 determines whether or not the change condition is satisfied based on the stored effect information. For example, when the condition update table shown in FIG. 18 is used, the portal server 41 determines whether or not there is a predetermined number (for example, 70) or more of effect information indicating that there is an effect among the stored (100) effect information. Determine whether.
- the “effect information indicating that there is an effect” is health information such that, for example, the determination result of the additional provision condition “improvement of fatigue” shown in FIG. 14 is affirmative. That is, in this modification, whether or not the effect information indicates that there is an effect can be determined based on the determination result of the additional provision condition.
- the portal server 41 updates the provision condition table according to the update content associated with the change condition.
- the update content indicates the update content of the provision condition corresponding to the provision information, for example, “decrease the threshold value by 0.1”. For example, according to the update content “threshold is reduced by 0.1” shown in FIG. 18 for the provision condition “(the average fatigue level in the last week) is 4 or more” in the first row from the top in the provision condition table shown in FIG.
- the provision condition after the update is “(average fatigue degree in the last week) is 3.9 or more”.
- the update contents may be those that make the provision conditions looser or those that become stricter.
- the service server 3 may update the additional provision condition table.
- the provision condition table is updated in response to the change condition being satisfied. Therefore, the update is repeated (in other words, continuously) when the change condition is repeatedly satisfied. It will be.
- the server system stores transmission information received from each terminal system and / or information (health information) obtained from the transmission information as storage information in association with the user.
- the server system is provided with a condition regarding generation of provision information to be provided to the user in order to improve an index obtained from the storage information or an index included in the storage information (a condition for determining the content of the provision information to be generated, Specifically, provision conditions or additional provision conditions) are stored.
- the server system generates provided information based on the stored information and this condition.
- the server system analyzes the transmission information acquired after the provision of the provision information for a plurality of users who have been provided with the provision information, and automatically sets the conditions based on the analysis result (the effect information) Update).
- the effect information the effect information
- information acquired after purchasing a product / service introduced by the provision condition is used as “information obtained after provision of provision information” used to update the provision condition.
- information acquired after the timing of a predetermined operation performed due to provision of the provision information may be used as “information obtained after provision of provision information”.
- the timing of this predetermined operation “the timing of purchasing the product / service (introduced by the provision conditions)” or “the timing of using the product / service (introduced by the provision conditions)” in the above-described modification example. Etc. are considered.
- the above conditions include at least one health condition related to health information.
- the provision information according to the user's health information can be provided.
- the server system updates the health condition based on the analysis result of the information acquired after providing the provided information.
- the health condition of the user after the provision of the provision information can be analyzed, and the health condition can be updated according to the analysis result.
- the terminal system 1 repeatedly acquires the user's biometric information, and repeatedly transmits the transmission information to the server system.
- the server system repeatedly receives and stores transmission information from each terminal system 1 of a plurality of users, and continuously (repetitively) updates the provision conditions based on the stored and stored information. Then, provision information is generated based on the updated condition.
- FIG. 19 is a diagram for explaining the effect of the modified example.
- the service server 3 can provide more effective provision information to the user by updating the provision conditions. And if effective provision information can be provided, since it can be anticipated that the number of users who use the service that provides the provision information will increase, the data server 2 can acquire health information regarding more users. . If more health information can be acquired, the provision conditions can be updated to be more effective. In this way, by automatically updating the provision conditions, a virtuous cycle occurs, and more effective provision information can be provided.
- the provision condition may include a priority (priority level) assigned to the provision information (provision content), and the priority is high when a plurality of provision conditions are satisfied at one time.
- Provided information (having the highest priority level) may be provided (generated).
- the update content included in the update condition table may change the priority order. For example, when the change condition indicating that there is an improvement effect by the provided information (the index indicated by the health information has been improved) may be satisfied, the priority may be changed to be higher.
- the update condition The table may change the priority level to “4” when a change condition indicating that there is an improvement effect for the product A is satisfied.
- the provision conditions may include a plurality of conditions (items) related to health information.
- the update content included in the update condition table may add or delete an item, or may change the weight assigned to the item.
- provision condition table for determining additional provision information
- provision condition table for determining provision information
- provision condition table for determining provision information
- FIG. 20 is a diagram showing an example of the provision condition table in the modification of the embodiment. As shown in FIG. 20, in the present modification, the provision condition table associates provision conditions, provision contents, and next provision timing.
- the provision condition is composed of a plurality of conditions including the above-described user condition and health condition.
- the provision conditions include user conditions related to the user's age and three types of health conditions related to health information (here, a sleep index). That is, the provision conditions include a condition related to the average of the total sleep time for the most recent week, a condition related to the average of the sleep efficiency for the most recent week, and a condition related to the average of the number of mid-wakefulness for the most recent week. Note that it is not necessary to set all of these conditions depending on the provided contents.
- some conditions among a plurality of conditions may not be set depending on the provision contents, such as the provision conditions associated with the provision contents indicating “introduction of the product C” illustrated in FIG. 20.
- the conditions included in the provision conditions are not limited to the above, and may include other user conditions and / or other health conditions, or other conditions different from the user conditions and the health conditions (for example, for products and services) For example, conditions relating to purchase history).
- the provision condition may include a plurality of user conditions, or may include only one health condition.
- the provided content indicates the content of provided information that is generated (provided) when the provided condition associated therewith is satisfied, as in the above embodiment.
- the next provision timing indicates the timing at which provision information is provided (again, whether or not provision information is to be provided) is determined after provision information of provision contents associated therewith is provided. .
- the next provision timing indicates the time from when the product / service is purchased, as in the above-described additional provision timing (FIG. 14).
- the next provision timing may indicate the time from the time when the provision information was provided last time. Further, when the portal server 41 acquires the time when the product is actually used or the time when the service is actually received, the time from these times may be indicated.
- the provision condition table shown in FIG. 20 is used instead of the provision condition table (FIG. 9) shown in the above embodiment.
- the determination process (steps S14 and S18) related to the provided information is executed as in the above embodiment. By this determination process, it is determined whether or not to provide the provided information and, if provided, which provided information is provided. Also in the present modification, as in the above-described embodiment, when each condition included in the provision condition is satisfied, provision information of provision contents associated with the provision condition is provided. For example, according to the provision condition table shown in FIG. 20, the age of the user is in their 40s, the average total sleep time in the last week is less than 6 hours, and the average sleep efficiency in the last week is 80%. If the average number of midway awakenings in the last week is 3 or more, the provision information for introducing the product A is determined as information to be provided.
- the portal server 41 determines that the provision condition is satisfied when a predetermined number of conditions among the plurality of conditions are satisfied. May be.
