下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
本发明实施例提供的提醒通知消息的处理方法及装置,适用于各类能够接收提醒通知消息的终端设备,如手机、平板电脑PAD、个人助理PDA等终端设备。
图1是本发明实施例提供的提醒通知消息的处理方法流程图,如图1所示,本发明的提醒通知消息的处理方法包括:
S101、终端设备在接收到提醒通知消息后,检测用户的操作行为。
所述提醒通知消息包括来电提醒、未接来电提醒、短信提醒、推送消息提醒、即时通信消息IM提醒、社交网站SNS消息提醒、邮件提醒等等。
终端设备在接收到提醒通知消息后,检测用户的操作行为,具体包括:检测用户的手势行为,并记录产生所述手势行为时的场景。场景是指检测到用户的操作行为时终端设备的当前状态。例如,当终端设备接到来电提醒时,屏幕通常处于亮屏的状态,等待用户的接听,此时检测到用户的操作行为,那么场景即为“接到来电提醒时”。当终端设备接到短信等文本消息时,屏幕通常会被短暂性地激活,也处于亮屏的状态,此时检测到用户的操作行为,那么场景即为“接到短信时”。经过一段短暂的时间,屏幕恢复待机状态之后,才检测到用户的操作行为,那么此时的场景为“待机状态”。
终端设备在检测用户的操作行为时可以借助终端设备的触摸屏、摄像头、光线传感器等传感器进行检测,以分辨用户的手势行为。例如,借助触摸屏感应用户的轻拍动作、滑动动作,用光线传感器感应光线变化,从而判断出用户在靠近等等手势,用前置摄像头感应用户的手势动作,例如检测手指并拢推向手机,用户用手覆盖住屏幕等等动作。
S102、将检测到的所述操作行为与预定义的行为数据库进行匹配。
所述行为数据库中包括预定义的行为及对所述行为对应的反馈操作,所述预定义的行为包括预定义的手势行为和所述手势行为对应的场景。具体地,可以如下表1中所示。

当然,预定义的手势行为可以根据实际使用定义成其他手势,对于不同场景下的不同手势行为,对应不同的反馈操作,以控制终端设备根据用户的手势行为进行相应的处理。
S103、如果检测到的所述操作行为与所述行为数据库中预定义的行为相匹配,则根据所述行为数据库中所述对应的反馈操作进行处理。
所述操作行为与所述行为数据库中预定义的行为相匹配,具体包括:所述产生所述手势行为时的场景与所述行为数据库中适用的场景相匹配,且所述手势行为与所述行为数据库中预定义的手势行为相匹配。
具体地,如果检测到的所述操作行为与所述行为数据库中预定义的行为相匹配,则根据所述行为数据库中的所述反馈操作进行处理,包括:
如果所述终端设备处于待机状态,当检测到所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第一行为时,所述终端设备将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读。该预定义的第一行为可以对应于表1中所列的“轻拍两下终端设备”,那么根据表1中对应的反馈操作是“播放阅读”,则终端设备将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读。
如果所述终端设备接收到多个所述提醒通知消息,则按照所述提醒通知消息的优先级进行排序阅读。
或者,如果所述终端设备接收到的所述提醒通知消息为来电提醒,当检测到所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第二行为时,所述终端设备对所述来电进行免提接听。该预定义的第二行为可以对应于表1中所列的“轻拍两下终端设备”,那么根据表1中对应的反馈操作是“免提接听”,则终端设备免提接听该来电。
或者,如果所述终端设备接收到的所述提醒通知消息为来电提醒,当检测到所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第三行为时,所述终端设备对所述来电进行静音处理。该预定义的第三行为可以对应于表1中所列的“手指并拢推向终端设备,或在屏幕任意位置向下滑动一定距离”,那 么根据表1中对应的反馈操作是“静音”,则终端设备对所述来电进行静音处理。
或者,如果所述终端设备接收到的所述提醒通知消息为文本信息提醒,当检测到所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第四行为时,所述终端设备将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读。该预定义的第四行为可以对应于表1中所列的“轻拍两下终端设备”,那么根据表1中对应的反馈操作是“播放阅读”,则终端设备将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读。
如果所述终端设备接收到多个文本消息,则按照所述提醒通知消息的优先级进行排序阅读。
或者,如果所述终端设备处于音频播放状态,当检测到所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第五行为时,所述终端设备进行音量控制。该预定义的第五行为可以对应于表1中所列的“屏幕任意位置上下滑动”,那么根据表1中对应的反馈操作是“调节音量”,则终端设备根据用户的上下滑动手势调节音量。
这样,通过设置多种行为来触发相应场景下的提醒事件的处理,不需要对终端设备进行解锁后再进行读取操作,更加智能便捷,让用户可以在不解锁屏幕的场景下,轻松准确的了解到各类电话和信息的内容提醒,极大的提高了处理效率,符合实际用户的使用场景,也不局限于屏幕是否被激活或者其他特定场景,而且不需要对终端设备作硬件上的改进,不会对终端设备的质量和寿命有影响,耗电量低。
以上是对本发明所提供的提醒通知消息的处理方法进行的详细描述,下面对本发明提供的提醒通知消息的处理装置进行详细描述。
图2是本实施例提供的提醒通知消息的处理装置示意图,如图2所示,本发明的提醒通知消息的处理装置包括:接收单元201、检测单元202、匹配单元203和处理单元204。
接收单元201用于接收发送给终端设备的提醒通知消息。
所述提醒通知消息包括来电提醒、未接来电提醒、短信提醒、推送消息提醒、即时通信消息IM提醒、社交网站SNS消息提醒、邮件提醒等等。
检测单元202用于在接收单元201接收到所述提醒通知消息后,检测用户的操作行为。
检测单元202具体用于检测用户的手势行为,并记录产生所述手势行为时的场景。场景是指检测单元202检测到用户的操作行为时,终端设备的当前状态。例如,当终端设备接到来电提醒时,屏幕通常处于亮屏的状态,等待用户的接听,此时检测单元202检测到用户的操作行为,那么场景即为“接到来电提醒时”。当终端设备接到短信等文本消息时,屏幕通常会被短暂性地激活,也处于亮屏的状态,此时检测单元202检测到用户的操作行为,那么场景即为“接到短信时”。经过一段短暂的时间,屏幕恢复待机状态之后,检测单元202才检测到用户的操作行为,那么此时的场景为“待机状态”。
检测单元202在检测用户的操作行为时可以借助终端设备的触摸屏、摄像头、光线传感器等传感器进行检测,以分辨用户的手势行为。例如,借助触摸屏感应用户的轻拍动作、滑动动作,用光线传感器感应光线变化,从而判断出用户在靠近等等手势,用前置摄像头感应用户的手势动作,例如检测手指并拢推向手机,用户用手覆盖住屏幕等等动作。
匹配单元203用于将检测单元202检测到的所述操作行为与预定义的行为数据库进行匹配。
所述行为数据库中包括预定义的行为及对所述行为对应的反馈操作。所述预定义的行为包括预定义的手势行为和所述手势行为对应的场景。具体地,可以如下表1中所示。
匹配单元203的匹配结果为相匹配,具体包括:检测单元202记录的所述产生所述手势行为时的场景与所述行为数据库中适用的场景相匹配,且检测单元202检测的所述手势行为与所述行为数据库中预定义的手势行为相匹 配。
处理单元204用于当匹配单元203的匹配结果为相匹配时,则根据所述行为数据库中所述对应的反馈操作进行处理。
处理单元204具体用于当匹配单元203匹配到所述终端设备处于待机状态,且检测单元202检测到的所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第一行为时,将接收单元201接收到的所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读。该预定义的第一行为可以对应于表1中所列的“轻拍两下终端设备”,那么根据表1中对应的反馈操作是“播放阅读”,则处理单元204将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读。
如果接收单元201接收到多个所述提醒通知消息,处理单元204用于按照所述提醒通知消息的优先级排序,将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读。
或者,处理单元204具体用于当匹配单元203匹配到接收单元201接收到的所述提醒通知消息为来电提醒,检测单元202检测到的所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第二行为时,对所述来电进行免提接听。该预定义的第二行为可以对应于表1中所列的“轻拍两下终端设备”,那么根据表1中对应的反馈操作是“免提接听”,则处理单元204免提接听该来电。
处理单元204具体用于当匹配单元201匹配到接收单元201接收到的所述提醒通知消息为来电提醒,检测单元202检测到的所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第三行为时,对所述来电进行静音处理。该预定义的第三行为可以对应于表1中所列的“手指并拢推向终端设备,或在屏幕任意位置向下滑动一定距离”,那么根据表1中对应的反馈操作是“静音”,则处理单元204对所述来电进行静音处理。
处理单元204具体用于当匹配单元203匹配到接收单元201接收到的所述提醒通知消息为文本信息提醒,检测单元202检测到的所述用户的操作行 为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第四行为时,将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读。该预定义的第四行为可以对应于表1中所列的“轻拍两下终端设备”,那么根据表1中对应的反馈操作是“播放阅读”,则处理单元204将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读。
如果所述终端设备接收到多个文本消息,处理单元204则按照所述提醒通知消息的优先级进行排序阅读。
处理单元204具体用于当匹配单元203匹配到终端设备处于音频播放状态,检测单元202检测到的所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第五行为时,进行音量控制。该预定义的第五行为可以对应于表1中所列的“屏幕任意位置上下滑动”,那么根据表1中对应的反馈操作是“调节音量”,则处理单元204根据用户的上下滑动手势调节音量。
这样,通过设置多种行为来触发相应场景下的提醒事件的处理,不需要对终端设备进行解锁后再进行读取操作,更加智能便捷,让用户可以在不解锁屏幕的场景下,轻松准确的了解到各类电话和信息的内容提醒,极大的提高了处理效率。
图3是本实施例提供的提醒通知消息的处理装置组成结构示意图,如图3所示,本发明的提醒通知消息的处理装置300包括:处理器301、通信接口302和存储器303。
通信接口302用于与其他装置进行交互。
存储器303可以是永久存储器,例如硬盘驱动器和闪存,存储器303中具有软件模块和设备驱动程序。软件模块能够执行本发明实施例上述方法的各种功能模块;设备驱动程序可以是网络和接口驱动程序。
在启动时,这些软件组件被加载到存储器303中,然后被处理器301访问并执行如下指令:
在通过通信接口302接收到提醒通知消息后,检测用户的操作行为;
将检测到的所述操作行为与预定义的行为数据库进行匹配,所述行为数 据库中包括预定义的行为及对所述行为对应的反馈操作;
如果检测到的所述操作行为与所述行为数据库中预定义的行为相匹配,则根据所述行为数据库中所述对应的反馈操作进行处理。
具体地,服务器300还根据所述指令执行上述实施例所述的提醒通知消息的处理方法,具体在此不再赘述。
本发明提供的提醒通知消息的处理方法及装置,通过设置多种行为来触发相应场景下的提醒事件的处理,不需要对终端设备进行解锁后再进行读取操作,更加智能便捷,让用户可以在不解锁屏幕的场景下,轻松准确的了解到各类电话和信息的内容提醒,极大的提高了处理效率,符合实际用户的使用场景,也不局限于屏幕是否被激活或者其他特定场景,而且不会对终端设备的质量和寿命有影响,耗电量低。
专业人员应该还可以进一步意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。
结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的方法或算法的步骤可以用硬件、处理器执行的软件模块,或者二者的结合来实施。软件模块可以置于随机存储器(RAM)、内存、只读存储器(ROM)、电可编程ROM、电可擦除可编程ROM、寄存器、硬盘、可移动磁盘、CD-ROM、或技术领域内所公知的任意其它形式的存储介质中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种提醒通知消息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    终端设备在接收到提醒通知消息后,检测用户的操作行为;
    将检测到的所述操作行为与预定义的行为数据库进行匹配,所述行为数据库中包括预定义的行为及对所述行为对应的反馈操作;
    如果检测到的所述操作行为与所述行为数据库中预定义的行为相匹配,则根据所述行为数据库中所述对应的反馈操作进行处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预定义的行为包括预定义的手势行为和所述手势行为对应的场景;
    所述检测用户的操作行为,具体包括:检测用户的手势行为,并记录产生所述手势行为时的场景;
    所述操作行为与所述行为数据库中预定义的行为相匹配,具体包括:所述产生所述手势行为时的场景与所述行为数据库中适用的场景相匹配,且所述手势行为与所述行为数据库中预定义的手势行为相匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,如果检测到的所述操作行为与所述行为数据库中预定义的行为相匹配,则根据所述行为数据库中的所述反馈操作进行处理,具体包括:
    如果所述终端设备处于待机状态,当检测到所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第一行为时,所述终端设备将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读;
    或者,如果所述终端设备接收到的所述提醒通知消息为来电提醒,当检测到所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第二行为时,所述终端设备对所述来电进行免提接听;
    或者,如果所述终端设备接收到的所述提醒通知消息为来电提醒,当检测到所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第三行为时,所述终端设备对所述来电进行静音处理;
    或者,如果所述终端设备接收到的所述提醒通知消息为文本信息提醒,当检测到所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第四行为时,所述终端设备将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读;
    或者,如果所述终端设备处于音频播放状态,当检测到所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第五行为时,所述终端设备进行音量控制。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读,包括:如果所述终端设备接收到多个所述提醒通知消息,则按照所述提醒通知消息的优先级进行排序阅读。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提醒通知消息包括来电提醒、未接来电提醒、短信提醒、推送消息提醒、即时通信消息IM提醒、社交网站SNS消息提醒、邮件提醒。
  6. 一种提醒通知消息的处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,用于接收发送给终端设备的提醒通知消息;
    检测单元,用于在所述接收单元接收到所述提醒通知消息后,检测用户的操作行为;
    匹配单元,用于将所述检测单元检测到的所述操作行为与预定义的行为数据库进行匹配,所述行为数据库中包括预定义的行为及对所述行为对应的反馈操作;
    处理单元,用于当所述匹配单元的匹配结果为相匹配时,则根据所述行为数据库中所述对应的反馈操作进行处理。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预定义的行为包括预定义的手势行为和所述手势行为对应的场景;
    所述检测单元具体用于检测用户的手势行为,并记录产生所述手势行为时的场景;
    所述匹配单元的匹配结果为相匹配,具体包括:所述检测单元记录的所述产生所述手势行为时的场景与所述行为数据库中适用的场景相匹配,且所 述检测单元检测的所述手势行为与所述行为数据库中预定义的手势行为相匹配。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于当所述匹配单元匹配到所述终端设备处于待机状态,且所述检测单元检测到的所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第一行为时,将所述接收单元接收到的所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读;
    或者,所述处理单元具体用于当所述匹配单元匹配到所述接收单元接收到的所述提醒通知消息为来电提醒,所述检测单元检测到的所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第二行为时,对所述来电进行免提接听;
    或者,所述处理单元具体用于当所述匹配单元匹配到所述接收单元接收到的所述提醒通知消息为来电提醒,所述检测单元检测到的所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第三行为时,对所述来电进行静音处理;
    或者,所述处理单元具体用于当所述匹配单元匹配到所述接收单元接收到的所述提醒通知消息为文本信息提醒,所述检测单元检测到的所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第四行为时,将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读;
    或者,所述处理单元具体用于当所述匹配单元匹配到终端设备处于音频播放状态,所述检测单元检测到的所述用户的操作行为为所述行为数据库中预定义的第五行为时,进行音量控制。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,如果所述接收单元接收到多个所述提醒通知消息,所述处理单元用于按照所述提醒通知消息的优先级排序,将所述提醒通知消息转换成语音消息进行播放阅读。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述提醒通知消息包括来电提醒、未接来电提醒、短信提醒、推送消息提醒、即时通信消息IM提醒、社交网站SNS消息提醒、邮件提醒。
