本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种扬声器模组,其即能方便与终端电子产 品之间的安装、 结合, 提高工作效率, 而且弹性体不易脱落, 粘结性好, 又能 保证其前声腔或后声腔的开口端与该终端电子产品相应结合件之间结合的密封 性, 提高声学性能。

作为一种改进的方案, 所述弹性件为 TPU弹性件或 TPE弹性件或硅胶。 本发明提供的扬声器模组, 由于其在壳体的前声腔或后声腔的开口端设有 与之一体注塑形成的弹性件, 保证了弹性件与壳体结合的牢固性, 提高了结合 的精度以及稳定性, 降低了弹性件脱落的可能性; 将该扬声器模组安装至终端 电子产品上时, 能够保证该扬声器模组前声腔或后声腔的开口端与该终端电子 产品相应结合件之间结合的密封性, 保证了电子产品整体的声学性能; 而且使 用此种结构的扬声器模组也省去了说人工贴合弹性件这一工序, 既减少了工人的 劳动强度, 又能提高工作效率。
该扬声器模组的制造方法不仅能够有书效地解决上述技术问题, 而且还可推 广到其它需要将软性物料或者硬性物料注塑到其他物料中的结构的生产。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下结合附图及实 施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅 仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
图 1至图 4共同示出了本发明实施例提供的扬声器模组的结构示意图, 为 了便于说明, 本图仅提供与本发明有关的结构部分。 扬声器模组包括壳体和结合于壳体内部的扬声器单体, 扬声器单体包括振 膜组件 2和磁路组件 3, 扬声器单体与壳体之间形成前声腔和后声腔, 其中, 振 膜组件 2包括振膜 21和结合于振膜 21下侧的音圈 22, 磁路组件 3包括依次结 合的华司 31、 磁铁 32和盆架 33, 壳体上设有弹性件 12, 弹性件 12结合于売体 上前声腔或后声腔的开口端与终端电子产品接触的端面上, 弹性件 12与壳体为 注塑形成的一体式结构。 由于其在壳体的前声腔或后声腔的开口端设有与之一 体注塑形成的弹性件 12, 保证了弹性件 12与壳体的粘结性, 提高了粘结精度以 及稳定性, 降低了弹性件 12脱落说的可能性。
以该扬声器模组在手机中的应用为例, 如图 5至图 7所示, 该扬声器模组 的前声腔开口端即为出声孔, 壳体包括上壳书 1、 中壳 5和下壳 6, 上壳 1、 中壳 5和扬声器单体围成该扬声器模组的前声腔, 上壳 1包括上壳注塑料基体 11, 前声腔开口端即设置于上壳注塑料基体 11上, 弹性件 12则对应地一体注塑在 上壳注塑料基体 11上的前声腔开口端处, 上壳注塑料基体 11上的前声腔开口 端与手机上设有声孔的结合件 7相结合, 并使扬声器模组的出声孔 111与手机 声孔 71相连通。 将弹性件 12—体注塑在上壳注塑料基体 11上的前声腔开口端 处, 能够保证该扬声器模组的前声腔开口端与手机上的结合件 7 之间结合的密 封性, 有效地防止漏气, 保证了该手机的声学性能; 而且使用此种结构的扬声 器模组也省去了人工贴合弹性件这一工序, 既减少了工人的劳动强度, 又能提 高工作效率。
在该实施例中, 在上壳注塑料基体 11与弹性件 12的结合部设有相互配合 的倒扣结构, 在该实施例中, 倒扣结构包括设置在弹性件 12上的向外凸出的扣 齿 121及对应设置在上壳注塑料基体 11上的扣槽 112, 则可使上壳注塑料基体 11与弹性件 12之间既能够紧密地粘结在一起, 又能牢固地扣合在一起, 能够有 效地防止弹性件 12与上壳注塑料基体 11脱离; 同理, 将倒扣结构的扣齿设置 在上壳注塑料基体 11上, 并在弹性件 12上对应设置扣槽也具有相同的功能。
在该实施例中, 使用 TPU ( Thermoplastic polyurethanes , 热塑性聚氨酯) 或 TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer , 热塑性弹性体) 或硅胶材料注塑形成弹性 件 12, 既能保证弹性体 12的可注塑性, 增强了其与上壳注塑料件基体 11之间 结合的牢固性, 又能保证弹性体 12在注塑后的弹性, 保证其密封效果。 上述扬声器模组的制造方法包括下述步骤:
a.通过双射注塑工艺形成上壳注塑料基体 11与弹性件 12的一体式结构, 制得上壳 1, 具体包括下述步骤- al.通过一射注塑形成上壳注塑料基体 11 ;
a2.通过二射注塑, 在上壳注塑料基体 11 的前声腔开口端处注塑形成弹性 件 12, 弹性件 12与一射注塑形成的上壳注塑料基体 11融合形成一体结构, 制 得上壳 1 ;
b.将上売 1与中壳 5、 中壳 5说内的电连接件、 振膜组件 2、 磁路组件 3及下 壳 6组装在一起, 制得扬声器模组。 在该实施例中, 电连接件为柔性线路板 4。
采用此种双射注塑法制成的上壳注塑料书基体 11与弹性件 12的一体式的上 壳 1,将人工难以贴合的结构复杂的弹性件 12直接注塑到上壳注塑料基体 11中, 这样, 弹性件 12就不必作为单独的一个部件进行人工粘贴, 而且还可以根据需 要注塑结构更为复杂的弹性件结构, 保证了弹性件 12与上壳注塑料基体 11 的 粘结性, 提高了粘结精度以及稳定性, 降低了弹性件 12脱落的可能性; 而且还 省去了人工贴合弹性件 12这一工序, 既减少了人工成本, 又能提高工作效率; 将组装完成后的扬声器模组安装至终端电子产品上时能够保持该扬声器模 组的前声腔或后声腔开口端与该终端电子产品的结合件 7 之间的结合部具有良 好的密封性, 保证了该终端电子产品整体的声学性能; 该扬声器模组的制造方 法不仅能够有效地解决上述技术问题, 而且还可推广到其它需要将软性物料或 者硬性物料注塑到其他物料中的结构的生产。
本发明提供的扬声器模组, 由于其在壳体的前声腔或后声腔的开口端设有 与之一体注塑形成的弹性件, 保证了弹性件与壳体结合的牢固性, 提高了结合 的精度以及稳定性, 降低了弹性件脱落的可能性; 将该扬声器模组安装至终端 电子产品上时, 能够保证该扬声器模组前声腔或后声腔的开口端与该终端电子 产品相应结合件之间结合的密封性, 保证了电子产品整体的声学性能; 而且使 用此种结构的扬声器模组也省去了人工贴合弹性件这一工序, 既减少了工人的 劳动强度, 又能提高工作效率。
该扬声器模组的制造方法不仅能够有效地解决上述技术问题, 而且还可推 广到其它需要将软性物料或者硬性物料注塑到其他物料中的结构的生产。 说 明 书

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种扬声器模组, 包括壳体和结合于所述売体内部的扬声器单体, 所述 扬声器单体包括振膜组件和磁路组件, 扬声器单体与所述壳体之间形成前声腔 和后声腔, 其特征在于: 所述壳体上设有弹性件, 所述弹性件结合于所述壳体 上前声腔或后声腔的开口端的端面上, 所述弹性件与所述壳体为注塑形成的一 体式结构。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的扬声器模组, 其特征在于: 所述壳体包括上壳、 中 壳和下壳, 所述上壳、 中壳和扬声器单体围成所述前声腔; 所述上壳包括上壳 注塑料基体, 所述上壳注塑料基体上设有所述前声腔开口端, 所述弹性件对应 注塑在所述前声腔开口端上。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的扬声器模组, 其特征在于: 所述上壳注塑料基体与 所述弹性件的结合部设有相互配合的倒扣结构。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的扬声器模组, 其特征在于: 所述倒扣结构包括设置 在所述弹性件上的向外凸出的扣齿及对应设置在所述上壳注塑料基体上的扣 槽; 或者所述倒扣结构包括设置在所述上壳注塑料基体上的向外凸出的扣齿及 对应设置在所述弹性件上的扣槽。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的扬声器模组, 其特征在于: 所述弹性件 为 TPU弹性件或 TPE弹性件或硅胶。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的扬声器模组的制造方法, 其特征在于: 包括下述步 骤- a.通过双射注塑工艺形成所述上売注塑料基体与所述弹性件的一体式结 构, 制得所述上壳;
b.将所述上壳与所述中壳、 所述中壳内的电连接件、 所述振膜组件、 所述 磁路组件及所述下壳组装在一起, 制得扬声器模组。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的扬声器模组的制造方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 a 包括下述步骤:
al.通过一射注塑形成上壳注塑料基体;
a2.通过二射注塑, 在所述上壳注塑料基体的前声腔开口端处注塑形成所述 弹性件, 所述弹性件与一射注塑形成的所述上壳注塑料基体融合形成一体结构, 权 利 要 求 书 制得所述上壳。
8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的扬声器模组的制造方法, 其特征在于: 所述上 壳注塑料基体与所述弹性件的结合部设有相互配合的倒扣结构。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的扬声器模组的制造方法, 其特征在于: 所述倒扣结 构包括设置在所述弹性件上的向外凸出的扣齿及对应设置在所述上壳注塑料基 体上的扣槽; 或者所述倒扣结构包括设置在所述上壳注塑料基体上的向外凸出 的扣齿及对应设置在所述弹性件上的扣槽。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的扬声器模组的制造方法, 其特征在于: 所述弹性 件为 TPU弹性件或 TPE弹性件或硅胶。
