一种高精高效立式珩磨机,包括工作台(1)、多个能够同时珩磨的珩磨组件(2)、设置在工作台上且具有多个用于固定待加工工件的通孔(5)的伺服转盘(3)、用于驱动伺服转盘转动的第一电机(4),通孔的个数大于珩磨组件个数的两倍。该珩磨机可同时加工多个待加工件,结构紧凑,加工效率提高,可实现模块化设计。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工装设施,具体涉及一种新型高精高效立式珩磨机。
背景技术
现有技术中,如专利号为CN201889705U的一种自动多工位珩磨机,它包括工作台和立柱,工作台上有:上料装置、传送装置、出料装置,定位脱料装置,立柱上有伺服电机,伺服电机带动丝杠转动,丝杠上有螺母,螺母与在导轨上的滑台相连接,滑台上有多台变频电机,变频电机的转轴与刀具连接。但是该珩磨杆的结构复杂,占地面积较大,且生产效率不高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型高精高效立式珩磨机。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种新型高精高效立式珩磨机,包括工作台,所述的新型高精高效立式珩磨机还包括多个能够同时珩磨的珩磨组件、设置在所述的工作台上且具有多个用于固定待加工件的通孔的伺服转盘、用于驱动所述的伺服转盘转动的第一电机,所述的通孔的个数大于所述的珩磨组件个数的两倍。
具体地,相邻两个所述的通孔之间的距离相等,且多个所述的通孔的中心位于同一圆周上。
具体地,每个所述的珩磨组件包括固定在所述的工作台上的立柱、能够绕自身轴心线转动的珩磨头、驱动所述的珩磨头转动的旋转驱动机构、驱动所述的珩磨头上下移动的往复驱动机构,所述的珩磨头包括主轴、设置在所述的主轴的下端部的珩磨条。
更具体地,所述的旋转驱动机构包括设置在所述的立柱上的第二电机、与所述的第二电机相固定连接的主动轮、与所述的主轴相固定连接的从动轮,所述的从动轮通过皮带由所述的主动轮带动转动。
更具体地,所述的往复驱动机构包括设置在所述的立柱上的伺服电机、与所述的伺服电机相连且由所述的伺服电机带动转动的滚珠丝杠,所述的珩磨组件还包括设置在所述的滚珠丝杠上且能够沿着所述的滚珠丝杠的延伸方向来回滑动的安装座,所述的安装座与所述的主轴相转动连接。
更具体地,所述的珩磨组件还包括设置在所述的立柱上的进刀机构,所述的进刀机构包括第三电机、与所述的第三电机相连且由所述的第三电机带动转动的花键轴、与所述的花键轴相固定连接的凸块件、与所述的主轴相固定连接且与所述的凸块件相配合的轴承。
更具体地,所述的珩磨组件为位于所述的伺服转盘的一侧的2个,所述的通孔为均匀分布在所述的伺服转盘上的4个,2个所述的珩磨头之间的距离与相邻两个所述的通孔之间的距离相等。
更具体地,所述的新型高精高效立式珩磨机还包括设置在所述的通孔内的工件夹紧装置。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过采用多个珩磨组件,以及在伺服转盘上开设多个用于固定待加工件的通孔,使得本珩磨机可以同时加工多个待加工件,结构紧凑,加工效率提高,且本发明可实现模块化设计。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步阐述。
如各附图所示,一种新型高精高效立式珩磨机,包括工作台1,新型高精高效立式珩磨机还包括多个能够同时珩磨的珩磨组件2、设置在工作台1上且具有多个用于固定待加工件的通孔5的伺服转盘3、用于驱动伺服转盘3转动的第一电机4,通孔5的个数大于珩磨组件2个数的两倍。相邻两个通孔5之间的距离相等,且多个通孔5的中心位于同一圆周上。珩磨组件2为位于伺服转盘3的一侧的2个,通孔5为均匀分布在伺服转盘3上的4个,2个珩磨头之间的距离与相邻两个通孔5之间的距离相等。新型高精高效立式珩磨机还包括设置在通孔5内的工件夹紧装置,待加工件通过工件夹紧装置固定在通孔5内,工件夹紧装置也可以同时夹紧多个待加工件,让多个待加工件叠加,从而实现一次加工多个零件,进一步提高效率。
每个珩磨组件包括固定在工作台上的立柱6、能够绕自身轴心线转动的珩磨头、驱动珩磨头转动的旋转驱动机构、驱动珩磨头上下移动的往复驱动机构,珩磨头包括主轴7、设置在主轴7的下端部的珩磨条8。往复驱动机构位于旋转驱动机构和珩磨头之间,保护机构位于珩磨头的外侧。
旋转驱动机构包括设置在立柱6上的第二电机9、与第二电机9相固定连接的主动轮10、与主轴7相固定连接的从动轮11,从动轮11通过皮带12由主动轮10带动转动。
往复驱动机构包括设置在立柱6上的伺服电机13、与伺服电机13相连且由伺服电机13带动转动的滚珠丝杠14,珩磨组件还包括设置在滚珠丝杠14上且能够沿着滚珠丝杠14的延伸方向来回滑动的安装座15,安装座15与主轴7相转动连接。
珩磨组件还包括设置在立柱6上的进刀机构,进刀机构包括第三电机16、与第三电机16相连且由第三电机16带动转动的花键轴17、与花键轴17相固定连接的凸块件18、与主轴7相固定连接且与凸块件18相配合的轴承19。
使用时,在相邻两个通孔5内同时装上2个待加工零件;启动按钮,伺服转盘3旋转,一次交换2个工位;2个珩磨组件2同时动作加工零件;在另外两个通孔5内同时装上2个待加工零件;珩磨加工完成后,伺服转盘3旋转,一次交换2个工位;2个珩磨组件2同时动作加工零件;把之前两个通孔5内加工完成的零件取下,然后换上2个待加工零件。

1、一种新型高精高效立式珩磨机,包括工作台,其特征在于:所述的新型高精高效立式珩磨机还包括多个能够同时珩磨的珩磨组件、设置在所述的工作台上且具有多个用于固定待加工件的通孔的伺服转盘、用于驱动所述的伺服转盘转动的第一电机,所述的通孔的个数大于所述的珩磨组件个数的两倍。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型高精高效立式珩磨机,其特征在于:相邻两个所述的通孔之间的距离相等,且多个所述的通孔的中心位于同一圆周上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型高精高效立式珩磨机,其特征在于:每个所述的珩磨组件包括固定在所述的工作台上的立柱、能够绕自身轴心线转动的珩磨头、驱动所述的珩磨头转动的旋转驱动机构、驱动所述的珩磨头上下移动的往复驱动机构,所述的珩磨头包括主轴、设置在所述的主轴的下端部的珩磨条。
4、根据权利要求3所述的新型高精高效立式珩磨机,其特征在于:所述的旋转驱动机构包括设置在所述的立柱上的第二电机、与所述的第二电机相固定连接的主动轮、与所述的主轴相固定连接的从动轮,所述的从动轮通过皮带由所述的主动轮带动转动。
5、根据权利要求3所述的新型高精高效立式珩磨机,其特征在于:所述的往复驱动机构包括设置在所述的立柱上的伺服电机、与所述的伺服电机相连且由所述的伺服电机带动转动的滚珠丝杠,所述的珩磨组件还包括设置在所述的滚珠丝杠上且能够沿着所述的滚珠丝杠的延伸方向来回滑动的安装座,所述的安装座与所述的主轴相转动连接。
6、根据权利要求3所述的新型高精高效立式珩磨机,其特征在于:所述的珩磨组件还包括设置在所述的立柱上的进刀机构,所述的进刀机构包括第三电机、与所述的第三电机相连且由所述的第三电机带动转动的花键轴、与所述的花键轴相固定连接的凸块件、与所述的主轴相固定连接且与所述的凸块件相配合的轴承。
7、根据权利要求3所述的新型高精高效立式珩磨机,其特征在于:所述的珩磨组件为位于所述的伺服转盘的一侧的2个,所述的通孔为均匀分布在所述的伺服转盘上的4个,2个所述的珩磨头之间的距离与相邻两个所述的通孔之间的距离相等。
8、根据权利要求1所述的新型高精高效立式珩磨机,其特征在于:所述的新型高精高效立式珩磨机还包括设置在所述的通孔内的工件夹紧装置。
