- step S154 the content pack processing unit 314 decompresses the content pack according to the control from the control unit 301. As a result, a file such as an HTML document that has been compressed and stored in the body portion of the content pack is acquired.
- step S153 determines whether the content pack is normal. If it is determined in step S153 that the content pack is not normal, the process proceeds to step S155.
- step S155 the content pack processing unit 314 performs error correction processing according to the control from the control unit 301. In this error correction process, in order to obtain a normal content pack, a process of re-receiving part or all of the content pack is performed. Details of the error correction processing will be described later with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
- step S154 If the resource such as the HTML document file is normally obtained in step S154 or S155, the process proceeds to step S156.
- step S156 the content pack processing unit 314 temporarily stores resources such as HTML document files in the cache memory 306 in accordance with the control from the control unit 301. Thereby, the reception completion of the Web content is notified to the Web browser core (the syntax analysis unit 312 and the drawing unit 313) (S157). At this time, the content pack processing unit 314 can record a resource such as an HTML document file in the recording medium 307 according to the control from the control unit 301.
- step S158 the syntax analysis unit 312 analyzes the Web content resource temporarily stored in the cache memory 306 according to the control from the control unit 301, and displays the Web browser on the screen of the display unit 331 of the touch panel 304.
- the arrangement of characters and images drawn together with the UI 303 is calculated.
- step S ⁇ b> 159 the drawing unit 313 displays information such as news, weather forecasts, and advertisements as Web content on the display unit 331 of the touch panel 304 based on the analysis result by the syntax analysis unit 312 according to the control from the control unit 301. indicate.
- the Web content reception process of FIG. 8 ends.
- a desired content pack is acquired from a plurality of content packs distributed by multicast from the intermediate server device 20, and the Web content obtained from the content pack is displayed.
