   本发明通过在接收到用户发送的显示主页的选择信号后,在显示屏上显示用于显示主页界面的圆环形用户主页界面,并在之后进下接收用户发送的对用户主页界面或用户主页界面上的项目所进行操作的操作信号,根据操作的类型进行相应的处理。由于主页的用户主页界面不再是传统的正方形或长方形,并且该用户主页界面以及其项目的子目录和内容都可移动,从而满足了用户对智能终端的个性化需求,同时也可以满足用户对智能终端的高性能要求。

   应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
   本发明提供一种智能终端用户界面的控制方法。根据用户选择主页的选择信号,在显示屏上显示圆环形的用户主页界面,并在接收到用户对用户主页界面进行操作的操作信号后,根据操作信号的类型对用户主页界面进行移动或编辑,或者对用户主页界面上的项目对应的功能图标进行选中、移动或编辑等相应的操作处理。
   参照图1,图1为本发明智能终端用户界面的控制方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
   本实施例所提供的智能终端用户界面的控制方法,包括:
   步骤S10,接收显示用户主页界面的选择信号;
   步骤S20,在显示屏上显示圆环形用户主页界面;
   在智能终端开机时,如用户需选择主页并展开主页用户主页界面,则向智能终端发送显示主页的选择信号,本实施例中,选择信号可以通过按压遥控器上相应的主页键发送,也可以通过点击智能终端的显示屏上的主页按钮发送,智能终端接收遥控编码或监测到单击主页按钮的信号并进行译码,而后在显示屏上显示用于显示主页界面的用户主页界面,本实施例中,该用户主页界面显示在显示屏的中央,并且设置为圆环形,在圆环形的用户主页界面上,按圆周方向分布有主页界面所对应的项目的功能图标,可供用户选择。本实施例中,还可预先设置一显示时间,即当用户主页界面在显示屏上后,超过该显示时间还未接收到任何操作信号,则隐藏用户主页界面。
   步骤S30,接收对用户主页界面进行操作的操作信号,并根据操作的类型进行相应的处理。
   在显示屏上显示了用户主页界面后,当智能终端接收到用户对用户主页界面进行操作的操作信号时,根据该操作信号所对应的操作的类型,对用户主页界面或用户主页界面上的项目对应的功能图标进行相应的操作处理。本实施例中,对用户主页界面进行操作的操作信号包括:点击用户主页界面上的项目产生的项目选择信号;或点击根据选择的项目形成的子目录菜单中的子目录产生的子目录选择信号;或点击根据选择的子目录所打开的该子目录下的内容产生的内容选择信号;或双击遥控器上的主页键或连续点击显示屏上的主页按钮产生的用户主页界面编辑信号;或按压遥控器上的方向键产生的移动信号;或长按显示屏并移动用户主页界面、子目录或内容产生的拖拽信号。在智能终端接收到包括上述操作信号中的一种或多种时,判断出相对应的操作,并对用户主页界面或用户主页界面上的项目对应的功能图标进行相应的操作处理。
   本实施例通过在接收到用户发送的显示主页的选择信号后,在显示屏上显示用于显示主页界面的圆环形用户主页界面,并在之后进下接收用户发送的对用户主页界面或用户主页界面上的项目所进行操作的操作信号,根据操作的类型进行相应的处理。由于主页的用户主页界面不再是传统的正方形或长方形,并且该用户主页界面以及其项目的子目录和内容都可移动,从而满足了用户对智能终端的个性化需求,同时也可以满足用户对智能终端的高性能要求。   
   参照图2,图2为本发明智能终端用户界面的控制方法根据操作信号的类型进行相应的处理的流程示意图。
   在上述实施例中,步骤S30具体包括:
   步骤S31,当操作信号为项目选择信号或子目录选择信号时,以所选中的项目为中心呈扇形展开项目的子目录,或以所选中的子目录为中心呈扇形展开子目录下的内容;
   在本实施例中,用户可通过遥控器上的上、下、左、右方向键在主页的用户主页界面上选择需要选择的项目或选择项目的子目录下的内容,或通过点击智能终端的显示屏上显示的用户主页界面上的项目或项目的子目录下的内容来发送项目选择信号。当智能终端接收到项目选择信号时,表明需打开用户主页界面上的项目所对应的子目录,此时,以所选中的项目的图标中央为中心,呈扇形向左右两边分别展开,以打开该选中项目的子目录菜单。如子目录菜单的数目超过扇形可以显示的部分,则统计子目录的总数,以堆栈的方式显示选中项目对应的子目录菜单,这样,可以通过遥控器上的方向按键或者通过对智能终端的显示屏的滑动操作进行刷新,以显示选中项目的全部子目录。
   当智能终端接收到子目录选择信号时,表明需打开该选中的子目录下的内容,此时,以所选中的子目录的图标中央为中心,呈扇形向左右两边分别展开,以打开该选中子目录下的所有内容。如内容的数目超过扇形可以显示的部分,则统计内容的总数,以堆栈的方式显示选中子目录下的所有内容,这样,可以通过遥控器上的方向按键或者通过对智能终端的显示屏的滑动操作进行刷新,以翻阅选中子目录下的全部内容。
   步骤S32,当操作信号为内容选择信号时,在相应位置显示内容对应的功能界面;
   当显示了选中的子目录下的全部内容后,如用户需对某一内容进行进一步操作,则向智能终端发送内容选择信号。智能终端接收到内容选择信号时,如用户通过遥控器上的确认键或双击智能终端的显示屏进行确认后,便可将内容移动至显示屏上主页的用户主页界面以外的任何位置进行使用和编辑,可通过遥控器上的方向键或者按压显示屏进行拖拽的方式进行移动,当用户确定了内容所放置的位置后,在该相应的位置处显示内容对应的功能界面。对于内容的选择,可以根据实际选择的需要,将多种内容交互放置在显示屏上,比如选择一首MP3播放作为背景音乐,同时对观看图片以及欣赏视频等不同功能的内容进行编辑,在屏幕的不同位置显示不同内容所对应的功能界面,并根据用户不同的选择指令进行对应的功能编辑,如音乐播放,图片编辑,视频播放等。
   步骤S33,当操作信号为用户主页界面编辑信号时,对用户主页界面进行选中处理,以对用户主页界面进行移动和编辑;
   在根据显示主页的选择信号在显示屏上显示主页的用户主页界面后,用户可对该用户主页界面进行移动和编辑的操作,可通过双击遥控器上的主页键或连续单次点击显示屏上的主页按钮向智能终端发送用户主页界面编辑信号。当智能终端接收到用户主页界面编辑信号时,对用户主页界面进行选中处理,本实施例中,选中处理是指在圆环形的用户主页界面上显示用以识别的颜色,或在圆环形的用户主页界面的周围显示闪烁的灯光效果,表明该用户主页界面处于可移动或可编辑状态。当用户将用户主页界面移动至合适位置,或编辑完成后,则隐藏用户主页界面上的颜色,或隐藏用户主页界面周围闪烁的灯光效果,表示取消用户主页界面的移动操作,使其处于不可移动或不可编辑状态。
   步骤S34,当操作信号为移动信号或拖拽信号时,根据用户主页界面、子目录或内容的运动轨迹,按照预设的时间间隔在对应的目标位置处显示对应的用户主页界面、子目录界面或内容界面。
   在用户需要移动用户主页界面、子目录或内容时,可通过按压遥控器上的上、下、左、右方向键向智能终端发送移动信号,也可以通过长按显示屏并移动用户主页界面、子目录或内容向智能终端发送拖拽信号。当智能终端接收到移动信号或拖拽信号时,首先获取移动的用户主页界面、子目录或内容的中心坐标并作为原点,以预设的时间间隔作为移动时间的步长,输入对应的速度模型以产生对应的位移,本实施例中,该预设的时间间隔可以设置为0.1秒。根据移动或拖拽用户主页界面、子目录或内容所形成的运动轨迹,按照预设的时间间隔,如每隔0.1秒,在对应的目标位置处显示对应的用户主页界面、子目录界面或内容界面。   
   在本发明智能终端用户界面的控制方法第一实施例的基础上,提出本发明的以下第二实施例和第三实施例。
   参照图3,图3为本发明智能终端用户界面的控制方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
   在执行步骤S31之前,智能终端用户界面的控制方法还包括:
   步骤S40,对选中的项目进行选中处理,或对选中的子目录进行选中处理,以对项目或子目录进行点击操作。
   本实施例中,在将用户主页界面显示在显示屏上,当接收到用户发送的项目选择信号或子目录选择信号时,对选中的项目进行选中处理,或对选中的子目录进行选中处理,以供用户对选中的项目或子目录进行点击操作。本实施例中,对选中的项目或子目录进行选中处理,包括对项目或子目录进行字体颜色和图标效果的标示,以及在项目或子目录的周围设置灯效闪烁效果,表明该项目或子目录被选中,可以进行移动或编辑等操作,具体实现是在很短的时间间隔如0.1秒,分别设置对应的字体模块和图片模块来实现;其中,字体选中的颜色是在接收到选中项目或子目录中字体的对应坐标后,调用字体模块进行颜色变换,图标选中的颜色变换是在接收到选中图标的对应坐标后,调用图片模块进行图片更换,灯效闪烁效果则是在很短时间内进行有色外框图片和无色外框两幅图片显示切换形成的效果。
   参照图4,图4为本发明智能终端用户界面的控制方法第三实施例的流程示意图。
   在执行步骤S32之前,智能终端用户界面的控制方法还包括:
   步骤S41,当操作信号为内容选择信号时,对选中的内容进行选中处理,以移动该内容至相应的位置。
   本实施例中,当接收到用户发送的内容选择信号时,对选中的内容进行选中处理,以供用户移动该内容至相应的位置,便于对内容进行编辑。即对选中的内容进行字体颜色和图标效果的标示,以及在内容的周围设置灯效闪烁效果,表明该内容被选中,可以进行移动及编辑,当用户将该选中的内容移动至显示屏上合适的位置处时,便可进一步在该位置对内容进行相应的编辑。
   在将用户主页界面显示在显示屏上,当接收到用户发送的项目选择信号或子目录选择信号,以及内容选择信号时,对选中的项目、子目录或内容进行选中处理,以供用户对选中的项目、子目录或内容进行点击操作,从而进一步满足了用户对智能终端的个性化需求,并且进一步满足了用户对智能终端的高性能要求。   
   本发明还提供一种智能终端。
   参照图5,图5为本发明智能终端第一实施例的结构示意图。
本实施例所提供的智能终端,包括:
信号接收模块10,用于接收显示主页的选择信号;
界面显示模块20,用于在显示屏上显示用于显示主页界面的圆环形用户主页界面;
处理模块30,用于接收对用户主页界面进行操作的操作信号,并根据操作的类型进行相应的处理。
   在智能终端开机时,如用户需选择主页并展开主页用户主页界面,则向智能终端发送显示主页的选择信号,本实施例中,选择信号可以通过按压遥控器上相应的主页键发送,也可以通过点击智能终端的显示屏上的主页按钮发送,智能终端通过信号接收模块10接收遥控编码或监测到单击主页按钮的信号并进行译码,而后界面显示模块20在显示屏上显示用于显示主页界面的用户主页界面,本实施例中,该用户主页界面显示在显示屏的中央,并且设置为圆环形,在圆环形的用户主页界面上,按圆周方向分布有主页界面所对应的项目的功能图标,可供用户选择。本实施例中,还可预先设置一显示时间,即当用户主页界面在显示屏上后,超过该显示时间还未接收到任何操作信号,则隐藏用户主页界面。
   在显示屏上显示了用户主页界面后,当智能终端接收到用户对用户主页界面进行操作的操作信号时,处理模块30根据该操作信号所对应的操作的类型,对用户主页界面或用户主页界面上的项目对应的功能图标进行相应的操作处理。本实施例中,对用户主页界面进行操作的操作信号包括:点击用户主页界面上的项目产生的项目选择信号;或点击根据选择的项目形成的子目录菜单中的子目录产生的子目录选择信号;或点击根据选择的子目录所打开的该子目录下的内容产生的内容选择信号;或双击遥控器上的主页键或连续点击显示屏上的主页按钮产生的用户主页界面编辑信号;或按压遥控器上的方向键产生的移动信号;或长按显示屏并移动用户主页界面、子目录或内容产生的拖拽信号。在智能终端接收到包括上述操作信号中的一种或多种时,判断出相对应的操作,并对用户主页界面或用户主页界面上的项目对应的功能图标进行相应的操作处理。

   当操作信号为用户主页界面编辑信号时,对用户主页界面进行选中处理,以对用户主页界面进行移动和编辑;
   当操作信号为移动信号或拖拽信号时,根据用户主页界面、子目录或内容的运动轨迹,按照预设的时间间隔在对应的目标位置处显示对应的用户主页界面、子目录界面或内容界面。

   当显示了选中的子目录下的全部内容后,如用户需对某一内容进行进一步操作,则向智能终端发送内容选择信号。智能终端接收到内容选择信号时,如用户通过遥控器上的确认键或双击智能终端的显示屏进行确认后,便可将内容移动至显示屏上主页的用户主页界面以外的任何位置进行使用和编辑,可通过遥控器上的方向键或者按压显示屏进行拖拽的方式进行移动,当用户确定了内容所放置的位置后,处理模块30在该相应的位置处显示内容对应的功能界面。对于内容的选择,可以根据实际选择的需要,将多种内容交互放置在显示屏上,比如选择一首MP3播放作为背景音乐,同时对观看图片以及欣赏视频等不同功能的内容进行编辑,在屏幕的不同位置显示不同内容所对应的功能界面,并根据用户不同的选择指令进行对应的功能编辑,如音乐播放,图片编辑,视频播放等。
   在根据显示主页的选择信号在显示屏上显示主页的用户主页界面后,用户可对该用户主页界面进行移动和编辑的操作,可通过双击遥控器上的主页键或连续单次点击显示屏上的主页按钮向智能终端发送用户主页界面编辑信号。当智能终端接收到用户主页界面编辑信号时,处理模块30对用户主页界面进行选中处理,本实施例中,选中处理是指在圆环形的用户主页界面上显示用以识别的颜色,或在圆环形的用户主页界面的周围显示闪烁的灯光效果,表明该用户主页界面处于可移动或可编辑状态。当用户将用户主页界面移动至合适位置,或编辑完成后,则隐藏用户主页界面上的颜色,或隐藏用户主页界面周围闪烁的灯光效果,表示取消用户主页界面的移动操作,使其处于不可移动或不可编辑状态。
   在用户需要移动用户主页界面、子目录或内容时,可通过按压遥控器上的上、下、左、右方向键向智能终端发送移动信号,也可以通过长按显示屏并移动用户主页界面、子目录或内容向智能终端发送拖拽信号。当智能终端接收到移动信号或拖拽信号时,处理模块30首先获取移动的用户主页界面、子目录或内容的中心坐标并作为原点,以预设的时间间隔作为移动时间的步长,输入对应的速度模型以产生对应的位移,本实施例中,该预设的时间间隔可以设置为0.1秒。根据移动或拖拽用户主页界面、子目录或内容所形成的运动轨迹,按照预设的时间间隔,如每隔0.1秒,在对应的目标位置处显示对应的用户主页界面、子目录界面或内容界面。   
   在本发明智能终端第一实施例的基础上,提出本发明的以下第二实施例和第三实施例。
   在本发明智能终端第二实施例中,处理模块30还用于:
   对选中的项目进行选中处理,或对选中的子目录进行选中处理,以对项目或子目录进行点击操作。
   本实施例中,在将用户主页界面显示在显示屏上,当接收到用户发送的项目选择信号或子目录选择信号时,处理模块30对选中的项目进行选中处理,或对选中的子目录进行选中处理,以供用户对选中的项目或子目录进行点击操作。本实施例中,对选中的项目或子目录进行选中处理,包括对项目或子目录进行字体颜色和图标效果的标示,以及在项目或子目录的周围设置灯效闪烁效果,表明该项目或子目录被选中,可以进行移动或编辑等操作,具体实现是在很短的时间间隔如0.1秒,分别设置对应的字体模块和图片模块来实现;其中,字体选中的颜色是在接收到选中项目或子目录中字体的对应坐标后,调用字体模块进行颜色变换,图标选中的颜色变换是在接收到选中图标的对应坐标后,调用图片模块进行图片更换,灯效闪烁效果则是在很短时间内进行有色外框图片和无色外框两幅图片显示切换形成的效果。
   在本发明智能终端第三实施例中,处理模块30还用于:
   当操作信号为内容选择信号时,对选中的内容进行选中处理,以移动该内容至相应的位置。
   本实施例中,当接收到用户发送的内容选择信号时,处理模块30对选中的内容进行选中处理,以供用户移动该内容至相应的位置,便于对内容进行编辑。即对选中的内容进行字体颜色和图标效果的标示,以及在内容的周围设置灯效闪烁效果,表明该内容被选中,可以进行移动及编辑,当用户将该选中的内容移动至显示屏上合适的位置处时,便可进一步在该位置对内容进行相应的编辑。
   在将用户主页界面显示在显示屏上,当接收到用户发送的项目选择信号或子目录选择信号,以及内容选择信号时,对选中的项目、子目录或内容进行选中处理,以供用户对选中的项目、子目录或内容进行点击操作,从而进一步满足了用户对智能终端的个性化需求,并且进一步满足了用户对智能终端的高性能要求。

       在显示屏上显示圆环形用户主页界面;
       接收对所述用户主页界面进行操作的操作信号,并根据操作的类型进行相应的处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端用户界面的控制方法,其特征在于,所述选择信号通过按压遥控器上相应的主页键发送,或通过点击显示屏上的主页按钮发送。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智能终端用户界面的控制方法,其特征在于,对所述用户主页界面进行操作的操作信号包括:
       点击用户主页界面上的项目产生的项目选择信号;
       或点击根据选择的项目形成的子目录菜单中的子目录产生的子目录选择信号;
       或点击根据选择的子目录所打开的该子目录下的内容产生的内容选择信号;
       或双击遥控器上的主页键或连续点击显示屏上的主页按钮产生的用户主页界面编辑信号;

       或长按显示屏并移动所述用户主页界面、子目录或内容产生的拖拽信号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能终端用户界面的控制方法,其特征在于,所述接收对所述用户主页界面进行的操作信号,并根据操作信号的类型进行相应的处理的步骤包括:
       当所述操作信号为项目选择信号或子目录选择信号时,以所选中的项目为中心呈扇形展开所述项目的子目录,或以所选中的子目录为中心呈扇形展开所述子目录下的内容;
       当所述操作信号为内容选择信号时,在相应位置显示所述内容对应的功能界面;
       当所述操作信号为用户主页界面编辑信号时,对所述用户主页界面进行选中处理,以对用户主页界面进行移动和编辑;
       当所述操作信号为移动信号或拖拽信号时,根据所述用户主页界面、子目录界面或内容界面的运动轨迹,按照预设的时间间隔在对应的目标位置处显示对应的用户主页界面、子目录界面或内容界面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能终端用户界面的控制方法,其特征在于,所述以所选中的项目为中心呈扇形展开所述项目的子目录,或以所选中的子目录为中心呈扇形展开所述子目录下的内容的步骤之前,还包括步骤:
       对选中的所述项目进行选中处理,或对选中的所述子目录进行选中处理,以对所述项目或子目录进行点击操作。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的智能终端用户界面的控制方法,其特征在于,所述当操作信号为内容选择信号时,在相应位置显示所述内容对应的功能界面的步骤之前,还包括步骤:
       当操作信号为内容选择信号时,对选中的所述内容进行选中处理,以移动该内容至相应的位置。
  7. 一种智能终端,其特征在于,包括:
       信号接收模块,用于接收显示用户主页界面的选择信号;
       界面显示模块,用于在显示屏上显示圆环形用户主页界面;
       处理模块,用于接收对所述用户主页界面进行操作的操作信号,并根据操作的类型进行相应的处理。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述信号接收模块所接收的选择信号通过按压遥控器上相应的主页键发送,或通过点击显示屏上的主页按钮发送。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的智能终端,其特征在于,对所述用户主页界面进行操作的操作信号包括:
       点击用户主页界面上的项目产生的项目选择信号;
       或点击根据选择的项目形成的子目录菜单中的子目录产生的子目录选择信号;
       或点击根据选择的子目录所打开的该子目录下的内容产生的内容选择信号;
       或双击遥控器上的主页键或连续点击显示屏上的主页按钮产生的用户主页界面编辑信号;
       或按压遥控器上的方向键产生的移动信号;
       或长按显示屏并移动所述用户主页界面、子目录或内容产生的拖拽信号。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
       当所述操作信号为项目选择信号或子目录选择信号时,以所选中的项目为中心呈扇形展开所述项目的子目录,或以所选中的子目录为中心呈扇形展开所述子目录下的内容;
       当所述操作信号为内容选择信号时,在相应位置显示所述内容对应的功能界面;
       当所述操作信号为用户主页界面编辑信号时,对所述用户主页界面进行选中处理,以对用户主页界面进行移动和编辑;
       当所述操作信号为移动信号或拖拽信号时,根据所述用户主页界面、子目录或内容的运动轨迹,按照预设的时间间隔在对应的目标位置处显示对应的用户主页界面、子目录界面或内容界面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
       对选中的所述项目进行选中处理,或对选中的所述子目录进行选中处理,以对所述项目或子目录进行点击操作。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
       当操作信号为内容选择信号时,对选中的所述内容进行选中处理,以移动该内容至相应的位置。
