Abstract

The invention relates to fluid injection tubing with a collar for a test string, having a locking system by abutment against the drilling well head ram, wherein fluid injection tubing (1) for use in a test string (E) of drilling equipment receives an outer collar (6) on the lower end of the tubing, immediately above the outlet provided with inner screw threads (5). After the test string (E) is inserted down the drilling well (P) and the fluid injection tubing (1) is coupled thereto, with closed BOP (blowout prevention system) rams (G), the collar (6) is retained immediately below the lower edge of these closed rams (G). Should the test string (E) be pushed and slide upwards when the fluid is injected, the coupled fluid injection tubing (1) is prevented from being expelled from the well by the collar (6), which is locked against the lower edge of the rams (G). This locking system by abutment of the collar (6) against the edge of the rams (G) prevents the test string (E) from overcoming the seal of the frictional forces of the rams (G) and being expelled onto the drilling platform.

Description

 "BALL COLLECTION FLUID INJECTION PIPE WITH PUNCHING HEAD DRAW STOP LATCHING SYSTEM" This disclosure relates to a patent application for a pipe fitting whereby fluid is injected through the drillhole test column. As a novelty said fluid tube receives a collar and, after threading into the upper stem threaded housing partially exposed in the wellhead, will form a stop against the closed drawer of the uncontrolled flow prevention system (BOP).

 After fluid injection, for the test stage (where the absorption and fracture capacities of the rock are determined, the pressure imposed within the well during the test causes a bottom-up force, whereupon the test column will be prevented from being expelled by locking the tube collar against the bottom edge of the closed BOP drawer.

 TECHNICAL STATE

As is well known, when drilling wells in drilling systems, as the advancement some layers reached by the drilling crown must be tested, in a stage called "Absorption Test". By the action of the fluid in the bottom of the well will be established a history containing the characteristics of the soil, for further analysis by those responsible, for the continuation of drilling operations within safety standards.

 By way of example, reference may be made to patent document PI 8108500-1 entitled "INTERNAL PIPE ELEMENT FOR A TESTING DEVICE AND PROCESS FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF A LOWER PIPE ELEMENT" filed on 29. 12. 1981.

 For the test procedure, a tubular column called the test column is inserted into the drillhole, keeping its upper stem partially exposed on the wellhead with its threaded housing positioned to receive the threaded nozzle threading of a fluid injection tube. . On the platform, the fluid injection tube in turn is coupled to the hose coupling of a pump connected to a fluid reservoir, and then said fluid injection tube is encased by closing the BOP drawers. inflows and connection between casing and wellhead), forming a seal over said wellhead.

After closing the BOP drawers around the fluid injection tube, the pump is triggered for injection by passing the test column and striking the bottom of the well, pressurizing it. Such condition, together with the smooth wall of the test column, favors the latter to overcome the locking frictional forces formed by the closed drawers on the column.  PATENT OBJECTIVE

 The fluid injection tube in question, through an adaptation to its body, causes an unprecedented locking system that will prevent the test column, under strong pressure, from escaping through the Blow Out Prevention System (BOP) drawers. ").

 Superficially explained, passes the fluid injection tube and the system surrounding it, reasons for this patent application, to be further detailed through the accompanying drawings, as follows:

Both the fluid injection tube and the test column rods and the drilled well are designed with reduced cut length for better understanding of the system:

 Figure 11 is a view from the previous figure showing the fluid injection tube pushed up together with the test column when the collar is bounded under the bottom edge of the drawers thereby forming a stop locking system. In this condition the test column is interrupted on its way up and it is prevented from escaping from the drawers and being expelled from the drilled well. Such a system is shown broadly, in detail D.

In accordance with the accompanying drawings, the " BALL COLLECTION INJECTION FOR THE SPEAKER WITH PUNCHING HEAD DRAW STOP ", which is the subject of this patent application, is formed from a fluid injection tube ( 1) for use on a test rig (E) column, which has a top end with a threaded nozzle (2) followed by a head (3) with a fluid inlet (4). The fluid nozzle (1) has an internally threaded nozzle (5) and immediately above incorporates an outer collar (6) as shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3.

 Having the collar (4) incorporated as a novelty, the fluid injection tube (1) thus constituted will enable an unprecedented stop locking system for the test column (E) used in the test or testing step for forming history of soil characteristics (S) in drilled wells (P), in the gas / oil drilling work.

As shown in figuras- 4- and 5 "col una assay (E) is directed and introduced into the lifting system polling equipment (not shown) well (P) inwards, overcoming its head (CA), where they BOP (Blow Out Prevention System) drawers (G) are installed.The test column (E) partially exposes its upper stem with the free threaded housing (C) and then the threaded nozzle (5). ) from its lower end, the fluid injection tube (1) is threaded to the upper stem threaded housing (C) thus coupling to the test column (E) as shown in figures 6 and 7.

 This is followed by the closure of the drawers (G) that surround the wellhead (P) and are flanked by their edges in the body of the fluid injection tube (1), forming the seal against uncontrolled gas flow. In this condition, the collar (6) of the fluid injection tube (1), as shown in particular by detail B of Figure 7, is positioned just below the edge of the closed drawers (G).

After receiving through the fluid inlet (4), the pump hose connection (M) connected to the fluid reservoir (not shown), the injection for the test is started, as shown in figures 8 and 9, when the fluid passes through the fluid injection tube (1) and also through the test column (E) until reaching the bottom of the well (P). In case of large pressure imposed by fluid from the bottom (P) the test column (E) tends to be pushed upward, and its smooth walls, overcomes the forces of friction between ~ '~~ herself and the BOP drawer is closed and slid, being forced to escape from said drawers (G), as shown in Figure 10 and its enlarged detail C.

In this condition the test column (E), on rising, carries the coupled fluid injection tube (1) which, by its collar (6), according to the system proposed in this patent application, locks under the lower edge of the drawers (G). As illustrated in detail D of Fig. 11, locking in a stop system between collar (6) and bottom edge of drawers (G) prevents that the test column (E) overcomes the drawer seal (G) and is expelled.

 If the test column (E) is properly locked through the sensor system installed on the probe, the test can be performed accurately without prejudice to the history of the soil characteristics in the well (P) drilled.

Claims

1) "TEST COLUMN FLUID INJECTION TUBE" means a fluid injection tube (1) for use in a test column (E) of borehole equipment which has a upper with threaded nozzle (2) followed by a head (3) provided with fluid inlet (4), wherein at its lower end said fluid tube (1) has an internally threaded nozzle (5), characterized in that, immediately above this (5) incorporate externally a collar (6).
2) "DRILLING WELL HEAD STOP BRAKE SYSTEM" according to claim 1 after introduction of the test column (E) into the well (P) exceeding the wellhead (CA) to receive threading between its threaded housing (C) and the threaded nozzle (2) of the fluid pipe (1), followed by the closure of the drawers (G) BOP (uncontrolled flow prevention system) facing the body of said pipe. fluid injection (1), which in this condition is characterized by positioning its collar (6) just below the bottom edge of the closed drawers (G).
