- the control unit 550 may enlarge the size of the display objects (buttons, character strings) that are not excluded by the amount of the excluded display objects (buttons, character strings). For example, since an empty area is generated by excluding the automatic button B31, the dehumidifying button B34, the air blowing button B35, and the swing button B36, the sizes of the cooling button B32 and the heating button B33 are enlarged so as to fill the empty area.
- the temperature setting range is 16 ° C. to 30 ° C. Therefore, when the set temperature is 30 ° C., the temperature increase button B21 corresponds to the second display object associated with the unusable operation, and thus the temperature increase button B21 is excluded. Similarly, when the set temperature is 16 ° C., the temperature decrease button B22 corresponds to the second display object associated with the unusable operation, and thus the temperature decrease button B22 is excluded.
- the range of the airflow setting value is 1 to 3. - the unit of the region may be a country unit (Japan, USA, etc.), or may be a region within the same country (Kanto region, Kansai region, etc.). For example, laws and regulations, power situation, etc. are different in each country, and it is expected that there will be usable / unusable functions.
- the operation terminal 500 can determine its own location area based on user input or country code acquired from standby information of a public network (such as 3G). Thereby, an appropriate operation screen can be displayed in the user's location area.
- the operation screen is configured to be able to identify operations that can be used for the operation target device 300.
- the user can grasp the operations that can be used for the operation target device 300 and can select only the operations that can be used for the operation target device 300 as selection targets.

- the control unit 550 detects a user input for selecting the first display object, the control unit 550 performs control to transmit an operation instruction for instructing an operation associated with the selected first display object via the network. Do. Thereby, since it is possible to transmit only an appropriate operation instruction, an unexpected error in the operation target device 300 or the HEMS controller 200 can be prevented.
- the operation screen excludes the second display object associated with the unusable operation for the operation target device 300.
- the user cannot select an operation that cannot be used with respect to the operation target device 300, and thus the user can be more reliably prevented from selecting an operation that cannot be used with respect to the operation target device 300.
- the second display object is excluded from the operation screen.
- the operation screen includes the second display object in addition to the first display object. In other words, the second display object is left on the operation screen without being excluded.
- the second display object has a display mode different from the display mode of the first display object.
- the display mode is, for example, color or size.
- the control unit 550 when detecting the user input for selecting the first display object, the control unit 550 reflects the user input on the first display object. “Reflecting user input to the first display object” means changing the display mode of the first display object and giving an operation instruction associated with the first display object.
- control unit 550 When the control unit 550 detects a user input for selecting the second display object, the control unit 550 performs control for not reflecting the user input on the second display object or displaying an error. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the user from selecting an operation that cannot be used for the operation target device 300.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an application scene of the control system according to the second modification of the embodiment.

- the remote operation is an operation performed on the operation target device 300 from the outside of the customer facility 10 via the public network 60. Therefore, from the viewpoint of safety, it is considered that some of the operations that can be used for the operation target device 300 are prohibited from remote operation.
- the specification information in the operation list table is classified into operations that allow remote operation and operations that do not allow remote operation.
- the control unit 550 performs control to display an operation screen based on an operation that allows remote operation in the specification information associated with the acquired device identification code. Do.

Abstract
