Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif réalisé sous la forme d'un auxiliaire d'insertion atraumatique permettant d'insérer une canule trachéale lors d'une trachéotomie. L'invention vise à proposer un auxiliaire d'insertion qui permette un positionnement correct d'une canule trachéale chez un patient dans la direction d'utilisation avec un flux d'air optimal, sans provoquer d'irritations ou de réactions immunitaires chez le patient, et sans qu'il soit nécessaire de stabiliser le tube creux courbé au moyen d'un petit tube métallique entre la pointe et le manche de l'auxiliaire d'insertion. A cet effet, l'auxiliaire d'insertion est composé d'une pointe atraumatique (1), d'un manche (2), d'un corps courbé (3) qui se trouve entre la pointe (1) et le manche (2), et d'un fil-guide (4) qui passe par un trou traversant (11) de la pointe (1), le long du corps (3) et par un trou traversant (21) du manche (2). Selon l'invention, le corps (3) est réalisé sous la forme d'un corps plein comprenant une rainure extérieure (31), qui s'étend sur la face intérieure de l'enveloppe extérieure du corps (3) entre le trou traversant (11) de la pointe (1) et le trou traversant (21) du manche (2) et loge presque entièrement le fil-guide (4), qui va du trou traversant (11) de la pointe (1) jusqu'au trou traversant (21) du manche (2).
