Description

一种车载天线盒结构 技术领域
本发明涉及全球定位系统(GPS)车载导航和天线技术,具体涉及一种车载天线盒结构,尤其应用于分离式车载导航系统。
背景技术
现代生活中,随着自驾游方式日渐流行、规模化汽车货物运输日渐成为趋势,越来越多的车辆选择组队出行。车队的头车上往往会配备熟悉路况或者熟悉车辆调度的领航人,头车因此也称作领航车辆。在行驶过程中,由领航车辆领航,其他车辆跟随领航车辆行驶。为了防止车队中的个别车辆掉队,车队中的各台车辆彼此之间不可间隔过长的距离。领航人通过移动通信设备,例如手机、对讲机等,对车队的各个车辆的位置进行询问、指导。由于一个车队首位车辆的距离一般都有数百米至上千米,车队中每个车辆驾驶人员不可能记得本车队所有的车,且现代社会的路况都比较复杂,因此,当车队中的个别车辆因为红绿灯、行驶速度较慢、被其他车辆所阻隔、或者交通事故等各种情况掉队时,领航人很难及时知晓具体情况以至于无法及时进行调度,同时领航人也难以回头去寻找掉队车辆,致使掉队车辆离整个车队越来越远,掉队车辆就要花费很大时间和精力才能回到车队。因此,使用现有技术中的车队领航方法进行车队领航难度非常大。使用现有技术车队领航系统进行车队领航的难度非常大,使用现有技术车队导航装置进行车队导航的难度非常大。
内嵌式车载智能控制系统(含GPS导航)包括芯片、天线、中央处理器、内存、屏幕、按键、扬声器等组成部分,除天线部分外一起合为一个底座,一般都安装在汽车中控台,屏幕朝外。目前,车载智能控制系统使用多项无线技术(移动通讯、手机电视、GPS等),采用多个对应天线,现有的内嵌式车载智能控制系统有安装在屏幕背后的内部天线,还有一个或多个外部天线,这给用户带来以下不便:
1、多个外部天线使用连接不便并占用底座上的接口;
2、内部天线信号不佳,外部天线缺乏保护;
3、功能单一。
本申请人的在先申请提出了分离式车载导航系统,在天线盒内统一管理天线,并且引入中央处理器(CPU)等电路。但由于CPU等电路影响,使天线盒内电路板元器件合理布置、天线摆放和CPU散热都是须要解决的技术问题。
技术问题
本发明需要解决的技术问题是,如何提供一种车载天线盒结构,能更好收发无线信号且方便CPU散热。
技术解决方案
本发明的上述技术问题这样解决:构建一种车载天线盒结构,包括能通过电磁波的外壳、内部电路板、中央处理器和天线,其特征在于,所述中央处理器布设在内部电路板的正面,内部电路板背面向下放置在外壳内;所述天线包括定位导航天线,所有天线都位于内部电路板的背面与外壳底面之间或外壳底面上,所有天线与所述中央处理器通过内部电路板电连接。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒结构,所述天线还包括移动通讯天线,该移动通讯天线放置在外壳底面,通过弹簧撞针与内部电路板背面电连接;所述车载天线盒结构还包括与所述中央处理器电连接的用户身份识别模块(SIM)卡插槽。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒结构,所述天线还包括无线局域网(WIFI)天线和蓝牙天线,该WIFI天线和蓝牙天线是内部电路板的背面走线。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒结构,所述天线还包括不停车电子收费系统(ETC)天线。

按照本发明提供的车载天线盒结构,所述车载天线盒结构还包括与所述中央处理器电连接的露在外壳上的按键。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒结构,所述按键包括一键导航按键、主菜单按键和紧急救援按键;所述车载天线盒结构中外部接线端是一个。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒结构,所述车载天线盒结构还包括与所述中央处理器电连接的位于外壳麦克风通孔下方的麦克风、露在外壳外的指示灯和露在外壳外的USB接口。所述USB接口可外部连接U盘和或3G无线上网卡。

有益效果
本发明提供的车载天线盒结构,采用贴窗安装和电路板背面布设天线的结构,较现有技术具有以下优势:
1、天线向外,利于无线信号收发;
2、CPU等器件位于电路板另一方面,空间足够、便于CPU散热且避免信号间干扰;
3、外壳正面设置一键导航、主菜单和紧急救援按键,便于用户使用。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明提供的具体实施例的车载天线盒结构,与内嵌式底座电缆连接,贴放在车窗。
如图1-4所示,该车载天线盒结构包括外壳底面1、内部电路板2和外壳顶面3,其中:如图1所示,外壳顶面3(正面)设置开锁键11、从侧边伸出的电视天线12、麦克风通孔13、信号灯14、一键导航按键15、主菜单按键16、紧急救援按键17和USB接口18。如图2所示,该车载天线盒结构的外壳底面1(背面)设置SIM卡插槽21、导向卡槽22、USB插座23、第3代移动通讯(3G)天线24。USB插座23即是外部接线端23,用于连接分离式底座。如图3所示,该车载天线盒结构4中内部电路板2背面布设弹簧撞针33、蓝牙&wifi二合一天线34、GPS天线35。蓝牙&wifi二合一天线34是内部电路板的背面走线。内部电路板正面布设CPU。如图4所示,该车载天线盒结构4中内部电路板2背面通过弹簧撞针33与3G天线24电连接。
如图5所示,该车载天线盒结构4中具体电路包括CPU及其供电的电源模块、GPS\WIFI\BT模块及其天线、手机电视(CMMB)接收模块及其天线、WCDMA芯片及GSM芯片及天线,存储单元、SIM卡槽、USB接口、TF卡座和底座移动终端高清影音标准接口(MHL)接口。
如图6所示,该车载天线盒结构4还包括一个贴在车窗上的连接支架5,使用固定插头弹片61和带连接电缆的USB插头62与分离式导航系统中的底座连接。
当然,以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例,故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及流程所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本发明专利申请范围为内。
本发明的实施方式
本发明车载天线盒结构还可有没有连接支架的具体实施方案,直接固定安装在车窗,该车载天线盒也不限制于天线的种类和数量,可以是其他天线的组合 。
工业实用性
本发明车载天线盒结构,天线方向利于无线信号收发且CPU等器件位于电路板另一方面,空间足够、便于CPU散热且避免信号间干扰,将会被广泛应用在车载天线盒中。

  1. 一种车载天线盒结构(4),包括能通过电磁波的外壳、内部电路板(2)、中央处理器和天线,其特征在于,所述中央处理器布设在内部电路板的正面,内部电路板背面向下放置在外壳内;所述天线包括定位导航天线,所有天线都位于内部电路板的背面与外壳底面(1)之间或外壳底面(1)上,所有天线与所述中央处理器通过内部电路板电连接。
