一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,所述低感母排包括复合绝缘母排,以及同所述复合绝缘母排适配的U型短接母排。所述U型短接母排的两极分别与一个IGBT的对应端连接,实现两个IGBT短接。所述复合绝缘母排的两端分别与电容器端子和IGBT的对应端连接。所述U型短接母排安装更加方便,不仅少了螺栓连接的工序,也减小了母排的分布电感;与复合绝缘母排相结合更加减小了回路中的分布电感。

Description

一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种母排,具体讲涉及一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排。
背景技术:
现有的低感母排虽然结构紧凑,外形美观,也在一定程度上能够满足特定的应用环境需求,但却存在一些不足,例如套在母排外层的塑料管受热后,绝缘层绝缘性能差,母排的低感性也不够好。
本实用新型提供的技术方案中的绝缘层是采用喷覆技术制得的,这样的绝缘材料可以牢固的附着在母排表面,既可起到良好的绝缘作用也可将喷覆绝缘层做得比较薄,从而降低母排的厚度,使母排贴的更近,具有更好的低感性能。
将两只IGBT的一端短接在一起的低感母排除了有复合绝缘母排,还有短接母排。现有的短接母排是将两只母排通过螺栓叠加在一起的。本申请提供的技术方案设计了一种U形母排。这种母排体积小,更便于安装。此种母排和绝缘复合母排配合使用,使低感性能更好。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种适用于IGBT电压源型换流单元的母排,该母排降低导电回路的分布电感。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,所述低感母排包括复合绝缘母排,所述低感母排包括同所述复合绝缘母排适配的U型短接母排;所述U型短接母排的两极分别与一个IGBT的对应端连接,实现两个IGBT短接。
本实用新型提供的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,所述复合绝缘母排包括直角弯段和平行段。
本实用新型提供的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,所述直角转弯段的内弧度为半径6mm以下。
本实用新型提供的另一优选的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感 母排,所述复合绝缘母排通过另一端其设置的直角弯段与电容器端子连接。
本实用新型提供的又一优选的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,所述平行段外部设有喷覆式绝缘层;所述绝缘层厚度为2mm以下。
本实用新型提供的再一优选的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,所述直角弯段的内弧度为半径6mm。
本实用新型提供的又一优选的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,所述绝缘层厚度为2mm。
和最接近的现有技术比,本实用新型提供技术方案具有以下优异效果:
1、本实用新型中的复合绝缘母排喷覆有绝缘层更薄、使得复合绝缘母排的结构牢固;
2、本实用新型中的复合绝缘母排设有的近似直角弯结构,使得复合绝缘母排与电容器端子紧密贴紧在一起,进一步改善低感母排回路的低感性;
3、本实用新型中U形短接母排,实现IGBT端子的短接;与现有的短接母排搭接相比,U形短接母排安装方便,不仅少了螺栓连接的工序,同时减小了低感母排的分布电感;
4、本实用新型复合绝缘母排和U形母排的结合使用,导致回路具有低分布电感;
5、本实用新型中的喷覆式绝缘层具有良好的绝缘性能和耐老化性能,由于绝缘层的很薄,两只复合绝缘母排可以贴得很近,从而降低分布电感。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
如图1所示,本例的发实用新型低感母排,所述低感母排包括复合绝缘母排和同所述复合绝缘母排适配的U型短接母排;所述U型短接母排的两极分别与一个IGBT的对应端连接,实现两个IGBT短接。
所述复合绝缘母排包括直角弯段和平行段,所述直角弯段的内弧度为半径在6mm以内的弧,本实施例中的内弧度为半径等于6mm的弧。所述复合绝缘阴阳极母排分别通过其一端设置的转弯段与电容器端子连接;所述复合绝缘阴阳极母排分别通过其另一端与IGBT对应端连接;所述平行段外部设有喷覆式绝缘层;采用喷覆工艺,改善了绝缘层的稳固性,同时改善了两个复合绝缘阴阳极母排之间的绝缘性;所述绝缘层厚度为2mm之内,本实施例中的厚度为2mm。所述复合绝缘阴阳极母排之间可承受约3Kv的高电压。
所述复合绝缘母排的阴阳极的一端通过其转弯段与所述对应电容端子贴紧连接。

  1. 一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,所述低感母排包括复合绝缘母排,其特征在于:所述低感母排包括同所述复合绝缘母排适配的U型短接母排;所述U型短接母排的两极分别与一个IGBT的对应端连接,实现两个IGBT短接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,其特征在于:所述复合绝缘母排包括直角弯段和平行段。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,其特征在于:所述直角转弯段的弧度为半径6mm以下。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,其特征在于:所述复合绝缘母排通过另一端其设置的直角弯段与电容器端子连接。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,其特征在于:所述平行段外部设有喷覆式绝缘层;所述绝缘层厚度为2mm以下。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,其特征在于:所述直角弯段的内弧度为半径为6mm以下。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种适用于IGBT的电压源型换流单元的低感母排,其特征在于:所述绝缘层厚度为2mm。
