本发明属于垃圾处理设备,具体涉及一种固液分开及有机物与无机物分开的垃圾处理方法。
本发明还涉及一种用于实现上述方法的垃圾处理装置。
中国是世界上城市垃圾问题最严重的国家之一。
据统计,全国城市生活垃圾年产量:80年代为1.15亿吨,90年代已达1.43亿吨(仅次于美国,居世界第二);
目前全国城市垃圾历年堆放总量高达70亿吨,而且产生量每年以约8.98%速度递增。垃圾堆放占土地总面积已达5亿平方米,约折合75万亩耕地;
全国600多座大中城市中,有70%被垃圾所包围,严重影响城市发展和周边居民的生活环境。
我国垃圾处理目前基本上采用传统的填埋、堆肥、焚烧等方法进行处理,上述传统的垃圾处理技术存在着众所周知的缺陷:
一、垃圾堆肥处理
垃圾堆肥处理是利用微生物分解垃圾有机成分的生物化学过程。在生物化学反应过程中,有机物、氧气和细菌相互作用,析出二氧化碳、水和热,同时生成腐殖质。
垃圾堆肥处理的缺点有三:
1、垃圾中的石块、金属、玻璃、塑料等废弃物不能被微生物分解,这些废弃物必须分捡出来,另行处理;
2、垃圾堆肥周期长,占地面积大,垃圾堆肥场周边卫生条件差;
3、肥效低、成本高,销售困难,经济效益差。
垃圾堆肥处理是针对垃圾中可被微生物分解的有机物,所以它是针对垃圾中有机成分的处理技术,而不是对全部垃圾的最终处理技术。
垃圾堆肥技术存在明显的缺点,不能处理不可腐烂的有机物和无机物,因此减容、减量及无害化程度低。因此仅仅依靠堆肥处理仍然不能彻底解决垃圾问题。目前在一些地方将生活垃圾填埋,靠自然发酵,若干年后再挖掘出来,筛去其中的塑料等不腐 烂的物质后就当作肥料出售。实际上用这种肥料种植果树、蔬菜及粮食是危险的,原因是由于垃圾中不易腐有机组分(纸、塑料、布、橡胶等)的重金属(Pb,Cd,H窃)含量很高,如果这类物质与易腐有机物长期共埋于地下,加上雨水的作用,重金属必然会渗入最终的有机肥产品中,用这种肥种出来的食品重金属含量必然超标,危害人体健康。
二、垃圾焚烧处理
垃圾焚烧是将垃圾送入焚烧炉进行燃烧过程。垃圾焚烧后,释放出热能,同时产生烟气和固体残渣。热能要回收,烟气要净化,残渣要消化,这是焚烧处理必不可少的工艺过程。
垃圾焚烧处理的缺点:
1、垃圾燃烧过程中释放出有毒气体,如二恶英、电池中的汞蒸汽等,产生的烟气必须净化,净化技术难度大、运行成本高;
2、垃圾燃烧过程中产生约占原始量20%-30%有毒有害炉渣和灰尘,焚烧产生的有毒有害炉渣和灰尘还必须处理;
3、垃圾中可回收利用的资源被销毁,是一种浪费资源的处理方法;
4、焚烧处理对垃圾低位热值有一定要求,不是任何垃圾都可以焚烧;
5、焚烧设备一次性投资大。
三、垃圾填埋
垃圾填埋处理的缺点:
填埋的垃圾并没有进行无害化处理,残留着大量的细菌、病毒;还潜伏着沼气、重金属污染等隐患;其垃圾渗漏液还会长久地污染地下水资源,所以,这种方法潜在着极大危害,会给子孙后代带来无穷的后患。这种方法不仅没有实现垃圾的资源化处理,而且大量占用土地,把污染源留存给子孙后代。最关键的是每个填埋厂处理能力有限,填满后仍需投资建设新的填埋场,进一步占用土地资源。目前许多发达国家明令禁止填埋垃圾。
综合分析,我国目前采用的垃圾处理技术,没有一种方法能够真正实现垃圾资源化、无害化、减量化的总目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固液分开及有机物与无机物分开的垃圾处理方法。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种用于实现上述方法的垃圾处理装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的垃圾处理方法,其过程包括:
1)将城市生活垃圾进行破袋处理并用水洗涤;
2)将经过破袋处理后的城市生活垃圾用水进行洗涤处理,将城市生活垃圾中可溶于水的有机物洗涤下来;
3)洗涤后的城市生活垃圾进行固液分离处理:分离出的固体垃圾进行分选处理,分离出的垃圾水经过沉淀后进行厌氧处理,将垃圾水中的有机物转化为沼气,净化处理后的清水加以利用;
分选处理中继续对固体垃圾进行喷淋洗涤,洗涤下来的垃圾水经过沉淀后进行厌氧处理,将垃圾水中的有机物转化为沼气,净化处理后的清水加以利用;
4)将分选出的不溶水有机垃圾破碎处理后进行脱水处理,并在缺氧状态下进行热解处理制成生物碳,脱水处理过程中产生的污水进行厌氧处理,使污水中的有机物转化为沼气,净化处理后的清水加以利用;
将分选出的无机垃圾进行破碎后与垃圾水沉淀出的泥沙混合加以利用;
将分选出的塑料、金属、电池直接回收;
5)垃圾水产生沼气后的沼渣进行脱水并制成生物碳;沼渣脱水过程中产生的污水进行厌氧处理,并收集厌氧处理产生的沼气加以利用。
所述的垃圾处理方法中,净化处理后的清水循环用于垃圾破袋处理、垃圾洗涤处理以及分选处理过程中的洗涤。
所述的垃圾处理方法中,产生的沼气作为制备生物碳的燃料。
所述的垃圾处理方法中,制成的生物碳用于生产土壤改良剂。
所述的垃圾处理方法中,破碎后的无机垃圾颗粒与垃圾水沉淀出的泥沙混合后,加入水泥制造植草砖。
所述的垃圾处理方法中,沼渣是在缺氧状态下进行干馏处理后制成生物碳。
本发明提供的用于实现上述垃圾处理方法的装置,包括:
垃圾破袋装置连接垃圾洗涤装置,以将城市生活垃圾中可溶于水的有机物洗涤下来;

分选装置中设置的有机垃圾出口通过有机垃圾破碎装置和对有机垃圾进行脱水的 脱水装置连接制造生物碳装置;
分选装置中设置的无机垃圾出口连接无机垃圾破碎装置;
有机垃圾脱水装置中设置的污水出口连接垃圾水厌氧处理装置,将分离出的污水进行厌氧处理,将污水中的有机物转化为沼气;
固液分离装置连接沉沙池,对垃圾水进行沉淀;
沉沙池连接垃圾水厌氧处理装置,将分离出的垃圾水经过沉淀后进行厌氧处理,将垃圾水中的有机物转化为沼气;
垃圾水厌氧处理装置接活性焦过滤吸附装置,将经过厌氧处理后的垃圾水经过活性焦过滤吸附进行净化处理;
活性焦过滤吸附装置连接循环水池;
循环水池通过循环水泵连接垃圾破袋装置、垃圾洗涤装置和分选装置,将净化处理后的清水循环用于垃圾破袋处理、垃圾洗涤处理以及分选处理过程中的洗涤;
垃圾水厌氧处理装置设有沼气出口,该沼气出口连接制造生物碳装置。
所述的装置中,垃圾水厌氧处理装置通过对沼渣进行脱水的脱水装置连接制造生物碳装置。
所述的装置中,沼渣的脱水装置通过污水出口连接垃圾水厌氧处理装置。
本发明的特点在于:
(1)实现了将城市生活垃圾中的固体和液体分开处理;无机垃圾和有机垃圾分开处理;洗涤垃圾水净化处理循环使用的综合处理。
(2)克服了传统的城市生活垃圾处理工艺技术存在的重大缺陷,如:垃圾填埋处理技术存在的浪费土地资源、污染地下水资源缺陷;垃圾焚烧处理技术存在的污染空气和环境,浪费垃圾中可利用资源缺陷等。
(3)使城市生活垃圾中可利用资源得到最大限度的清洁回收。
(4)为城市节约了大量宝贵的土地资源。
(5)在城市生活垃圾处理过程中不产生任何空气或环境污染。
(6)使城市生活垃圾处理实现了完全彻底的资源化、无害化、减量化、低成本处理。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
本发明提供了一种将城市生活垃圾固体与液体分开处理、无机垃圾与有机垃圾分开处理,垃圾水净化处理循环使用的处理方法和装置:
1)将城市生活垃圾进行洗涤处理
将经过破袋处理后的城市生活垃圾采用清水进行洗涤:
(1)将城市生活垃圾中可溶于水的有机物洗涤下来,避免垃圾处理过程中,垃圾中的液体腐烂、散发臭气污染环境;
(2)将垃圾中可回收物质实现清洁回收。
2)将洗涤垃圾后的垃圾水净化处理后循环使用
将洗涤垃圾后的垃圾水输送到固液分离装置中进行固液分离处理后输送到沉沙池。经过沉沙池处理后的垃圾水输送到垃圾水厌氧处理装置中进行厌氧处理,使垃圾水中的有机物转化为沼气;将垃圾水厌氧处理装置排出的垃圾水、沼液输送到活性焦过滤吸附装置进行过滤吸附净化处理;过滤吸附净化处理后的清水输送到循环水池,用水泵将循环水池中的水输送到垃圾洗涤装置中重新用于垃圾洗涤。
3)将经过洗涤后的固体垃圾进行清洁分选
将固液分离装置分离出来的固体垃圾输送到分选装置进行分选处理,在固体垃圾分选过程中继续对垃圾进行清洗。分选装置将经过洗涤处理后的垃圾分为可回收垃圾、不溶水有机垃圾和无机垃圾,将可回收垃圾进行回收。
4)将分选出来的不溶水有机垃圾制生物碳,用分选出来的无机垃圾生产植草砖等
将分选出来的不溶水有机垃圾输送到有机垃圾破碎装置进行破碎处理后,输送到脱水装置进行脱水处理。经过脱水处理后的不溶水有机垃圾输送到干馏制生物碳装置 中,在缺氧状态下进行处理制成生物碳。制成的生物碳用于生产土壤改良剂。将分离装置分离出来的无机垃圾输送到无机垃圾破碎装置,破碎后的无机垃圾颗粒与沉沙池排出的泥沙混合后,加入水泥制造植草砖等。
5)将垃圾水处理过程中的沼渣制成生物碳
将垃圾水厌氧处理装置排出的沼渣输送到脱水装置进行脱水处理后,输送到干馏制生物碳装置中,在缺氧状态下进行处理制成生物碳。
6)将垃圾水处理过程中产生的沼气作为干馏制生物碳装置的燃料
将垃圾水厌氧处理装置产生的沼气输送到干馏制生物碳装置,作为干馏制生物碳装置干馏处理不溶水有机垃圾和沼渣制生物碳的燃料。
上述将城市生活垃圾中的固体和液体分开处理、无机垃圾和有机垃圾分开处理,洗涤垃圾水净化处理循环使用的综合处理方法和装置,可以避免目前传统的垃圾填埋处理技术存在的浪费土地资源、污染地下水资源;垃圾焚烧处理技术存在的污染空气和环境,浪费垃圾中可利用资源等重大缺陷,真正实现垃圾资源化、无害化、减量化、清洁化处理。
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述,应当理解,优选实施例仅是为了说明本发明,而不是为了限制本发明的保护范围。
如图所示,本发明的城市生活垃圾固体与液体分开处理、无机垃圾与有机垃圾分开处理,垃圾水净化处理循环使用的处理方法和装置为:
1、将城市生活垃圾1洗涤,并将垃圾水5净化处理循环利用。
1)将城市生活垃圾1输送到破袋装置2中进行破袋处理,破袋过程之中用水进行喷淋洗涤。垃圾破袋装置2为公知设备;
2)将经过破袋处理后的城市生活垃圾1输送到垃圾洗涤装置3中用水进行洗涤处理,将城市生活垃圾1中可溶于水的有机物洗涤下来。垃圾洗涤装置3为公知设备;
3)将洗涤后的城市生活垃圾1输送到固液分离装置4中进行固液分离处理。固液分离装置4为公知设备;将经过固液分离处理后的垃圾水5输送到沉沙池6;经过沉沙池6处理后的垃圾水5输送到垃圾水厌氧处理装置7中进行厌氧处理,使垃圾水5中的有机物转化为沼气25。垃圾水厌氧处理装置7为公知设备;将经过厌氧处理后的垃圾水5输送到活性焦过滤吸附装置8进行净化处理,活性焦过滤吸附装置8为公知设备,可以采用“一种垃圾水处理装置”(专利号ZL 2006 1 0011667.7,授权公告号CN 100496664C);净化处理后的清水输送到循环水池9,用循环水泵10将循环水池9 中的水输送到垃圾洗涤装置3、垃圾破袋装置2和分选装置13重新用于垃圾洗涤。循环水池9由一补水管11进行补水。
2、将洗涤后的固体垃圾12分选及回收利用
将固液分离装置4分离出来的固体垃圾12输送到分选装置13进行分选处理,在分选过程中继续对固体垃圾12进行喷淋洗涤,洗涤下来的垃圾水5输送到沉沙池6;分选装置13将经过洗涤处理后的城市生活垃圾1中的塑料金属电池等物品14分选出来;将不溶水有机垃圾15输送到有机垃圾破碎装置16进行破碎处理后输送到脱水装置17进行脱水处理。有机垃圾破碎装置16为公知设备。经过脱水处理后的不溶水有机垃圾15输送到制造生物碳装置18中在缺氧状态下进行热解处理,制成生物碳19,生物碳19用于生产土壤改良剂。制造生物碳装置18为公知设备,可以采用“一种制造生物碳的装置”(专利号ZL 2010 2 0562292.5,授权公告号CN201825737U)。脱水装置17对经过破碎的不溶水有机垃圾15进行脱水过程中产生的污水27输送的垃圾水厌氧处理装置7进行处理;将分选装置13分离出来的无机垃圾20输送到无机垃圾破碎装置21,破碎后的无机垃圾20颗粒与沉沙池6排出的泥沙22混合后,加入水泥23制造植草砖24等。
3、将垃圾水5处理过程中产生的沼气25、沼渣26资源化处理和利用
将垃圾水厌氧处理装置7排出的沼渣26输送到脱水装置17;将经过脱水处理后的沼渣26输送到制造生物碳装置18中在缺氧状态下进行干馏处理,制成生物碳19,生物碳19用于生产土壤改良剂。脱水装置17对沼渣26进行脱水过程中产生的污水27输送的垃圾水厌氧处理装置7进行处理;将垃圾水厌氧处理装置7排出的沼气25输送到制造生物碳装置18作为干馏处理不溶水有机垃圾15和沼渣26制生物碳19的燃料。
Claims (9)
- 一种固液分开及有机物与无机物分开的垃圾处理方法,其过程为:1)将城市生活垃圾进行破袋处理并用水洗涤;2)将经过破袋处理后的城市生活垃圾用水进行洗涤处理,将城市生活垃圾中可溶于水的有机物洗涤下来;3)洗涤后的城市生活垃圾进行固液分离处理:分离出的固体垃圾进行分选处理;分离出的垃圾水经过沉淀后进行厌氧处理,将垃圾水中的有机物转化为沼气,净化处理后的清水加以利用;分选处理中继续对固体垃圾进行喷淋洗涤,洗涤下来的垃圾水经过沉淀后进行厌氧处理,将垃圾水中的有机物转化为沼气,净化处理后的清水加以利用;4)将分选出的不溶水有机垃圾破碎处理后进行脱水处理,并在缺氧状态下进行热解处理制成生物碳,脱水处理过程中产生的污水进行厌氧处理,使污水中的有机物转化为沼气,净化处理后的清水加以利用;将分选出的无机垃圾进行破碎后与垃圾水沉淀出的泥沙混合加以利用;将分选出的塑料、金属、电池直接回收;5)垃圾水产生沼气后的沼渣进行脱水处理,并在缺氧状态下进行热解处理制成生物碳;沼渣脱水产生的污水进行厌氧处理,将污水中的有机物转化为沼气,并收集厌氧处理产生的沼气加以利用。
- 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾处理方法,其中,净化处理后的清水循环用于垃圾破袋处理、垃圾洗涤处理以及分选处理过程中的洗涤。
- 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾处理方法,其中,产生的沼气作为制备生物碳的燃料。
- 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾处理方法,其中,制成的生物碳用于生产土壤改良剂。
- 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾处理方法,其中,破碎后的无机垃圾颗粒与圾水沉淀出的泥沙混合后,加入水泥制造植草砖。
- 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾处理方法,其中,沼渣是在缺氧状态下进行干馏处理后制成生物碳。
- 一种用于实现权利要求1所述垃圾处理方法的装置,包括:垃圾破袋装置连接垃圾洗涤装置,以将城市生活垃圾中可溶于水的有机物洗涤下来;垃圾洗涤装置连接固液分离装置,以对洗涤后的城市生活垃圾进行固液分离处理;固液分离装置连接分选装置,以对分离出的固体垃圾进行分选处理;分选装置中设置的有机垃圾出口通过有机垃圾破碎装置和对有机垃圾进行脱水的脱水装置连接制造生物碳装置;分选装置中设置的无机垃圾出口连接无机垃圾破碎装置;有机垃圾脱水装置中设置的污水出口连接垃圾水厌氧处理装置,将分离出的污水进行厌氧处理,将垃圾水中的有机物转化为沼气;固液分离装置连接沉沙池,对垃圾水进行沉淀;沉沙池连接垃圾水厌氧处理装置,将分离出的垃圾水经过沉淀后进行厌氧处理,将垃圾水中的有机物转化为沼气;垃圾水厌氧处理装置连接活性焦过滤吸附装置,将经过厌氧处理后的垃圾水经过活性焦过滤吸附进行净化处理;活性焦过滤吸附装置连接循环水池;循环水池通过循环水泵连接垃圾破袋装置、垃圾洗涤装置和分选装置,将净化处理后的清水循环用于垃圾破袋处理、垃圾洗涤处理以及分选处理过程中的洗涤;垃圾水厌氧处理装置设有沼气出口,该沼气出口连接制造生物碳装置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,垃圾水厌氧处理装置通过对沼渣进行脱水的脱水装置连接制造生物碳装置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,沼渣的脱水装置通过垃圾水出口连接垃圾水厌氧处理装置。
