其中,测量所述第一距离L1的方法具体包括:通过所述第一红外发射器C1检测所述第一红外发射器C1至用户两眼A和B的距离a1和b1,以及所述第一红外发射器C1至用户两眼A和B的两红外线(即线段C1A及线段C1B所在两直线)的夹角γ1,对应于图2,所述距离a1为线段C1A的距离,所述距离b1为线段C1B的距离,所述夹角γ1为线段C1A与线段C1B之间的夹角,则即可依据所述距离a1、b1及夹角γ1计算所述第一距离L1,且在本实施例中,依据所述距离a1、b1及夹角γ1计算所述第一距离L1的方法具体为:对应图2及根据公式
计算得出所述第一距离L1。
同时,测量所述第二距离L2的方法具体包括:通过所述第二红外发射器C2检测所述第二红外发射器C2至用户两眼A和B的距离a2和b2,以及所述第二红外发射器C2至用户两眼A和B的两红外线(即线段C2A及线段C2B所在两直线)的夹角γ2,对应于图2,所述距离a2为线段C2A的距离,所述距离b2为线段C2B的距离,所述夹角γ2为线段C2A与线段C2B之间的夹角,则即可依据所述距离a2、b2及夹角γ2计算所述第二距离L2,且在本实施例中,依据所述距离a2、b2及夹角γ2计算所述第二距离L2的方法具体为:对应图2及根据公式
计算得出所述第二距离L2。
再者,根据所述第一距离L1、第二距离L2及第三距离L3得出用户看所述显示屏α的角度β的方法具体为:对应图3及根据公式
计算得出用户看所述显示屏α的角度β,夹角β为用户看所述显示屏α的视线OD与所述显示屏α的法线OZ的夹角β。
详细而言,在本实施例中,用户看所述显示屏的角度β之预设的安全范围为大于等于-50°且小于等于+50°,值得注意者,该预设的安全范围为以所述显示屏α的法线OZ为基线,若位于所述法线OZ一侧的夹角的角度定义为正值,则位于所述法线OZ另一侧的夹角的角度定义为负值;当然,在不同的实施例中,该预设的安全范围还可以根据具体的使用需求由生产厂商设定或用户自行设定,以满足不同用户的不同使用需求。所述保护提醒较优为包括所述显示屏α模糊显示和/或所述设备发出提示的声音和/或所述显示屏关闭显示。详细而言,当用户看所述显示屏α的角度β超出预设的安全范围时,可以启动所述显示屏α模糊显示、所述设备发出提示的声音及所述显示屏α关闭显示中的一者、以警告用户纠正对所述设备的使用状态,起到保护用户视力的作用,当然,在不同的实施例中,所述保护提醒中的不同类型还可以相互结合,举例而言,用户看所述显示屏α的角度β超出预设的安全范围时,先执行所述显示屏α模糊显示,并判断用户看所述显示屏α的角度β超出预设的安全范围的时间是否超过预设时间阀值(该预设时间阀值可以由生产厂家设定一默认阀值和/或若干个供选择的阀值,也可以由用户自行设定),若是,则执行所述显示屏α关闭显示,若否,则返回,在用户看所述显示屏α的角度β超出预设的安全范围重新开始计时。从而使保护提醒更为人性化,使用户能够得到更好的用户体验,即所述保护提醒的具体实施模式可以由生产厂家进行设定或由用户自行设定。
参考图4,本发明具有保护视力功能的设备200包括显示屏,其中,本发明具有保护视力功能的设备200还包括:数据获取获取模块21及处理模块22,所述数据获取模块21用于获取用户看所述显示屏的角度以获得视角数据;所述处理模块22用于判断所述视角数据是否在预设的安全范围内,若是则控制所述显示屏正常显示,若否则启动对应的保护提醒。该方案通过所述数据获取模块21获取用户看所述显示屏的角度以获得视角数据,再通过所述处理模块22判断所述视角数据是否在预设的安全范围内,并根据判断结果控制所述显示屏正常显示或启动对应的保护提醒,可以实现准确采集用户的视角数据,且能给予用户相应的保护提醒,以更好的保护用户视力,且操作更为简单方便,从而使用户得到更舒适有效的用户体验。
较优者,所述数据获取模块21包括:测量单元211、第一计算单元212及第二计算单元213,所述测量单元211包括第一红外发射器及第二红外发射器,通过所述第一红外发射器检测所述第一红外发射器至用户两眼的距离a1和b1,以及所述第一红外发射器至用户两眼的两红外线的夹角γ1;通过所述第二红外发射器检测所述第二红外发射器至用户两眼的距离a2和b2,以及所述第二红外发射器至用户两眼的两红外线的夹角γ2;并通过所述测量单元211获取所述第一红外发射器及第二红外发射器之间的距离并将其定义为第三距离L3;所述第一计算单元212依据所述距离a1、b1及夹角γ1计算用户两眼之间的中点与所述第一红外发射器的第一距离L1,及依据所述距离a2、b2及夹角γ2计算用户两眼之间的中点与所述第二红外发射器的第二距离L2;所述第二计算单元213依据所述第一距离L1、第二距离L2及第三距离L3得出用户看所述显示屏的视线与所述显示屏的法线的夹角β,该夹角β即为用户看所述显示屏的角度,从而获得视角数据。
其中,在本实施例中的所述距离a1、b1和夹角γ1及所述距离a2、b2和夹角γ2的具体测量方法及原理均与上述的本发明保护视力的方法100中的所述距离a1、b1和夹角γ1,以及所述距离a2、b2和夹角γ2的具体测量方法及原理相同;
且在本实施例中的第一距离L1、第二距离L2和用户看所述显示屏的角度β之具体计算方法及原理均与上述的本发明保护视力的方法100中的第一距离L1、第二距离L2和用户看所述显示屏的角度β之具体计算方法及原理,故在此不再赘述。
较优者,所述处理模块22包括:判断单元221及执行单元222,所述判断单元221判断所述视角数据是否在预设的安全范围内;所述执行单元222根据所述判断单元221的判断结果控制所述显示屏正常显示或执行对应的保护提醒。
其中,在本实施例中的用户看所述显示屏的角度β之预设的安全范围的具体定义方式与上述的本发明保护视力的方法100中的用户看所述显示屏的角度β之预设的安全范围的具体定义方式相同;且,在本实施例中的所述保护提醒的具体实施方式也与上述的本发明保护视力的方法100中的所述保护提醒的具体实施方式相同,故在此不再赘述。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种保护视力的方法,适用于具有显示屏的设备,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)通过所述设备的第一红外发射器及第二红外发射器获取用户看所述显示屏的角度以获得视角数据;(2)判断所述视角数据是否在预设的安全范围内,若是则控制所述显示屏正常显示,若否则启动对应的保护提醒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的保护视力的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)具体包括:(11)所述第一红外发射器和第二红外发射器朝用户两眼发射红外线,从而分别测量用户两眼之间的中点与所述第一红外发射器、第二红外发射器的距离以获得第一距离L1、第二距离L2,获取所述第一红外发射器及第二红外发射器之间的距离并将其定义为第三距离L3;(12)根据所述第一距离L1、第二距离L2及第三距离L3得出用户看所述显示屏的角度β。
- 根据权利要求2所述的保护视力的方法,其特征在于,测量所述第一距离L1及第二距离L2的方法具体包括:通过所述第一红外发射器检测所述第一红外发射器至用户两眼的距离a1和b1,以及所述第一红外发射器至用户两眼的两红外线的夹角γ1,依据所述距离a1、b1及夹角γ1计算所述第一距离L1;通过所述第二红外发射器检测所述第二红外发射器至用户两眼的距离a2和b2,以及所述第二红外发射器至用户两眼的两红外线的夹角γ2,依据所述距离a2、b2及夹角γ2计算所述第二距离L2。
- 一种具有保护视力功能的设备,包括显示屏,其特征在于,还包括:数据获取模块:用于获取用户看所述显示屏的角度以获得视角数据;处理模块:用于判断所述视角数据是否在预设的安全范围内,若是则控制所述显示屏正常显示,若否则启动对应的保护提醒。
- 根据权利要求6所述的具有保护视力功能的设备,其特征在于,所述 数据获取模块包括:测量单元:包括第一红外发射器及第二红外发射器,通过所述第一红外发射器检测所述第一红外发射器至用户两眼的距离a1和b1,以及所述第一红外发射器至用户两眼的两红外线的夹角γ1;通过所述第二红外发射器检测所述第二红外发射器至用户两眼的距离a2和b2,以及所述第二红外发射器至用户两眼的两红外线的夹角γ2;并通过所述测量单元获取所述第一红外发射器及第二红外发射器之间的距离并将其定义为第三距离L3;第一计算单元:依据所述距离a1、b1及夹角γ1计算用户两眼之间的中点与所述第一红外发射器的第一距离L1,及依据所述距离a2、b2及夹角γ2计算用户两眼之间的中点与所述第二红外发射器的第二距离L2;第二计算单元:依据所述第一距离L1、第二距离L2及第三距离L3得出用户看所述显示屏的视线与所述显示屏的法线的夹角β,该夹角β即为用户看所述显示屏的角度,从而获得视角数据。
- 根据权利要求6所述的具有保护视力功能的设备,其特征在于,所述处理模块包括:判断单元:判断所述视角数据是否在预设的安全范围内;执行单元:根据所述判断单元的判断结果控制所述显示屏正常显示或启动对应的保护提醒。
