本发明的目的在于针对上述不足, 提供一种厕所、 浴室、 卫生间的墙面装 饰使用且具有杀菌功能的防水浆料, 该防水浆料是以水泥类无机成分为主, 同 时具备装饰效果和防水功能, 可单独作为饰面层用于厕所、 浴室、 卫生间及其 他长期有水和潮湿的环境中, 装饰效果好, 耐擦洗; 该防水浆料配方中采用了 长效复合抗菌剂技术, 通过加入针对厕所、 浴室、 卫生间的环境特点配制的复 合抗菌剂有效地抑制细菌、 霉菌的生长; 配方中采用矿物质与天然芳香精油组 合的复合除味技术来实现对厕所、 浴室、 卫生间异味的产生和控制。
为解决上述问题, 本发明所采用的技术方案如下: 一种厕浴间饰面用的具 有杀菌功能的防水浆料, 由 A、 B双组份组成, A、 B组份中各材料的重量份数 分别如下:
A组份:
白色硅酸盐水泥 300-700份
石英砂 200-600份
纤维素醚 0.01-5份
减水剂 0.5-4份
矿 渣 10-200份
钛白粉 5-50份
氧化铁 1-50份
抗坏血酸钙 1-50份
凹凸棒土 1-100份
海泡石 1-100份 石圭藻土 1-50份
电气石 1-50份
氧化锌 1-50份,
B组份:
丙烯酸乳液 100-600份
消泡剂 0.5-10份
色 浆 1-30份
长效复合抗菌剂 0.5-10份
天然芳香油 1-10份
水 100-500份
所述长效复合抗菌剂为氯甲基异噻唑啉酮、 甲基异噻唑啉酮、 苯并异噻唑 啉酮、 多菌灵、 辛基异噻唑啉酮和敌草隆按 1:1:1:1:1:1比例复配得到。
所述白色硅酸盐水泥的硬度等级为 42.5或 42.5R或 52.5。
所述石英砂优选粒径为 40-200目的乳白色或无色半透明状的石英砂。 所述纤维素醚为羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、 甲基纤维素醚、 羟乙基纤维素醚中 的任一种, 所述纤维素醚的粘度为 500-25000mPa · s。
所述减水剂为聚羧酸盐类减水剂或密胺高效减水剂的一种。
所述矿渣优选粒径为 40-200目的矿渣。
所述钛白粉优选二氧化钛含量大于 90%的涂料用钛白粉。
所述氯化铁选用氯化铁粉末。
所述抗坏血酸钙优选白色的结晶性粉末产品。
所述凹凸棒土为一种含水镁铝硅酸盐的粘土矿物。
所述海泡石为一种富镁的纤维状硅酸盐粘土矿物, 本发明优选白色的海泡 石。
所述硅藻土是一种以二氧化硅为主要成分的硅质岩石, 本发明优选二氧化 硅含量大于 80%的硅藻土。
所述电气石为一种硅酸岩矿物。
所述氧化锌优选白色六方晶系结晶或粉末状产品。
所述丙烯酸乳液优选为以下性能指标的浅白色半透明丙烯酸乳液: 粘度 (CP25 °C), 300-2000, 固含量 48-57%, PH值 7-9。
所述消泡剂优选液体有机硅消泡剂或二甲基硅氧垸消泡剂。
所述色浆为水性有机或无机颜料色浆。
所述天然芳香油优选柠檬香精, 也可以是提取自天然植物的芳香油香精。 本发明的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的防水浆料按以下步骤制备: 按配 方准确称量各成份, 预先手动搅拌混合, 形成均匀的 A组份粉料体系和 B组份 液料体系。 按 A组份: B组份 =1:0.3的粉液比, 先将 B组份放入水泥胶砂搅拌 机, 然后加入 A组份, 低速搅拌, 搅拌 5-10分钟, 直至混合均匀即可。
本发明的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的防水浆料用于施工时流程如下: ( 1 )所有的基面在结构上必须坚固, 干燥, 干净和无移动、 油类、 油脂、 石蜡 和其他污垢物; 油漆基面必须暴露至少 75%以上的干净基面;
(2)按照配比将粉料和液料进行混合, 用电动搅拌机将防水浆料充分搅拌至均 匀无结块浆料状;
(3 ) 将搅拌后的防水浆料静置 5分钟左右, 重新搅拌 1-2分钟, 即可使用; (4)将防水浆料均匀交叉地涂刷、批刮或喷涂于处理好的底材上, 注意避免浆 料在某处积聚过厚或漏刷;
(5)根据自己需要的饰面效果, 用合适的刷子、 抹刀、 齿形刮刀或其他拉毛工 具在防水浆料上, 进行多纹理拉毛粉饰;
(6) 防水浆料施工 1天后, 可进行使用, 具体时间视天气、 施工条件不同而作 适当调整。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果如下:
( 1 )本发明配方充分考虑了其中无机材料、有机材料的配合与相容性, 采用本 发明配方制得的防水浆料具备良好的防水性能,符合最新推出的 JC/T2090-2011 聚合物水泥防水浆料标准;
(2)本发明防水浆料以水泥类无机成分为主, 同时具有彩色装饰效果和防水功 能, 该防水浆料可单独作为饰面层用于厕所、 浴室、 卫生间及其他长期有水和 潮湿的环境, 装饰效果好, 耐擦洗;
(3 )本发明中应用长效复合抗菌技术能有效的抑制厕所、浴室、卫生间中细菌、 霉菌的生长: 配方中的长效复合抗菌剂由氯甲基异噻唑啉酮、 甲基异噻唑啉酮、 苯并异噻唑啉酮、 多菌灵、 辛基异噻唑啉酮和敌草隆按 1:1:1:1:1:1 比例复配而 成, 能有效延长防水浆料的保质期, 有效抑制厕所、 浴室、 卫生间中细菌、 霉 菌的生长; 按 ASTM G21-96(2002) 合成聚合材料防霉 (耐真菌)性能测试标准进 行抗真菌性能测定, 防霉等级为 0级。
(4)本发明应用复合除味技术能有效抑制厕所、浴室、卫生间中来自马桶、 地漏的臭味: 厕浴间臭味的主要成分是氨和硫化氢, 配方中的氯化铁和抗坏血 酸钙在一起抑制氧化, 与氨等异味物质反应使之变成无异味物质; 氧化锌与硫 化氢发生非催化气固两相反应, 可以去除空气中的硫化氢气体; 同时使用凹凸 棒土及海泡石为基础的吸附剂, 通过加入硅藻土、 电气石天然矿物质, 具有弱 电性, 具有优先吸附甲醛、氨等有害气体的特点, 达到净化厕浴间空气的效果; 使用天然芳香油柠檬香精作为掩蔽除味剂, 去除的异味对真菌、 霉菌的产生, 有着天然的抑制作用。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明, 这些实施例仅用来说明本发 明, 并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例 1 按以下配方制备本发明所述的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的 防水浆料:
( 1 ) 配方如下表所示:

按配方准确称量各成份, 预先手动搅拌混合, 形成均匀的 A组份体系和 B组份 体系。 按 A组份: B组份 =1:0.3的粉液比, 先将 B组份放入水泥胶砂搅拌机, 然后加入 A组份, 低速搅拌, 搅拌 5分钟, 直至混合均匀即可。
对上述制备的可用于彩色饰面的防水浆料进行检测,各项指标如下表所示, 均符合 Κ Γ2090-2011聚合物水泥防水浆料标准:

减水剂 0.5-4份

凹凸棒土 1-100份
海泡石 1-100份
石圭藻土 1-50份

B组份:

2. 根据权利要求 1所述的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的防水浆料, 其特征在 于: 所述长效复合抗菌剂为氯甲基异噻唑啉酮、 甲基异噻唑啉酮、 苯并异噻唑 啉酮、 多菌灵、 辛基异噻唑啉酮和敌草隆按 1:1: 1: 1: 1: 1比例复配得到。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的防水浆料, 其特征在 于: 所述天然芳香油为柠檬香精、 提取自天然植物的芳香油香精中的一种或几 种香精的混合物。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的防水浆料, 其特征在 于: 所述矿渣粒径为 40-200目。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的防水浆料, 其特征在 于: 所述钛白粉为二氧化钛含量大于 90%的涂料用钛白粉。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的防水浆料, 其特征在 于: 所述白色硅酸盐水泥的硬度等级为 42.5或 42.5R或 52.5 。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的防水浆料, 其特征在 于: 所述石英砂为 40-200目的乳白色或无色半透明状的石英砂。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的防水浆料, 其特征在 于: 所述纤维素醚为羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、 甲基纤维素醚、 羟乙基纤维素醚中 的任一种, 所述纤维素醚的粘度为 500-25000mPa · s。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的防水浆料, 其特征在 于: 所述丙烯酸乳液为以下性能指标的浅白色半透明丙烯酸乳液: 粘度 (CP25 °C )300-2000, 固含量 48-57%, PH值 7-9。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的厕浴间饰面用的具有杀菌功能的防水浆料, 其特征 在于: 所述消泡剂为液体有机硅消泡剂或二甲基硅氧垸消泡剂。
