本发明实施例通过用户设备确定当前小区发生无线链路失败, 用户设 备将无线链路失败报告发送给网络设备, 所述无线链路失败报告包括下面 至少一项: 所述用户设备的安全信息是否激活的信息; 用户设备进行无线 资源控制 RRC连接重建时的相关信息; 用户设备发生无线链路失败时使用 的辅网络设备对应的服务小区信息, 因此网络设备根据具体的无线链路失 败报告的内容能精确诊断发生无线链路失败的原因。 附图说明

现有技术中, 用户设备记录下来的无线链路失败报告比较简单, 没有 考虑到网络复杂的应用场景以及用户设备的移动性; 例如, 网络设备需要 根据重建小区标识或者邻区测量结果, 确定发生无线链路失败的原因是切 换过晚或覆盖漏洞, 但是, 当用户设备上报的无线链路失败报告中没有携 带重建小区标识和邻区测量结果, 则网络设备无法判断生无线链路失败的 原因是切换过晚或覆盖漏洞。
又例如, 当用户设备在小区 1 (当前小区) 的覆盖漏洞区域发送了无 线链路失败, 之后, 用户设备进行重建过程, 启动了 T31 1定时, 在 T31 1 定时超时之前, 该用户设备到了小区 2 (另一小区) 的附近, 并判断小区 2为合适小区, 并向小区 2发起重建, 在这个重建过程中, 用户设备向网 络设备发送的无线链路失败报告中的重建小区标识为小区 2, 网络设备根 据无线链路失败报告进行分析, 可能诊断发生无线链路失败的原因为向小 区 2切换过晚, 而实际上是因为用户设备在小区 1中有覆盖漏洞。 网络设 备误判的原因是因为用户设备在发生无线链路失败后进行了移动。
因此, 现有技术中存在网络设备不能根据用户设备记录下来的无线链 路失败报告精确诊断发生无线链路失败的原因的问题, 进而影响了网络自 优化解决的效率。
本发明实施例所述的网络设备例如包括基站控制器 (Base Station
Control ler , BSC ), 无线网络控制器(Radio Network Control ler, RNC ), 演进型基站 (eNode b ) 或基站 (Node B ) 。
图 1为本发明一实施例提供的无线链路失败报告处理方法的流程示意 图, 如图 1所示, 本实施例的无线链路失败报告处理方法可以包括:
101、 用户设备在当前小区发生无线链路失败。
102、 判断安全信息是否已经激活, 若安全信息未激活, 则执行步骤 103, 若安全信息已经激活, 则执行步骤 104。

本发明实施例通过用户设备在发生无线链路失败时, 是否进行安全激 活, 或者安全激活后发起 RRC连接重建时, 是否重建失败, 并在重建失败 时, 记录重建失败原因, 其中, 重建失败的原因包括用户设备发送位置移 动, 或不能选择重建小区, 或前导未响应, 或未收到 RRC连接重建等; 使 得网络设备在接收到用户设备的无线链路失败报告时, 根据无线链路失败 报告中记录的信息精确诊断发生无线链路失败的原因;
进一步地, 可以根据发生无线链路失败的原因进行网络自优化的解 决, 例如, 根据所述发生无线链路失败时的用户设备位置信息、 发生 RRC 连接重建失败时的用户设备位置信息、 发生无线链路失败时到发起 RRC连 接重建时的时间间隔, 确定所述用户设备的移动速度; 根据所述用户设备 的移动速度, 调整与所述用户设备类型对应的移动参数; 又例如, 网络设 备若确定重建小区的标识与辅网络设备对应的服务小区信息中包括的小 区的标识相同, 则将所述重建小区不作为切换调整的目标小区。
本发明实施例还提供一种无线链路失败报告处理系统, 具体包括上述 图 2所示实施例提供的用户设备和图 3所示实施例提供的网络设备, 详细 内容可以参考图 2和图 3所示实施例中的相关描述, 不再赘述。

权利要求书
1、 一种无线链路失败报告处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户设备确定当前小区发生无线链路失败;
所述用户设备将无线链路失败报告发送给网络侧设备, 所述无 无线链路失败报告用以网络设备根据所述无线链路失败报告确定所 述用户设备发生无线链路失败的原因;
其中, 所述无线链路失败报告包括下面至少一项:
所述用户设备的安全信息是否激活的信息;
用户设备进行无线资源控制 RRC连接重建时的相关信息;
用户设备发生无线链路失败时使用的辅网络设备对应的服务小区信 息。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中若无线链路失败报告中包括用 户设备的安全信息是否激活的信息, 所述用户设备将无线链路失败报告发 送给网络侧设备之前进一步包括:
所述用户设备确定安全信息未激活, 则所述用户设备转入空闲态, 并 将安全信息未激活的信息记录在所述无线链路失败报告中。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中若无线链路失败报告中包括用 户设备进行无线资源控制 RRC连接重建时的相关信息, 则所述用户设备将 无线链路失败报告发送给网络侧设备之前进一步包括:
所述用户设备确定所述用户设备的安全信息已经激活, 则所述用户设 备发起无线资源控制 RRC连接重建过程;
若在重建定时超时之前选择到重建小区, 则所述用户设备向网络设备 发送 RRC连接重建请求, 并将所述重建小区的标识记录到无线链路失败报 告中;
若在重建定时超时之前不能选择到重建小区, 则所述用户设备转入空 闲态, 并将没有发送重建请求的原因记录到所述无线链路失败报告中, 其 中所述原因包括不能选择重建小区或者重建定时超时。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中若无线链路失败报告中包括用 户设备进行无线资源控制 RRC连接重建时的相关信息, 则所述用户设备将 无线链路失败报告发送给网络侧设备之前进一步包括:
所述用户设备向所述网络设备发送 RRC连接重建请求, 并将所述重建 小区的标识记录到所述无线链路失败报告中;
若发生重建失败时, 所述用户设备将重建失败原因记录到所述无线链 路失败报告中, 所述重建失败原因包括前导未响应或未收到 RRC连接重建 响应消息。
5、 根据权利要求 3或 4至少一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备的相关信息至进一步包括下面至少一项: 发生无线链路 失败时所述用户设备的位置信息、 发生 RRC连接重建失败时所述用户设备 的位置信息、 发生无线链路失败时到发起 RRC连接重建时的时间间隔、 发 生 RRC连接重建时对发生无线链路失败时所述当前小区的信号水平测量结 果、 发生 RRC连接重建时对发生无线链路失败时所述重建小区的信号水平 测量结果、 发生 RRC连接重建时对周围小区的信号水平测量结果。
6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若无线链路失败报告 包括用户设备发生无线链路失败时使用的辅网络设备对应的服务小区信 息, 所述用户设备将无线链路失败报告发送给网络侧设备之前进一步包 括:
所述用户设备至少配置有两个网络侧设备共同为所述用户设备服务, 其中, 一个网络侧设备为主网络设备, 另一个网络侧设备为辅网络设备, 则所述用户设备将配置的所述辅网络设备对应的服务小区信息记录到所 述无线链路失败报告中, 所述辅网络设备对应的服务小区信息包括所述辅 网络设备对应的服务小区的标识和 /或所述辅网络设备对应的服务小区的 信号水平测量结果。
7、 根据权利要求 1-6 中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户 设备将所述无线链路失败报告发送给网络设备之前, 包括:
所述用户设备确定已经进行安全信息的激活。
8、 一种无线链路失败报告处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
网络设备接收用户设备发送的无线链路失败报告;
所述网络设备根据无线链路失败报告确定所述用户设备发生无线链 路失败的原因; 其中所述无线链路失败报告中至少包括下面一项:
所述用户设备的安全信息是否激活的信息;
用户设备发生无线资源控制 RRC连接重建时的相关信息;
用户设备发生无线链路失败时使用的辅网络设备对应的服务小区信 息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述无线链路失败报 告中包括所述用户设备的安全信息未激活的信息; 所述安全信息未激活的 信息是所述用户设备发生无线链路失败, 未进行安全信息激活时记录的信 息;
所述网络设备接收用户设备发送的无线链路失败报告之后, 包括: 所述网络设备根据所述无线链路失败报告中包括的安全信息未激活 的信息, 丢弃所述无线链路失败报告。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述无线链路失败报 告中包括所述用户设备的安全信息已经激活的信息、 没有发送重建请求的 原因;
所述原因是所述用户设备在当前小区发生无线链路失败时, 对所述用 户设备的安全信息已经激活之后, 发起 RRC连接重建时, 在重建定时超时 之前不能选择到重建小区记录的没有发送重建请求的原因;
其中, 所述原因包括不能选择重建小区或者重建定时超时; 所述网络设备根据所述无线链路失败报告确定所述用户设备发生无 线链路失败的原因, 包括:

若确定发生无线链路失败时所述用户设备的位置信息与发生 RRC连接重 建失败时的用户设备的位置信息之间的插值大于预设门限值, 则确定所述 用户设备发生无线链路失败的原因为所述用户设备在 RRC连接重建时发生 了位置移动。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络设备根据所 述无线链路失败报告确定所述用户设备发生无线链路失败的原因之后, 包 括:
根据发生无线链路失败时的用户设备的位置信息、 发生 RRC连接重建 失败时的用户设备的位置信息、 发生无线链路失败时到发起 RRC连接重建 时的时间间隔, 确定所述用户设备的移动速度;
根据所述用户设备的移动速度, 调整与所述用户设备的类型对应的移动参 数。
14、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若所述无线链路失败 报告中除了包括所述重建小区的标识之外, 还包括所述辅网络设备对应的 服务小区信息;
则所述网络设备接收用户设备发送的无线链路失败报告之后, 包括: 若确定所述重建小区的标识与所述辅网络设备对应的服务小区信息 中包括的小区的标识相同, 则将所述重建小区不作为切换调整的目标小 区。
15、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
处理器, 用于确定当前小区发生无线链路失败;
发送器, 用于将无线链路失败报告发送给网络侧设备, 所述无线链路 失败报告用以网络设备根据所述无线链路失败报告确定所述用户设备发 生无线链路失败的原因;
其中, 所述无线链路失败报告包括下面至少一项:
所述用户设备的安全信息是否激活的信息;
用户设备进行无线资源控制 RRC连接重建时的相关信息;
用户设备发生无线链路失败时使用的辅网络设备对应的服务小区信 息。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的用户设备, 其中若无线链路失败报告中 包括用户设备的安全信息是否激活的信息, 所述处理器, 还用于在确定安 全信息未激活时, 转入空闲态, 并将安全信息未激活的信息记录在所述无 线链路失败报告中。
17、 根据权利要求 15所述的用户设备, 其中若无线链路失败报告中 包括用户设备进行无线资源控制 RRC连接重建时的相关信息,所述处理器, 还用于在确定所述用户设备的安全信息已经激活, 发起无线资源控制 RRC 连接重建过程;
若在重建定时超时之前选择到重建小区, 则向网络设备发送 RRC连接 重建请求, 并将所述重建小区的标识记录到无线链路失败报告中;
若在重建定时超时之前不能选择到重建小区, 则转入空闲态, 并将没 有发送重建请求的原因记录到所述无线链路失败报告中, 其中所述原因包 括不能选择重建小区或者重建定时超时。
18、 根据权利要求 15所述的用户设备, 其中若无线链路失败报告中 包括用户设备进行无线资源控制 RRC连接重建时的相关信息, 则所述处理 器, 还用于在向所述网络设备发送 RRC连接重建请求时, 并将所述重建小 区的标识记录到所述无线链路失败报告中;
若发生重建失败时, 将重建失败原因记录到所述无线链路失败报告 中, 所述重建失败原因包括前导未响应或未收到 RRC连接重建响应消息。
19、 根据权利要求 17或 18至少一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备的相关信息至进一步包括下面至少一项: 发生无线链路 失败时所述用户设备的位置信息、 发生 RRC连接重建失败时所述用户设备 的位置信息、 发生无线链路失败时到发起 RRC连接重建时的时间间隔、 发 生 RRC连接重建时对发生无线链路失败时所述当前小区的信号水平测量结 果、 发生 RRC连接重建时对发生无线链路失败时所述重建小区的信号水平 测量结果、 发生 RRC连接重建时对周围小区的信号水平测量结果。

接收器, 用于接收用户设备发送的无线链路失败报告;
处理器, 用于根据无线链路失败报告确定所述用户设备发生无线链路 失败的原因;
其中所述无线链路失败报告中至少包括下面一项:
所述用户设备的安全信息是否激活的信息;
用户设备发生无线资源控制 RRC连接重建时的相关信息;
用户设备发生无线链路失败时使用的辅网络设备对应的服务小区信 息。
23、 根据权利要求 22 所述的网络设备, 其特征在于, 所述无线链路 失败报告中包括所述用户设备的安全信息未激活的信息; 所述安全信息未 激活的信息是所述用户设备发生无线链路失败, 未进行安全信息激活时记 录的信息;
