具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没 有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的 范围。 现有技术中, 经过信息转发操作后, 信息传播的范围非常有限, 完全 取决于发布信息的用户的社交圏子的大小(即取决于圏友的数量); 另夕卜, 因为一次传播(即用户的发布信息的过程)的受众人群有限, 所以信息被 二次传播(即圏友转发信息的过程)的可能性很低, 并且二次传播还需要 消耗操作成本, 例如, 需要圏友 B进行 "转发" 或 "分享" 操作。 为了解决上述问题,本实施例提供一种信息转发的方法,如图 1所示, 所述信息转发的方法包括如下步骤:
1 01、 网络服务器接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息; 在 SNS应用或平台中信息传播过程中, 用户可以首先注册一个账户, 然后可以在账户下发布或转发或浏览相应的信息,各用户还可以建立各自 的好友圏, 好友圏中可以包括至少两个用户。 当好友圏中的某一用户发布 或转发信息后,该用户的好友圏中的所有用户便可以接收到所述某一用户 发布或转发的信息。
1 02、 网络服务器判断位于所述第一用户好友圏中的第二用户是否开 放自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户。
1 03、 若开放, 则网络服务器将所述第一用户发布的好友圏信息发送 给所述第二用户好友圏中的第三用户, 其中, 所述第三用户不属于所述第 一用户好友圏中的用户。
需要说明的是, 在本发明中, 根据所述第二用户向所述第一用户开放 自身好友圏权限的范围,所述第三用户可以是所述第二用户自身好友圏内 的一个用户或者多个用户。
本实施例中, 若第二用户开放了自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户, 则 网络服务器在接收到第一用户发布的好友圏信息后,可以查找第二用户及 通过第二用户向第一用户开放权限的第三用户,并将第一用户发布的信息 发送至第三用户。 这样, 在第一用户发布或转发信息后, 第二用户开放的 好友圏中的所有第三用户也会接收到第一用户发布的信息。
采用上述方案后, 在第一用户发布好友圏信息后, 网络服务器可以在 第二用户不执行转发等操作的情况下,将第一用户发布的好友圏信息发送 给第二用户开放的第三用户,即第二用户开放的好友圏中的用户可以接收 到第一用户发布的好友圏信息, 在不增加操作成本的情况下, 增加了信息 的传播范围。
本实施例提供另一种信息转发的方法,该方法是对图 1所示的方法的 进一步扩展和优化, 如图 2所示, 可以包括:
201、 网络服务器接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息。
202、 将所述第一用户发布的好友圏信息发送给所述第一用户好友圏 中的第二用户。
本实施例中,第二用户可以为第一用户好友圏中的任意一个或者多个 用户。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,网络服务器中可以存储有第一用户与 第二用户的对应关系, 当网络服务器接收到第一用户发布的好友圏信息 后, 查找第一用户的好友圏信息, 即查找与第一用户对应的第二用户, 然 后将第一用户发布的好友圏信息发送至第一用户的好友圏中的所有用户 (包括第二用户 )。
值得说明的是,本实施例中第一用户发布的信息可以但不限于为第一 用户自己创建的信息, 或者, 还可以为转发已有的信息。
203、 判断位于所述第一用户好友圏中的第二用户是否开放自身好友 圏权限给所述第一用户, 若开放, 则执行步骤 204 , 若不开放, 则流程结 束。
在本实施例中, 为了扩大信息的传播范围, 第二用户可以将自身的好 友圏开放给第一用户, 即可以将第三用户的权限开放给第一用户, 这样, 当第一用户发布信息时,不仅第一用户的好友圏中的用户(包括第二用户) 可以接收到第一用户发布的信息,而且第二用户开放的好友圏中的第三用 户也可以接收到第一用户发布的信息, 换言之, 第一用户发布的信息不仅 可以在第一用户的好友圏中进行传播,而且还可以在第二用户的好友圏中 进行传播, 与未开放第三用户的权限相比, 扩大了第一用户发布的信息的 传播范围。
为了为后续步骤作铺垫, 首先, 网络服务器需要判断所述第二用户是 否开放自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,若第二用户向第一用户开放了自身好 友圏权限, 则网络服务器中可以存储有第一用户与第三用户的对应关系, 网络服务器可以判断是否存储有与第一用户对应的第三用户, 若是, 则可 以说明所述第二用户开放了自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户, 若否, 则可 以说明所述第二用户未开放自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户。
下面对第二用户开放自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户的方法进行简 单说明,第二用户可以在步骤 2 01之前开放自身好友圏权限给所述第一用 户, 也可以在执行步骤 2 01之后开放自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户。
其中, 第二用户开放自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户的方法可以包 括: 第二用户被动向第一用户开放好友圏权限, 第二用户主动向第一用户 开放好友圏权限。
如图 3所示,第二用户被动开放自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户的步 骤可以但不限于包括:
网络服务器接收所述第一用户发送的好友圏权限开放请求,所述好友 圏权限开放请求用于指示所述第二用户将所述第二用户好友圏中的全部 或部分指定好友作为所述第三用户开放给所述第一用户;网络服务器向所 述第二用户转发所述好友圏权限开放请求,并判断所述第二用户是否接受 所述请求, 若不接受, 则网络服务器可以向第一用户发送拒绝开放信息; 若接受, 则网络服务器关联记录所述第一用户及所述第三用户, 并还可以 向第一用户发送同意开放信息。
所述关联记录所述第一用户及所述第三用户可以但不限于包括:关联 记录所述第一用户与所述第三用户的对应关系,使得若网络服务器需要将 第一用户发布的好友圏信息发送至第二用户,则还需要获取与第一用户对 应的第三用户, 并将第一用户发布的信息发送至第三用户。
如图 4所示, 第二用户主动向第一用户开放好友圏权限, 具体可以包 括:
网络服务器接收所述第二用户发送的好友圏权限开放请求,所述好友 圏权限开放请求用于请求将所述第二用户好友圏中的全部或部分指定好 友作为所述第三用户开放给所述第一用户;网络服务器向所述第一用户转 发所述好友圏权限开放请求, 并判断所述第一用户是否接受所述请求, 若 接受, 则关联记录所述第一用户及所述第三用户, 并还可以通过网络服务 器向第二用户发送同意开放信息, 若不接受, 则可以通过网络服务器向第 二用户发送拒绝开放信息。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式, 第二用户可以 居第一用户的性别、 偏好、 年龄等因素确定开放给第一用户的第三用户。
例如, 第一用户偏爱摄影, 经常发布或转发关于摄影的信息, 则第二 用户可以从自己的好友圏中选取偏爱摄影的好友作为第三用户; 再如, 第 一用户可以设置有基本信息 (如, 高中学校、 大学学校等), 第二用户可 以从好友圏中获取基本信息相同或部分相同的好友作为第三用户。
本实施例对好友圏不作限定, 如, 可以为通讯录、 社交应用中的好友 圏, 或者, 可以为微博中单项关注的用户或双向关注的用户等, 可以 居 实际需要进行设定, 在此不再赘述。
另外, 第二用户还可以自行决定是否将好友圏开放给第一用户。
例如,第二用户可以但不限于根据第一用户的信誉确定是否将好友圏 权限开放给第一用户, 若第一用户的信誉较低或评价较差, 则可以拒绝将 好友圏权限开放给第一用户, 此时, 第二用户可以向第一用户发送拒绝推 送通知。
为了避免垃圾信息被发送至第三用户,第二用户还可以设置不允许被 发送至第三用户的信息的类型等,并可以将设置的该规则发送至网络服务 器, 以便网络服务器在接收到第一用户发布的好友圏信息发布请求后, 可 以首先根据该规则判断是否将第一用户发布的信息发送至第三用户。
例如, 第三用户偏爱摄影, 则可以设置只允许将与摄影有关的信息发 送至第三用户。
本实施例对第二用户设置不允许被发送至第三用户的信息的类型的 方法不作限定, 可以根据实际需要进行设定, 在此不再赘述。
204、 判断所述第一用户发布的信息是否满足预设的发布要求, 若是, 则执行步骤 2031 , 若否, 则流程结束。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式, 预设的发布要求可以但不限于包括: 第一用户发布的信息被转发的次数、 收费、 被收藏的次数、 信息的内容类 型等。
例如, 若预设的发布要求为信息被转发的次数大于 50次, 则网络服 务器在接收到第一用户发送的好友圏信息发布请求后,判断第一用户发布 的信息被转发的次数是否大于 50次, 若大于 50次, 则满足预设的发布要 求; 若预设的发布要求为获取信息需要缴纳的费用是否高于 3元, 则网络 服务器在接收到第一用户发送的好友圏信息发布请求后,判断获取第一用 户发布的信息缴纳的费用是否高于 3元, 若低于 3元, 则满足预设的发布 要求。
本实施例对判断所述第一用户发布的信息是否满足预设的发布要求 的方法不作限定, 可以根据实际需要进行设定, 在此不再赘述。
上述步骤 203亦可通过以下方式实现:
2031、 查找所述第三用户的用户标识。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,若第二用户确定将好友圏权限开放给 第一用户, 则网络服务器可以关联记录所述第一用户及所述第三用户, 例 如,网络服务器可以将第一用户与第三用户的对应关系存储在转发关系表 中; 这样, 当网络服务器接收到第一用户的好友圏信息发布请求, 并将第 一用户发布的信息发送至第二用户后,可以从转发关系表中查找与发布信 息的第一用户对应的第三用户的用户标识。
本实施例对网络服务器查找所述第三用户的用户标识、第三用户的用 户标识的存储位置不作限定,可以根据实际需要进行设定,在此不再赘述。
2032、 将所述第三用户的用户标识作为索引, 将所述第一用户发布的 信息发送给所述第三用户。
当第三用户接收到第一用户发布的信息后,该信息中还可以包括第一 用户的用户标识 (如, 名称、 第一用户对应的网页链接等), 这样, 第三 用户可以与第一用户建立好友关系, 这样, 扩大了用户的好友圏。
采用上述方案后, 网络服务器接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息; 查找 第二用户, 并将第一用户发布的信息发送至第二用户; 另外, 判断位于所 述第一用户好友圏中的第二用户是否开放自身好友圏权限给所述第一用 户; 若开放, 则将所述第一用户发布的信息发送给所述第二用户好友圏中 的第三用户, 其中所述第三用户不属于所述第一用户好友圏中的用户。 这 样, 在第一用户发布信息后, 网络服务器不仅可以把第一用户发布的信息 发送至第二用户(前述步骤并没有网络服务器将第一用户发布的信息向第 二用户发布的步骤), 而且在第二用户不执行转发等操作的情况下, 网络 服务器还可以将第一用户发布的信息发送至第二用户开放的好友圏中,即 第二用户开放的好友圏中的用户可以接收到第一用户发布的信息,在不增 加操作成本的情况下, 增加了信息的传播范围。
例如, 如图 5a所示, 用户 A的好友圏中可以但不限于包括用户 B、 C、 D , 当用户 A发布或转发信息后, 只有用户 ^ C、 D可以接收到用户 A发 布或转发的信息, 采用本方案后, 如图 5 b所示, 当用户 A发布或转发信 息后, 不仅用户 B、 C、 D可以接收到用户 A发布或转发的信息, 而且用户 B、 C、 D的好友圏中的用户 (如, 可以但不限于包括: 用户 Dl、 D2、 D 3、 C l、 C2、 C3、 B l、 B2、 B 3等) 也可以接收到用户 A发布或转发的信息。
另外, 第二用户可以 居第一用户选取第三用户, 还可以设置预设的 发布要求, 当第一用户发布的信息不满足预设的发布要求时, 不将第一用 户发布的信息发送至第三用户, 这样, 避免了第三用户接收到垃圾信息。 为了便于对上述实施例的理解, 下面提供一些具体的例子进行说明, 但上述实施例并不限于应用于以下例子中。 例一:
用户 A在一个摄影 SNS圏中,最近他发现了一个业界大牛的摄影平台, 这个平台会定期发布一些好的摄影技巧和作品, 于是用户 A 把摄影 SNS 圏权限开放给该摄影平台, 这样, 摄影 SNS圏中的用户都可以接收到该摄 影平台发布的信息。
例二:
用户 C和用户 D都在某社交购物网站开店 #支生意,该网站建立有社交 购物圏, 用户 C和用户 D均在该社交购物圏中, 即用户 C和用户 D在社交 购物圏中是"圏友"关系,且他们彼此都信赖各自的个人信誉和产品质量, 于是用户 C和用户 D彼此向对方开放了各自的好友圏权限,每当用户 C( D ) 发布某产品信息时, 用户 D ( C ) 的好友圏中的所有用户均可以接收到该 信息。 下面提供一些装置实施例,该装置实施例分别与上述提供的相应的方 法实施例相对应。 本实施例提供一种信息转发的装置, 如图 6所示, 可以包括: 接收单元 61 , 用于接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息;
判断单元 62 , 用于判断位于所述第一用户好友圏中的第二用户是否 开放自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户;
发送单元 63 , 用于若开放, 则将所述第一用户发布的信息发送给所 述第二用户好友圏中的第三用户,其中所述第三用户不属于所述第一用户 好友圏中的用户。
采用上述方案后, 接收单元, 用于接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息; 判断单元,用于判断位于所述第一用户好友圏中的第二用户是否开放自身 好友圏权限给所述第一用户; 发送单元, 用于若开放, 则将所述第一用户 发布的信息发送给所述第二用户好友圏中的第三用户,其中所述第三用户 不属于所述第一用户好友圏中的用户; 发送单元, 还用于查找第二用户, 并将第一用户发布的信息发送至第二用户。 这样, 在第一用户发布好友圏 信息后, 网络服务器可以在第二用户不执行转发等操作的情况下, 网络服 务器还可以将第一用户发布的信息发送至第二用户开放的好友圏中,即第 二用户开放的好友圏中的用户可以接收到第一用户发布的信息,在不增加 操作成本的情况下, 增加了信息的传播范围。 本实施例提供另一种信息转发的装置,该装置是对图 6所示的装置的 进一步扩展和优化, 如图 7所示, 可以包括:
接收单元 71 , 用于接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息;
判断单元 72 , 用于判断位于所述第一用户好友圏中的第二用户是否 开放自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户;
发送单元 73 , 用于若开放, 则将所述第一用户发布的好友圏信息发 送给所述第二用户好友圏中的第三用户,其中所述第三用户不属于所述第 一用户好友圏中的用户。
进一步的, 接收单元 71 , 还用于在所述接收单元接收第一用户发布 的好友圏信息之前, 接收所述第一用户发送的好友圏权限开放请求, 所述 好友圏权限开放请求用于指示所述第二用户将所述第二用户好友圏中的 全部或部分指定好友作为所述第三用户开放给所述第一用户;

另外, 第二用户可以根据第一用户选取第三用户, 还可以设置不被预 设的发布要求, 当第一用户发布的信息不满足预设的发布要求时, 不将第 一用户发布的信息发送至第三用户, 这样, 避免了第三用户接收到垃圾信 息。 通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到 本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬 件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技 术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式 体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中, 如计算机的软 盘, 硬盘或光盘等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人 计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明 的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种信息转发的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
网络服务器接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息;
判断位于所述第一用户好友圏中的第二用户是否开放自身好友圏权限 给所述第一用户;
若开放, 则将所述第一用户发布的好友圏信息发送给所述第二用户好 友圏中的第三用户, 其中所述第三用户不属于所述第一用户好友圏中的用 户。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的信息转发的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述网络 服务器接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息之前, 所述方法进一步包括:
接收所述第一用户发送的好友圏权限开放请求, 所述好友圏权限开放 请求用于指示所述第二用户将所述第二用户好友圏中的全部或部分指定好 友作为所述第三用户开放给所述第一用户;
向所述第二用户转发所述好友圏权限开放请求, 并判断所述第二用户 是否接受所述请求;
若接受, 则关联记录所述第一用户及所述第三用户。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的信息转发的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述网络 服务器接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息之前, 所述方法进一步包括:
接收所述第二用户发送的好友圏权限开放请求, 所述好友圏权限开放 请求用于请求将所述第二用户好友圏中的全部或部分指定好友作为所述第 三用户开放给所述第一用户;
向所述第一用户转发所述好友圏权限开放请求, 并判断所述第一用户 是否接受所述请求;
若接受, 则关联记录所述第一用户及所述第三用户。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的信息转发的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述 第一用户发布的好友圏信息发送给所述第二用户好友圏中的第三用户, 包 括: 查找所述第三用户的用户标识;
将所述第三用户的用户标识作为索引, 将所述第一用户发布的信息发 送给所述第三用户。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的信息转发的方法, 其特征在于 在所述将所述第一用户发布的好友圏信息发送给所述第二用户好友圏中的 第三用户之前, 所述方法进一步包括:
判断所述第一用户发布的信息是否满足预设的发布要求;
若满足所述发布要求, 则将述第一用户发布的好友圏信息发送给所述 第三用户。
6、 一种信息转发的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息;
判断单元, 用于判断位于所述第一用户好友圏中的第二用户是否开放 自身好友圏权限给所述第一用户;
发送单元, 用于若开放, 则将所述第一用户发布的好友圏信息发送给 所述第二用户好友圏中的第三用户, 其中所述第三用户不属于所述第一用 户好友圏中的用户。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的信息转发的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收单 元, 还用于在所述接收单元接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息之前, 接收所 述第一用户发送的好友圏权限开放请求, 所述好友圏权限开放请求用于指 示所述第二用户将所述第二用户好友圏中的全部或部分指定好友作为所述 第三用户开放给所述第一用户;
所述发送单元,还用于向所述第二用户转发所述好友圏权限开放请求; 所述判断单元, 还用于判断所述第二用户是否接受所述请求; 所述装置还包括:
第一记录单元, 用于若所述判断单元判断出所述第二用户接受所述请 求, 则关联记录所述第一用户及所述第三用户。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的信息转发的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收单 元, 还用于在所述接收单元接收第一用户发布的好友圏信息之前, 接收所 述第二用户发送的好友圏权限开放请求, 所述好友圏权限开放请求用于请 求将所述第二用户好友圏中的全部或部分指定好友作为所述第三用户开放 给所述第一用户;
所述发送单元,还用于向所述第一用户转发所述好友圏权限开放请求; 所述判断单元, 还用于判断所述第一用户是否接受所述请求; 所述装置还包括:
第二记录单元, 用于若所述判断单元判断出所述第一用户接受所述请 求, 则关联记录所述第一用户及所述第三用户。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的信息转发的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送单 元, 包括:
查找模块, 用于查找所述第三用户的用户标识;
发送模块, 用于将所述第三用户的用户标识作为索引, 将所述第一用 户发布的信息发送给所述第三用户。
