Abstract

As an orthodontic bracket based on a relatively simple structure and decreasing the time required for an operation and reducing a foreign body sensation of a wearer, a bracket for straightening teeth by using an orthodontic wire comprises: an A type bracket in which a slot for supporting the orthodontic wire is formed at an angle of depression; and a B type bracket in which a slot for supporting the orthodontic wire is formed at an angle of elevation, wherein the angle of depression of the A type bracket is formed such that the height with a base is the same as that of the base or decreases while approaching from the outer end of the slot to the inner end thereof, and the angle of elevation of B type bracket is formed such that the height with a base is the same as that of the base or increases while approaching from the outer end of the slot to the inner end thereof.
