Claims (10)
- 一种除湿机的出风口异常监控方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S100,识别所述除湿机的出风口是否存在堵塞异常;S200,在识别所述出风口存在所述堵塞异常后,启动所述除湿机的高风档运行或控制所述除湿机的导风板复位;S300,在所述高风档运行设定时间后或所述导风板复位后,返回步骤S100,识别所述堵塞异常是否被消除;S400,在识别所述堵塞异常未被消除后,控制所述除湿机停止运行,并发出故障提示。
- 根据权利要求1所述的除湿机的出风口异常监控方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S100包括以下步骤:S110,检测所述除湿机运行过程中的环境温度和蒸发器管温;S120,判断所述蒸发器管温的变化趋势是否符合预设条件;S130,若判断为是,则计算当前所述环境温度和蒸发器管温的差值,并将当前所述环境温度和蒸发器管温的差值与预设温度差值进行比较;S140,若当前所述环境温度和蒸发器管温的差值小于预设温度差值,则进入步骤S200。
- 根据权利要求2所述的除湿机的出风口异常监控方法,其特征在于,所述预设条件为:所述蒸发器管温在第一预设时间内下降第一预设温度幅度后,在第二预设时间内上升第二预设温度幅度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的除湿机的出风口异常监控方法,其特征在于,所述第一预设时间为1-3分钟,所述第一预设温度幅度为3-6℃,所述第二预设时间为4-6分钟,所述第二预设温度幅度为3-7℃。
- 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的除湿机的出风口异常监控方法,其特征在于,所述预设温度差值为4-8℃。
- 一种除湿机的出风口异常监控系统,其特征在于,包括第一识别模块、故障排除模块、第二识别模块以及急停控制模块;所述第一识别模块,用于识别所述除湿机的出风口是否存在堵塞异常;所述故障排除模块,用于在识别所述出风口存在所述堵塞异常后,启动所述除湿机的高风档运行或控制所述除湿机的导风板复位;所述第二识别模块,用于在所述高风档运行设定时间后或所述导风板复位后,控制所 述第一识别模块,识别所述堵塞异常是否被消除;所述急停控制模块,用于在识别所述堵塞异常未被消除后,控制所述除湿机停止运行,并发出故障提示。
- 根据权利要求6所述的除湿机的出风口异常监控系统,其特征在于,所述第一识别模块包括检测单元、判断单元、比较单元以及识别单元;所述检测单元,用于检测所述除湿机运行过程中的环境温度和蒸发器管温;所述判断单元,用于判断所述蒸发器管温的变化趋势是否符合预设条件;所述比较单元,用于在所述判断单元判断所述蒸发器管温的变化趋势符合预设条件后,计算当前所述环境温度和蒸发器管温的差值,并将当前所述环境温度和蒸发器管温的差值与预设温度差值进行比较;所述识别单元,用于在当前所述环境温度和蒸发器管温的差值小于预设温度差值后,启动所述故障排除模块。
- 根据权利要求7所述的除湿机的出风口异常监控系统,其特征在于,所述预设条件为:所述蒸发器管温在第一预设时间内下降第一预设温度幅度后,在第二预设时间内上升第二预设温度幅度。
- 根据权利要求8所述的除湿机的出风口异常监控系统,其特征在于,所述第一预设时间为1-3分钟,所述第一预设温度幅度为3-6℃,所述第二预设时间为4-6分钟,所述第二预设温度幅度为3-7℃。
- 根据权利要求7至9任一项所述的除湿机的出风口异常监控系统,其特征在于,所述预设温度差值为4-8℃。
