The present invention also provides a method of assembling an electronic cigarette, the method comprising the steps of:

Sl, in the atomizer seat 2 defines a positioning structure 24, is satisfied that the atomizing element 3 is fixed to the opposed positioning structure 24, and a hardness less than the hardness of the atomizer seat sealing member 2 is provided on the atomization sleeve 4 Block 2;

Prior to the step S1 further comprises steps of: preparing: a seat body 2 into the atomizer seat 21 and extends from one end of the seat body 21 forming a reduced diameter support tube 22; the support tube 22 disposed in communication with the through seat 21 on the body hole 23; axially along the seat body 21 defines two first through holes 211, the positioning structure 24 defines a recess 22 in the support tube and the end face of the support tube communicated to the side surface.

4 is an O ring seal, the annular seal ring disposed in the annular groove 2 weeks outwardly defines the side walls of the atomizer seat 25, abuts against the annular seal to the inner wall surface of the sleeve 1.

Further, for a particular situation or material, various modifications may be made to the invention without departing from the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiment disclosed, but shall include within the claims of the invention fall within the scope of all embodiments.

Claims (18)

  1. One kind of nebulizer, for forming the electron tobacco rod in combination with a battery, said nebulizer comprising a sleeve holder within said sleeve atomizer (1) (2) and the atomizing assembly (1), and setting said atomizing assembly includes a mounting member in a nebulizer (3) (2) atomizing said seat, wherein said atomizer seat (2) is provided on the fixing said atomizing member (3 for ) a positioning structure (24); said atomizer seat (2) is provided with a sealing member sealing sleeve oil smoke (4), said seal member (4) a hardness less than the hardness of the atomizer seat (2) .
  2. The atomizer according to claim 1, wherein said atomizer seat (2) is made of a ceramic material.
  3. The atomizer according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing member (4) is an annular seal, said seal member (4) is made of a silicone material.
  4. The atomizer according to claim 1, wherein said atomizer seat (2) comprises a base body (21) and support tube (22) one end of said seat (21) formed in a reduced diameter extending said seat member (21) is provided on which the support pipe (22) connected to the vent hole (23) through which the support pipe (22) is provided with the positioning structure (24) end face.
  5. The atomizer according to claim 4, characterized in that said positioning structure (24) is provided in the support tube (22) and an end surface of the communication to the support tube (22) side of the groove, the said atomizing member (3) disposed on said nano grooves.
  6. The atomizer as claimed in claim 5, wherein said atomizing assembly further comprises a sleeve disposed on one end of the support tube (22) and said support tube (22) coaxially disposed snorkel ( 5), the vent pipe (5) towards the seat (21) abuts against one end face on said atomizing member (3), said support tube (22) together with the vent pipe (5) the composition of the aerosol nebulizer gas flow passage.
  7. The atomizer as claimed in claim 4, wherein said atomizing member (3) is detachably mounted on the positioning structure (24), both ends of said atomizing member (3) are respectively connected to (31) and a second conductor of the first conductor (32), (31) and a second conductor of the first conductor (32) through the first perforations (2) of the atomizer seat ( 211) is electrically connected to a first electrode of said atomizing assembly (6) and a second electrode (7) for connecting the battery stem.
  8. The atomizer according to claim 7, wherein said atomizer seat (2) of the seat (21) defines an axial direction of the first two perforations (211), each of said first a through hole (211) surrounding the vent hole (23) is provided;
    Said first conductor (31) through one of said first through hole (211) of said first two perforations (211) are electrically connected to the first electrode (6), said second conductive member (32) through the other of the first perforations (211) of said first two perforations (211) in (7) is electrically connected to the second electrode.
  9. The atomizer according to claim 8, characterized in that the sealing member (4) defines two second apertures (43) with said first perforations (211) communicating on;
    (31) and said second electrical conductor is connected to (3) both ends of the first conductor atomizing member (32) respectively passes through the second perforations (43) and a first perforations (211) are electrically connected said atomizing assembly to a first electrode (6) and a second electrode (7).
  10. The atomizer according to claim 8, characterized in that the end faces of the side edge of the atomizer seat (2) toward a side away from said atomizing member (3) extends to form a receiving chamber (26), the (31) and a second conductor of said first conductor (32) disposed in said sodium receiving chamber (26).
  11. The atomizer according to claim 3, characterized in that the inner periphery of the atomizer housing sidewall (2) outwardly of said sleeve sidewall (1) is bonded, said atomizer seat (2) defines the circumferential outer side wall of said at least one seal member (4) adapted annular groove (25), said seal member (4) sleeved on said annular groove (25) and against to said outer sleeve (1) in the side wall, such that the atomizer seat (2) and the sleeve (1) an interference fit.
  12. The atomizer according to claim 3, characterized in that the sealing member (4) comprises a body portion and a nested portion of the main body portion along a side edge extending in the circumferential end surface is formed, the body portion defines a through hole (41), said seal member (4) through the through hole (41) is mounted in the atomizer nested seat (2);
    Periphery of the main body portion extending outwardly on a side wall provided with at least one annular projection (42), said annular projection (42) abuts to the sleeve (1) inner side wall, said sealing member (4 ) through said annular projection (42) with the casing (1) an interference fit.
  13. An electronic cigarette, comprising a nebulizer, the nebulizer comprising a sleeve (1), and a sleeve disposed in the atomizer housing (2) and the atomizing assembly, said inner (1) atomizing assembly comprising mounting the atomizing member (3) (2) atomizing said seat, wherein said atomizer seat (2) provided (3) a positioning structure (24 for fixing the atomizing member ); hardness of the atomizer seat (2) is provided with sets of seals for sealing the oil smoke (4), said seal member (4) seats is smaller than the atomizer (2) hardness.
  14. The electronic cigarette according to claim 13, wherein the electronic cigarette rod further comprises a battery, and the battery rod atomizer structure or a structure integrally detachable connection.
  15. The method of assembling an electronic cigarette, said method comprising the steps of:
    Sl, opened in the atomizer housing (2) a positioning structure (24), the atomizing element (3) is fixed to the opposing sodium positioning structure (24), and a hardness less than the atomizer seat (2) hardness of the seal (4) sleeved on said seat atomizer (2);
    S2, the connection (31) and a second conductor of the first conductor atomizing member (3) at both ends (32) respectively through the first perforations atomizer seat (211) on the (2) a first electrode (6) and a second electrode (7) electrically connected;
    S3, the vent tube (5), the atomizer seat (2), a first electrode (6), insulating member (8) and a second electrode (7) are sequentially nested in the sleeve (1), the atomizing the seat (2) through said sealing sleeve member (4) provided thereon with the casing (1) an interference fit;
    S4, the battery connecting rod and the atomizer forming the electronic cigarette.
  16. The method of assembling the electronic cigarette of claim 15, wherein, prior to the step S1 further comprising: a preparing step of: atomizing said seat (2) into a seat (21) of said seat body, and (21) provided on said base body and said support tube (22) communicating the air vent (23);; end of the support tube (21) is formed in a reduced diameter extension (22) along said base member (21 ) axially defines two first through hole (211), said positioning structure (24) is opened in the support tube (22) and communicated to the recess end face side of said support tube (22).
  17. The method of assembling the electronic cigarette of claim 16, wherein the sealing member (4) an annular seal, the annular seal ring disposed in the atomizer housing (2) on the outer circumferential side wall the open annular groove (25), said annular seal abutting an inner wall surface connected to said sleeve (1).
  18. The method of assembling the electronic cigarette of claim 16, wherein the sealing member (4) into the body portion and a nested portion, said main body portion is provided in the through-hole (41), the mist an upper portion of the seat (2) passes through the through-hole (41) on said body portion, said seat member (21) and the bottom surface of the main body abutting portion, said positioning structure (24) extends out of the fit portions, the annular projection on the body portion inner side wall (42) and the sleeve (1) abuts the seal (4) through said annular projection (42) and the sleeve (1) interference fit.
