Abstract

 締結部と介在部材を備えて、被締結部材を締結する際に、雄締結体には、締結部側座部が、介在部材側には締結部対向部と部材対向部形成される。締結部対向部と締結部側座部の間には第一係合機構Aが形成され、少なくとも締結部側座部が締結状態の雄締結体を緩める方向に回転しようとすると、締結部対向部と締結部側座部が互いに係合してそれらの相対回転を防止する。介在部材は、被締結部材に締結される複数の締結部と同時に係合することによって、介在部材に対して特定方向の回転力が作用しても、介在部材と被締結部材との相対回転が防止される第二係合機構Bが構成される。これら第一係合機構Aと第二係合機構Bの作用によって雄締結体と被締結部材との緩みを防止する。

Description

締結部の逆回転防止構造
 本発明は、締結した締結部の逆回転を防止する逆回転防止構造に関する。
 従来、様々な場面で、被締結物を締結するためにボルトやナット、ねじ等の締結体が用いられている。例えば、雄ねじと雌ねじを用いる締結体の場合、雄ねじにおける、柱状の外周に螺線状の溝が形成される雄ねじ領域と、雌ねじにおける筒部状孔の内周に螺線状の溝が形成される雌ねじ領域を螺合させる構造となっている。
 使用時は、被締結部材に形成される孔に雄ねじを挿入してから、雌ねじを螺合させる。結果、雄ねじの頭部と雌ねじの筒部材によって、被締結物が挟み込まれる。このような締結構造を簡便に使用出来るように工夫されたものとしては、一端に六角柱状の頭部を形成して成る所謂ボルトと、外周面が六角形柱状に形成されるナットの組み合わせから成るものがある。他にも、頭部が六角形状ではなく、端面にすり割り(マイナス穴)や十字穴(プラス穴)が形成された、いわゆる小ねじなども広く用いられている。
 また、締結体による締結時に、ボルトの頭部近辺や、雌ねじ近辺の締結部にワッシャ(座金)を挿入することが行われている。このワッシャは、締結時に被締結物を座屈や傷等から護ったり、逆に、被締結物に積極的に押し当てることによって、締結体の緩みを抑制したりする。
 例えば、ワッシャには、一般的なリング形状の「平ワッシャ」の他、内周や外周に半径方向に延びる突起を有し、被締結部材や締結体と係合して緩みを防止する「舌付きワッシャ」、軸方向に折れ曲がった短い爪が被締結物と係合する「爪付きワッシャ」、弾性変形によって締結体の緩みを防止する「ばねワッシャ」、締結面に食い込ませるための歯を周囲に備えた「歯付きワッシャ」等が存在する(非特許文献 日本工業規格 JIS 1251 ばね座金参照)。
 しかしながら、従来のワッシャは、締結体との間の緩み防止構造に関して、摩擦や食い込みを期待する程度であるため、よく知られている通りその効果は不十分なものであった。従って、振動等が激しい環境では、ワッシャを用いたとしても、締結体が徐々に緩んでしまうという問題があった。
 本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みて本発明者の鋭意研究により成されたものであり、ワッシャ等の介在部材を有効活用することによって、簡易な構造によって、高度に締結部の逆回転防止、即ち、緩み止めを行う構造を提供することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成する本発明は、複数の締結部を間隔を存して配置し得、上記締結部と該締結部によって締結される被締結部との間に介在させる介在部材を備え、上記介在部材は、上記締結部と係合可能な係合部を有し、該締結部の締結時において、該係合部によって、該介在部材と該締結部との相対的な回転を防止する第一係合機構が構成され、二つ以上の上記締結部が上記介在部材を介して上記被締結部に締結されることによって、該介在部材と該被締結部との相対的な回転を防止する第二係合機構が構成され、上記第一係合機構と上記第二係合機構により、上記締結部と上記被締結部との相対回転を防止することを特徴とする締結部の逆回転防止構造である。なお、ここで締結部とは、例えば雄ねじにおける頭部を含む部分領域や、雄ねじと雌ねじが螺合している部分領域などを含む。また、複数の締結部とは、両端にそれぞれねじ部が形成されて成る締結部を有して一体的に構成される締結体、具体的には例えば、両端に締結部を有するU字形ボルト等を含むものである。また、ねじ部や頭部等の締結部を備える複数の締結体によって、複数の締結部は、各々別体で構成されるものであってもよい。
 上記目的を達成する本発明は、複数の締結部と、上記締結部を互いに間隔を存して配置し得、上記締結部と、該締結部によって締結される被締結部材との間に介在させる介在部材と、を備え、前記締結部は、それぞれ前記介在部材と係合可能な第一係合部を有して成り、前記介在部材は、上記第一係合部と係合可能な第二係合部を有して成り、前記被締結部に対する前記締結部の締結時において、二つ以上の上記第一係合部と、上記第二係合部とが、前記締結部と前記介在部材との間における特定方向の相対的な回転力が作用しても互いに係合する状態が保持される第一係合機構が構成され、前記介在部材は、複数の前記締結部が該介在部材を介して前記被締結部材と締結されることによって、前記介在部材に対して前記特定方向の回転力が作用しても該介在部材と該被締結部材との相対回転が防止される第二係合機構が構成され、上記第一係合機構と上記第二係合機構により、前記締結部と前記被締結部材との間における上記特定方向の相対回転が防止されることを特徴とする締結部の逆回転防止構造である。
 上記締結部の逆回転防止構造に関連して、前記介在部材は、複数の前記締結部を挿通可能な長孔を有することを特徴とする。
 上記締結部の逆回転防止構造に関連して、前記介在部材の前記長孔の周囲に前記第一係合機構が構成されることを特徴とする。
 上記締結部の逆回転防止構造に関連して、前記介在部材は、前記締結部を係合可能な複数の孔を有することを特徴とする。
 上記締結部の逆回転防止構造に関連して、前記介在部材は、第一の前記締結部と前記被締結部材の間に介在する第一介在体と、第二の前記締結部と前記被締結部材の間に介在する第二介在体と、を備え、前記第二係合機構は、前記第一介在体と前記第二介在体の相対回転を抑止することを特徴とする。
 上記締結部の逆回転防止構造に関連して、前記第一介在体は、第一の前記締結部の前記第一係合部と対向する前記第二係合部を有し、前記第二介在体は、第二の前記締結部の前記第一係合部と対向する前記第二係合部を有することを特徴とする。
 上記締結部の逆回転防止構造に関連して、前記介在部材における前記第一介在体と前記第二介在体が直接当接することによって、前記第一介在体と前記第二介在体の相対回転が抑止されることを特徴とする。

 上記締結部の逆回転防止構造に関連して、前記第一係合機構は、前記締結部側座部と前記締結部対向部の間で、前記締結部側座部の締め方向の相対回転を許容するようにしてもよい。
 本発明によれば、簡単な構造でありながらも、締結部の逆回転防止、例えば、締結部を緩ませる方向の回転を防止することで締結部の緩み止めを確実に行う事が出来るようになる。

 以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。
 図1には、第一実施形態に係る締結部の逆回転防止構造が示されている。本実施形態の締結部の逆回転防止構造は、互いに間隔を存して配置される複数の雄締結体10と、複数の貫通穴52が形成されてワッシャとして機能する介在部材50と、被締結部材80と、基台90を備えて構成される。基台90には、雄締結体10と螺合するための複数の雌ねじ穴92が形成されており、基台90と雄締結体10で挟まれることで、被締結部材80が固定される。また、基台90も被締結部材の範疇に属するものである。
 雄締結体10は、雄ねじ体となる所謂ボルトであり、頭部20と軸部30を有する。本実施形態では、雄締結体10の頭部を含む周囲近辺が本発明における締結部となる。頭部20の下部乃至付け根に相当する部位には、本発明の第一係合部に対応する締結部側座部22が形成される。軸部30には、円筒部30aとねじ部30bとが形成される。勿論、円筒部30aは必須ではない。
 介在部材50は、複数の雄締結体10にそれぞれ対応した複数の貫通穴52が形成され、複数の雄締結体10と被締結部材80の間に介在する。この介在部材50の一方側(図1(A)の上側)には、各貫通穴52に対応して設けられる、本発明の第二係合部に相当する締結部対向部60が形成される。この締結部対向部60は、複数の雄締結体10の締結部側座部22と対向しており、少なくとも一つ以上(ここでは二つ)の雄締結体10と締結部側座部22の間には、第一係合機構Aが構成される。この第一係合機構Aは、少なくとも締結部側座部22が、締結状態の雄締結体10を緩める方向に回転しようとすると、締結部対向部60と締結部側座部22が互いに係合して、当該回転方向に対する締結部対向部60と締結部側座部22との相対回転を防止する。介在部材50の他方側(図1(A)の下側)には、部材対向部70が形成される。この部材対向部70は、被締結部材80と対向する。
 被締結部材80には、介在部材50の部材対向部70に対向する部材側座部82が形成される。なお、本実施形態では、部材対向部70と部材側座部82は、共に平面領域となっており、互いに当接して、雄締結体10の締結力(軸力)を被締結部材80に伝達する役割を担う。即ち、複数の雄締結体10の軸力の殆どは、介在部材50を介して被締結部材80に伝達される。ただし、本発明はこれに限定されず、雄締結体10の締結力(軸力)は、別途、雄締結体10が被締結部材80と直接的又は介在部材50上の部材側対向部70以外の部分を介した間接的に伝達してもよく、また、介在部材50以外の他部材を介して伝達しても良い。
 以上の構造により、介在部材50は、一体的なプレートによって、複数の雄締結体10(すなわち本発明における複数の締結部)と係合する。結果、介在部材50に対して特定方向の回転力が作用しても、介在部材50自体は回転することが出来ず、介在部材50と被締結部材80との相対回転が防止される。このように、介在部材50に対して複数の雄締結体10が係合することで、介在部材50と被締結部材80が相対回転出来ない構造を、ここでは第二係合機構Bと定義する。
 第一係合機構Aの作用により、各雄締結体10が緩み方向Xに回転しようとすると、雄締結体10と介在部材50の相対回転が規制される。介在部材50自体は第二係合機構Bによって被締結部材70と相対回転出来ない。このように第一係合機構Aと第二係合機構Bの相乗作用により、雄締結体10が緩むことが防止される。また、雄締結体10が締まり方向Yに回転する場合にも、第二係合機構Bによって介在部材50のつれ回りが抑制され、第一係合機構Aの係合動作を適切に発揮させることが出来る。
 図2に示すように、第一係合機構Aとして、雄締結体10の締結部側座部22には、締結部側凹凸24が形成される。締結部側凹凸24は、周方向に複数連続して設けられる鋸刃形状と成っている。締結部側凹凸24の各々が延びる方向、即ち、稜線が延びる方向は、雄締結体10の半径方向となっている。結果、締結部側凹凸24は、軸心から放射状に延びる。
 更に、この締結部側座部22は、半径方向に傾斜する締結部側テーパ面26が形成される。この締結部側テーパ面26は、中心側がねじ先に近づくように傾斜しているので、結果として、ねじ先側に凸の円錐形状となる。更に好ましくは、この締結部側テーパ面26に、既述の締結部側凹凸24が形成される。
 図3に示されるように、第一係合機構Aとして、介在部材50の締結部対向部60には、締結部側凹凸24と係合する介在部材側凹凸64が形成される。介在部材側凹凸64は、周方向に複数連続して設けられる鋸刃形状となっている。介在部材側凹凸64の各々が延びる方向、即ち稜線が延びる方向は、雄締結体10の半径方向に沿っている。結果、介在部材側凹凸64は、介在部材50の貫通穴52の中心から放射状に延びる。
 更に、好ましくは、この締結部対向部60は、半径方向に傾斜する介在部材側テーパ面66が形成される。この介在部材側テーパ面66は、中心側がねじ先に近づくように傾斜してすり鉢状を成しているので、結果として、ねじ先側に凹の円錐形状となる。この介在部材側テーパ面66に、既述の介在部材側凹凸64が形成される。
 結果、雄締結体10を締め付ける際に、第一係合機構Aでは、介在部材50の介在部材側テーパ面66の凹内に、締結部側座部22の締結部側テーパ面26が進入し、締結部側凹凸24と介在部材側凹凸64が係合する。両者の鋸歯形状は、図4(A)に示されるように、雄締結体20が、締結方向Yに回転しようとすると、互いの傾斜面24Y、64Yが当接して、両者の距離を軸方向に狭めながら、相対スライドを許容する。一方、雄締結体20が、緩み方向Xに回転しようとすると、互いの垂直面(傾斜が強い側の面)24X、64Xが当接して、両者の相対移動を防止する。とりわけ第一係合機構Aは、雄締結体10を締め付けることによって、締結部側座部22と締結部対向部60の距離が縮む程、締結部側凹凸24と介在部材側凹凸64の噛み合いが強くなり、緩み方向X側の係合強度が高められる。ここで、締結部側テーパ面26の傾斜角度と、介在部材側テーパ面66の傾斜角度とを互いに異ならせること、特に介在部材側テーパ面66の軸心からの傾斜角度を締結部側テーパ面26の軸心からの傾斜角度よりも狭めに設定することで、それぞれのテーパ面に形成される鋸歯のピッチに因らず、ガタ付き無く締め付けることも可能となる。
 以上、第一実施形態の締結部の逆回転防止構造によれば、介在部材50を介在させることによって、締結部側座部22と締結部対向部60の間に第一係合機構Aを構成し、介在部材50と複数の雄締結体10との係合によって第二係合機構Bが配置され、各雄締結体10が緩もうとすると、第一係合機構A及び第二係合機構Bの双方の規制作用によって、雄締結体10が被締結部材80と周方向に係合した状態となり、逆回転すること、即ち緩むことが防止される。従って、振動等が生じても、全く緩まない締結状態を得ることが出来る。
 更に本実施形態では、第一係合機構Aとして、締結部側凹凸24と介在部材側凹凸64が、周方向に複数連続する鋸刃形状と成っており、所謂ラチェット機構又はワンウエイクラッチ機構として作用する。結果、締結動作時は、締結部側凹凸24と介在部材側凹凸64の相対移動を許容して、円滑な相対回転を実現する一方、緩み動作時は、締結部側凹凸24と介在部材側凹凸64の相対移動を完全に規制する。結果、締結時の作業性と、その後の緩み止めを合理的に両立出来る。
 また本第一実施形態では、第一係合機構Aとして、締結部側座部22と締結部対向部60には、締結部側テーパ面26、介在部材側テーパ面66が形成されるので、両者の当接面積を大きくすることが出来る。また、雄締結体10の軸線方向の締結力が、テーパ面によって半径方向にも作用する。互いのテーパ面を半径方向に押し付けることで、自励的にセンタリング出来る。結果、雄締結体10と介在部材50の同芯度が高められ、締結部側凹凸24と介在部材側凹凸64の係合精度を高めることが出来る。なお、凸側の締結部側テーパ面26の傾斜を微小に大きくし、凹側の介在部材側テーパ面66の傾斜角を微小に小さくして、角度に微小差を設けておくことも好ましい。このようにすると、締め付け圧力の増大に伴って、中心から半径方向外側に向かって、互いのテーパ面を少しずつ当接させることが出来る。
 また更に、本第一実施形態では、第二係合機構Bとして、介在部材50が、互いに間隔を空けて配置される複数の雄締結体10と同時に係合する。複数の雄締結体10によって、介在部材50が複数個所で固定されるので、自らが回転しようとしてもその回転が規制される。そして、第一係合機構Aによって、介在部材50と個々の雄締結体10との相対回転が規制される。
 なお、本第一実施形態では、第一係合機構Aとして、締結部側凹凸24と介在部材側凹凸64が鋸刃形状の場合を例示したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。例えば図4(B)に示されるように、互いの凹凸を山形(双方とも傾斜面)にすることも可能である。このようにすると、雄締結体20が緩み方向Xに回転する際、互いの傾斜面24X,64Xが相対移動しようとするが、この傾斜面に沿って、締結部側凹凸24と介在部材側凹凸64が離れようとする。この移動距離(離れる角度α)を、雄締結体10のリード角より大きく設定すれば、雄締結体10が緩もうとしても、それ以上に締結部側凹凸24と介在部材側凹凸64が離れようとするので、緩むことが出来なくなる。なお、この図4(B)では、断面二等辺三角形の凹凸を例示したが、図4(C)のように、締結回転時に当接する傾斜面24Y、64Yの傾斜角よりも、緩み回転時に当接する傾斜面24X,64Xの傾斜角をなだらかにすることも好ましい。このようにすると、締結回転時に、互いに乗り越えなければならない傾斜面24Y、64Yの周方向距離Pを短くすることができるので、締結後のガタ(隙間)を少なく出来る。
 また、図4(A)~(C)の応用として、図4(D)に示されるように、峯と谷を湾曲させた波型の凹凸も好ましい。締結時に滑らかな操作性を得ることができる。更に、本第一実施形態では、半径方向に延びる凹凸を例示したが、図5(A)に示されるように、渦巻き状(スパイラル状)の溝又は山(凹凸)を形成することも好ましい。また図5(B)のように、直線状に延びる溝又は山(凹凸)であっても、ねじの半径方向に対して周方向位相が変化するように傾斜配置することもできる。また、図5(C)に示されるように、微細凹凸を、ねじの周方向且つ半径方向の双方(平面状)に複数形成した、所謂エンボス形状を採用することも可能である。
 更に本第一実施形態のように、締結部側凹凸24と介在部材側凹凸64の凹凸形状を必ずしも一致(相似)させる必要はない。例えば、図4及び図5の各種形状から異なるものを互いに選択して組み合わせることも出来る。
 本第一実施形態では、締結部側テーパ面26を凸形状、介在部材側テーパ面66を凹形状にする場合を例示したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。例えば図6(A)のように、締結部側テーパ面26を平面形状にしたり、図6(B)のように凹形状にしたりできる。介在部材側テーパ面も同様である。また特に図示しないが、例えば介在部材50の弾性変形を有効活用すれば、双方のテーパ面の傾斜角を一致させる必要はない。勿論、雄締結体10又は介在部材50の一方のみにテーパ面を形成しても良い。更には、双方のテーパ面を凸形状にしたり、凹形状にしたりすることで、介在部材の弾性変形を活用して両者を密着させることが出来る。また、介在部材50の弾性を得る為に、介在部材50の基本的な形状を螺旋状として成るスプリング形状や皿バネ状としても好い。
 例えば、図7には第一実施形態の応用例となる介在部材50が示されている。図7(A)の介在部材50は、締結部対向部60が平面形状となっており、そこに介在部材側凹凸64が形成されている。しかも、この介在部材側凹凸64は、介在部材50の全体に形成され、且つ、指向性の少ないエンボス形状となっている。このようにすることで、製造コストを低減できる。更に介在部材50は3つの貫通穴52を備えており、三つの雄締結体10と係合可能となっている。もちろん、その中から二つ貫通穴52を適宜選択して2二つの雄締結体10を係合させても良い。
 図7(B)の介在部材50は、複数の雄締結体10に対してまとめて挿通可能な長孔52Aを一つ備えている。このようにすることで、複数の雄締結体10の間隔を柔軟に変更できる。この場合は、長孔52Aの周囲に沿って締結部対向部60を形成しておくことで、長孔52Aの周囲が、長手方向に沿って第一係合機構Aとして機能できるようにする。介在部材側凹凸64は、指向性の少ないもの、例えばエンボス形状が好ましい。図3で示したような、特定の軸心に対して放射するような凹凸の場合、雄締結体10と結合できる領域が限定的になるからである。
 図7(C)の介在部材50は、円形の貫通穴52と長孔52Aの双方が形成されている。従って、貫通穴52に対しては、一つの雄締結体10が挿入される。長孔52Aに対しては、一つ又は複数の雄締結体10が、長手方向に移動自在に挿入される。従って、図7(B)と同様に、複数の雄締結体10の間隔を柔軟に変更できる。
 図7(D)の介在部材50は、円形の貫通穴52と長孔52Aの双方が形成されている。図7(C)と異なる点は、長孔52Aの長手方向の延長線から外れた場所に貫通穴52が配置されることである。結果、介在部材52を平面視するとL字形状となっている。このように、貫通穴52や長孔52Aの位置関係、介在部材52の全体形状などは自在に変更され得る。これは、被締結部材80側の状況や、介在部材50を配置する周囲のスペースなどを考慮して決定すればよい。もちろん、周囲に段差がある場合や、複数の締結部の軸方向が互いに非平行となる場合は、それに合わせて介在部材50を立体的な形状にすることも出来る。
 次に図8(A)(B)を参照して、本発明の第二実施形態の締結部の逆回転防止構造を説明する。
 本逆回転防止構造の介在部材50は、第一の雄締結体10Aと被締結部材80の間に介在する第一介在体50Aと、第二の雄締結体10Bと被締結部材80の間に介在する第二介在体50Bを独立して備える。第一介在体50Aと第二介在体50Bは、それぞれ、第一雄締結体10Aと対向して相対回転を防止する締結部対向部60を有する。この第一介在体50Aと第二介在体50Bは、軸方向から視た場合に、共に、各雄締結体10A、10Bの軸心に対して同心の正円では無い形状となっている。具体的に本実施形態では、第一介在体50Aと第二介在体50Bが、それぞれ、部分的に半径方向に突出した突出領域53を備えており、この突出領域53の外壁に当接部110が形成される。
 当接部110は、第一又は第二雄締結体10A、10Bの一方の回転方向Xに対向する第一当接領域110Xと、第一又は第二雄締結体10A、10Bの他方の回転方向Yに対向する第二当接領域110Yとを備える。
 これらの当接領域110Yは、ねじの軸心からの距離が周方向に沿って変動する。具体的に第一当接領域110Xは、雄締結体10A、10Bの一方の回転方向Xに沿って距離X1、X2、X3、X4、X5が大きくなる。第二当接領域110Yは、雄締結体10の一方の回転方向Yに沿って距離Y1、Y2、Y3、Y4、Y5が大きくなる。なお、これらの当接部110を除いた部分は、ねじの軸心からの距離が一定となる正円形状となっている。
 即ち、第一及び第二介在体50A、50Bの当接部110の形状は、各々のねじの軸心に対して同心円となることを回避している。換言すると、当接部110の形状は、ねじの軸心からの距離が周方向に沿って変化する。この形状によって、両当接部110、110を互いに当接させると、互いの軸心位置を固定したままの状態では、それ以上の周方向の相対回転が規制される。
 例えば、第一雄締結体10Aが右ねじの場合に、第一雄締結体10Aを緩める為にX方向に回転させると、それに連れて第一介在体50AがX方向に回転しようとするが、その結果、第一介在体50Aの第二当接領域110Y、第二介在体50Bの第二当接領域110Yの当接状態が保持されて、その相対回転が抑制される。なお、図示は省略するが、第一雄締結体10Aが左ねじの場合は、第一雄締結体10Aを緩める為にY方向に回転させると、それに連れて第一介在体50AがY方向に回転しようとするが、その結果、第一介在体50Aの第一当接領域110X、第二介在体50Bの第一当接領域110Xの当接状態が保持されて、その相対回転が抑制される。
 なお、第一及び第二介在体50A、50Bの第二当接領域110Y、110Yは、第一及び第二雄締結体10A、10Bの周方向の一部の角度範囲Qに配置される。全周に形成しようとすると、第二当接領域110の構造が複雑化して製造コストが増大する。当接部110を構成する角度範囲としては180度未満が好ましく、より望ましくは120度未満とする。本実施形態では、当接部110自体は180未満であって、第二当接領域110Yは約90度の角度範囲内に配置されている。
 以上の結果、第一及び第二介在体50A、50Bを、第一及び第二雄締結体10A、10Bのワッシャとして機能させることで、第一及び第二介在体50A、50B間の距離を固定しつつ、両当接部110、110を当接させることで、介在部材50全体としての回転を抑制する。この全体構造が、本発明における第二係合機構Bとなる。
 本介在部材50のように、第一介在体50Aと第二介在体50Bを独立部材にしておくことで、両者の距離を自在に変更することが出来る。例えば、図8(A)の状態と比較して、図8(B)のように、第一介在体50Aと第二介在体50Bを接近させても、互いの第二当接領域110Yを当接させることが出来る。介在部材50における第一介在体50Aと第二介在体50Bの距離は、両当接部110Y、110Yが当接可能な範囲内に設定されていればよい。
 なお、ここでは右ねじの雄締結体10が緩む方向(X方向)に回転する際に、介在部材50の回転が抑制される構造を例示しているが、本発明はこれに限定されない。例えば図8(C)(D)に示される応用例のように、雄締結体10A、10BがX方向に緩む場合に加えて、Y方向に締まる場合にも介在部材50の回転が同時に規制されるようにすることが好ましい。
 具体的に介在部材50は、第一介在体50Aと第二介在体50Bを備える。第一介在体50Aは、部分的に半径方向に突出した突出領域53を有しており、第二介在体50Bは、部分的に半径方向に凹んだ凹み領域54を有する。第一介在体50Aの突出領域53は、第二介在体50Bの凹み領域54内に嵌り合うように配置されて、互いに係合する。
 突出領域53の外壁には、第一雄締結体10Aの一方の回転方向Xに対向する第一当接領域110Xと、第一雄締結体10Aの他方の回転方向Yに対向する第二当接領域110Yが形成される。また、凹み領域54の内壁には、第二雄締結体10Bの一方の回転方向Xに対向する第一当接領域110Xと、第二雄締結体10Bの他方の回転方向Yに対向する第二当接領域110Yが形成される。
 例えば、第一雄締結体10Aが右ねじの場合に、第一雄締結体10Aを緩める為にX方向に回転させると、それに連れて第一介在体50AがX方向に回転しようとするが、その結果、第一介在体50Aの第二当接領域110Y、第二介在体50Bの第二当接領域110Yの当接状態が保持されて、その相対回転が抑制される。反対に、第一雄締結体10Aを締める為にY方向に回転させると、それに連れて第一介在体50AがX方向に回転しようとするが、その結果、第一介在体50Aの第一当接領域110X、第二介在体50Bの第一当接領域110Xの当接状態が保持されて、その相対回転が抑制される。
 特に本応用例では、第一介在体50Aの突出領域53と、第二介在体50Bの凹み領域54が、互いに半径方向にスライド自在に嵌り合っている。従って、突出領域53と凹み領域54は、第一介在体50Aと第二介在体50Bの相対距離を可変にするスライド機構Cとなる。従って、図8(D)のように、第一雄締結体10Aと第二雄締結体10Bの間隔が、図8(C)の状態よりも接近させる場合でも、スライド機構C自体が、第一介在体50Aと第二介在体50Bの相対回転を規制する第二係合機構Bとして機能する。
 次に図9及び図10を参照して、本発明の第三実施形態の締結部の逆回転防止構造を説明する。
 図9に示すように、本逆回転防止構造は、介在部材50として、第一の雄締結体10Aと被締結部材80の間に介在する第一介在体50Aと、第二の雄締結体10Bと被締結部材80の間に介在する第二介在体50Bと、第三の雄締結体10Cと被締結部材80の間に介在する第三介在体50Cを備える。更に介在部材50は、第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cをまとめて保持する保持体51を備える。
 第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cは、それぞれ、第一乃至第三雄締結体10A~10Cと対向して相対回転を防止する締結部対向部60を有する。第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cは、軸方向から視た場合に、各雄締結体10A~10Cの軸心に対して同心の正円では無い形状となっている。この非正円部分を利用して、第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cと保持体51が係合することで、第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cに特定方向の回転力が作用しても、保持体51に対する相対回転が制約される。
 より具体的に、図10に拡大して示されるように、第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cの周壁には、半径方向に垂直となる一対の平面が互いに平行に形成される。これらの平面が介在体側当接部111となる。一方、保持体51には長孔113が形成されており、その内壁によって一対の保持体側当接部112が形成される。従って、長孔113内に第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cを配置することにより、介在体側当接部111と保持体側当接部112が対向して互いに当接する。結果、第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cが、保持体51に対して相対回転不能な状態で保持される。例えば、第一雄締結体10Aを回転させると、それに連れて第一介在体50Aも回転しようとするが、第一介在体50Aの介在体側当接部11と保持体51の保持体側当接部112が係合して、その相対回転が抑制される。
 以上の結果、第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cは、互いに直接接触することはないが、保持体51を介して相対回転が抑制される。更に、第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cの各々は、第一乃至第三雄締結体10~10Cのワッシャとして機能させることができる。結果、介在部材50全体として回転が抑制される。この全体構造が、本発明における第二係合機構Bとなる。
 また更に、第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cは、保持体51に対して、長孔113の長手方向に沿ってスライド自在に嵌り合っている。従って、介在部材50は、第一乃至第三介在体50A~50Cの相対距離を可変にするスライド機構Cも備えていることになる。
 次に図11を参照して、本発明の第四実施形態の締結部の逆回転防止構造を説明する。
 この締結部の逆回転防止構造は、互いに間隔を空けて配置される第一及び第二雄締結体10A、10Bと、複数の貫通穴52が形成されてワッシャとして機能する介在部材50と、被締結部材80と、基台90を備えて構成される。基台90には、第一雄締結体10Aと螺合するための雌ねじ穴92が形成されており、基台90と雄締結体10で挟まれることで、被締結部材80が固定される。第二雄締結体10Bは、第一雄締結体10Aよりも小さいサイズであり、被締結部材80に形成される雌ねじ穴93と螺合する。なお、ここでの第二雄締結体10Bは、ねじ部を有するねじ体として構成されているが、特にこれはねじ体に限定されるものではなく、介在部材50と被締結部80とに係合されて締結状態を作出し、被締結部80に対する介在部材50の回転を防止することが出来るように構成されていればよく、例えば、ピン状或いはキー状のものであってもよい。
 介在部材50は、第一及び第二雄締結体10A、10Bに対応した複数の貫通穴52が形成され、これらの雄締結体10A、10Bと被締結部材80の間に介在する。介在部材50において、第一雄締結体10Aの頭部に対向する領域には締結部対向部60が形成され、両者の相対回転を規制する第一係合機構Aが構成される。一方、第二雄締結体10Bの頭部の上方は、第一雄締結体10Aの頭部によって覆われている。第二雄締結体10Bが緩む方向に回転して上昇しようとすると、第二雄締結体10Bの頭部が第一雄締結体10Aの頭部に干渉して、第二雄締結体10Bの回転が規制される。
 以上の構造により、介在部材50は、一体的なプレートによって、被締結部材80と締結する第一及び第二雄締結体10A、10Bと同時に係合する。結果、介在部材50に対して特定方向の回転力が作用しても、介在部材50自体は回転することが出来ず、介在部材50と被締結部材80との相対回転が防止される。この構造が本発明の第二係合機構Bとなる。
 第一係合機構Aの作用により、第一雄締結体10Aが緩み方向に回転しようとしても、第一雄締結体10Aと介在部材50との相対回転が規制される。介在部材50自体は第二係合機構Bによって被締結部材80と相対回転出来ない。結果、第一雄締結体10Aが緩むことが防止される。第一雄締結体10Aが緩まない以上、それに覆われている第二雄締結体10Bも緩むことが出来ない。
 なお、第一乃至第四実施形態では、雄締結体10の頭部近辺において介在部材50を係合させる場合を例示したが、この緩み止め機構を、雌締結体(雌ねじ体)近辺に適用することも出来る。例えば、第一実施例の応用として、図12に示されるように、複数の雌締結体18の近辺を本発明における複数の締結部として定義し、この雌締結体18、介在部材50、被締結部材80に、第一係合機構Aと第二係合機構Bを設けることで、締結部の逆回転を防止する事も可能である。
 また例えば、図13に示されるように、複数の雄ねじを両端に有するUボルト200において、その両端に螺合させる雌締結体18を含む周囲領域を、本発明における複数の締結部として定義し、この雌締結体18、介在部材50、被締結部材80に、第一係合機構Aと第二係合機構Bを設けることで、例えばパイプ材300等を確実に締結することも可能ある。
 なお、第一乃至第四実施形態では、介在部材50の外形が特定形状の場合に限って例示したが、それ以外の形状を採用することが出来る。例えば、介在部材50の外形としては、楕円形、長円形、多角形等の形状であっても好い。また、介在部材50の外形が、締結部の軸に対して偏心した正円形状であってもよい。即ち、軸心に対して介在部材50の外形が「非完全円形(同心の完全円ではない状態)」であれば良いことになる。
 また、本発明の実施例は、上記実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変更を加え得ることは勿論である。
 本発明によれば、簡便な構造によって、締結部の緩みを確実に防止することが可能となる。

Claims (10)

  1.  複数の締結部を間隔を存して配置し得、上記締結部と該締結部によって締結される被締結部との間に介在させる介在部材を備え、
     上記介在部材は、上記締結部と係合可能な係合部を有し、該締結部の締結時において、該係合部によって、該介在部材と該締結部との相対的な回転を防止する第一係合機構が構成され、
     二つ以上の上記締結部が上記介在部材を介して上記被締結部に締結されることによって、該介在部材と該被締結部との相対的な回転を防止する第二係合機構が構成され、
     上記第一係合機構と上記第二係合機構により、上記締結部と上記被締結部との相対回転を防止することを特徴とする締結部の逆回転防止構造。
  2.  複数の締結部と、
     上記締結部を互いに間隔を存して配置し得、上記締結部と、該締結部によって締結される被締結部材との間に介在させる介在部材と、
    を備え、
     前記締結部は、それぞれ前記介在部材と係合可能な第一係合部を有して成り、
     前記介在部材は、上記第一係合部と係合可能な第二係合部を有して成り、
     前記被締結部に対する前記締結部の締結時において、二つ以上の上記第一係合部と、上記第二係合部とが、前記締結部と前記介在部材との間における特定方向の相対的な回転力が作用しても互いに係合する状態が保持される第一係合機構が構成され、
     前記介在部材は、複数の前記締結部が該介在部材を介して前記被締結部材と締結されることによって、前記介在部材に対して前記特定方向の回転力が作用しても該介在部材と該被締結部材との相対回転が防止される第二係合機構が構成され、
     上記第一係合機構と上記第二係合機構により、前記締結部と前記被締結部材との間における上記特定方向の相対回転が防止されることを特徴とする締結部の逆回転防止構造。
  3.  前記介在部材は、複数の前記締結部を挿通可能な長孔を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1又は2に記載の締結部の逆回転防止構造。
  4.  前記介在部材の前記長孔の周囲に前記第一係合機構が構成されることを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の締結部の逆回転防止構造。
  5.  前記介在部材は、前記締結部を係合可能な複数の孔を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至4の何れかに記載の締結部の逆回転防止構造。
  6.  前記介在部材は、
     第一の前記締結部と前記被締結部材の間に介在する第一介在体と、
     第二の前記締結部と前記被締結部材の間に介在する第二介在体と、を備え、
     前記第二係合機構は、前記第一介在体と前記第二介在体の相対回転を抑止することを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至5の何れかに記載の締結部の逆回転防止構造。
  7.  前記第一介在体は、第一の前記締結部の前記第一係合部と対向する前記第二係合部を有し、
     前記第二介在体は、第二の前記締結部の前記第一係合部と対向する前記第二係合部を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲6に記載の締結部の逆回転防止構造。
  8.  前記介在部材における前記第一介在体と前記第二介在体が直接当接することによって、前記第一介在体と前記第二介在体の相対回転が抑止されることを特徴とする請求の範囲6又は7に記載の締結部の逆回転防止構造。
  9.  前記介在部材は、
     前記第一介在体及び前記第二介在体を合わせ保持する保持体を備え、
     上記保持体によって、前記第一介在体と前記第二介在体の相対回転が抑止されることを特徴とする、
     請求の範囲6又は7に記載の締結部の逆回転防止構造。
  10.  前記介在部材は、
     前記第一介在体及び前記第二介在体の相対距離を可変にするスライド機構を有することを特徴とする、
     請求の範囲6乃至9のいずれかに記載の締結部の逆回転防止構造。
