一种发光宠物玩具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种宠物玩具，尤其涉及一种能发光的宠物玩具。
背景技术
在欧美和国内，宠物的饲养变得越来越普及。但是随着社会的发展，人们开始群居于拥挤的都市，人们的家庭生活空间进一步的压缩，相应地，宠物猫也逐渐地失去了活动空间。因此市场上出现了一些符合宠物喜好和能引起宠物兴趣的宠物玩具，如一专利号为201220495749.4(授权公告号为CN202873529)的中国实用新型专利《逗猫趣味机》，它包括上盖和底座，上盖扣盖于底座上，电机固定于底座上，电机通过输出轴与连接棒的一端相连，连接棒的另一端连着弹性体，弹性体垂直于连接棒向上，弹性体的末端连接有动体，底座上设有固定槽，上盖上开设有孔和通槽，因而，当动体在通槽下方转动时，在上盖上能看到动体的转动轨迹，能很好地吸引宠物进行玩耍，但该逗猫趣味机不具有发光功能，在光线较暗时，难以有效地吸引宠物进行玩耍，其生动性和趣味性稍微欠缺。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的现状，本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能引起宠物兴趣并且具有发光功能的宠物玩具。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种发光宠物玩具，包括底座和覆盖在底座之上的上盖，所述上盖具有多个通孔，所述上盖和底座之间的容腔内容置有至少一个引起宠物兴趣的逗趣物，其特征在于：所述的逗趣物至少包括一发光条，该发光条能在置于容腔内的驱动装置驱动下转动。
进一步地，所述的发光条包括套管、穿设在套管内并从套管的末端部分外露的光纤以及设置在套管根部的发光二极管。所述发光二极管的光线在所述光纤中传导并从光纤的末尾端射出，使发光条的端尾呈现光亮。在光线较弱的时候，通过发光条发光，能够有效地吸引宠物的注意力。
为了更进一步地吸引宠物的注意力，所述的容腔内还设置有推杆，该推杆能在所述的驱动装置驱动下动作，并且在所述的容腔内还设置有能在该推杆推动下运动的其他逗趣物。
作为进一步改进，所述的推杆中空，在推杆的末端设置有发光二极管。这样推杆在推动其它逗趣物运动的同时也能发光，在光线弱的时候，整个宠物玩具有两个发光源，即发光条和推杆，该推杆不仅带有发光源还能推动其它逗趣物，起到双向吸引宠物的作用。
本发明还有一种实施方式为，即将推杆与发光条合二为一共同在驱动装置的作用下运动，以成为吸引宠物的逗趣物。所述推杆的根部膨大为基本呈圆形的连接座，连接座的中央部位与所述驱动装置的动力输出端相连，并且，该连接座从侧边还向外延伸有第二中空推杆，所述的光纤套管即穿设在该第二中空推杆内。
作为优选，所述带有中空推杆的连接座由形状适配的上座体和下座体对合而成。以防止宠物的爪子从上盖的通孔内伸出，破坏连接座内的驱动装置，能够有效地延长宠物玩具的使用寿命。
进一步地，所述的容腔内还设置有推杆，并且该推杆能在所述的驱动装置驱动下动作，并且所述的推杆中空，在推杆的末端设置有发光二极管，从而构成所述的发光条。这样推杆本身也成为了发光条，即在上盖和底座之间的容腔内容置的发光条为带有发光二极管的推杆。
作为优选，所述的其它逗趣物为弹性球或绒毛球。所述逗趣物也可以为其它能够让宠物乐于玩耍的方式，如使宠物乐于活动的滚珠等，为了进一步地提高宠物捕捉的兴趣，所述其它逗趣物上还可插设有羽毛、丝带或橡胶棒，由于推杆在驱动电机的带动下会转动从而带动所述逗趣物在上盖和底座形成的容腔内滚动，当逗趣物转动到孔的下方时，其上插设的羽毛、丝带等会钻出孔，转过孔后又会随着推杆的转动而收入上盖内，即能实现无规律地从上盖的各通孔中突然出现及收入，趣味性强，能吸引宠物的注意力，引起宠物对其它逗趣物进行捕捉的兴趣。
进一步地，所述驱动装置为电机，电机转轴即为动力输出端；或者所述驱动装置为电机及其减速机构，减速机构的最末输出轴即为动力输出端。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：该宠物玩具内具有推动逗趣物转动的发光条，在电机的带动下发光条能带动逗趣物在底座和上盖形成的内腔中碰撞，做无规则的运动，这样宠物不仅就能在上盖上能看到逗趣物的转动轨迹，而且还能很好地吸引宠物进行玩耍，另外设置在发端尾的光纤能上下摇晃发出不同的光，以真正吸引宠物的注意力，引起宠物对逗趣物进行捕捉的兴趣，有效地增加了其生动性和趣味性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1～2所示，为本发光宠物玩具的一个优选实施例。
本发光宠物玩具包括底座2和覆盖在底座2之上的上盖1；
上盖1具有多个通孔11，上盖1和底座2之间的容腔内容置有至少一个引起宠物兴趣的逗趣物如弹性球8和一能推动弹性球8转动的推杆4；
该推杆4的根部膨大为基本呈圆形的连接座，连接座的中央部位与电机(图中未标示)的动力输出端9相连，并且，该连接座从侧边还向外延伸有第二中空推杆42，该第二中空推杆42上设置有发光条3。
该发光条3包括套管31、穿设在套管31内并从套管31的末端部分外露的光纤32以及设置在套管31根部的发光二极管33，并且发光二极管33的光线在光纤32中传导并能从光纤32的末尾端射出，使发光条3的端尾呈现光亮。在光线较弱的时候，通过发光条3发光，能够有效地吸引宠物的注意力。
为防止宠物的爪子从上盖1的通孔11内伸出，破坏连接座内的驱动电机，该连接座可由形状适配的上座体411和下座体412对合而成。
另外，底座2上还设置有供给电机电源的电池盒以及控制电机转动的控制器。该控制器可以设定成使电机不定时、不定向的模式，从而使得推杆4和推杆4上的发光条3一起做无规则的转动，以便更好地吸引宠物的兴趣。
为了进一步地提高宠物捕捉的兴趣，弹性球8上还可插设有羽毛、丝带或橡胶棒，由于推杆4在电机的带动下会转动从而带动弹性球8在上盖1和底座2形成的容腔内滚动，当弹性球8转动到通孔11的下方时，其上插设的羽毛、丝带等会钻出孔，转过孔后又会随着推杆4的转动而收入上盖1内，即能实现无规律地从上盖1的各孔中突然出现及收入，趣味性强，能吸引宠物的注意力，引起宠物对弹性球8进行捕捉的兴趣。
除此之外，本领域的技术人员可以想到为了引起宠物的兴趣，该逗趣物也可以只是能发光的发光条3或是能推动弹性球8的推杆4或是能推动弹性球8的发光推杆4。

  7. 根据权利要求1所述的发光宠物玩具，其特征在于：所述的容腔内还设置有推杆(4)，并且该推杆能在所述的驱动装置驱动下动作，并且所述的推杆中空，在推杆的末端设置有发光二极管(33)，从而构成所述的发光条。
  8. 根据权利要求3～7中任一权利要求所述的发光宠物玩具，其特征在于：所述的其它逗趣物为弹性球(8)或绒毛球。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发光宠物玩具，其特征在于：所述逗趣物上插设有羽毛、丝带或橡胶棒。
  10. 根据权利要求1～7中任一权利要求所述的发光宠物玩具，其特征在于：所述驱动装置为电机，电机转轴即为动力输出端；或者所述驱动装置为电机及其减速机构，减速机构的最末输出轴即为动力输出端。
