Description

一种LED灯串及LED灯串控制器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种 LED 灯 ,尤其涉及一种 LED 灯串及 LED 灯串控制器 。
背景技术
现有技术中的灯串 采用三线二路的接线方式,采用此种接线方式的缺点在于使用的电线多、结构复杂、成本较高、寿命短。因此,技术人员一直渴望采用二线二路的方式也能实现灯不同的发光状态组合以实现变色功能。
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种 LED 灯串及 LED 灯串控制器 ,以克服现有技术中灯串 接线方式使用的电线多、结构复杂、成本高 的缺陷 。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供 一种 LED 灯串 ,包括 若干 LED 灯及两根输电线 ;所述的两根输电线上并联连接有若干 LED 灯及电阻组成的并联回路单元;所述并联回路单元同组的 LED 灯方向相同,但 并联 回路 单元各组的 LED 灯 方向相反,同 一并联回路单元方向相反的 LED 灯可以按要求间隔交错组合。
其中, 所述并联回路单元中的 LED 灯具有不同的发光色。
其中, 所述 LED 灯串至少设有一个并联回路单元。
其中, 所述 LED 灯串的电压范围适用值为: 1.5~36V 。
本发明提供 一种 LED 灯串控制器 , 包括控制信号发生单元和驱动单元,所述控制信号发生单元和所述驱动单元由供电电路提供电源,所述控制信号发生单元向至少一组驱动单元交替或同时提供驱动信号,所述驱动单元驱动 LED 灯串。
其中, 所述 驱动单元包括两个 NPN 型三极管和两个 PNP 组成的桥式控制电路。
其中, 所述 驱动单元的输出端与 LED 灯串之间还串接有电阻。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是因为采用的是二线二路 LED 灯串,与现有技术的三线二路 灯串 相比,节约了一根导线, 而且并联回路里采用了两组方向相反的 LED 及电阻的并联回路,所以,结构简单。由于 LED 寿命很长,所以,提高了 整个灯串的寿命,并且降低电耗。 同时, LED 具有多种颜色,可以根据需要选择不同颜色的 LED ,更加美观。
图 1 是本发明 LED 灯串的 电路原理示意图;
图 2 是本发明 LED 灯串控制器的 电路原理示意图;
图 3 是本发明 LED 灯串控制器总成的 电路原理示意图;
图 4 是本发明 LED 灯串控制器总成的 原理示意图。
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的一种 LED 灯串 如图 1 所示, 包括 若干 LED 灯 1 及两根输电线 L1 、 L2 ;所述的两根输电线 L1 、 L2 上并联连接有若干 LED 灯 1 及电阻组成的并联回路单元 2 ;所述并联回路单元 2 同组的 LED 灯 1 方向相同,但 并联 回路 单元 2 各组的 LED 灯 1 方向相反,同 一并联回路单元 2 方向相反的 LED 灯 1 可以按要求间隔交错组合。
所述并联回路单元 2 中的 LED 灯 1 具有不同的发光色,具体为红色、绿色、黄色、蓝色、白色等等。
所述 LED 灯串至少设有一个并联回路单元 2 。
所述 LED 灯串的电压范围适用值为: 1.5~36V 。
本发明的灯串的制作过程是: 先并联 若干 个 LED1 为一 并联回路单元 2 ,并联时 LED 灯 1 必须一正一负并联。然后把 n 组 并联回路单元 2 串联成 24V 或设计时的额定电压,根据 LED 灯 1 单向导通。 两根输电线 为 L1 、 L2 ,当 L1 为正极时,接在 L1 正向 LED 灯 1 点亮,当 L1 为负极时,反向 LED 灯 1 点亮。 LED 灯 1 全部点亮时 L1 和 L2 快速轮流变换正负极,转换的频率大于肉眼分辨的频率。
本发明一种 LED 灯串控制器 如图 2 所示 , 包括控制信号发生单元 9 和驱动单元,驱动单元为两个 NPN 型三极管和两个 PNP 组成的桥式控制电路,所述控制信号发生单元 9 和所述驱动单元由供电电路提供电源,所述控制信号发生单元 9 向至少一组驱动单元交替或同时提供驱动信号,所述驱动单元驱动 LED 灯串。控制信号发生单元输出一组控制信号时,驱动单元驱动相对应的一组 LED 灯串发光,当控制信号发生单元输出另一组控制信号时,驱动单元驱动另一组相对应的 LED 灯串发光,当调节可变电阻使控制信号发生单元同时输出两组控制信号时,则驱动单元在某一时间段同时工作, LED 灯串中的两组在某一时间段同时发光。
为了使两组灯串在同时工作时电压平行,可接上电阻。或者所述 驱动单元的输出端与 LED 灯串之间还可以串接有电阻。
如图 3 、 4 所示,使用时,将 LED 灯串与控制总成连接,控制总成包括壳体,壳体上设有电源输入接口,壳体内设有控制电路 10 ,控制电路 10 包括定时器 13 和电子变压器 11 ,控制电路 10 的输入端与所述的电源输入接口连接,控制电路 10 具有一个输出端。控制电路 10 的输入端设于所述的电子变压器 11 上,控制电路 10 的输出端设于定时器 13 上。在使用,只需要将电源输入接口与市电相接,将 LED 灯串 12 与控制电路 10 的输出端相接即可,不再需要繁杂的组装过程。控制电路 10 的输出端可设计成即插即用的插口模式。本发明的电子变压器成本低, 自身能耗比铁芯变压器低 50% 以上,因此,整个产品的制作成本也很低。
本发明因为采用的是二线二路 LED 灯串,与现有技术的三线二路 灯串 相比,节约了一根导线, 而且并联回路里采用了两组方向相反的 LED 及电阻的并联回路,所以,结构简单。由于 LED 寿命很长,所以,提高了 整个灯串的寿命,并且降低电耗。 同时, LED 具有多种颜色,可以根据需要选择不同颜色的 LED ,更加美观。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种LED灯串,其特征在于:包括若干LED灯及两根输电线;所述的两根输电线上并联连接有若干LED灯及电阻组成的并联回路单元;所述并联回路单元同组的LED灯方向相同,但并联回路单元各组的LED灯方向相反,同一并联回路单元方向相反的LED灯可以按要求间隔交错组合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯串,其特征在于:所述并联回路单元中的LED灯具有不同的发光色。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED灯串,其特征在于:所述LED灯串至少设有一个并联回路单元。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的LED灯串,其特征在于:所述LED灯串的电压范围适用值为:1.5~36V。
  5. 一种LED灯串控制器,其特征在于:包括控制信号发生单元和驱动单元,所述控制信号发生单元和所述驱动单元由供电电路提供电源,所述控制信号发生单元向至少一组驱动单元交替或同时提供驱动信号,所述驱动单元驱动LED灯串。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的LED灯串控制器,其特征在于:所述驱动单元包括两个NPN型三极管和两个PNP组成的桥式控制电路。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的LED灯串控制器,其特征在于:所述驱动单元的输出端与LED灯串之间还串接有电阻。
