Abstract

본 발명은 디스플레이 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 광루미네선스 물질을 포함하는 광루미네선스층을 구비한 디스플레이 장치 및 상기 광루미네선스 물질의 여기 파장 영역을 포함하는 파장 범위를 갖는 레이저 빔을 출력하는 레이저 포인터를 구비한 리모콘을 포함함으로써, 레이저 포인터의 시인성을 현저히 개선할 수 있고, 보다 간편하게 레이저 포인터의 직접 표시에 의한 프레젠테이션을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 디스플레이 시스템에 관한 것이다.

Description

디스플레이 시스템
본 발명은 디스플레이 시스템에 관한 것이다.
종래, 회의나 발표회 등에서의 프레젠테이션에서는 프로젝터를 사용하여 자료 화상을 스크린이나 벽에 투영하는 것이 많이 행해져 왔다. 이때, 발표자는 프레젠테이션 화상 상의 어느 장소에 레이저광을 투사하는 레이저 포인터를 사용하여, 스크린 등을 가리키면서 프레젠테이션을 실시하는 것이 일반적이다.
프로젝터를 사용한 스크린 투영의 경우, 투영되는 화상에 있어서는, 콘트라스트가 저하되거나 화질이 나빠지는 문제가 있다. 한편, 최근에는, 액정 디스플레이(LCD)나 플라즈마 디스플레이(PDP)는 70인치를 초과하는 대형화가 진행되어 있어, 프로젝터 투영이 아니라, 이들 디스플레이 자체에 직접 화상을 표시하게 하여 프레젠테이션을 실시하는 것도 가능해지고 있다.
그러나, 디스플레이에 의한 직접 표시로 프레젠테이션을 실시하는 경우, 디스플레이가 자발광이며 정반사에 의하여 레이저 포인터에 의한 레이저광 투사가 잘 보이지 않는다. 또, 디스플레이 자체의 표시 품위를 향상시키기 위해, 디스플레이 표면에 있어서의 방현성이 향상되면, 레이저 포인터의 투사광의 반사도 억제되기 때문에, 레이저 포인터의 시인성이 향상하지 않는다는 과제가 발생한다.
최근에는 일본공개특허 제2001-236181호에 개시된 바와 같이, 레이저 포인터를 디스플레이 상에서 화면 지시 조작을 행하는 포인팅 디바이스로서 사용할 가능성도 있어, 그 시인성은 더욱 중요해지고 있다.

본 발명은 광루미네선스 물질을 포함하는 광루미네선스층을 구비한 디스플레이 장치 및 상기 광루미네선스 물질의 여기 파장 영역을 포함하는 파장 범위를 갖는 레이저 빔을 출력하는 레이저 포인터를 구비한 리모콘을 포함함으로써, 레이저 포인터의 시인성을 현저히 개선할 수 있고, 보다 간편하게 레이저 포인터의 직접 표시에 의한 프레젠테이션을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 디스플레이 시스템에 관한 것이다.
이하 본 발명을 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치는 광루미네선스 물질을 포함하는 광루미네선스층을 구비한다.
본 발명에서 광루미네선스 물질이란 광에 의해 자극 받아 스스로 광을 내는 물질을 말한다. 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치는 이러한 광루미네선스 물질을 포함하는 광루미네선스층을 구비하여 광에 의한 자극으로 발광하므로, 레이저 포인터를 디스플레이 장치에 직접 표시하는 경우에 레이저 포인터의 시인성을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있다.
디스플레이 장치에서의 광루미네선스층의 위치는 레이저 포인터의 광에 의해 광루미네선스 현상이 일어날 수 있는 위치라면 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 바람직하게는 디스플레이 장치의 시인측에 형성될 수 있다. 상기 시인측은 디스플레이 장치의 커버 윈도우와 디스플레이 패널 사이 중 어느 위치라도 제한되지 않는다.
광루미네선스층은 광루미네선스 물질을 포함하며 광학기능성을 갖는 광학기능층(이하 광루미네선스 광학기능층) 또는 광루미네선스 역할만을 수행하는 단독층(이하 광루미네선스 단독층)을 기재 상에 형성한 것일 수 있다.
상기 광학 기능층은 구체적인 예를 들면, 반사방지층, 대전방지층, 하드코팅층, 고굴절층, 저굴절층 및 방오층 등을 들 수 있으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
광루미네선스 광학 기능층은 상기 광루미네선스 물질을 포함하는 광루미네선스 광학 기능층 형성용 조성물을 기재 상에 도포하여 형성할 수 있다. 광루미네선스 광학 기능층 형성용 조성물은 통상적인 광학 기능층 형성용 조성물에 광루미네선스 물질을 더 첨가하여 제조될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 광루미네선스 물질은 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 광루미네선스 안료, 광루미네선스 염료 또는 이들의 혼합물일 수 있다. 보다 구체적인 예를 들면, 란타나이드 복합체, 유기형광체, 무기형광체 및 광루미네선스 양자점 등을 들 수 있으며, 이들은 단독 또는 2종 이상 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 란타나이드 복합체는 란타나이드계 금속 원소를 포함하는 화합물로서, 란타나이드계 금속 원소는 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 유로피움, 터비움, 디스프로시움, 사마리움 등일 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 유로피움일 수 있다.
상기 유로피움 복합체의 예를 들면 트리스(다이벤조일메탄)모노(1,10-페난트롤린)유로피움(III)(Eu(DBM)3Phen); 트리스(다이나프틸메탄)모노(1,10-페난트롤린)유로피움(III)(Eu(dnm)3phen); BaMgAl10O17:Eu,Mn; Sr10(PO4)6Cl2:Eu 등을 들 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 유기형광체는 광에 의한 자극으로 발광할 수 있는 유기형광체라면 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 히드록시기, 아미노기, 카르복시기 또는 할로겐원소로 치환될 수 있는 나프탈렌, 안트라센, 나프테센, 펜타센, 페리렌, 테리렌, 쿼터리렌, 페난트렌, 피렌 등의 폴리아로마틱하이드로카본; 피리딘, 퀴놀린, 아크리딘, 인돌, 트립토판, 카바졸, 디벤조퓨란, 디벤조티오펜, 크산텐, 로다민, 피로닌, 플루오레세인, 에오신, 쿠마린 등의 헤테레고리 화합물 유도체 등을 들 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 광루미네선스 양자점 입자는 양자점 입자, 양자점 함유 입자 또는 이들의 혼합물일 수 있다.
양자점이란 나노 크기의 반도체 물질이다. 원자가 분자를 이루고, 분자는 클러스터라고 하는 작은 분자들의 집합체를 구성하여 나노 입자를 이루는데, 이러한 나노 입자들이 특히 반도체 특성을 띠고 있을 때 이를 양자점이라고 한다.
양자점은 외부에서 에너지를 받아 들뜬 상태에 이르면, 자체적으로 해당하는 에너지 밴드갭에 따른 에너지를 방출한다.
양자점 입자는 습식화학공정(wet chemical process), 유기금속 화학증착 공정 또는 분자선 에피텍시 공정에 의해 합성될 수 있다. 습식 화학 공정은 유기용매에 전구체 물질을 넣어 입자들을 성장시키는 방법이다. 결정이 성장될 때 유기용매가 자연스럽게 양자점 결정의 표면에 배위되어 분산제 역할을 하여 결정의 성장을 조절하게 되므로, 유기금속 화학증착(MOCVD, metal organic chemical vapor deposition)이나 분자선 에피택시(MBE, molecular beam epitaxy)와 같은 기상증착법보다 더 쉽고 저렴한 공정을 통하여 나노 입자의 성장을 제어할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 양자점 입자는 광에 의한 자극으로 발광할 수 있는 양자점 입자라면 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 II-VI족 반도체 화합물; III-V족 반도체 화합물; IV-VI족 반도체 화합물; IV족 원소 또는 이를 포함하는 화합물; 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 반도체 물질을 포함한다.

상기 양자점은 균질한(homogeneous) 단일 구조 또는 코어-쉘(core-shell)의 이중 구조를 가질 수 있는데, 후자의 경우, 각각의 코어(core)와 쉘(shell)을 이루는 물질은 상기 언급된 서로 다른 반도체 화합물로 이루어질 수 있다. 다만, 상기 쉘 물질의 에너지 밴드 갭은 코어 물질의 에너지 밴드 갭보다 클 수 있다. 예를 들어, CdSe/ZnS의 코어-쉘 구조를 갖는 양자점을 얻고자 하는 경우, 계면 활성제로서 TOPO(trioctylphosphine oxide)를 사용한 유기용매에 (CH3)2Cd(dimethyl cadmium), TOPSe(trioctylphosphine selenide) 등의 코어(CdSe)에 해당되는 전구체 물질을 주입하여 결정이 생성되도록 하고, 결정이 일정한 크기로 성장하도록 고온에서 일정 시간을 유지한 후, 쉘(ZnS)에 해당되는 전구체 물질을 주입하여 이미 생성된 코어의 표면에 쉘이 형성되게 함으로써 TOPO로 캡핑(capping)된 CdSe/ZnS의 양자점을 얻을 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 양자점 함유 입자는 무기물 코어 입자 또는 고분자 코어 입자의 표면에 결합된 적어도 하나의 양자점 입자를 포함한다.
본 발명에 따른 양자점 함유 입자의 코어 입자의 표면에 도입된 양자점 입자의 수는 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 1 내지 8,200,000개, 바람직하게는 10 내지 640,000개일 수 있다.
상기 무기물 코어 입자는 실리카, 알루미나(Al2O3, AlO2), 이산화티타늄 또는 이산화아연일 수 있다. 대안으로서, 상기 고분자 코어 입자는 폴리스티렌 또는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트일 수 있다. 상기 코어 입자의 직경은 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 2 내지 1,000㎛일 수 있다.
상기 코어 입자와 상기 양자점 입자는 공유결합, 이온결합 또는 물리적 흡착에 의하여 결합될 수 있다. 이때, 상기 공유결합은, 한쪽에 상기 양자점 입자와 결합하는 황, 질소 또는 인 중 어느 하나의 원자를 포함하고 다른 한쪽에 상기 코어 입자와 결합하는 작용기에 의하여 이루어질 수 있다. 상기 작용기는 실란기, 아미노기, 설폰기, 카르복시기 또는 하이드록시기일 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 광루미네선스 물질이 광에 의한 자극으로 광을 방출하기 위한 여기 파장은 사용되는 물질에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로, 일괄적으로 제한될 수 없다.
예를 들면, 란타나이드 복합체, 유기형광체 및 무기형광체의 여기 파장은 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 가시광선 영역이 아닌 범위, 보다 구체적으로는 450nm 이하일 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 420nm 이하일 수 있다. 이는 사용하는 레이저 포인터의 레이저 광 및 디스플레이의 광원에 관련된 것으로서, 빛의 파장이 450nm 초과이면 가시광선 영역의 광원이므로 디스플레이의 광원으로도 발광이 발생하여 시인성이 저하될 수 있다. 여기 파장은 가시광선 영역만 아니면 되므로 여기 파장의 하한은 특별히 한정되지는 않으며, 예를 들면 350nm 일 수 있으나 이는 구체적으로 사용되는 물질에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
또한, 광루미네선스 양자점 입자의 여기 파장도 광루미네선스층이 디스플레이의 광원에 의해 발광하는 것을 억제하기 위해 가시광선 영역의 파장이 아닌 것이 바람직하고, 예를 들면 350 내지 450nm일 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 측면에서 광루미네선스 양자점 입자의 여기 파장이 가시광선 영역의 파장이라도 디스플레이의 광원에 의한 발광이 레이저 포인터의 시인성을 해치지 않을 정도의 파장이라면 허용 가능하며, 예를 들면 600 내지 650nm일 수 있다.
본 발명의 광루미네선스 물질의 함량은 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 광루미네선스 경화 액정층 형성용 조성물 총 중량 중 0.01 내지 10중량%로 포함 될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 0.05 내지 7중량%인 것이 좋다. 광루미네선스 물질의 함량이 0.01 내지 10중량% 내인 경우, 충분한 광루미네선스 효과를 낼 수 있으며, 그 외 성분이 적정 함량으로 포함되어 적정의 경도를 유지할 수 있다.
광루미네선스 단독층은 광루미네선스 물질 외에 투광성 수지, 광중합 개시제 및 용매를 포함하는 광루미네선스 단독층 형성용 조성물을 도포하여 형성될 수 있다.
상기 광루미네선스 물질은 전술한 구현예에 사용된 물질이 사용될 수 있으며, 전술한 범위 내의 함량으로 적절히 선택되어 포함될 수 있다.
상기 투광성 수지는 특별히 한정되지 않고 예를 들면 광경화형 수지일 수 있으며, 상기 광경화형 수지는 광경화형 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머, 모노머를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 광경화형 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머는 예를 들면 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트, 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트 등을 들 수 있으며, 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트가 보다 바람직하다.
상기 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트는 히드록시기를 포함하는 다관능 (메타)아크릴레이트와 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물을 촉매 존재 하에서 반응시켜 제조할 수 있다.
상기 히드록시기를 포함하는 (메타)아크릴레이트는 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 2-히드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시이소프로필(메타)아크릴레이트, 4-히드록시부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 카프로락톤 개환 히드록시아크릴레이트, 펜타에리스리톨트리/테트라(메타)아크릴레이트 혼합물, 디펜타에리스리톨펜타/헥사(메타)아크릴레이트 혼합물 등을 들 수 있다. 이들은 단독 또는 2종 이상 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다.

상기 모노머는 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 광경화형 관능기로 (메타)아크릴로일기, 비닐기, 스티릴기, 알릴기 등의 불포화 기를 포함하는 모노머를 들 수 있으며, (메타)아크릴로일기를 갖는 모노머가 보다 바람직하다.

상기 예시한 광경화형 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머, 모노머는 단독 또는 2종 이상 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다.
상기 투광성 수지의 함량은 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 광루미네선스 단독층 형성용 조성물 총 중량 중 1 내지 80중량%로 포함될 수 있고, 바람직하게는 3 내지 65중량%일 수 있다. 투광성 수지의 함량이 1중량% 미만이면 충분한 경도를 제공하기 어려울 수 있고, 80중량% 초과이면 컬링이 심해질 수 있다.
상기 광중합 개시제는 특별히 한정되지 않고 당 분야에서 통상적으로 사용되는 광개시제일 수 있으며, 예를 들면 2-메틸-1-[4-(메틸티오)페닐]2-모폴린프로판온-1, 디페닐케톤 벤질디메틸케탈, 2-히드록시-2-메틸-1-페닐-1-온, 4-히드록시시클로페닐케톤, 디메톡시-2-페닐아테토페논, 안트라퀴논, 플루오렌, 트리페닐아민, 카바졸, 3-메틸아세토페논, 4-크놀로아세토페논, 4,4-디메톡시아세토페논, 4,4-디아미노벤조페논, 1-히드록시시클로헥실페닐케톤, 벤조페논 등을 들 수 있다. 이들은 단독 또는 2종 이상 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다.
상기 광개시제의 함량은 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 광루미네선스 단독층 형성용 조성물 총 중량 중 0.1 내지 10중량%로 포함될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 0.3 내지 8중량%일 수 있다. 광개시제의 함량이 0.1중량% 미만이면 경화 속도가 늦어져 공정 효율이 저하될 수 있고, 10중량% 초과이면 과경화로 인한 크랙이 발생할 수 있다.

상기 용제의 함량은 특별히 한정되지 않으며, 예를 들면 광루미네선스 단독층 형성용 조성물 총 중량 중 5 내지 95중량%로 포함될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 15 내지 90중량%일 수 있다. 용제의 함량이 10중량% 미만이면 조성물의 점도가 높아져 작업성이 떨어질 수 있고, 95중량% 초과이면 경화 과정에서 시간이 많이 소요되고 경제성이 떨어질 수 있다.
상기의 성분을 포함하여, 광루미네선스 반응이 가능한 광루미네선스 단독층을 형성할 수 있다.
상기 광루미네선스 광학기능층 또는 광루미네선스 단독층의 기재는 특별히 한정되지 않고, 디스플레이 장치의 커버 윈도우와 디스플레이 패널 사이에 존재하는 투명기재필름, 광학기능층 등 어떠한 기재라도 사용 가능하고, 커버 윈도우 또는 디스플레이 패널 자체일 수도 있다.
본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치는 그 외에 튜너부, 신호처리부, 디스플레이 패널, 백라이트 유닛 등의 당 분야에 통상적으로 사용되는 구성을 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 리모콘은 상기 광루미네선스 물질의 여기 파장 영역을 포함하는 파장 범위를 갖는 레이저 빔을 출력하는 레이저 포인터를 구비한다.
이에 따라 레이저 포인터를 디스플레이에 직접 표시하여 프레젠테이션 등을 실시하는 경우에 별도의 레이저 포인터를 준비하는 번거로움이 없어 보다 간편하게 프레젠테이션을 수행할 수 있다.
리모콘은 상기 디스플레이 장치의 전원, 영상, 음성 등을 제어하는 리모콘일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며 휴대폰, 태블릿 PC, MP3 플레이어, 휴대용게임기, 카메라, 캠코더 등의 휴대 가능한 전자기기일 수도 있다.
레이저 포인터는 상기 광루미네선스 물질의 여기 파장 영역을 포함하는 파장 범위를 갖는 레이저 빔을 출력한다.
광루미네선스층에 포함되는 광루미네선스 물질이 란타나이드 복합체, 유기형광체 및 무기형광체인 경우, 전술한 450nm 이하, 또는 420nm 이하의 파장을 갖는 레이저 빔을 출력한다.
그리고 광루미네선스 물질이 광루미네선스 양자점 입자인 경우에는 350 내지 340nm, 또는 600 내지 650nm의 파장을 갖는 레이저 빔을 출력한다.
본 발명에 따른 레이저 포인터는 상기 파장의 레이저 빔을 출력할 수 있는 것이라면 그 구성은 특별히 한정되지 않고 당 분야에서 통상적인 구성을 포함하는 것일 수 있다.
레이저 포인터는 리모콘에 내장되거나 탈부착형일 수 있고, 또는 레이저 빔을 출력하는 발광부만 따로 탈부착 할 수 있는 형태일 수 있다.
레이저 포인터는 리모콘의 전원을 함께 사용하거나, 자체적으로 전원을 가질 수 있다. 예를 들면, 레이저 포인터가 내장형이거나 발광부만 따로 탈부착 할 수 있는 경우에는 리모콘의 전원을 함께 사용할 수 있고, 탈부착형 레이저 포인터인 경우에는 자체적으로 전원을 가질 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
레이저 포인터의 발광부의 출력은 특별히 한정되지 않고 통상적으로 안정상 문제로 0.1 내지 1mW일 수 있으나, 출력이 높을수록 시인이 용이하므로 필요에 따라 1 내지 100mW일 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 리모콘은 레이저 포인터 외에 당 분야에서 통상적으로 사용되는 리모콘에 포함되는 구성을 더 포함할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위하여 바람직한 실시예를 제시하나, 이들 실시예는 본 발명을 예시하는 것일 뿐 첨부된 특허청구범위를 제한하는 것이 아니며, 본 발명의 범주 및 기술사상 범위 내에서 실시예에 대한 다양한 변경 및 수정이 가능함은 당업자에게 있어서 명백한 것이며, 이러한 변형 및 수정이 첨부된 특허청구범위에 속하는 것도 당연한 것이다.
제조예 1
1-1. 광 루미네선스층 형성용 조성물
펜타에리스리톨트리아크릴레이트 15중량부, 우레탄아크릴레이트(SC2153) 15중량부, 란타나이드 복합체 광 루미네선스 물질(트리스(다이벤조일메탄)모노(1,10-페난트롤린)유로피움(III), 이하 Eu(DBM)3Phen) 0.5중량부, 에틸아세테이트 33.5중량부, 부틸아세테이트 33.5중량부, 광개시제(1-히드록시 사이클로헥실 페닐 케톤) 2중량부 및 레벨링제(BYK3530) 0.5중량부를 교반하고 PP재질의 필터로 여과하여 광 루미네선스층 형성용 조성물을 제조하였다.
1-2. 광 루미네선스층 형성용 조성물
펜타에리스리톨트리아크릴레이트 15중량부, 우레탄아크릴레이트(SC2153) 15중량부, 광 루미네선스 물질(2,4-Diethylthioxanthen-9-one) 1중량부, 에틸아세테이트 33.0중량부, 부틸아세테이트 33.5중량부, 광개시제(1-히드록시 사이클로헥실 페닐 케톤) 2중량부 및 레벨링제(BYK3530) 0.5중량부를 교반하고 PP재질의 필터로 여과하여 광 루미네선스층 형성용 조성물을 제조하였다.
1-3. 광 루미네선스층 형성용 조성물
펜타에리스리톨트리아크릴레이트 15중량부, 우레탄아크릴레이트(SC2153) 15중량부, 광 루미네선스 물질(Sr10(PO4)6Cl2:Eu) 0.5중량부, 에틸아세테이트 33.5중량부, 부틸아세테이트 33.5중량부, 광개시제(1-히드록시 사이클로헥실 페닐 케톤) 2중량부, 레벨링제(BYK3530) 0.5중량부를 교반하고 PP재질의 필터로 여과하여 광 루미네선스층 형성용 조성물을 제조하였다.
1-4. 광 루미네선스층 형성용 조성물
우레탄아크릴레이트(SC2153) 25중량부, 펜타에리스리톨트리아크릴레이트(M340) 25중량부, 양자점 용액(양자점 입자(CdS) 0.5중량%, 톨루엔 99.5중량%) 20중량부, 메틸에틸케톤 17중량부, 프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르 10중량부, 광개시제(I-184) 2.5중량부 및 레벨링제(BYK3550) 0.5중량부를 교반하고 PP재질의 필터로 여과하여 광 루미네선스층 형성용 조성물을 제조하였다.
1-5. 광루미네선스층 형성용 조성물
우레탄아크릴레이트(SC2153) 25중량부, 펜타에리스리톨트리아크릴레이트(M340) 25중량부, 양자점 용액(양자점 입자(CdSe640) 0.5중량%, 톨루엔 99.5중량%) 20중량부, 메틸에틸케톤 17중량부, 프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르 10중량부, 광개시제(I-184) 2.5중량부 및 레벨링제(BYK3550) 0.5중량부를 교반하고 PP재질의 필터로 여과하여 광 루미네선스층 형성용 조성물을 제조하였다.
1-6. 반사방지층 형성용 조성물
펜타에리스리톨트리아크릴레이트 1중량부, 40nm 중공실리카 용액 (고형분20%, 굴절율 1.3) 5중량부, 에틸아세테이트 93.8중량부, 광개시제(1-히드록시 사이클로헥실 페닐 케톤) 0.1중량부 및 레벨링제(BYK3570) 0.1중량부를 교반하고 PP재질의 필터로 여과하여 반사방지층 형성용 조성물을 제조하였다.
1-7. 하드코팅층 형성용 조성물
우레탄아크릴레이트(SC2153) 25중량부, 펜타에리스리톨트리아크릴레이트(M340) 25중량부, 메틸에틸케톤 17중량부, 프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르 10중량부, 광개시제(I-184) 2.5중량부 및 레벨링제(BYK3550) 0.5중량부를 교반하고 PP재질의 필터로 여과하여 하드코팅층 형성용 조성물을 제조하였다.
제조예 2
2-1. 광학적층체의 제조
두께 40㎛의 트리아세틸 셀룰로오스 필름 상에 제조예 1-1의 광 루미네선스층 형성용 조성물을 건조 후 두께가 5㎛가 되도록 도포하였다. 이후에 70℃에서 2분간 건조시키고, 적산광량 400mJ/cm2로 UV를 조사하여 광 루미네선스층을 형성하여, 광학적층체를 제조하였다.
2-2. 광학적층체의 제조
제조예 1-2의 광루미네선스층 형성용 조성물을 사용한 것을 제외하고는 제조예 2-1과 동일한 방법으로 광학적층체를 제조하였다.
2-3. 광학적층체의 제조
제조예 1-3의 광루미네선스층 형성용 조성물을 사용한 것을 제외하고는 제조예 2-1과 동일한 방법으로 광학적층체를 제조하였다.
2-4. 광학적층체의 제조
제조예 1-4의 광루미네선스층 형성용 조성물을 사용한 것을 제외하고는 제조예 2-1과 동일한 방법으로 광학적층체를 제조하였다.
2-5. 광학적층체의 제조
제조예 1-5의 광루미네선스층 형성용 조성물을 사용한 것을 제외하고는 제조예 2-1과 동일한 방법으로 광학적층체를 제조하였다.
2-6. 광학적층체의 제조
제조예 1-6의 반사방지층 형성용 조성물을 사용한 것을 제외하고는 제조예 2-1과 동일한 방법으로 광학적층체를 제조하였다.
2-7. 광학적층체의 제조
제조예 1-7의 하드코팅층 형성용 조성물을 사용한 것을 제외하고는 제조예 2-1과 동일한 방법으로 광학적층체를 제조하였다.
실시예 및 비교예
55인치 LED TV(UV55ES800F, 삼성전자)의 커버 윈도우에 하기 표 1에 기재된 대로의 광학적층체를 접합하였다. 그리고 상기 텔레비전의 리모콘에 405nm 파장을 갖는 레이저 빔을 출력하는 레이저 포인터를 부착하였다.

실험예
(1) 레이저 포인터의 시인성 확인
실시예 및 비교예의 텔레비전에 상기 405nm 레이저 포인터를 60도 각도에서 비추었을 때, 텔레비전 정면에서 레이져 포인터의 시인성을 전원 온/오프 상태에서 각각 평가하였다.
◎: 레이저 포인터의 빛이 밝게 인지된다.
○: 레이져 포인터의 위치를 인지할 수 있다.
X: 레이저 포인터의 위치가 확인되지 않는다.
(2) ΔSCE(%) 측정
제조예 2에서 제조된 광학적층체의 배면을 흑판에 부착 후 광학적층체의 산란반사율을 적분구 식 스펙트로 포토미터(cm-3700d, 코니카 미놀타)로 SCE 모드에서 측정하였다.
발광하는 파장은 전방향으로 발광이 일어나기 때문에 SCE 모드에서도 빛이 측정되어 산란 반사율로 나타나므로, 이를 측정함으로써 발광 유무를 확인할 수 있다.
이 때, 방현필름 자체의 산란반사 값에 의해 산란반사율이 높게 나올 수 있는 가능성을 배제하기 위해, 발광하는 파장의 산란 반사율과 발광 영역 최 측면의 산란 반사율(발광부가 아닌 필름 자체의 산란 반사율)의 차이로 발광을 확인하였다.
ΔSCE(%)가 0.2% 이상이면 패널에서 쉽게 눈으로 레이저 포인터를 확인할 수 있었다.
(3) 헤이즈(%) 측정
제조예 2에서 제조된 광학적층체의 헤이즈를 헤이즈 미터(HZ-1, SUGA사)로 측정하였다.

상기 표 2를 참조하면, 제조에 2-1 내지 2-5의 광학적층체는 ΔSCE가 0.63 내지 1.9%로 높아 레이저 포인터의 시인성이 우수하였고, 헤이즈도 비교예와 유사한 수준으로 우수하였다. 이에 따라 이들 광학적층체를 구비한 디스플레이 장치는 전원오프 상태에서 레이저 포인터의 시인성이 매우 우수하였고, 전원온 사

에서도 영상에 의해 시인성이 저하되지 않고 매우 우수하였다.
그러나, 제조예 2-6, 2-7의 광학적층체는 ΔSCE가 0%로 레이저 포인터의 시인성이 떨어져, 비교예 1 내지 3의 디스플레이 장치는 전원 온오프 상태에서 레이저 포인터의 위치가 시인되지 않았다.

  1. 광루미네선스 물질을 포함하는 광루미네선스층을 구비한 디스플레이 장치; 및
    상기 광루미네선스 물질의 여기 파장 영역을 포함하는 파장 범위를 갖는 레이저 빔을 출력하는 레이저 포인터를 구비한 리모콘;

  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 광루미네선스 물질은 광루미네선스 안료, 광루미네선스 염료 또는 이들의 혼합물인, 디스플레이 시스템.

  7. 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 양자점 입자는 II-VI족 반도체 화합물; III-V족 반도체 화합물; IV-VI족 반도체 화합물; IV족 원소 또는 이를 포함하는 화합물; 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 반도체 물질을 포함하는, 디스플레이 시스템.
  8. 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 양자점 함유 입자는 무기물 코어 입자 또는 고분자 코어 입자의 표면에 결합된 적어도 하나의 양자점 입자를 포함하는, 디스플레이 시스템.
  9. 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 광루미네선스 양자점 입자의 여기 파장은 350 내지 450nm 또는 600 내지 650nm인, 디스플레이 시스템.
  10. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 광루미네선스층은 디스플레이 장치의 시인측 일면에 형성되는, 디스플레이 시스템.
  11. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 레이저 포인터는 내장형 또는 탈부착형이거나 레이저 빔을 출력하는 발광부만 따로 탈부착 가능한 것인, 디스플레이 시스템.
  12. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 리모콘은 디스플레이 장치의 리모콘, 휴대폰, 태블릿 PC, MP3 플레이어, 휴대용게임기, 카메라, 캠코더로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 휴대 가능한 전자기기인, 디스플레이 시스템.
