Claims (6)
- 磁気シールド空間に設けられ、アルカリ金属ガスが封入されたガラスセルを有してスピン偏極したアルカリ金属の磁気光学特性を利用して磁場を検出する磁気センサ部と、前記磁気センサ部に導入する励起光を発生する光源部と、前記磁気シールド空間に設けられ、前記磁気センサ部に静磁場及びRF磁場を印加するコイル部と、前記ガラスセルを透過した光の検出信号をロックイン検波し、そのロックイン検波出力により前記コイル部から発生する前記静磁場の強度と前記RF磁場の周波数を制御するとともに、前記磁気シールド空間に設置された計測対象の磁場強度を反映した計測信号を得る信号処理装置を有し、前記光源部は、レーザと、該レーザの出力光を受ける光変調器の出力光強度が所定値になるよう該光変調器を制御する強度安定化部と、該強度安定化部の光変調器を通過した光を分光した一方の光を受ける参照用ガラスセルから得た光の位相をもとに前記前記レーザの共振器長を制御する周波数安定化制御信号を作成する周波数安定化部とを含み、該強度安定化部の光変調器を通過した光を分光したもう一方の光を強度安定化され周波数安定化された励起光として前記ガラスセルに導くよう構成されることを特徴とする磁場計測装置。
- 磁気シールド空間に設けられ、アルカリ金属ガスが封入されたガラスセルを有してスピン偏極したアルカリ金属の磁気光学特性を利用して磁場を検出する磁気センサ部と、前記磁気センサ部に導入する励起光を発生する光源部と、前記磁気シールド空間に設けられ、前記磁気センサ部に静磁場及びRF磁場を印加するコイル部と、前記ガラスセルを透過した光の検出信号をロックイン検波し、そのロックイン検波出力により前記コイル部から発生する前記静磁場の強度と前記RF磁場の周波数を制御するとともに、前記磁気シールド空間に設置された計測対象の磁場強度を反映した計測信号を得る信号処理装置を有し、前記光源部は、レーザと、該レーザの出力光を分光した一方の光を受ける参照用ガラスセルから得た光の位相をもとに前記前記レーザの共振器長を制御する周波数安定化制御信号を作成する周波数安定化部と、前記レーザの出力光を分光した他方の光を受ける光変調器の出力光強度が所定値になるよう該光変調器を制御する強度安定化部とを含み、該光変調器を通したレーザ光を、周波数安定化され強度安定化された励起光として前記ガラスセルに導くよう構成されることを特徴とする磁場計測装置。
- 磁気シールド空間に設けられ、アルカリ金属ガスが封入されたガラスセルを有してスピン偏極したアルカリ金属の磁気光学特性を利用して磁場を検出する磁気センサ部と、前記アルカリ金属の吸収線であるD1線のレーザ光を発生する第1の光源部と、前記アルカリ金属の吸収線であるD2線のレーザ光を発生する第2の光源部と、前記第1の光源部からのD1線のレーザ光と前記第2の光源部からのD1線のレーザ光を同軸に重ね合わせた励起光を前記磁気センサ部のガラスセルに導入するよう配置されたハーフミラーと、前記磁気シールド空間に設けられ、前記磁気センサ部に静磁場及びRF磁場を印加するコイル部と、前記磁気センサ部のガラスセルのガラスセルを透過した光のうちのD1線、D2線のいずれか一方を抽出するよう配置された回折格子と、前記回折格子で抽出された光の検出信号をロックイン検波し、そのロックイン検波出力により前記コイル部から発生する前記静磁場の強度と前記RF磁場の周波数を制御するとともに、前記磁気シールド空間に設置された計測対象の磁場強度を反映した計測信号を得る信号処理装置を有し、前記第1、第2の光源部のそれぞれは、レーザと、該レーザの出力光を受ける光変調器の出力光強度が所定値になるよう該光変調器を制御する強度安定化部と、該強度安定化部の光変調器を通過した光を分光した一方の光を受ける参照用ガラスセルから得た光の位相をもとに前記前記レーザの共振器長を制御する周波数安定化制御信号を作成する周波数安定化部とを含み、それぞれの光変調器を通過した光を分光したもう一方の光を強度安定化され周波数安定化された前記D1線のレーザ光、前記D2線の励起光としてそれぞれ出力するよう構成されることを特徴とする磁場計測装置。
- 磁気シールド空間に設けられ、アルカリ金属ガスが封入されたガラスセルを有してスピン偏極したアルカリ金属の磁気光学特性を利用して磁場を検出する磁気センサ部と、前記アルカリ金属の吸収線であるD1線のレーザ光を発生する第1の光源部と、前記アルカリ金属の吸収線であるD2線のレーザ光を発生する第2の光源部と、前記第1の光源部からのD1線のレーザ光と前記第2の光源部からのD1線のレーザ光を同軸に重ね合わせた励起光を前記磁気センサ部のガラスセルに導入するよう配置されたハーフミラーと、前記磁気シールド空間に設けられ、前記磁気センサ部に静磁場及びRF磁場を印加するコイル部と、前記磁気センサ部のガラスセルのガラスセルを透過した光のうちのD1線、D2線のいずれか一方を抽出するよう配置された回折格子と、前記回折格子で抽出された光の検出信号をロックイン検波し、そのロックイン検波出力により前記コイル部から発生する前記静磁場の強度と前記RF磁場の周波数を制御するとともに、前記磁気シールド空間に設置された計測対象の磁場強度を反映した計測信号を得る信号処理装置を有し、前記第1、第2の光源部のそれぞれは、レーザと、該レーザの出力光を分光した一方の光を受ける参照用ガラスセルから得た光の位相をもとに前記前記レーザの共振器長を制御する周波数安定化制御信号を作成する周波数安定化部と、前記レーザの出力光を分光した他方の光を受ける光変調器の出力光強度が所定値になるよう該光変調器を制御する強度安定化部とを含み、該光変調器を通したレーザ光を強度安定化され周波数安定化された前記D1線のレーザ光、また前記D2線の励起光としてそれぞれ出力するよう構成されることを特徴とする磁場計測装置。
- 磁気シールド空間に設けられ、アルカリ金属ガスが封入されたガラスセルを有してスピン偏極したアルカリ金属の磁気光学特性を利用して磁場を検出する磁気センサ部と、前記アルカリ金属の吸収線であるD1線のレーザ光を発生する第1の光源部と、前記アルカリ金属の吸収線であるD2線のレーザ光を発生する第2の光源部と、前記第1の光源部からのD1線のレーザ光と前記第2の光源部からのD1線のレーザ光を同軸に重ね合わせた励起光を前記磁気センサ部のガラスセルに導入するよう配置されたハーフミラーと、前記磁気シールド空間に設けられ、前記磁気センサ部に静磁場及びRF磁場を印加するコイル部と、前記磁気センサ部のガラスセルのガラスセルを透過した光のうちのD1線、D2線のいずれか一方を抽出するよう配置されたλ/4波長板、偏光ビームスプリッタと、前記λ/4波長板と前記偏光ビームスプリッタで抽出された光の検出信号をロックイン検波し、そのロックイン検波出力により前記コイル部から発生する前記静磁場の強度と前記RF磁場の周波数を制御するとともに、前記磁気シールド空間に設置された計測対象の磁場強度を反映した計測信号を得る信号処理装置を有し、前記第1、第2の光源部のそれぞれは、レーザと、該レーザの出力光を受ける光変調器の出力光強度が所定値になるよう該光変調器を制御する強度安定化部と、該強度安定化部の光変調器を通過した光を分光した一方の光を受ける参照用ガラスセルから得た光の位相をもとに前記前記レーザの共振器長を制御する周波数安定化制御信号を作成する周波数安定化部とを含み、それぞれの光変調器を通過した光を分光したもう一方の光を強度安定化され周波数安定化された前記D1線のレーザ光、前記D2線の励起光としてそれぞれ出力するよう構成されることを特徴とする磁場計測装置。
- 磁気シールド空間に設けられ、アルカリ金属ガスが封入されたガラスセルを有してスピン偏極したアルカリ金属の磁気光学特性を利用して磁場を検出する磁気センサ部と、前記アルカリ金属の吸収線であるD1線のレーザ光を発生する第1の光源部と、前記アルカリ金属の吸収線であるD2線のレーザ光を発生する第2の光源部と、前記第1の光源部からのD1線のレーザ光と前記第2の光源部からのD1線のレーザ光を同軸に重ね合わせた励起光を前記磁気センサ部のガラスセルに導入するよう配置されたハーフミラーと、前記磁気シールド空間に設けられ、前記磁気センサ部に静磁場及びRF磁場を印加するコイル部と、前記磁気センサ部のガラスセルのガラスセルを透過した光のうちのD1線、D2線のいずれか一方を抽出するよう配置されたλ/4波長板、偏光ビームスプリッタと、前記λ/4波長板と前記偏光ビームスプリッタで抽出された光の検出信号をロックイン検波し、そのロックイン検波出力により前記コイル部から発生する前記静磁場の強度と前記RF磁場の周波数を制御するとともに、前記磁気シールド空間に設置された計測対象の磁場強度を反映した計測信号を得る信号処理装置を有し、前記第1、第2の光源部のそれぞれは、レーザと、該レーザの出力光を分光した一方の光を受ける参照用ガラスセルから得た光の位相をもとに前記前記レーザの共振器長を制御する周波数安定化制御信号を作成する周波数安定化部と、前記レーザの出力光を分光した他方の光を受ける光変調器の出力光強度が所定値になるよう該光変調器を制御する強度安定化部とを含み、該光変調器を通したレーザ光を強度安定化され周波数安定化された前記D1線のレーザ光、また前記D2線の励起光としてそれぞれ出力するよう構成されることを特徴とする磁場計測装置。
