可以理解的是，使固定座3可相对盒体1沿电子烟4的插置方向滑动的方式也可以是通过滚轮以及滑槽的方式，上述的滑杆101也可以为滑块。盒盖2与盒体1之间的安装有下面两个实施例。
实施例一：如图1至图5所示，连接部包括与盖体202相连的第一连接部203a，以及设置于 第一连接部 203a 沿远离 盖体202的一端的、用于与盒体1转动连接的第二连接部201a；盒体1具有相对设置的第一侧壁102以及第二侧壁103，固定座3部分设置在第一侧壁102以及第二侧壁103的侧缘之外，该侧缘呈折线或者弧线；第一连接部203a包覆于固定座3的超出侧缘之外的部分、且与侧缘拼合形成对接；第二连接部201a与盒体1底部边缘拼合形成电子烟盒的底部。
此时，盒盖2的纵向截面呈U型，由于固定座3超出第一侧壁102以及第二侧壁103的侧缘设置，则既能够保证大的盒盖开口，又能够使得满足对烟盒侧面图案的要求，达到美观以及方便取烟的双重效果。
可以理解的是，第二连接部201a为由第一连接部203a延伸出的与盖体202同向设置的连接片，第二连接部201a的长度可以比较短，仅仅起到与盒体1的连接作用，第二连接部201a的长度也可以比较长，还可以起到推动固定座3沿着电子烟4的插置方向运动的作用。
具体的，当第二连接部201a的长度较长时，推动固定座3的运动过程如下：打开盒盖2时，第二连接部201a转动、端部与固定座3底部相抵、推动固定座3相对盒体1沿取烟方向运动。
由于固定座3是部分置于盒体1中的，故优选的，滑杆101以及滑槽301的个数均为两个。
该电子烟盒包括转动机构，转动机构包括第一转轴204a以及第一转槽104a，第一转轴204a由第二连接部201a的靠近第一连接部203a的一端两侧突出，第一转槽104a置于盒体1的与第一转轴204a相适应的位置；第一转轴204a插置于第一转槽104a中、且可在第一转槽104a中转动。
转动机构还包括与第一转槽104a相连的、用于使第一转轴204a进入到第一转槽104a中的第一引导部105a，第一引导部105a为宽度与第一转轴204a相适配的凹槽。
第一引导部105a以及第一转槽104a之间设有第一限位部106a，第一限位部106a为由第一引导部105a与第一转槽104a相接触处的相对两内壁同侧偏置而形成的突起与凹部。优选的，该突起为弧形突起。
在本实施例中，该第一引导部105a呈弧线形，具体的，为在盒体1底面的、与固定座3相邻的一面或者是远离固定座3的一面设置开口，再由该开口进一步延伸到第一转槽104a；该第一引导部105a也呈直线型，即为平行于盒体1底面的线性槽。
电子烟盒还包括用于使盒体1以及盒盖2扣合的扣合部；扣合部包括盒体1上或者固定座3上设有的卡扣107，盒盖2上设有的与卡扣107相适配的扣位205；合盖时，卡扣107置于扣位205之中。本实施例中，因固定座3突出于盒体1设置，为安装方便，卡扣107置于固定座3上，扣位205置于盒盖2上。
实施例二：连接部包括与盖体202相连的第三连接部203b，第三连接部203b沿远离盖体202的一端弯折形成推动部201b、且盖体202与推动部201b同向设置，推动部201b与盒体1底部相互拼接形成电子烟盒的底面；打开盒盖2时，推动部201b转动，推动部201b端部与固定座3底部相抵、推动固定座3相对盒体1沿取烟方向运动。
如图6至图9所示，本实施例中，第三连接部203b为扁平的杆状体、且与盒体1的一侧面拼合形成电子烟盒的侧壁。本实施例中，优选滑杆101以及滑槽301的个数均为四个。
本实施例中，电子烟盒也设置有转动机构，该转动机构包括第二转轴204b以及第二转槽104b，第二转轴204b由第三连接部203b的靠近推动部201b一端两侧突出，第二转槽104b置于盒体1的与第二转轴204b相适应的位置；第二转轴204b插置于第二转槽104b中、且可在第二转槽104b中转动。
与实施例一相同，转动机构还包括与第二转槽104b相连的、用于使第二转轴204b进入到第二转槽104b中的第二引导部105b，第二引导部105b为宽度与第二转轴204b相适配的凹槽。
第二引导部105b以及第二转槽104b之间设有第二限位部106b，第二限位部106b为由第二引导部105b与第二转槽104b相接触处的相对两内壁同侧偏置而形成的突起与凹部。
则可以理解的是，本实施例中第二转轴204b是置于第三连接部203b的靠近推动部201b一端的，即为第三连接部203b的与盒体1的侧面相对应的位置，在实施例一中第一转轴204a是置于第二连接部201a的靠近第一连接部203a的一端的，即为第二连接部201a与盒体1的底面相对应的位置。
本实施例中，电子烟盒也包括用于使盒体1以及盒盖2扣合的扣合部；扣合部包括盒体1上或者固定座3上设有的卡扣107，盒盖2上设有的与卡扣107相适配的扣位205；合盖时，卡扣107置于扣位205之中。优选的，为安装方便，卡扣107置于盒体1上，扣位205置于盒盖2上。
综上，通过在盒盖2的盖体202的一侧沿远离盖体202顶端延伸至所述盒体1底部的连接部，同时在盒体1上设置形状与盒盖2的形状相适配的缺口，且使连接部通过转动机构与盒体1转动连接。则在开盖时，电子烟盒可大面积开盖，开口范围大，取烟方便且能满足客户个性化的需求。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述，但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式，上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的，而不是限制性的，本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下，在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下，还可做出很多形式，例如，所述 盒盖与所述盖体为一体成型等，这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电子烟盒，其特征在于，包括顶端开口的盒体（1）、以及盖合在所述盒体（1）上的盒盖（2），所述盒盖（2）包括盖体（202）以及由所述盖体（202）一侧沿远离所述盖体（202）顶端延伸至所述盒体（1）底部的连接部，所述盒体（1）上设有与所述盒盖（2）位置相对应的缺口，所述缺口的形状与所述盒盖（2）的形状相适配；所述连接部与所述盒体（1）转动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述盒体（1）以及所述盒盖（2）内部共同形成用于容纳电子烟（4）的容纳腔；所述容纳腔内设有用于插置电子烟（4）的、可相对所述盒体（1）沿所述电子烟（4）的插置方向滑动的固定座（3）。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述盒体（1）内壁上设有滑杆（101），所述固定座（3）外壁上设有与所述滑杆（101）相适配的滑槽（301）；或者固定座（3）外壁上设有滑杆（101），所述盒体（1）内壁上设有与所述滑杆（101）相适配的滑槽（301）；
    所述滑杆（101）可滑动地置于所述滑槽（301）中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述连接部包括与所述盖体（202）相连的第一连接部（203a），所述盒体（1）具有相对设置的第一侧壁（102）以及第二侧壁（103），所述固定座（3）部分地设置在所述第一侧壁（102）以及所述第二侧壁（103）的侧缘之外，所述侧缘呈折线或者弧线；
    所述第一连接部（203a）包覆于所述固定座（3）的超出所述侧缘之外的部分、且与所述侧缘拼合形成对接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述连接部还包括设置于所述第一连接部 （203a） 的远离所述 盖体（202）一端的、用于与所述盒体（1）转动连接的第二连接部（201a）；所述第二连接部（201a）与所述盒体（1）底部边缘拼合形成所述电子烟盒的底部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述电子烟盒设置有转动机构，所述转动机构包括第一转轴（204a）以及第一转槽（104a），所述第一转轴（204a）由所述第二连接部（201a）的两侧突出，所述第一转槽（104a）置于所述盒体（1）的与所述第一转轴（204a）相适应的位置；所述第一转轴（204a）插置于所述第一转槽（104a）中、且可在所述第一转槽（104a）中转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述转动机构还包括与所述第一转槽（104a）相连的、用于使所述第一转轴（204a）进入到所述第一转槽（104a）中的第一引导部（105a），所述第一引导部（105a）为宽度与所述第一转轴（204a）相适配的凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述第一引导部（105a）以及所述第一转槽（104a）之间设有第一限位部（106a），所述第一限位部（106a）为由所述第一引导部（105a）与所述第一转槽（104a）相接触处的相对两内壁同侧偏置而形成的突起与凹部。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述连接部包括与盖体（202）相连的第三连接部（203b），所述第三连接部（203b）为扁平的杆状体、且与所述盒体（1）的一侧面拼合形成所述电子烟盒的侧壁。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述连接部还包括由 所述第三连接部 （203b） 沿远离所述 盖体（202）的一端弯折形成的推动部（201b）， 所述 盖体（202）与所述推动部（201b）同向设置；所述推动部（201b）与所述盒体（1）底部相互拼接形成所述电子烟盒的底面；
    打开所述盒盖（2）时，所述推动部（201b）转动，所述推动部（201b）端部与所述固定座（3）底部相抵、推动所述固定座（3）相对所述盒体（1）沿取烟方向运动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述电子烟盒包括转动机构，所述转动机构包括第二转轴（204b）以及第二转槽（104b），所述第二转轴（204b）由所述第三连接部（203b）的靠近所述推动部（201b）一端两侧突出，所述第二转槽（104b）置于所述盒体（1）的与所述第二转轴（204b）相适应的位置；所述第二转轴（204b）插置于所述第二转槽（104b）中、且可在所述第二转槽（104b）中转动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述转动机构还包括与所述第二转槽（104b）相连的、用于使所述第二转轴（204b）进入到所述第二转槽（104b）中的第二引导部（105b），所述第二引导部（105b）为宽度与所述第二转轴（204b）相适配的凹槽。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述第二引导部（105b）以及所述第二转槽（104b）之间设有第二限位部（106b），所述第二限位部（106b）为由所述第二引导部（105b）与所述第二转槽（104b）相接触处的相对两内壁同侧偏置而形成的突起与凹部。
  14. 根据权利要求4或9任一项所述的电子烟盒，其特征在于，所述电子烟盒还包括用于使所述盒体（1）以及所述盒盖（2）扣合的扣合部；
    所述扣合部包括盒体（1）上或者所述固定座（3）上设有的卡扣（107），以及所述盒盖（2）上设有的与所述卡扣（107）相适配的扣位（205）；合盖时，所述卡扣（107）置于所述扣位（205）之中。
