前記燃料電池の要求に基づいて、カソードガスの第1目標圧力を設定する第1目標圧力設定工程と、
前記燃料電池内のアノード-カソード間の差圧を所定の許容差圧範囲内に維持するためのカソードガスの第2目標圧力を設定する第2目標圧力設定工程と、
前記第1目標圧力及び前記第2目標圧力の大きいほうを目標圧力として設定する目標圧力設定工程と、
前記目標流量と前記目標圧力とに基づいて、前記コンプレッサ及び前記調圧弁を制御する制御工程と、
を備え、
前記制御工程は、
前記目標圧力がアノードガスの圧力脈動に伴って脈動するときは、その目標圧力の脈動を制限した制限圧力と、前記目標流量と、に基づいて前記コンプレッサを制御する、
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システムの制御方法。
