现有手柄连杆式的机件驱动结构使用时,均需向上扳动或下压把手,在放置咖啡胶 囊前, 把手向上扳动成一定角度, 把手翘起, 占据较大的高度, 这种咖啡机需摆放在具 有一定高度空间的位置上, 才能使用, 对咖啡机的安放空间要求高, 使用不人性化。 另 外现有手柄连杆式的机件驱动结构通过连杆结构实现两机件的锁紧,为防止萃取过程中 漏水, 咖啡机对两机件有较高的锁紧力要求, 这样当两机件合拢后, 由于两机件之间的 锁紧力很大, 如要再次打开两机件, 需较大力才能扳动把手, 操作费力。 发明内容 本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种只需水平移动推 板便可推动机件滑移的咖啡机的机件驱动结构,该驱动结构操作过程中推板不会向上翘 起, 无需额外占据空间的高度, 而且操作方便省力。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为: 一种咖啡机的机件驱动结构, 包括 基座、 设有出水通道的第一机件和设有进水通道的第二机件;
其中, 第一机件固定在基座的前端, 第二机件约束在基座内并能前后滑移, 基座的 上部设有胶囊入口;
其特征在于: 所述基座的顶面设有能相对基座前后滑移的推板, 推板的底面转动连 接有竖向设置的驱动杆, 所述第二机件的后端转动连接有第一传动杆, 所述基座的后部 转动连接有第二传动杆, 驱动杆的下端、第一传动杆的后端和第二传动杆的前端活动套 设在同一传动轴上。
为使推板滑移更平稳, 且推动更省力, 上述推板的下端固定有导轮架, 导轮架上装 有导轮, 所述基座的内的上部左右两侧各设有一导向轴, 所述导轮上的轮槽与导向轴接 触, 所述驱动杆的上端通过自身的枢轴转动连接在导轮架上。通过位于导轮架上的导轮 与导向轴的接触限位, 能防止推板在滑移过程中晃动, 同时在推板滑移过程中, 导轮与 导向轴之间为滚动接触, 使推板滑移更轻松省力。
上述导轮架通过螺钉固定在所述推板的下方,导轮架的左右两侧各有两个导轮安装 位, 每个导轮安装位内各安装一个所述导轮, 各侧的导轮上的轮槽与相应侧的导向轴接 触。 通过一个以上的导轮与导向轴接触限位, 更好防止推板在滑移过程中晃动, 同时使 推板滑移更为轻松省力。 导轮的个数可根据需要设定。
上述导轮架的前端嵌设有第一前磁铁,基座的前部嵌设有与所述第一前磁铁相应的 第二前磁铁; 所述导轮架的后端嵌设有第一后磁铁, 基座的后部嵌设有与所述第一后磁 铁相应的第二后磁铁; 在推板带动第二机件前移至与第一机件闭合的状态下, 所述第一 前磁铁与第二前磁铁相互吸住,在推板带动第二机件后移至第一机件和第二机件完全打 开的状态下, 所述第一后磁铁与第二后磁铁相互吸住。在推板前后移动至两个极限状态 下, 通过前、 后磁铁的吸引, 产生提示声, 提示我们移动到位, 还可增强推板移动时的 手感。
上述推板在前移至第一机件和第二机件闭合状态下能将所述胶囊入口遮蔽,所述推 板在后移至第一机件和第二机件完全打开状态下打开所述胶囊入口。咖啡机没有使用的 时候, 推板将胶囊入口遮蔽防止灰尘或异物进入咖啡机内部, 污染或损坏咖啡机内部机 件, 使用更安全卫生。
进一步地改进, 上述基座包括机架和外壳; 所述机架则包括前固定板、 后固定板及 支撑在前固定板和后固定板之间且左右平行间隔设置的两根导向柱;所述导向柱活动穿 过所述外壳左右两侧使外壳和机架能相对前后滑移; 所述两导向柱上各套设有支撑弹 簧, 所述支撑弹簧支撑在前固定板和外壳的前端面之间; 所述胶囊入口设置在外壳上, 所述第一机件固定在前固定板上,所述第二机件的左右两侧套设在相应的导向柱上而能 前后滑移, 所述推板设于外壳的上端面上; 上述后固定板上固定有具有凹腔的固定座, 固定座的凹腔内设有能前后滑移的活塞,活塞的外周壁与所述凹腔的内周壁之间设有密 封圈, 活塞后端与凹腔之间形成进水腔, 进水腔通过冷水通道与外界相通; 所述第二传 动杆的后端直接或间接转动连接在所述活塞上。
前述基座结构使第一机件与第二机件之间的锁紧力由水压驱动的方式实现,首先第 二机件在推板的推动下与第一机件合拢, 接着高压冷水从冷水通道进入进水腔, 活塞相 对固定座前移, 由于固定座固定在机架上, 而外壳位置相对咖啡机壳体固定, 因此机架 克服支撑弹簧的支撑力会整体相对外壳后移, 第一机件也相对外壳后移, 逐渐使第一机 件和第二机件在水压作用下相互压紧, 形成密闭的萃取腔, 由于第一机件和第二机件的 锁紧不靠第一连杆和第二连杆形成的支撑力提供,也就是说推板的滑移仅通过两连杆带 动第二机件移动至靠近或接触第一机件即可, 因此推板在前后滑移过程中无需额外克服 连杆带来的较强的锁紧力,故使得本机构在驱动机件移动过程中操作省力,萃取完成后, 水压卸去,机架在弹簧的作用下相对外壳前移,解除第一机件和第二机件之间的锁紧力, 便可轻松推动推板使第一机件与第二机件相互分离。
上述冷水通道设置在活塞上。 当然也可以设置在固定座上。
上述外壳内的后部设有安装块, 该安装块的左右两侧套设在所述导向柱上, 安装块 的后端面与所述活塞的外端面接触,所述第二传动杆的后端通过其两侧的枢轴部转动连 接在安装块上。 该结构简化活塞结构, 便于组装, 当然也可直接将第二传动杆的后端直 接转动连接在活塞的外端面上。
上述第一传动杆有两根,各第一传动杆的前端通过第一转轴转动连接在第二机件的 后面, 各第一传动杆的后端套设在所述传动轴上; 所述第二传动杆的前端具有两向前延 伸的两个臂部, 该两个臂部的前端套设在所述传动轴上; 所述驱动杆的下端位于所述两 个臂部之间, 而所述两根第一传动杆分别位于所述两个臂部的外部, 所述传动轴的左右 两端设有卡簧而将第一传动杆、第二传动杆和驱动杆轴向约束。设置两根第一传动杆能 更平稳推动第二机件前移, 而且第二传动杆有两个臂部、 驱动杆位于正中位置, 驱动杆 能平稳带动第一传动杆和第二传动杆动作。
上述第二机件的后部具有内凹部,所述第一传动杆的前端通过第一转轴转动连接在 内凹部的内侧, 在推板带动第二机件前移至与第一机件闭合的状态下, 所述第一传动杆 的下端面与内凹部的底面接触, 阻止第一传动杆继续向下偏转, 同时所述第一传动杆和 第二传动杆的轴线互成钝角, 形成一个自锁角度, 在机架相对外壳后移过程中, 第一传 动杆和第二传动杆的相互之间的转动连接端不会在外力作用下向上翘起,确保第一机件 和第二机件能被压紧在一起。 与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本驱动结构是在推板的前后横向推移的作用 下, 推板通过特别设计的连杆结构与第二机件及基座连接, 以带动第二机件相对基座前 后滑移, 由于推板的动作是横向推移, 与传统咖啡机中机件驱动通过把手的上下翻转扳 动实现第二机件的横向移动不同, 推板在工作过程中不会向上翘起, 无需额外占据空间 的高度, 而且操作方便省力, 采用这种驱动结构的咖啡机即使摆放在高度空间降低的格 子间中也能正常使用, 使用的适应性更强。 附图说明

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1~9所示, 为本发明咖啡机的机件驱动结构的一个优选实施例。
该咖啡机的机件驱动结构,包括基座 1、设有出水通道 21的第一机件 2和设有用以 进热水的进水通道 31的第二机件 3, 出水通道 21内设有第一单向阀组件 211, 进水通 道 31内设有第二单向阀组件 311。
本实施例中的基座包括机架 11和外壳 12两部分; 机架 11则包括前固定板 111、后 固定板 112及支撑在前固定板 111和后固定板 112之间且左右平行间隔设置的两根导向 柱 113; 外壳 12为中空大体呈长方体状的塑料壳体, 外壳 12上方的前部设有供胶囊 18 装入的胶囊入口 121,导向柱 113活动穿过外壳 12左右两侧使外壳 12和机架 11能相对 前后滑移; 两导向柱 113上各套设有支撑弹簧 114, 支撑弹簧 114支撑在前固定板 111 和外壳 12的前端面之间;后固定板 112上固定有具有凹腔的固定座 15, 固定座 15的凹 腔内设有能前后滑移的活塞 16, 活塞 16的外周壁与所述凹腔的内周壁之间设有密封圈 17,活塞 16后端与凹腔之间形成进水腔 151,进水腔 151通过冷水通道 161与外界相通, 本实施例中的冷水通道 161设置在活塞 16上。 第一机件 2固定在前固定板 111上,第二机件 3的左右两侧套设在相应的导向柱 113 上而能前后滑移, 第二机件 3上开有用以容纳胶囊 18的容置腔, 且第二机件 3位于外 壳 12内, 外壳 12的上端面上设有能相对基座 1前后滑移的推板 4, 推板 4成长方形的 板状, 推板 4在前移至第一机件 2和第二机件 3闭合状态下能将胶囊入口 121遮蔽, 推 板 4在后移至第一机件 2和第二机件 3完全打开状态下打开胶囊入口 121。
推板 4的底面转动连接有竖向设置的驱动杆 5, 驱动杆 5的上端通过自身的枢轴转 动连接在导轮架 9上, 第二机件 3的后端转动连接有第一传动杆 6, 基座 1的后部转动 连接有第二传动杆 7, 该第二传动杆 7的后端直接或间接转动连接在活塞 16上, 外壳 12内的后部设有安装块 17, 该安装块 17的左右两侧套设在导向柱 113上, 安装块 17 的后端面与活塞 16的外端面接触,第二传动杆 7的后端通过其两侧的枢轴部 71转动连 接在安装块 17上。 驱动杆 5的下端、 第一传动杆 6的后端和第二传动杆 7的前端活动 套设在同一传动轴 8上。
第一传动杆 6有两根, 各第一传动杆 6的前端通过第一转轴 61转动连接在第二机 件 3的后面, 各第一传动杆 6的后端套设在传动轴 8上; 第二传动杆 7的前端具有两向 前延伸的两个臂部 72, 该两个臂部 72的前端套设在传动轴 8上; 驱动杆 5的下端位于 两个臂部 72之间, 而两根第一传动杆 6分别位于两个臂部 72的外部, 传动轴 8的左右 两端设有卡簧而将第一传动杆 6、 第二传动杆 7和驱动杆 5轴向约束, 卡簧在图纸中没 有显示。
第二机件 3的后部具有内凹部 32, 各第一传动杆 6的前端通过第一转轴 61转动连 接在内凹部 32的内侧, 在推板 4带动第二机件 3前移至与第一机件 2闭合的状态下, 第一传动杆 6的下端面与内凹部 32的底面接触, 阻止第一传动杆 6继续向下偏转, 同 时第一传动杆 6和第二传动杆 7的轴线互成钝角 α。
推板 7的下端固定有导轮架 9, 导轮架 9通过螺钉固定在推板 4的下方, 导轮架 9 的左右两侧各有两个导轮安装位 92, 每个导轮安装位 9内各安装一个导轮 91, 基座 1 的内的上部左右两侧各设有一导向轴 10,各侧的导轮 91上的轮槽与相应侧的导向轴 10 接触。 导轮架 9的前端嵌设有第一前磁铁 13a, 外壳 12的中部嵌设有与第一前磁铁 13a 相应的第二前磁铁 13b; 导轮架 9的后端嵌设有第一后磁铁 14a, 外壳 12的后部嵌设有 与所述第一后磁铁 14a相应的第二后磁铁 14b; 在推板 4带动第二机件 3前移至与第一 机件 2闭合的状态下, 第一前磁铁 13a与第二前磁铁 13b相互吸住, 在推板 4带动第二 机件 3后移至第一机件 2和第二机件 3完全打开的状态下, 第一后磁铁 14a与第二后磁 铁 14b相互吸住。 本咖啡机的机件驱动结构的工作原理及过程如下:
送胶囊过程: 将胶囊 18从胶囊入口 121装入, 前推推板 7, 推板 7下方的驱动杆 5 的上端大致以传动轴 8为支点向前偏转, 由于驱动杆 5的上端被推板 7约束, 在驱动杆 5偏转的过程中, 会带动传动轴 8相对推板下移, 这样传动轴 8会带动第一传动杆 6的 后端、 第二传动杆 7的前端下移, 第一传动杆 6和第二传动杆 7逐渐外张而保持水平, 而第二传动杆 7的后端被安装块 18约束, 故第二传动杆 Ί会推动第二机件 3相对第一 机件 2前移, 同时胶囊 18逐渐进入第二机件 3的凹腔 32内。在推板 4的前移带动第二 机件 3前移至与第一机件 2闭合的状态下,第一前磁铁 13a与第二前磁铁 13b相互吸住, 推板 4将将胶囊入口 121遮蔽, 第一传动杆 6的下端面与内凹部 32的底面接触, 阻止 第一传动杆 6继续向下偏转, 同时第一传动杆 6和第二传动杆 7的轴线互成钝角 α。
第一机件 2和第二机件 3夹紧过程: 冷水通道 16通高压冷水, 高压的冷水压入进 水腔 151内, 驱动活塞 16相对固定座前移, 由于该整个机件驱动结构安装时, 固定座 15固定在机架的后固定板 112上, 而外壳 12位置相对咖啡机壳体固定, 因此机架 11 克服支撑弹簧 114的支撑力会整体相对外壳 12后移, 第一机件 2也相对外壳 12后移, 逐渐使第一机件 2和第二机件 3在水压作用下相互压紧, 形成密闭的萃取腔, 接着便可 进行咖啡萃取过程, 该过程与现有咖啡机类似。
萃取结束后, 冷水通道 16泄压, 进水腔 151内的高压的冷水卸掉, 整个机件在支 撑弹簧 114的支撑力作用下相对外壳前移, 第一机件 2和第二机件 3的锁紧力解除, 然 后反向推动推板 4, 推板 4在驱动杆 5、 第一连杆 6和第二连杆 7的作用下, 带动第二 机件 3相对第一机件 2后移, 在推板 4带动第二机件 3后移至第一机件 2和第二机件 3 完全打幵的状态下, 第一后磁铁 14a与第二后磁铁 14b相互吸住, 咖啡胶囊 18脱离, 推板 4打开胶囊入口 121, 为保证咖啡机的安全卫生, 在不使用时, 仍然要前移推板, 推板 4将将胶囊入口 121遮蔽。
