一种照明灯具,包括主灯体(1)和安装架(2),主灯体(1)上设有光源,主灯体(1)和安装架(2)通过角度调节机构连接以使照明灯具能够调节照射角度。角度调节机构包括相互啮合的第一齿轮(6)和第二齿轮(7),第一齿轮(6)与安装架(2)连接,第二齿轮(7)与主灯体(1)连接,角度调节机构还包括使第一齿轮(6)与第二齿轮(7)可在啮合状态与分离状态之间转换的松紧结构。

一种照明灯具 技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明领域, 尤其涉及一种照明灯具。 背景技术
目前, 市场上销售的一种天棚灯包括安装架和主灯体。 主灯体上设有光 源和用于给光源供电的驱动电源, 光源为 LED光源。 安装架和主灯体通过螺 钉连接, 用户对主灯体施加一定作用力, 可以使主灯体相对于安装架旋转, 用户停止施加作用力后, 由于螺钉具有一定的锁紧力, 主灯体停止转动, 从 而完成主灯体角度的调节。 但是, 这种灯具使用一定时间后, 特别是用户较 为频繁地调节主灯体角度的情况下, 螺钉有可能会松掉, 即使用户不施加作 用力, 主灯体也可能会转动, 主灯体也不能稳定地固定在某个角度, 从而使 天棚灯不能正常使用。 发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种照明灯具。
为了解决以上技术问题, 本实用新型的照明灯具包括主灯体和安装架, 所述主灯体上设有光源,所述主灯体和所述安装架通过角度调节机构连接以 使所述照明灯具能够调节照射角度,所述角度调节机构包括相互啮合的第一 齿轮和第二齿轮, 所述第一齿轮与所述安装架连接, 所述第二齿轮与所述主 灯体连接,所述角度调节机构还包括使所述第一齿轮与所述第二齿轮可在啮 合状态与分离状态之间转换的松紧结构。
优选地, 所述第一齿轮为冠齿轮; 所述第二齿轮为冠齿轮。
优选地, 所述松紧结构包括螺钉和设置在所述主灯体上的螺紋柱, 所述
螺钉穿过所述安装架上的螺钉孔和第一齿轮上的通孔跟所述螺纹柱连接。 优选地, 所述螺纹柱伸入所述第一齿轮上的通孔以使所述主灯体支撑在 所述第一齿轮上。
优选地,所述第二齿轮设有通孔,所述螺纹柱穿过所述第二齿轮的通孔。 优选地, 所述第一齿轮与所述安装架通过螺钉连接。
优选地, 所述第一齿轮上设有承重柱, 所述安装架上设有与所述承重柱 配合的通孔或者凹槽。
优选地, 所述第二齿轮与所述主灯体一体成型。
优选地, 所述光源为 LED。
当所述角度调节机构的松紧结构处于锁紧状态时,第一齿轮和第二齿轮 紧紧地啮合在一起, 主灯体不能转动, 从而使主灯体牢固地定位在某一照射 角度; 当松紧结构处于松开状态时, 第一齿轮与第二齿轮相互分离, 主灯体 可以相对转动, 从而可以调节主灯体的照射角度。 附图说明

具体实施方式
下面结合图 1至 9对本实用新型的照明灯具的一种实施例作详细说明。 在本实施例中,所述照明灯具为天棚灯。该天棚灯包括主灯体 1和安装架 2, 所述主灯体 1上设有光源, 所述主灯体 1和所述安装架 2通过角度调节机构 连接以使所述照明灯具能够调节照射角度,所述角度调节机构包括相互啮合 的第一齿轮 6和第二齿轮 7,所述第一齿轮 61上设有齿 61,所述第二齿轮 7 上设有跟齿 61配合的齿 71, 所述第一齿轮 6与所述安装架 2连接, 所述第 二齿轮 7与所述主灯体 1连接, 所述角度调节机构还包括使所述第一齿轮 6 与所述第二齿轮 7可在啮合状态与分离状态之间转换的松紧结构。在本实施 例中,所述第一齿轮 6为冠齿轮;所述第二齿轮 7为冠齿轮。在本实施例中, 所述松紧结构包括螺钉 5和设置在所述主灯体 1上的螺纹柱 72,所述螺钉 5 穿过所述安装架 2上的螺钉孔和第一齿轮 6上的通孔 62跟所述螺紋柱 72连 接。所述螺纹柱 72伸入所述第一齿轮 6上的通孔 62以使所述主灯体 1支撑 在所述第一齿轮 6上, 这样螺纹柱 72不仅连接作用, 还起到承重作用。 所 述第二齿轮 7设有通孔, 所述螺纹柱 72穿过所述第二齿轮 7的通孔。 所述 第一齿轮 6与所述安装架 2通过螺钉 3连接。所述第一齿轮 6上设有承重柱 63 , 所述安装架 2上设有与所述承重柱 63配合的通孔。 当然, 作为简单变 形, 所述安装架 2上也可以设置一个凹槽跟所述承重柱 63配合。 所述第二 齿轮 7与所述主灯体 1一体成型。所述螺纹柱 72与所述主灯体 1一体成型。 本实施例的天棚灯的工作原理是这样的: 当所述松紧结构的螺钉 5处于锁紧 位置时, 所述第一齿轮 6和所述第二齿轮 7紧紧地啮合在一起, 主灯体 1不 能相对于所述安装架 2转动, 从而使主灯体 1牢固地定位在某一照射角度; 当需要调节主灯体 1的照射角度时, 松开螺钉 5, 使所述第一齿轮 5和所述 第二齿轮 7相互分离,转动主灯体 1进而调节其照射角度,角度调节完成后, 再将所述螺钉 5锁紧, 使所述第一齿轮 6和所述第二齿轮 7紧紧地啮合在一
起, 从而完成了照射角度调节。
当所述角度调节机构的松紧结构处于锁紧状态时,第一齿轮和第二齿轮 紧紧地啮合在一起, 主灯体不能转动, 从而使主灯体牢固地定位在某一照射 角度; 当松紧结构处于松开状态时, 第一齿轮与第二齿轮相互分离, 主灯体 可以相对转动, 从而可以调节主灯体的照射角度。
Claims
1、一种照明灯具, 包括主灯体和安装架, 所述主灯体上设有光源, 所 述主灯体和所述安装架通过角度调节机构连接以使所述照明灯具能够调节 照射角度, 所述角度调节机构包括相互啮合的第一齿轮和第二齿轮, 所述 第一齿轮与所述安装架连接, 所述第二齿轮与所述主灯体连接, 所述角度 调节机构还包括使所述第一齿轮与所述第二齿轮可在啮合状态与分离状态 之间转换的松紧结构。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述第一齿轮为冠 齿轮; 所述第二齿轮为冠齿轮。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述松紧结构包括 螺钉和设置在所述主灯体上的螺纹柱, 所述螺钉穿过所述安装架上的螺钉 孔和第一齿轮上的通孔跟所述螺紋柱连接。
4、根据权利要求 2所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述螺纹柱伸入所 述第一齿轮上的通孔以使所述主灯体支撑在所述第一齿轮上。
5、根据权利要求 2所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于,所述第二齿轮设有 通孔, 所述螺纹柱穿过所述第二齿轮的通孔。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于,所述第一齿轮与所 述安装架通过螺钉连接。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述第一齿轮上 设有承重柱, 所述安装架上设有与所述承重柱配合的通孔或者凹槽。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述第二齿轮与所 述主灯体一体成型。
9、根据权利要求 1所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述照明灯具为天 棚灯。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述光源为 LED。
