Le procédé consiste à: obtenir l'accélération d'un terminal mobile en temps réel; et activer automatiquement les fonctions d'enregistrement sonore et d'enregistrement vidéo du terminal mobile quand l'accélération est supérieure à une valeur préréglée. La présente invention est principalement utilisée pour activer automatiquement les fonctions d'enregistrement sonore et d'enregistrement vidéo d'un terminal mobile.
