  9. 根据权利要求7所述的垃圾破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的进料口设置有垃圾传送装置和加水装置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的排泄口是圆形孔或长圆弧形孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的垃圾破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的排泄口为阵列排列。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的壳体后端设置有一外罩。
  13. 一种垃圾破碎方法,其特征在于: 所述的方法包括以下步骤:
    (1)  将垃圾送入破碎装置的壳体内,并加入适量的水;
    (2) 驱动装置驱动壳体转动,并带动壳体内 砸磨件滚动或 作抛物线运动, 砸磨件 对垃圾进行砸 、磨、挤压和撕裂,实现对垃圾的破碎;
    (3)垃圾在壳体的转动过程中移动至壳体的后端,轻物质位于上层,通过出料口溢出,重物质位于下层并从排泄口排出。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的垃圾破碎方法,其特征在于:所述(1)步骤中,所述垃圾是通过传送装置连续送入破碎装置,所述的水是通过加水装置连续加入。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的垃圾破碎方法,其特征在于:所述水的加入量是垃圾重量的10-50%。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的垃圾破碎方法,其特征在于:所述的壳体的转速为15-40转/分。
