Definitions
- TECHNICAL FIELD The present application relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a method and device for performing CoMP transmission.
- a coordinated multi-point transmission technology is used ( Coordinated-multiple-point: CoMP ).
- CoMP Coordinated-multiple-point
- Cooperative multipoint transmission technology is a collaboration between geographically separated transmission points (TPs).
- the network configures a measurement set for the user equipment, the measurement set containing one or more base stations.
- the network configures one or more channel state information (CSI) processes for the user equipment for each base station in the measurement set.
- the user equipment performs CSI reporting according to the configuration of each CSI process.
- CSI channel state information
- the base station needs to exchange a large amount of information and data with each other according to the scheduling process of the cooperative multi-point transmission reported by the user equipment CSI.
- information and data interaction between base stations is implemented through a backhaul.
- Backhaul's information transmission rate and transmission delay are determined by the physical shield and protocol stack delay of the physical link itself that implements backhaul. If the base stations are connected by a large physical link, such as a direct fiber connection, the backhaul has a high information transmission rate (such as Gbps). If the base stations are connected by a small physical link, such as a wireless transmission link, the backhaul has a low transmission rate (e.g., 1 Mbps or lower).
- the downlink coordinated multi-point transmission is implemented, and depends on the CSI obtained by the base station to the cooperation points of the cooperation points.
- the CSI includes a channel quality indicator (CQI), a precoding matrix indicator (PMI), and a rank indicator (RI).
- CQI channel quality indicator
- PMI precoding matrix indicator
- RI rank indicator
- the user equipment measures the channel of the base station to the user equipment by using the downlink reference signal sent by each base station, and feeds back its measured channel information to its serving cell.
- the serving cell of the user equipment receives the feedback CSI, performs cooperative scheduling and/or cooperative precoding with the coordinated cell, thereby implementing cooperative transmission.
- the methods for cooperative scheduling and/or cooperative precoding scheduling in small intervals can be divided into two types: 1) non-central cooperative scheduling; 2) central cooperative scheduling.
- Non-central scheduling has no central node for global optimization scheduling. In order to achieve the result of the global optimization, it may be necessary to use the method of iterative scheduling between the base stations.
- the cooperative base station may need to perform multiple scheduling information interactions, as shown in FIG. 1A. Show. If the backhaul delay between the base stations is large, the non-central scheduling performs multiple scheduling information interactions, which may cause the scheduling delay to be too large, resulting in outdated channel information, thus affecting transmission performance.
- the ideal backhaul is considered in the LTE-A version 11 CoMP study.
- the main steps of the central scheduling include:
- Each coordinated base station transmits all recently received user equipment CSIs accessing the base station to a central coordination node (CCN);
- CCN central coordination node
- the CCN centrally schedules time domain and frequency domain resources for user equipments of all cooperative base stations, and calculates precoding for user equipments that schedule time-frequency resources;
- the CCN sends the scheduling and precoding result of each user equipment to each relevant base station;
- the base station transmits data to the user equipment according to the received resource scheduling and precoding result.
- the above-mentioned central scheduling method requires the cooperative base station to transmit the CSIs of all the user equipments that are accessed to the CCN, and after the CCN scheduling, all the scheduling results need to be transmitted to the base stations respectively, as shown in FIG. 2 Show.
- the scheduling delay (each cooperative base station transmits CSI to the CCN until receiving the resource scheduling and precoding information transmitted by the CCN) is at least twice the backhaul transmission delay.
- the scheduling delay in the cooperation set is twice the maximum backhaul transmission delay in the set.
- the scheduling delay generated by the above-mentioned central scheduling procedure in the case of non-ideal backhaul is approximately 20ms. This means that each collaboration point in the collaboration set performs CoMP transmission based on the CSI reported by the user 20ms before.
- CSI obsolescence problems can seriously affect CoMP transmission performance.
- the impact of CSI obsolescence on transmission performance mainly includes three aspects: 1. Inaccurate resource scheduling; 2. Inadequate selection of precoding matrix; 3. Inaccurate link adaptation.
- the current central scheduling method for coordinated multi-point transmission is designed for the ideal backhaul.
- the backhaul transmission delay is very long, which makes the accuracy of precoding matrix selection and link adaptation seriously affected. , thereby seriously reducing CoMP transmission performance.
- the present invention provides a method and apparatus for performing CoMP transmission, which is to solve the current central scheduling method for coordinated multi-point transmission existing in the prior art, which is designed for an ideal backhaul, and in the case of non-ideal backhaul due to backhaul transmission delay. It is very long, which makes the accuracy of precoding matrix selection and link adaptation seriously affected, which seriously reduces the problem of CoMP transmission performance.

- the target base station performs CoMP transmission for the user equipment according to the CSI of the user equipment from other base stations.
- the CSI of the received user equipment passes only one backhaul due to the CSI pair precoding matrix selection and link adaptation of the user equipment sent by the base station of the managed user equipment.
- the target base station selects and adapts the precoding matrix according to the information of the CCN, and the information of the CCN is determined according to the CSI reported by other base stations, so that the information about the precoding matrix selection and the link adaptation is passed through two. Backhaul.
- the embodiment of the present application reduces the delay of the information about the precoding matrix selection and the link adaptation, reduces the influence on the accuracy of the precoding matrix selection and the link adaptation, and improves the CoMP transmission performance. .
- the method for performing a CoMP transmission by a target base station includes the following steps: Step 201: A target base station receives CSIs of user equipments managed by other base stations and sent by other base stations;
- Step 202 When the target base station needs to perform CoMP transmission for the user equipment, perform the CoMP transmission for the user equipment according to the CSI of the user equipment sent by the base station of the received management user equipment.
- the target device configures the information required for the measurement for the user equipment, and the user equipment performs the CSI or the information for determining the CSI according to the information required for the configuration measurement, and reports the information to the target base station. . In this way, the target base station obtains the CSI corresponding to each transmission hypothesis.
- the target base station when the target base station performs CoMP transmission for the user equipment managed by other base stations, the target base station is a cooperative base station for user equipments managed by other base stations;
- the target base station When the target base station performs CoMP transmission for the user equipment managed by itself, the target base station is a serving base station for the user equipment managed by itself.
- the CSI includes but is not limited to some or all of the following information: precoding matrix, CQI and MCS information. Therefore, each base station needs to know the transmission hypothesis corresponding to the user equipment that can be coordinated.
- the target base station determines, according to the received scheduling information from the CCN, whether to perform CoMP transmission for the user equipment. After determining the CoMP transmission for the user equipment, according to the CSI of the user equipment received last time, the precoding matrix selection, the link adaptation, the information about the precoding matrix selection and the link adaptation compared to the background art. After only one backhaul, the delay is shortened.
- the target base station selects and adapts the precoding matrix according to the CSI of the user equipment that is determined last time.
- a transmission hypothesis set may be configured for a base station, and each user equipment corresponds to a transmission hypothesis set.
- the transmission hypothesis set includes a plurality of transmission hypotheses, each transmission hypothesis includes signal state information and interference state information, and the signal state information is each base station indicating that the user equipment performs CoMP transmission (including a base station for managing the user equipment, ie, Whether the serving base station and the cooperative base station of the user equipment respectively send information of the useful signal to the user equipment, and the interference state information is each base station (including the management user equipment) indicating that the user equipment performs CoMP transmission. Whether the base station, ie, the serving base station, and the cooperative base station of the user equipment) generate interference information for the transmission of the user equipment.
- the interference state information indicates that a cooperative base station does not generate interference, it means that the base station may be a useful signal transmission point or the base station is muted or the base station performs cooperative precoding.
- Table 1 gives an example of a transmission hypothesis convention for a user equipment including two base stations (the serving base station BS1, the cooperative base station BS2) in the transmission hypothesis set.
- Table 2 gives an example of a transmission hypothesis convention for a user equipment including three base stations (the serving base station BS1, the cooperative base station BS2, and the cooperative base station BS3) in the transmission hypothesis set.
- 'On' indicates that the interference is generated, and "Off" indicates that no interference has occurred.
- the user equipment and the corresponding set of transmission hypotheses may be set in the protocol; or may be transmitted between the respective devices.
- the base station may transmit the transmission hypothesis set of the user equipment managed by the user equipment and the corresponding user equipment identifier to the CCN and other base stations, that is, the target base station sends the self-managed user equipment to the cooperative base station and/or the CCN of the user equipment managed by the target base station.
- the base station may also transmit the transmission hypothesis set of the user equipment managed by the base station and the corresponding user equipment identifier to the CCN, and then transmit the CCN to the other base station;
- the transmission hypothesis set of each user equipment and the corresponding user equipment identifier are transmitted to each base station.
- Each base station can determine the correspondence between the user equipment identity and the transmission hypothesis set after obtaining the transmission hypothesis set.
- the method further includes:
- the target base station determines a correspondence between the user equipment identifier and the transmission hypothesis set according to the received transmission hypothesis set and the user equipment identifier from other base stations or CCNs;
- the target base station determines, according to the received transmission hypothesis set from the CCN and the user equipment identifier, the correspondence between the user equipment identifier and the transmission hypothesis set; If the target base station determines the transmission hypothesis set of the user equipment, the target base station itself can directly determine the correspondence between the transmission hypothesis set and the user equipment identifier.
- the method further includes:
- the target base station determines the correspondence between the transmission hypothesis identifier and the CSI according to the received CSI and the transmission hypothesis identifier sent by other base stations;
- the target base station determines the correspondence between the transmission identifier and the CSI according to the correspondence between the CSI and the transmission hypothesis. Since the target base station can be known after determining the CSI, the correspondence between the CSI and the transmission support can directly determine the correspondence between the transmission hypothesis identifier and the CSI.
- the target base station receives each transmission hypothesis identifier and corresponding CSI of each user equipment that is notified by the other base station, and reads and records information included in the CSI, and simultaneously covers information corresponding to the same transmission hypothesis identifier of the same user equipment that is currently recorded. .
- the target base station After the user equipment reports the CSI to the target base station, the target base station receives the CSI of the user equipment, and may notify the CSI and the transmission hypothesis identifier corresponding to the CSI to other base stations and/or CCNs. Specifically, the target base station sends the CSI of the user equipment that it manages and the transmission hypothesis identifier of the transmission hypothesis corresponding to the CSI to the cooperative base station and/or CCN of the user equipment that it manages.
- the transmission corresponding to the CSI is assumed to be the transmission hypothesis used by the user equipment managed by the target base station to measure the CSI.
- the transmission corresponding to the CSI assumes the same signal and interference as the CSI.
- the target base station determines, according to the CSI of the user equipment, a transmission hypothesis that the user equipment can support. For example, a user equipment supporting two transmission points is reported in the measurement set, and two CSIs are reported. One CSI corresponding transmission assumes that BS1 is a transmission point, BS2 is a interference point, and another CSI corresponding transmission assumes that BS2 is a transmission point. BS1 has no interference. According to Table 1, the target base station determines that the CSI of the user equipment corresponds to the transmission hypothesis 3, that is, the target base station uses the CSI as the CSI corresponding to the transmission hypothesis supported by the user equipment.
- the role of the transmission hypothesis set in the embodiment of the present application is to establish a mapping relationship between transmission hypotheses and sequence numbers between all cooperating base stations (or also including CCN). It is convenient for the cooperative base station to receive the CSI sent by the serving base station to determine which transmission hypothesis corresponds to the CSI. The cooperative base station needs to use the CSI sent by the serving base station only when the CCN schedules the cooperative base station to transmit signals for the user equipment, that is, when the cooperative base station uses a certain CSI, it must be used as a signal transmission point, and those only correspond to The CSI of the serving base station as a transmission point does not need to be notified to the cooperative base station, and the transmission hypothesis of these CSIs is not necessary in the transmission hypothesis set.
- the above-mentioned CSI corresponding transmission hypothesis is for a scheduling resource.
- the target base station needs to determine the CSI corresponding to the transmission hypothesis supported by the user equipment on each scheduling resource.
- the CSI and scheduling information of each resource may be the same or different.
- the transmission hypothesis for the same user equipment is the same for each resource.
- the target base station transmits the CSI and the transmission hypothesis identifier to the corresponding cooperative base station or CCN through the backhaul (here, the corresponding coordinated base station includes at least the interference state information and the base station indicating the signal state information as the transmission point).
- the target base station may transmit the CSI together with the transmission hypothesis identifier, such as by dedicated signaling, broadcast messages, etc., or may be separately transmitted.
- the target base station searches for the CSI corresponding to the transmission hypothesis identifier recorded by the target base station according to the scheduling information notified by the CCN on each scheduling resource, and determines the CSI as the transmission parameter on each scheduling resource, for the user equipment.
- CoMP transmission
- the target base station determines, according to the correspondence between the user equipment identifier and the transmission hypothesis set, the transmission hypothesis set corresponding to the user equipment identifier in the received scheduling information from the CCN;
- the transmission base station identity and/or the interference base station identity determine the signal state information and the interference state information,

- the target base station receives the scheduling information including the user equipment identifier and the transmission base station identifier and/or the interference base station identifier notified by the CCN, according to the received transmission base station identifier in the scheduling information from the CCN.

- the transmission base station identifier when the signal state information and the interference state information are determined according to the received base station identifier and/or the interference base station identifier in the received scheduling information from the CCN, if the transmission base station identifier is received, it may be determined that the transmission is performed.

Disturbance
- the base station that receives the received base station identifier determines that the base station is the only signal transmission base station of the user equipment by default;
- the CCN places the transmission base station identity BS2 in the scheduling information and sends it to the target base station. Description
1、 各协作基站把最近接收到的所有接入该基站的用户设备 CSI传输给一个中心协作 节点 ( central coordination node: CCN );
2、 CCN为所有协作基站的用户设备集中调度时域和频域资源, 并为调度了时频资源 的用户设备计算预编码;
3、 CCN将每个用户设备的调度和预编码结果发送给每个相关基站;

图 7为本申请实施例提供的一种 CCN的示意图;
如图 2所示, 本申请实施例目标基站进行 CoMP传输的方法包括下列步骤: 步骤 201、 目标基站接收其他基站发送的由其他基站管理的用户设备的 CSI;
在本申请实施例中, 目标基站为由其他基站管理的用户设备进行 CoMP传输时, 该目 标基站对于其他基站管理的用户设备来说是协作基站;
15 On Off On Off Off Off
16 Off On On On Off Off
17 Off On On Off Off Off
18 On On On Off Off Off
针对其它基站管理的一个用户设备, 目标基站根据收到的来自其他基站或 CCN的传 输假设集合和用户设备标识, 确定用户设备标识和传输假设集合的对应关系;
针对其它基站管理的一个用户设备,目标基站根据收到的其他基站发送的 CSI和传输 假设标识 , 确定传输假设标识和 CSI的对应关系;
如果用户设备上报的是 CSI,则 CSI对应的传输假设为目标基站配置自身管理的用户 设备测量得到该 CSI时釆用的传输假设;
目标基站把 CSI和传输假设标识通过 backhaul传输给对应的协作基站或 CCN(这里"对 应的协作基站 "至少包括千扰状态信息和信号状态信息表明为传输点的基站)。
具体的, 目标基站根据用户设备标识和传输假设集合的对应关系, 确定收到的来自 CCN的调度信息中的用户设备标识对应的传输假设集合;
户设备标识对应的传输假设集合中确定包含信号状态信息和千扰状态信息的传输假设, 根 据传输假设的传输假设标识和 CSI的对应关系, 确定传输假设对应的 CSI;
在实施中, 针对一个调度资源上, CCN对该协作基站调度了协作集合中一个 CoMP 用户设备的 CoMP传输, CCN会把该用户设备标识和该 CoMP传输对应的传输假设标识 传输给该协作基站,或者该用户设备标识和传输基站识别和 /或千扰基站识别传输给该协作 基站;
以表 1为例, 在根据收到的来自 CCN的调度信息中的传输基站标识和 /或千扰基站标 识确定信号状态信息和千扰状态信息时, 如果收到传输基站标识, 可以确定除传输基站标 识对应的基站之外的其他基站都不参与传输, 即除表明的传输基站之外的其它基站静默, 而对于千扰状态信息可以预先设定所有基站都没有千扰或所有基站都有千扰;
如果收到千扰基站标识, 确定除千扰基站标识对应的基站之外的其他基站都没有千 扰, 收到的千扰基站标识的基站默认确定本基站是用户设备的唯一信号传输基站;
CCN根据收到的信息按照一定的时间颗粒度周期进行调度。 假设 CCN为 2个基站调 度用户传输, 为基站 1调度静默, 为基站 2调度了 UE1的单点传输;
基站 1根据 CCN通知的静默信息不进行传输;

CCN将包含用户设备标识和根据调度传输确定的传输基站的传输基站标识和 /或千扰 基站的千扰基站标识的调度信息发送给确定的协作基站;
