电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟 。
背景技术
目前的电子烟在模拟吸烟使电热丝发热产生烟雾时,吸入的气流经过烟嘴盖将烟雾带出,烟嘴盖下面有的有密封圈,但是现有技术中的用于防止烟油由烟嘴以及保护套连接处渗漏的密封圈一种是紧贴于通气管外侧的,另外一种是将密封圈以及通气管连成一体,具体来说是通过在密封圈轴向延伸有通气管。然而,这样的密封圈的结构以及安装方式还不能够防止烟嘴内凝结烟油,使得吸烟者时常会吸到凝结在烟嘴内部的烟油。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述容易吸到烟油的缺陷,提供一种可使烟油回流的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括烟嘴与雾化器,所述烟嘴与所述雾化器之间设有密封圈,所述密封圈包括本体和沿所述本体周边向中心延伸的环形的凸缘,所述凸缘的靠近所述烟嘴的一端设有第一斜面;所述第一斜面从外至内的倾斜为沿远离所述烟嘴的方向的倾斜。
该电子烟还包括保护套,所述雾化器以及所述密封圈收容于所述保护套内部,所述第一斜面与所述保护套的轴线所形成的第一锐角夹角的范围为25°到90°。
所述烟嘴置于所述保护套的端部,所述烟嘴具有烟嘴盖,所述烟嘴上还设有第一通孔,所述烟嘴向内轴向延伸有导流部,所述第一通孔穿过所述导流部以及所述烟嘴并与外界空气连通。
所述雾化器内部设有通气管,所述通气管的外侧套置有储油棉。
所述第一通孔以及所述通气管均呈圆形且与所述凸缘同轴设置。
所述凸缘的内径大于所述通气管的外径且与所述通气管外径的差值大于或者等于0.4mm,且小于14mm。
所述第一斜面与所述导流部之间的最短垂直距离大于或等于0.5mm,且小于30mm。
所述凸缘的远离所述烟嘴的一端设有第二斜面;所述第二斜面从外至内的倾斜为沿远离所述烟嘴的方向的倾斜。
所述第二斜面与所述保护套的轴线所形成的第二锐角夹角的范围为1°到90°。
所述凸缘的远离所述烟嘴的一端为平面。
所述第一通孔的面积为2-7平方毫米。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过将本发明的密封圈的靠近烟嘴的一端设置外侧高出内侧的第一斜面,可以使凝结于烟嘴上的烟油滴至第一斜面上,并顺着该第一斜面回流到雾化器中,使得在充分利用烟油的同时也可以达到防止用户吸入烟油的目的。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明涉及一种电子烟具有保护套1,包括雾化器2以及烟嘴4,烟嘴4与雾化器2之间设有密封圈5。
密封圈5包括本体54和沿本体54周边向中心延伸的环形的凸缘51,凸缘51的靠近烟嘴4的一端设有第一斜面52;第一斜面52从外至内的倾斜为沿远离烟嘴4方向的倾斜(可以理解的是,第二斜面的外侧为靠近保护套内壁的一侧,第二斜面的内侧为靠近保护套轴线的一侧)。
具体的,凸缘51所围成的空间与密封圈5内壁所围成的空间共同形成一阶梯孔。
通过在凸缘51的靠近烟嘴4的一端设置第一斜面52,则可以使在抽烟时凝结在烟嘴4内部的烟油滴至凸缘51上后,使烟油顺着第一斜面52流下,则可以方便烟油回流,在充分利用烟油的同时也可防止用户吸入烟油。
可以理解的是,该电子烟还包括保护套1,雾化器2以及密封圈5均收容与保护套1的内部。电子烟的远离烟嘴4的一端还设有电池杆3,电池杆3也置于保护套1内部。
优选的,第一斜面52与保护套1轴线的所形成的第一锐角夹角的范围为25°到90°,即第一斜面52与垂直于保护套1轴线的平面之间的夹角为 0°到75°之间的任意角度。可以理解的是,第一斜面52与垂直于保护套1轴线的平面的锐角夹角为0°到90°之间的任意角度,使烟油能够顺着第一斜面52流下即可。优选的,本发明中第一锐角夹角为30度。
烟嘴4置于保护套1的端部,烟嘴4具有烟嘴盖44以及连接部,烟嘴4的连接部插置于保护套1内部,烟嘴4与保护套1的连接方式可以为螺纹连接、过盈配合,或者是通过其它粘合的方式。本发明中采用过盈配合的方式实现烟嘴4以及保护套1的连接。
通过在烟嘴4以及雾化器2之间设置密封圈5,能够防止烟油从烟嘴4与保护套1的连接处渗漏。具体的,密封圈5是插置于保护套1内部的,通过过盈配合的方式实现保护套1以及密封圈5的连接。
雾化器2内部设有通气管21,通气管21的外侧套置有储油棉22。
烟嘴4上还设有第一通孔41,烟嘴盖44向内轴向延伸有导流部42,第一通孔41穿过导流部42以及烟嘴盖44并与外界空气连通。可以理解的是,设置导流部42的目的之一是为了使得在模拟抽烟时能够使雾化的空气顺着导流部42从第一通孔41中流出;设置导流部42的目的之二是为了使得在模拟抽烟的过程中,在第一通孔41四周有阻挡烟油从侧边吸入的部分(即导流部42的外壁);设置导流部的目的之三,设置导流部42可使烟油顺着导流部42外壁流下。
优选的,第一通孔41以及通气管21均呈圆形且凸缘51同轴设置。
具体的,凸缘51的内径大于通气管21的外径且与通气管21外径的差值大于或者等于0.4mm,且小于14mm。通过使凸缘51内径以及通气管21外径形成径向差值,可使滴至凸缘51上的烟油可以直接顺着凸缘51的内壁在重力的作用下流入到储油棉22中。
优选的,第三通气孔41的内径等于通气管21的内径。通过使第一通孔41的内径等于通气管21的内径,使得在吸烟过程中出气的速度以及在电子烟内的气流的速度一致。
第一斜面52与导流部42之间的最短垂直距离大于或等于0.5mm,且小于30mm。
这样使得导流部42的与通气管21相对的与第一斜面52之间的距离不至于隔得太近从而导致第一斜面52上凝结的烟油或者由烟嘴4滴至第一斜面52上的烟油从贯穿于导流部42的第一通孔41吸入。
可以理解的是,凸缘51的远离烟嘴4的一端也可设置第二斜面;第二斜面从外至内的倾斜为沿远离烟嘴4方向的倾斜(可以理解的是,第二斜面的外侧为靠近保护套内壁的一侧,第二斜面的内侧为靠近保护套轴线的一侧)。第二斜面与保护套1的轴线所形成的第二锐角夹角的范围为1°到90°,优选的,本发明中第二锐角夹角为30°。
可以理解的是,凸缘51的远离烟嘴4的一端也可以为弧面,同样可以为烟油起一定的导向作用。
再者,凸缘51的远离烟嘴4的一端也可以为平面,虽然没有第二斜面或者弧面的导流作用,但是因为凸缘51的内径大于通气管21的外径,则使得滴至第一斜面52上的烟油在重力的作用下也会从凸缘51的内侧边缘流入到储油棉22中。
可以理解的是,第二斜面的存在 可以使烟油从第一斜面52沿着凸缘51的内侧周边流至第二斜面,再在第二斜面的导向作用下滴至储油棉22中。
第一通孔41的面积为2-7平方毫米以保证流经第一通孔41的雾化空气的速度。
综上, 通过将密封圈5的凸缘51的靠近烟嘴4的一端设置第一斜面52,且该第一斜面52的从外至内的倾斜为沿远离烟嘴4方向的倾斜,则使得凝结于烟嘴4上的烟油可沿着第一斜面52回流至雾化器2的储油棉22中,从而防止了用户吸入烟油,同时也使得烟油可以充分利用。

  1. 一种电子烟,包括烟嘴(4)与雾化器(2),所述烟嘴(4)与所述雾化器(2)之间设有密封圈(5),其特征在于,所述密封圈(5)包括本体(54)和沿所述本体(54)周边向中心延伸的环形的凸缘(51);
    所述凸缘(51)靠近所述烟嘴(4)的一端设有第一斜面(52);所述第一斜面(52)从外至内的倾斜为沿远离所述烟嘴(4)方向的倾斜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括保护套(1),所述雾化器(2)及所述密封圈(5)收容于所述保护套(1)内部,所述第一斜面(52)与所述保护套(1)的轴线所形成的第一锐角夹角的范围为25°到90°。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟嘴(4)置于所述保护套(1)的端部,所述烟嘴(4)具有烟嘴盖(44),所述烟嘴(4)上还设有第一通孔(41),所述烟嘴盖(44)向内轴向延伸有导流部(42),所述第一通孔(41)穿过所述导流部(42)以及所述烟嘴盖(44)并与外界空气连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(2)内部设有通气管(21),所述通气管(21)的外侧套置有储油棉(22)。
