Abstract

자동차 실내바닥의 크기 및 형상에 따라 이용자가 소망하는 형태로 절단하여 사용이 가능하고, 흙이나 먼지 등에 의해 플로워면이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 플로워 매트에 관한 것이다. 하부매트(20)는 상부매트(10)보다 넓은 면적을 가지도록 연장된 연장부(25)가 형성되고, 연장부(25)는 복수의 절취홈(25a)이 형성되어서, 자동차의 실내바닥(50)의 면적에 따라 연장부(25)를 절취하여 사용할 수 있도록 한다.

Description

자동차용 플로워 매트
본 발명은 자동차용 플로워 매트에 관한 것으로써, 특히 자동차 실내바닥의 크기 및 형상에 따라 이용자가 소망하는 형태로 절단하여 사용이 가능하고, 흙이나 먼지 등에 의해 플로워면이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 플로워 매트에 관한 것이다.
종래 자동차용 플로어매트로서는 표면을 요철면으로 형성한 고무제의 매트나 표면에 다수의 파일을 돌출설치해 둔 합성수지제 매트 등이 널리 사용되고 있는데, 어떠한 매트에 있어서도 신발 등에 부착되어 있는 흙이나 먼지가 매트 표면에 부착한 경우, 매트의 오염이 현저하게 눈에 띄어 미관을 손상시킬 뿐만 아니라, 신발을 매트상에서 비볐을 때, 매트 표면의 흙 등이 매트 밖으로 배출되어 플로어면을 오염시킨다는 문제점이 있다.
이러한 문제점을 위해서 일본 공개실용신안 소51-22332호 공보에 기재되고 도 1에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 내저면에 일정 높이의 쿠션리브(7)를 종횡으로 돌출 형성한 하부매트(5) 상에 다수의 돌기(2)와 관통공(3)을 마련한 상면매트(1)를 착탈 가능하게 결합시켜서, 흙이나 먼지 등을 상기 관통공(3)으로부터 하부매트(5)상의 쿠션리브(7)에 의해 둘러진 사각형상의 오목부(8) 내에 수용하도록 구성한 플로어매트가 고안되어 있다.
그 이후로도 상기와 같이 흙이나 먼지가 통과되는 관통공이 형성된 상부매트와, 관통공을 통과한 흙이나 먼지를 수용하는 하부매트를 구비하는 플로워 매트가 일본 실용신안공개 평3-12590호, 한국특허등록 10-0327098호, 한국실용신안등록 20-0291395호, 한국실용신안 공개 20-2009-0013802호 및 한국실용신안 공개 20-2009-0013801호에 기재되어 있다.
상기와 같은 종래 플로워 매트들은 자동차 종류에 따른 실내 바닥의 크기에 따라 다양한 크기로 제작되어지는데, 이 경우 자동차의 종류에 따라 크기가 다른 플로워 매트를 개별적으로 생산하여야 하는 생산성이 저하되는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 창출된 것으로써, 흙이나 먼지 등에 의해 플로워면이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있으면서 자동차 실내바닥의 크기에 따라 이용자가 소망하는 형태로 간편하게 절단하여 사용이 가능하도록 한 자동차용 플로워 매트를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하는 본 발명은 자동차의 실내바닥에 마련되는 자동차용 플로워 매트에 있어서,
복수의 관통공이 형성된 상부매트와, 상기 상부매트가 안착되는 하부매트와, 상기 하부매트에 대해 상기 상부매트의 유동을 방지시키는 고정수단을 구비하며,
상기 하부매트는 상기 상부매트보다 넓은 면적을 가지도록 연장된 연장부가 형성되고, 상기 연장부는 복수의 절취홈이 형성되어서, 자동차의 실내바닥의 면적에 따라 상기 연장부를 절취하기 용이하도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명 플로워 매트에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 상기 하부매트의 상면으로부터 돌출형성되며 상기 상부매트의 가장자리 측면부를 지지하는 둘레턱이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명 플로워 매트에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 상기 상부매트의 저면에 부착되는 암벨크로 테이프와, 상기 하부매트의 상면에 부착되며 상기 암벨크로 테이프와 탈부착이 가능한 숫벨크로 테이프를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명 플로워 매트에 있어서, 상기 하부매트에 복수의 오목홈이 형성되어서, 상기 상부매트의 관통공 및 하부매트의 오목홈에 흙과 먼지와 같은 이물질이 수용되도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명 플로워 매트에 있어서, 상기 하부매트의 저면에는 숫벨크로 테이프가 부착되어서, 상기 실내바닥에 대하여 밀림이 방지되도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명 실시예의 플로워 매트는 상부매트(10)의 관통공(11) 및 하부매트(20)의 오목홈(21)에 의해 형성되는 수납공간부에 흙이나 먼지와 같은 이물질이 수용될 수 있도록 하여 실내오염을 줄일 수 있도록 한다.
또한, 절취홈(25a)이 형성된 연장부(25)를 구비함으로써, 자동차 실내바닥의 크기에 따라 이용자가 소망하는 형태로 연장부(25)를 간편하게 절단하여 사용가능하도록 한다.
또한, 둘레턱(23)에 의해서 상부매트(10)를 고정하므로, 흙 또는 먼지등의 오염물질을 청소시 상부매트(10)의 분리를 용이하게 한다.

본 빌명 실시예의 자동차의 플로워 매트는 자동차 실내바닥의 크기 및 형상에 따라 이용자가 소망하는 형태로 절단하여 사용이 가능하고, 흙이나 먼지 등에 의해 플로워면이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한다.
본 발명 실시예의 플로워 매트를 나타낸 도 2, 도 3 및 도 5를 참조하면, 이는 복수의 관통공(11)이 형성된 상부매트(10)와, 상기 상부매트(10)가 안착되는 하부매트(20)와, 상기 하부매트(20)에 대해 상기 상부매트(10)의 유동을 방지시키는 고정수단을 구비한다.
상기 하부매트(20)는 상기 상부매트(10)보다 넓은 면적을 가지도록 연장된 연장부(25)가 형성되고, 상기 연장부(25)는 복수의 절취홈(25a)이 형성되어서, 자동차의 실내바닥(50)의 면적에 따라 상기 연장부(25)를 절취하기 용이하도록 되어 있다.
상기 연장부(25)는 상기 절취홈(25a)이 다양한 패턴으로 연결되어서 다양한 형태로 절취할 수 있도록 하였다.
상기 고정수단은 도 2 및 도 5b를 참조하면, 상기 하부매트(20)의 상면에 둘레턱(23)을 돌출형성하여서, 상기 상부매트(10)의 가장자리 측면부를 지지하도록 하였다. 이 경우 탑승자의 발 착지력에 의해서 하부매트(20)에 대하여 상부매트(10)가 밀리는 것이 방지되며, 하부매트(20)에 대하여 상부매트(10)가 유동되는 것을 방지하게 한다.
참조번호 22는 상부매트(10)의 관통공(21)에 결합되는 돌기로서, 둘레턱(23) 내측에서 모서리부분에 형성되어 상부매트(10)의 고정을 안정적으로 한다.
상기 고정수단의 다른 실시예로는 도 6을 참조하면, 이는 상기 상부매트(10)의 저면에는 암벨크로 테이프(61)를 부착하고, 상기 하부매트(20)의 상면에는 상기 암벨크로 테이프(61)와 탈부착이 가능한 숫벨크로 테이프(62)를 부착하였다.
상기 하부매트(20)에는 복수의 오목홈(21)이 형성되어서, 상기 상부매트(10)의 관통공(11) 및 하부매트(20)의 오목홈(21)에 흙과 먼지와 같은 이물질이 수용되도록 되어 있다.
또한, 상기 하부매트(20)의 저면에는 숫벨크로 테이프(26)가 부착되어서, 상기 실내바닥(50)에 대하여 밀림이 방지되도록 되어 있다.
상기와 같은 본 발명 실시예의 플로워 매트는 상부매트(10)의 관통공(11) 및 하부매트(20)의 오목홈(21)에 의해 형성되는 수납공간부에 흙이나 먼지와 같은 이물질이 수용될 수 있도록 하여 실내오염을 줄일 수 있도록 하고, 자동차 실내바닥의 크기에 따라 이용자가 소망하는 형태로 연장부(25)를 간편하게 절단하여 사용가능하도록 한다.
자동차 실내바닥의 크기 및 형상에 따라 이용자가 소망하는 형태로 절단하여 사용이 가능하고, 흙이나 먼지 등에 의해 플로워면이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 플로워 매트이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 자동차의 실내바닥에 마련되는 자동차용 플로워 매트에 있어서,
    복수의 관통공(11)이 형성된 상부매트(10)와,
    상기 상부매트(10)가 안착되는 하부매트(20)와,
    상기 하부매트(20)에 대해 상기 상부매트(10)의 유동을 방지시키는 고정수단을 구비하며,
    상기 하부매트(20)는 상기 상부매트(10)보다 넓은 면적을 가지도록 연장된 연장부(25)가 형성되고, 상기 연장부(25)는 복수의 절취홈(25a)이 형성되어서, 자동차의 실내바닥(50)의 면적에 따라 상기 연장부(25)를 절취하기 용이하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 플로워 매트.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 상기 하부매트(20)의 상면으로부터 돌출형성되며 상기 상부매트(10)의 가장자리 측면부를 지지하는 둘레턱(23)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 플로워 매트.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 상기 상부매트(10)의 저면에 부착되는 암벨크로 테이프(61)와, 상기 하부매트(20)의 상면에 부착되며 상기 암벨크로 테이프(61)와 탈부착이 가능한 숫벨크로 테이프(62)를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 플로워 매트.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하부매트(20)에 복수의 오목홈(21)이 형성되어서, 상기 상부매트(10)의 관통공(11) 및 하부매트(20)의 오목홈(21)에 흙과 먼지와 같은 이물질이 수용되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 플로워 매트.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 하부매트(20)의 저면에는 숫벨크로 테이프(26)가 부착되어서, 상기 실내바닥(50)에 대하여 밀림이 방지되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 플로워 매트.
