  • the front part 12 comprises a lower portion 20 defining a bag for containment of the genitals, generally defined by two or more layers with function of reinforcement and higher resistance compared to the lateral parts and optionally provided with two or more peripheral bands 13 which follow the perimeter of the lower portion 20 and have the function of defining a further reinforcement, joining together the two or more layers that constitute the same lower portion or, simply, defining a decoration.

  • Said inner layer 34 has a development in height tendentially comprised between 3 and 10 cm and preferably equal to 6 cm and a development in width tendentially comprised between 8 and 15 cm and preferably equal to 10 cm.
  • the inner layer 34 is sewn or secured to the front or inner part of the central band 30, for example along its perimeter zone, so as to define a kind of pocket inside the undergarment.
  • Said inner layer 34 may be shaped like a bag with the upper edge open and sewn or in another suitable way secured to the inner edge of the transverse opening 32; said bag accommodates and surrounds the penis in the erect state.
  • the penis In this condition the penis, increasing in consistency and size, naturally exerts a thrust against the inner layer 34 determining the deformation thereof and an eversion through the transverse opening 32.
  • the upper portion 22 as well as the inner layer 34 are made in material which, in addition to the elastic features, has good absorbent properties (for possible emissions), is non-allergenic and is not such as to irritate the skin by rubbing.
  • the male undergarment of the invention advantageously allows the spontaneous nocturnal erection to be contained without constraining the penis and without causing discomfort to the individual whose sleep is not interrupted and/or in any case is not subject to unfortunate pains.
  • the garment of the invention allows the natural erection process without the penis being blocked by the elastic band or coming out of the same.
  • a further advantage is represented by the fact that it allows the occurrence of the natural phenomenon of nocturnal erections and, therefore, the stiffening and the relaxation of the penis, without the possibility of it being irritated by the repeated rubbing and this is particularly advantageous for individuals with circumcised penis.
  • a further advantage is represented by the fact that the undergarment of the invention allows hygiene to be ensured and staining/soiling of the sheets or creating of a nuisance to a possible partner in the case of emissions to be avoided.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un sous-vêtement pour homme (10, 10') approprié pour contenir le phénomène des érections nocturnes spontanées et protéger le pénis, des slips, des boxeurs ajustés, des supports athlétiques, des tangas ou analogues, constitués de coton ou de microfibre, de lycra ou analogue, comprenant une partie avant (12) appropriée pour contenir et supporter les organes génitaux, une partie arrière (14) appropriée pour contenir et/ou supporter les fesses et une bande élastique (16) appropriée pour permettre le support et le positionnement du sous-vêtement par rapport aux hanches/à la taille d'un individu, laquelle partie avant (12) comprend des parties déformables de façon réversible ou un moyen approprié pour contenir et protéger le pénis en cas d'érection.
