Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种扳手,属于手动工具领域。
背景技术
普通的扳手使用时,由于握持手柄的手只能够转动一个较小的角度,因此当需要对一个零件连续多次旋动时,其间需要停顿下来让手反方向回转一个角度,有时是扳手从零件上暂时撤离实现反方向回转,这种方式需要再次将扳手对准零件,有时是用另一只手辅助让握持手柄的手松开手柄实现反方向回转,这种操作十分不便。
此外在低扭矩的输出条件下,如能尽快地旋动零件,将大大提高扳手的工作效率。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种能在低扭矩输出条件下尽快地旋动零件,另外可以用手握持着手柄连续的来回旋转,其间不需停顿,从而快速旋紧或者旋松零件的扳手。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了 一种扳手,包括工作部和手柄,
工作部包括与手柄垂直的主轴以及相互配合的双向棘爪和棘轮,其中棘轮被设置为由手柄带动,双向棘爪被设置为可带动主轴旋转,且具有与棘轮之间的离合方向相反的第一棘爪和第二棘爪,工作部还包括用于设置双向棘爪与棘轮的离合方向的换向装置;换向装置被设置为使第一棘爪和第二棘爪选择性地与棘轮接合,使得当手柄在换向装置所设定的方向上转动时,棘轮与双向棘爪接合,进而带动主轴转动;当手柄在与换向装置所设定的方向相反的方向上转动时,棘轮与双向棘爪之间打滑,主轴不动;工作部还包括作用于主轴的行星齿轮增速机构,行星齿轮增速机构包括太阳齿轮、行星齿轮以及齿轮环,其中太阳齿轮被设置为可带动主轴一起转动,转动环被设置为可带动行星齿轮转动,齿轮环与手柄固定相联,使得当手柄被握持住时,旋转转动环时,行星齿轮增速机构将转动环输入的转动增速后经由主轴输出。
在本发明的较佳实施方式中 , 所述棘轮被设置在所述手柄的环状头部的内圆周面上。
在本发明的另一较佳实施方式中, 所述双向棘爪通过销轴安装在所述主轴之上。
在本发明的另一较佳实施方式中,
所述的换向装置为穿设在所述主轴之中的换向杆,所述换向杆上设有与所述双向棘爪配合的伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆内设置有弹簧,使得所述伸缩杆可在所述的换向杆的径向方向上伸缩,当所述换向杆转动时,所述伸缩杆随着转动,其头部在弹簧的偏置作用下与设置在所述双向棘爪上的弧面配合,选择性地使所述双向棘爪的所述第一棘爪或所述第二棘爪与所述棘轮配合,从而设定所述双向棘爪和所述棘轮之间的离合方向。
在本发明的另一较佳实施方式中, 所述的伸缩杆的头部为半球形。
在本发明的另一较佳实施方式中, 所述的太阳齿轮通过螺钉与所述主轴固定相连。
在本发明的 另一较佳实施方式中, 所述的齿轮环与手柄通过凸台与盲孔配合相连。
在本发明的 另一较佳实施方式中, 所述的行星齿轮增速机构使通过所述的齿轮环输入的转动增速 4
倍后通过所述主轴输出。
根据本发明的扳手在使用时,在低扭矩输出的条件下,如在上紧螺栓的初始阶段,扳手所需输出的扭矩较小,使用者此时无需转动手柄,而只需握住手柄,同时用手旋转转动环,主轴就会以比转动环的旋转更高的速度转动,其转动方向与转动环的转动方向相同,这样可以更快地上紧螺栓;在高扭矩输出的条件下,如在上紧螺栓的最后阶段,此时扳手所需输出的扭矩较大,使用者可通过转动旋钮来预先设定扳手的主轴的输出方向,如顺时针方向或逆时针方向。此时如使用者在设定的输出方向上转动手柄,则主轴以同样的速度在该方向上转动;如使用者在与设定的输出方向相反的方向上转动手柄,此时主轴保持不动。
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。

具体实施方式
图1、2示出了根据本发明的一个较佳实施例的扳手的正视图和俯视图,可见该扳手包括有工作部1和手柄2,其中工作部1的轴线与手柄2垂直。从图3中可见,在本实施例中,工作部1上具有旋钮3、转动环4、套设在工作部1之外头部为环状的手柄2,以及沿工作部1的轴线方向自工作部1中延伸而出主轴5。使用时,在低扭矩输出的条件下,如在上紧螺栓的初始阶段,扳手所需输出的扭矩较小,使用者此时无需转动手柄,而只需握住手柄2,同时用手旋转转动环4,主轴5就会以比转动环4的旋转更高的速度转动,其转动方向与转动环4的转动方向相同,这样可以更快地上紧螺栓;在高扭矩输出的条件下,如在上紧螺栓的最后阶段,此时扳手所需输出的扭矩较大,使用者可通过转动旋钮来预先设定扳手的主轴5的输出方向,如顺时针方向或逆时针方向。此时如使用者在设定的输出方向上转动手柄2,则主轴5以同样的速度在该方向上转动;如使用者在与设定的输出方向相反的方向上转动手柄2,此时主轴5保持不动。以下将对该实施例的具体结构进行详细说明。
工作部1包括可与棘轮10配合双向棘爪7,且棘轮10被设置为随手柄2转动,双向棘爪7被设置为可带动主轴5转动。
参见图4中示出的图3中的工作部1的分解图,另请同时参见图5、图6。在本实施例中,棘轮10被直接设置在手柄2的环状头部的内圆周面上。双向棘爪7通过销轴8安装在主轴5之上。工作部1中还包括用于设置双向棘爪7与棘轮10的离合方向的换向装置。在本实施例中,双向棘爪7上具有分别可与棘轮10配合,且离合方向相反的第一棘爪12和第二棘爪13。换向装置为穿设在主轴1之中的换向杆6。换向杆6与旋钮3相连,其上设有与所述双向棘爪7配合的伸缩杆9。伸缩杆9的头部为半球形,其内设有弹簧,使得伸缩杆9可在换向杆6的径向方向上伸缩。当通过旋钮5转动换向杆6时,伸缩杆9随之转动,其头部在弹簧的偏置作用下与设置在双向棘爪7上的弧面11配合,选择性地使双向棘爪7的第一棘爪12或第二棘爪13与棘轮10配合,从而设定双向棘爪7与棘轮10之间的离合方向。当手柄2在设定方向转动时,棘轮10在换向杆6设定的方向上与双向棘爪7接合,带动主轴5转动并输出扭矩;而在相反的方向上与双向棘爪7之间打滑,此时主轴5不动。
如图7-11所示,工作部1还包括作用于主轴5的行星齿轮增速机构,该行星齿轮增速机构包括太阳齿轮14、行星齿轮15以及齿轮环16,其中太阳齿轮14被设置为可带动主轴5一起转动,齿轮环16与手柄2固定相联。转动环4被设置为可带动所述行星齿轮15转动。当用手握住手柄2,旋转转动环4时,齿轮环16保持不动,行星齿轮15输入转动,带动太阳齿轮14增速转动,进而带动主轴5增速转动。此时主轴5输出的转速与转动环4输入的转速之比为:
R=1+ (N2/N1)
其中N2为齿轮环的齿数,N1为行星齿轮的齿数。
本实施例中,齿轮环16的齿数为36,行星齿轮15的齿轮为12,且因此行星齿轮增速机构使通过齿轮环16输入的转动增速4倍后通过主轴5输出。
在本实施例中,太阳齿轮14通过螺钉与主轴5固定相连。如图6、12所示,齿轮环16和手柄2通过凸台18与盲孔18配合相连。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。
Claims (8)
- 一种扳手,包括工作部和手柄,其特征在于,所述的工作部包括与所述手柄垂直的主轴以及相互配合的双向棘爪和棘轮,其中所述的棘轮被设置为由所述手柄带动,所述的双向棘爪被设置为可带动所述主轴旋转,且具有与所述棘轮之间的离合方向相反的第一棘爪和第二棘爪,所述的工作部还包括用于设置所述双向棘爪与所述棘轮的离合方向的换向装置;所述的换向装置被设置为使所述的第一棘爪和第二棘爪选择性地与所述棘轮接合,使得当所述的手柄在所述的换向装置所设定的方向上转动时,所述棘轮与所述双向棘爪接合,进而带动所述主轴转动;当所述的手柄在与所述的换向装置所设定的方向相反的方向上转动时,所述棘轮与所述双向棘爪之间打滑,所述主轴不动;所述工作部还包括作用于所述主轴的行星齿轮增速机构,所述的行星齿轮增速机构包括太阳齿轮、行星齿轮以及齿轮环,其中所述的太阳齿轮被设置为可带动所述主轴一起转动,所述转动环被设置为可带动所述行星齿轮转动,所述的齿轮环与所述手柄固定相联,使得当所述手柄被握持住时,旋转所述转动环时,所述的行星齿轮增速机构将所述的转动环输入的转动增速后经由所述主轴输出。
- 如权利要求1所述的扳手,其中,所述棘轮被设置在所述手柄的环状头部的内圆周面上。
- 如权利要求1所述的扳手,其中,所述双向棘爪通过销轴安装在所述主轴之上。
- 如权利要求1所述的扳手,其中,所述的换向装置为穿设在所述主轴之中的换向杆,所述换向杆上设有与所述双向棘爪配合的伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆内设置有弹簧,使得所述伸缩杆可在所述的换向杆的径向方向上伸缩,当所述换向杆转动时,所述伸缩杆随着转动,其头部在弹簧的偏置作用下与设置在所述双向棘爪上的弧面配合,选择性地使所述双向棘爪的所述第一棘爪或所述第二棘爪与所述棘轮配合,从而设定所述双向棘爪和所述棘轮之间的离合方向。
