Abstract

 本発明の目的は、把持部と胴部の間への水の浸入を防止でき、開封性や破袋強度も良好に保つことが可能な包装袋を提供することである。本発明のイージーピール性のシール部を備える包装袋には、帯状シール部が幅方向に間隔をおいて複数列で配される第一領域(A)と、帯状シール部が単数列で配される第二領域(B)とが形成されている。第一領域(A)と第二領域(B)は、帯状シール部の長さ方向に交互に隣接して配列されている。第二領域(B)の帯状シール部は、隣接する第一領域(A)の複数列の帯状シール部と連続する幅広形状である。

Description

包装袋
 本発明は、食品等の被包装物が包装された包装袋に関するものであり、特にシール部を備える包装袋に関する。
 食品材料等の被包装物を包装する包装袋は、湾曲させたフィルムの側縁がシール部により封止されており、それにより形成される収容空間に被包装物が収容されている。被包装物を取り出すときは、開封口を封止するシール部を引き剥がして開封する。この包装袋を製造するときは、フィルムを湾曲させて側縁をシールすることで一部が開口した収容空間を形成し、その開口から収容空間に被包装物を投入した後に、開口をシールして開封口とする。
 特許文献1には、フィルムを湾曲させ、側縁部を封筒形式にてオーバーラップさせ、その重ね合わせた領域にシール部を形成した包装袋とその製造方法が開示されている。また、特許文献3には、フィルムを湾曲させ、側縁部を合掌形式で重ね合わせ、その重ね合わせた箇所にシール部を形成した包装袋及び製造方法が開示されている。
 また、包装袋には、開封の利便性を考慮して、イージーピール性のシール部(易開封部)を備えるものがある。これは、フィルムの端部を封筒貼りや合掌貼りにて貼り合わせて包装袋にするときに、貼り合わせ部にイージーピール性のシール部を形成することで構成されている。
 特許文献1には、フィルムを筒状に湾曲させ、端部をオーバーラップさせることによりフィルムの一部を重ね合わせ、その重ね合わせた箇所にイージーピール性の縦シール部を複数列形成した包装袋が開示されている。
 また、特許文献2には、フィルムを湾曲させ、端部を合掌形式で重ね合わせ、その重ね合わせた箇所にイージーピール性のシール部を形成した包装袋が開示されている。

 しかしながら、イージーピール性のシール部は、接合力が弱すぎると破袋強度が低下し、不用意に剥がれてしまうという問題が生じる。一方、接合力が強すぎると、なかなか開封できなかったり、開封の衝撃により内容物が飛び出したりする問題が生じる。このため、シール部の開封性や破袋強度を適度に維持することは、イージーピール性のシール部を備える包装袋において非常に重要である。
 また、従来の包装袋は、水冷を行うと把持部となるシール端部と包装袋胴部との間に水が浸入してしまうため、乾燥工程を経てもその間に入ってしまった部分の水分は抜けずに問題となっていた。
 本発明は、このような従来の実情に鑑みて提案されたものであり、把持部と胴部の間への水の浸入を防止でき、開封性や破袋強度も良好に保つことが可能な包装袋を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明のイージーピール性のシール部を備える包装袋は、帯状シール部が幅方向に間隔をおいて複数列で配される第一領域と、帯状シール部が単数列で配される第二領域とを備えることを特徴とする。
 本発明の包装袋によれば、第一領域の複数列の帯状シール部により易開性を実現し、第二領域の単数列の帯状シール部は第二領域よりも接合強度を高めることで破裂強度を維持することができる。これにより、開封時には第一領域から簡単に開くことが可能であるが、未開封状態においては第二領域により破袋強度が維持される。第一領域は接合強度が低くても、帯状シール部が複数列で配列しているため水の浸入が抑制される。
 また、本発明の包装袋は、易開封性を有する縦シール部を備える包装袋であって、前記縦シール部は、フィルム端縁部から指で摘める程度の間隔をおいて形成される第一シール部と、前記フィルム端縁部近傍に形成される第二シール部とを備えることを特徴とする。
 本発明の包装袋によれば、第一シール部よりも開封口側に第二シール部が形成されるため、第二シール部により水の浸入を抑制することができる。必要に応じて、第一シール部と第二シール部のシール強度を異ならせることも可能である。例えば、第一シール部よりも第二シール部のシール強度を低くすることで開封性を維持しつつ、把持部と胴部の間への水の侵入を防止できる。
 本発明によれば、把持部と胴部の間への水の浸入を防止でき、開封性や破袋強度も良好に保つことができる包装袋を提供することが可能である。

 以下、本発明を適用した包装袋の実施形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。
(第一の実施の形態)
 図1は、本実施の一実施形態の包装袋1の斜視図である。包装袋1は、積層フィルム10を筒状に湾曲させて両側縁部をオーバーラップさせることで形成される重ね合わせ部2と、重ね合わせ部2に設けられる縦シール部3と、縦シール部3の長さ方向両端部に形成される下側の横シール部5と上側の横シール部6とを備える三方シール袋であり、形成された収納空間に被包装物が収納されて使用される。積層フィルム10は、イージーピール適性を有する樹脂層を有し、イージーピール適性を有する樹脂同士をシールすることによりイージーピール部が形成される。ここで、イージーピール適性を有する樹脂とは、例えばヒートシール可能な2種類以上の樹脂からなり、JIS K6854による剥離強度が概ね10N/15mm幅未満となるような弱シールを構成可能な樹脂である。縦シール部3及び横シール部5,6は、この樹脂層により熱溶着されることで構成されており、重ね合わせ部2の側縁部を摘んで引っ張るだけで剥離するイージーピール性を有する。また、積層フィルム10は、少なくともシールされる層がイージーピール適性を有する樹脂で構成され、例えばフィルム内外層がイージーピール適性を有する樹脂からなるようにラミネート法により成形したものや、筒状に押し出されたフィルムの最外層がイージーピール適性を有する樹脂となるようにインフレーション法によりフィルムを成形し、その筒状フィルムを偏平に押し潰すことで成形可能である。また、シーラント層の樹脂がイージーピール適性を有しない樹脂である場合には、シール幅やシール圧力・温度などにより適宜イージーピールを形成可能である。
 図2は、縦シール部3を説明する説明図である。なお、図2中の破線は、各領域A,Bを説明するために記載した仮想の線であり、実際に存在するものではない。縦シール部3は、イージーピール適性を有する樹脂により熱溶着された部分であり、重ね合わせ部2において外面側になっている一方の側縁部の先端2a側に開封時に持ち手として使用される非シール部を残した状態で先端2aに沿って形成されている。この縦シール部3は、第一領域Aと第二領域Bとが縦シール部3の長さ方向yに交互に配列されて構成されている。詳細には、縦シール部3の長さ方向yにおいて、第一領域A1、第二領域B1、第一領域A2、第二領域B2、第一領域A3の順に配列している。
 第一領域Aには、第1の帯状シール部3aと第2の帯状シール部3bとが所定の間隔をおいて複数列で略平行に配列している。第二領域B1の両端に隣接する第一領域A1,A2、及び、第二領域B2の両端に隣接する第一領域A2,A3は、幅方向xにおいて互に位置をずらして配されている。
 第二領域Bには、帯状シール部3cが単数列で配列している。この帯状シール部3cは、第一領域Aの複数列の帯状シール部3a,3bと連続する幅広形状で形成されている。詳細には、第二領域B1の帯状シール部3cは、幅方向xにおける一側端が第一領域A1の第2の帯状シール部3bの一側端に達し、他側端は第一領域A2の第1の帯状シール部3aの他側端まで達し、第一領域A1及び第一領域A2の帯状シール部3a,3bのいずれとも連続するように形成されている。第二領域B2の帯状シール部3cについても同様に、第一領域A2,A3の帯状シール部3a、3bと連続するように形成されている。また、単数列で配列されたシール部の幅(すなわち、第二領域Bの幅)は、複数列で配列されたシール部の幅(すなわち、第一領域Aの幅)に比して大きいことが好ましい。また、単数列で配列されたシール部のシール幅は、複数列で配列された各シール部のシール幅に比して大きくしても良いし、複数列で配列された各シール幅の合計の幅に比して大きくしても良い。
 この包装袋1によれば、第一領域Aの複数列のシール幅と、第二領域Bの単数列のシール幅をそれぞれ調整することで、本実施の形態では、第二領域Bの帯状シール部3cは、第一領域Aの帯状シール部3a,3bと連続するように幅広形状に形成されているため、第一領域Aよりも第二領域Bの接合強度が高くなり、破袋強度を保つことができる。一方、包装袋1を開くときは、重ね合わせ部2の側縁部を摘んで縦シール部3を引き剥がす。すると、第一領域Aの帯状シール部3a,3bから容易に剥がれ始めるため開封性が維持される。すなわち、幅狭形状のシールは、開封性は良好であるものの、耐破袋強度に劣ることとなる。そこで、幅狭形状のシールは、複数列平行に配置することで、水の浸入が抑制される。また、たとえ一方のシールが剥離しても、もう一方のシールが残るために内容物の漏れ出しを防止することができる。これにより、水の浸入や内容物の漏れ出し防止とともに開封性を維持している。しかしながら、複数列の幅狭形状のシールだけでは、耐破袋強度が十分なものではないため、単数列の幅広形状のシールを同時に用いることで耐破袋強度を大幅に向上させている。このとき、複数列からなる幅狭形状のシール部から開封することで、幅広形状のシール部においてもその剪断力による勢いで剥離させることができるため、開封性が大きく阻害されることはない。なお、包装袋1における縦シールの形状は、本実施形態に限定されることなく、様々な形態にて実施することが可能である。例えば、破袋をしやすい中央部のみを単数列のシールにして破袋強度を保ち、横シール部付近の両端部を複数列のシールにすることで、開封時に端部を容易に開封でき、端部から順次開封することで単列のシールで形成された中央部においても容易に開封することができる。
 次に、包装袋1の製造方法について、図3に示すようなピロー包装機100を用いて製造する場合を例に挙げて説明する。積層フィルム10を筒状にする第1工程、縦シール部3を形成する第2工程、下側の横シール部5を形成する第3工程、被包装物を充填する第4工程、上側の横シール部6を形成する第5工程、連続状の袋の境界線を切断する第5工程が順次行われる。以下、工程順に説明する。
 二重積層フィルムを筒状にする第1工程:ロール状原反Fから繰り出された積層フィルム10は、複数の繰り出しロール120、121を経てフォーマ112に導かれる。ロール状原反Fからフォーマ112までの経路途中にはセンサ119が配されており、積層フィルム10に長さ方向において一定間隔で印刷されたレジマークを検知して、包装機100の軌道上に一定の長さの積層フィルム10を一定の時間間隔で送り出せるようになっている。積層フィルム10は、フォーマ112を通過する間に筒状に湾曲されて、湾曲した先端の両側縁部がオーバーラップした形態となる。オーバーラップした部分には重ね合わせ部2が形成される。
 縦シール部を形成する第2工程:積層フィルム10の重ね合わせ部2を縦シール機113にて熱溶着し、縦シール部3を形成する。縦シール機113は、積層フィルム10が一定の時間間隔で移動するタイミングに合わせて、重ね合わせ部2に当接面を接離させることで熱溶着を行う。
 図4は、第2工程にて形成される縦シール部3を時系列に説明する図である。縦シール機113は、重ね合わせ部2に当接するシールバーの当接面が所定長の帯形状を呈しており、この当接面が所定間隔をおいて二列で配されている。まず、縦シール機113は当接面を重ね合わせ部2から離して待機する。重ね合わせ部2の処理対象の領域が長さ方向yに沿って送られてくると、縦シール機113は当接面を重ね合わせ部2に押し当て、第1回目の熱溶着を行う。熱溶着が完了すると、縦シール機113は当接面を重ね合わせ部2から離し、次の処理対象の領域が送られてくるまで待機する。第1回目の熱溶着では、図4(a)に示されるように、所定長の帯状シール部が所定間隔をおいて二列で形成される。以下、第1回目の熱溶着により形成される帯状シール部のグループを第1グループG1とする。
 つぎに、長さ方向yに沿って次の処理対象の領域が送られてくると、縦シール機113は当接面をその領域に押し当てて第2回目の熱溶着を行う。このとき、縦シール機113の当接面と重ね合わせ部2とを幅方向xに所定の位置まで相対移動させる。これにより、図4(b)に示されるように、第2回目の熱溶着により形成される帯状シール部(第2グループG2の帯状シール部)は第1グループG1の帯状シール部に対して幅方向x及び長さ方向yに位置をずらして形成される。幅方向x及び長さ方向yにおけるずれ量は、第1グループG1の帯状シール部の一端側と、第2グループG2の帯状シール部の他端側とが幅方向xにおいて隙間なく交互に配列するように調整されている。
 上記第2回目と同様に、第3回目の熱溶着を行い、帯状シール部(第3グループの帯状シール部)を形成する。これにより、図4(c)に示されるように、第2グループG2の帯状シール部の他端側と、第3グループG3の帯状シール部の一端側とが幅方向xにおいて隙間なく交互に配列する。その結果、帯状シール部が隙間なく交互に配列する領域r2と、帯状シール部が間隔をおいて複数列で配される領域r1が形成される。
 下側の横シール部を形成する第3工程:縦シール部が形成された積層フィルム10は筒状体7の状態で下流に送られる。筒状体7は、開閉自在なしごきロール115が閉じることでしごかれて扁平化され、横シール機116,117を閉じることで扁平化した筒状体8の所定位置に下側の横シール部5が形成される。
 被包装物を充填する第4工程:つぎに、ホッパ111により所定量の被包装物Wを投入して筒状体8に充填する。
 上側の横シール部を形成する第5工程:しごきロール115、横シール機116,117を開いたのち、送りロール114を回転させることで、分離前の包装袋1aとともに筒状体7及びこれに続く積層フィルム10を所定の長さだけ繰り出す。その後、横シール機116,117を閉じて、所定位置を熱溶着することで、上側の横シール部6を形成するとともに、これに連なる軌道上の上流に位置する次の包装袋の下側の横シール部5を形成する。
 連続状の袋の境界線を切断する第6工程:ブレス兼カッタ118を閉じて分離前の包装袋1aの下側の横シール部5及びそれに連続する上側の横シール部6とを挟圧するとともに、両者の境界を二分割して包装袋1をコンベア130上へ落下させる。
 これにより、図1で示される包装袋1が製造される。製造された包装袋1には、帯状シール部が所定の間隔をおいて複数列で配列する領域r1と、帯状シール部が隙間なく交互に配列する領域r2とが形成される。領域r1は、第一領域Aとして開封性を良好に保つ機能を発揮する。一方、領域r2は、複数列の帯状シール部が隙間なく配列することで全体として単数列の帯状シールとなり、第二領域Bとして破袋強度を良好に保つ機能を発揮する。
 また、包装袋1は、第一領域Aの比率を大きくすると開封性が高くなり、第二領域Bの比率を大きくすると破袋強度が高くなる。本実施の形態の製造方法によれば、第2工程において、一対のシールバーにて、シールバーまたはフィルムをずらすことで第一領域Aと第二領域Bとを形成できる。また、シール間隔をずらすことにより帯状シール部の長さ方向yにおけるずれ量を調整することができ、縦シール部3における第一領域Aと第二領域Bの構成比率を変化させることができる。したがって、縦シール部3の開封性と破袋強度を簡単に調整することが可能である。
 以上、本発明を適用した実施形態について説明してきたが、本発明が前述の実施形態に限られるものでないことは言うまでもなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲において、多様な変更または改良を加えることが可能である。
 たとえば、第一領域の帯状シール部を三列やそれ以上の複数列にしても良い。また、長さ方向yに交互に配列する第一領域と第二領域の数は限定されることがなく、上記実施の形態よりも少なくても良いし、多くても良い。また、第二領域で交互に隙間なく配列される帯状シール部は、幅方向x及び長さ方向yにおいて一部が重なり合っていても良い。
 また、第一領域Aを幅方向に左右交互にずらすのではなく、図5(a)に示すように、左方向又は右方向に連続してずらしても良い。また、必ずしも複数の平行に配置されたシールバーによるシール位置をずらして、単列からなる第二領域Bを形成する必要はなく、例えば図5(b)に示すように、第一領域A及び第二領域Bを形成可能な形状を有するシールバーを用いて、幅方向にずらすことなく一度のシールにて両領域を形成しても良い。
 また、包装袋は、一重積層フィルムで構成しても良いし、重ね合わせ部を合掌形式としても良い。
 また、製造方法に関しても、上記実施の形態に限らず、例えば、第一領域を形成するシールバーと、第二領域を形成するシールバーをそれぞれ用いて第一領域と第二領域の両方が形成されるようにしても良い。
(第二の実施の形態)
 本発明の第二の実施の形態の包装袋は、開封性を維持しつつ、把持部と胴部の間への水の侵入を防止することが可能なものである。本実施の形態では、フィルム端縁同士が重ね合わせられて縦シールされた封筒貼り形状の包装袋を例に説明する。図6は、本実施の形態の包装袋11の斜視図であり、図7は、包装袋11のA-A断面図である。包装袋11は、上記第一の実施の形態とほぼ同様の構成であるが、縦シール部の形態が異なる。上記第一の実施の形態と同一要素は同一符号を用いて説明を省略する。封筒貼りされた縦シール部4と横シール部5,6は易剥離性シーラント層により熱溶着されており、イージーピール性を有する。包装袋11から被包装物を取り出すときは、縦シール部4を剥がして開封口9を開封する。なお、必要に応じて更に横シール部5,6が開封されることもある。
 開封口9は、重ね合わせ部2において包装袋外面側に位置する外側の側縁部2bの先端2aと、包装袋内面側に位置する内側の側縁部2cとから構成されている。すなわち、開封口9は、重ね合わせ部2の先端2a側の端部に形成されている。
 縦シール部4は、第一シール部4aと第二シール部4bとから構成される。
 第一シール部4aは、開封時に先端2a付近を指で摘むことができるように少なくとも先端2aから一定の間隔をおいて形成されており、先端2aに略平行な二列の帯状のシール部4a1,4a2から構成される。第一シール部4aを二列で構成するのは、開封性と耐破袋強度を考慮したものであり、本発明は複数列に限定されず、単列で構成することも可能である。
 第二シール部4bは、第一シール部4aよりもフィルムの端縁部である開封口9の側に形成されている。本実施の形態においては、特に開封口9の側の端縁部に帯状に設けられている。詳細には、第二シール部4bは、重ね合わせ部2の先端2aの側の端縁部に帯状に形成されている。第二シール部4bは、端縁部に水の混入がないように端縁部上に設けられることが好ましいが、必ずしも端縁部上である必要はなく、端縁部近傍に端縁部に沿って設けられていれば良い。第二シール部4bは、第一シール部4aよりもシール強度が低くなるように構成し、弱い力で容易に開封可能とすることが好ましい。第二シール部4bは、製袋時における水冷時の水の混入を防止できれば良く、開封性を考慮し、なるべく低いシール強度であることが好ましいためである。一方、第一シール部4aは、輸送時などに意図せず剥離してしまうことがないようにある程度のシール強度を確保しておくことが好ましいが、シール強度が高すぎると道具を用いずに開封することが困難になるため好ましくない。また、第一シール部4aは、複数の平行なシールとすることで、いずれかのシールが剥離してしまった場合にもその他のシールが確保され、開封性と耐破袋強度とを両立させることが可能である。なお、シール強度の調整は、例えば、熱溶着時において加熱温度を第一シール部4aよりも低くしたり、シールバーの接触時における押圧力を第一シール部4aよりも弱くしたりすることで可能である。
 包装袋11は、被包装物によっては、開封口9を封止したままの状態で水冷処理される場合がある。このとき、開封口9から重ね合わせ部2に水が混入するなどの問題が生じることがあるが、包装袋11は、第一シール部4aよりも開封口9の側に第二シール部4bが形成されるため、第二シール部4bにより水の浸入を抑制することができる。第二シール部4bのシール強度が著しく低い場合には、意図しない剥離が生じてしまい、水が重ね合わせ部2に浸入するケースも想定されるが、浸入する水は少量に抑えられるという効果を奏する。被包装物を取り出すときは、縦シール部4を引き剥がして開封口9を開封するが、第二シール部4bのシール強度を可能な限り低くし、第一シール部4aを意図しない破袋が生じない程度に強いイージーピールとしておくことで、まず第二シール部4bを容易に剥離させられ、その後フィルム端縁を掴みながら第一シール部4aを剥離させられるため、開封が困難になるといった問題が生じることはなく、開封口9の開封性が阻害されることはない。 
 特に、本実施の形態では、第二シール部4bが開封口9の側の端縁部に形成されているため、水と接触する最前線にて浸入を抑制することができ、極めて高い防水効果が得られる。
 次に、包装袋11の製造方法について説明する。製造方法に用いるピロー包装機100は、図3に示すものとほぼ同一であり、縦シール機113のシールバーの当接面の形状が異なる。製造方法は、上記第一の実施の形態とほぼ同一であるため、特徴点である縦シール部を形成する第2工程のみ説明する。
 縦シール部を形成する第2工程:縦シール機113は、積層フィルム10が一定の時間間隔で移動するタイミングに合わせて、積層フィルム10の重ね合わせ部2にシールバーの当接面を接離させて熱溶着を行い、第一シール部4a1,4a2と第二シール部4bを形成する。すなわち、本実施の形態では、第一シール部4a1,4a2を形成する工程と、第二シール部4bを形成する工程とが並列して同時に行われる。なお、第一シール部4aと第二シール部4bとは、必ずしも同時に形成する必要はなく、例えば第一シール部4aを形成後に、次の工程にて第二シール部4bを形成するようにしても良い。
 図8は、縦シール機113の当接面を説明する説明図である。当接面113aと当接面113bと当接面113cは、重ね合わせ部2に押し当てられるシールバーの一側面である。当接面113aは一方の第一シール部4a1、当接面113bは他方の第一シール部4a2、当接面113cは第二シール部4bに対応するように適当な間隔をおいて略平行に配列されており、加熱温度や押圧力が各々独立して調整可能となっている。熱溶着時には、第一シール部4a1,4a2を形成する当接面113a,113bは、イージーピール性に適する加熱温度及び押圧力に設定される。第二シール部4bを形成する当接面113cは、当接面113a,113bよりも加熱温度が低く設定されるか、又は、押圧力が弱く設定されている。なお、第一シール部を形成する箇所と第二シール部を形成する箇所とを同一シールバー上に形成し、その接触方向に対する高さをずらして、すなわちシール強度を弱くする第二シール部の形成に対応する箇所を第一シール部の形成に対応する箇所に対して低く配置することで同一シールバーにて同一圧力で同時にシールしても第一シール部4aよりもシール強度の弱い第二シール部4bを形成することが可能である。これにより、第二シール部4bは第一シール部4a1,4a2よりも低シール強度で、第一シール部4aと第二シール部4bとを同時に形成することができる。
 なお、当接面113cの加熱温度及び押圧力は総合して第二シール部4bの低シール強度を実現できれば良く、加熱温度又は押圧力のいずれかが当接面113a,113bと同じか又は上回っていても問題はない。また、他の方法としては、当接面113cによる熱溶着の時間を当接面113a,113bよりも短くしたり、シール幅を調整することで、シール強度の調整を図ることも可能である。
 縦シール部4を形成する工程の後、下側の横シール部5を形成し、被包装物を充填し、上側の横シール部6を形成し、連続状の袋の境界線を切断することで、図6で示される包装袋11が製造される。製造された包装袋11には、第一シール部4a1,4a2と第二シール部4bが形成される。その後、被包装物Wが十分に冷めるように水を浴びせることにより冷却した後に乾燥して冷却時に浴びせられた水分を蒸発させる。このとき、フィルム端縁部に沿って形成された第二シール部4bによりフィルムの重ね合わせ部に水が入り込むことを抑制でき、包装袋に水分が残存することを防止できる。この製造方法によれば、シール強度が異なる第一シール部4a1,4a2と第二シール部4bを同時に形成することができる。また、シーラント層は単一で良く、第一シール部4a1,4a2と第二シール部4bごとにシール強度が異なる複数のシーラント層を設ける必要もない。
 以上、本発明を適用した実施形態について説明してきたが、本発明が前述の実施形態に限られるものでないことは言うまでもなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲において、多様な変更または改良を加えることが可能である。
 たとえば、第一シール部を単数列又は三列以上の複数列で構成しても良いし、第二シール部を複数列で構成しても良い。また、第一シール部や第二シール部はイージーピールよりもシール強度が高い強シールにより構成しても良い。
 また、図9(a)に示すように、第一シール部4aを幅広に形成し、第二シール部4bを幅狭に形成することでシール強度の調整を図っても良い。
 また、図9(b)に示すように、第二シール部4bを開封口9から間隔をおいて形成しても良い。この場合は、開封時に指で摘む領域が形成され、利便性が高まる。
 また、包装袋は単層フィルムで構成しても良いし、二層以上の積層フィルムで構成しても良い。また、疑似接着された積層フィルムやインフレーション法により押し出された筒状のフィルムを押し潰して偏平にした積層フィルムからなる二重フィルムを用いても良い。
 また、包装袋は、重ね合わせ部を合掌形式としても良い。この場合は、重ね合わせ部を起立した状態としても良いし、折り畳んで伏臥させた状態としても良い。また、第二シール部は、端縁部に位置するように形成しても良いし、端縁部から間隔をおいて形成して端縁部を両開きに折りたたんでも良い。
 また、製造方法は上記実施の形態に限らず、例えば、第一シール部と第二シール部を異なるタイミングで形成しても良い。

Claims (7)

  1.  イージーピール性のシール部を備える包装袋であって、
     前記シール部は、帯状シール部が幅方向に間隔をおいて複数列で配される第一領域と、帯状シール部が単数列で配される第二領域とを備えることを特徴とする包装袋。
  2.  前記単数列のシール幅は、前記複数列のシール幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の包装袋。
  3.  前記シール部は、縦シール部であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の包装袋。
  4.  前記シール部は、複数の平行に配置されたシールバーのシール位置を幅方向においてずらして成形されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の包装袋。
  5.  易開封性を有する縦シール部を備える包装袋であって、
     前記縦シール部は、フィルム端縁部から指で摘める程度の間隔をおいて形成される第一シール部と、前記フィルム端縁部近傍に形成される第二シール部とを備えることを特徴とする包装袋。
  6.  前記第二シール部は前記第一シール部よりもシール強度が低いことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の包装袋。
  7.  封筒貼り形状であることを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の包装袋。
