It extends rearward while staying at a higher position than the tipping lever 2C, and is bent downward from the tipping lever 2C to a position lower than the tipping lever 2C. The casters 3 are provided at the respective rear ends.
As shown in FIG. 3, the front portions of the left and right frames 4B are parallel to each other as shown in FIG. 3, but the rear portions of the left and right frames 4A are formed so as to expand toward the rear. It is.
Thus, when stacking a large number of drip stands 1, the front portions of the left and right frames 4B of the carriage 4 in the rear drip stand 1 are pushed forward relative to the central frame 4A of the carriage 4 in the front drip stand 1. Therefore, a large number of infusion stands 1 can be stacked compactly.
A cylindrical member 14 having a bottomed cylindrical shape is fixed to the central position of the central frame 4A, and the lower end portion of the column 5 is inserted into the cylindrical member 14 (see FIG. 4), and a screw 15 The column 5 is fixed to the cylindrical member 14 by the above.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the crossbar connecting means 12 includes a support member 21 fixed to the support column 5, and the end of the crossbar connecting member 23 is connected to the support member 21 via a pin 22. Are connected so as to be swingable.
The support member 21 includes a main body portion 21A (FIG. 5) formed by bending a flat plate into a substantially U-shape, and the main body portion 21A can be moved up and down with respect to the support column 5 inserted therein. Yes. And it can fix to the support | pillar 5 in a required height position with the fixing screw 24 screwed together by this main-body part 21A.
The support member 21 includes a bracket 21B having a U-shaped cross section fixed to the main body portion 21A. The end portion of the connecting member 23 is inserted into the bracket 21B and is pivotably connected by the pin 22. Yes. Thereby, the crossbar connecting member 23 can swing in the vertical direction in the traveling direction of the wheelchair 2.
The crossbar connecting member 23 is composed of double pipes 23A and 23B. One of the pipes 23A is telescopically fitted into the other pipe 23B, and the fixing screw 25 (FIG. 5) has a required length. ) Can be connected and fixed together.
An engagement member 26 having a U-shaped cross section, which is open at the top, is fixed to the distal end portion of the crossbar connecting member 23, that is, the distal end portion of the pipe 23 </ b> A, and the engagement member 26 intersects the crossbar 13. The portion (see FIG. 2) can be engaged from below.
Further, in this embodiment, a cam mechanism 31 as an urging mechanism is provided in order to continuously engage the engaging member 26 with the intersecting portion of the cross bar 13.
The cam mechanism 31 urges the crossbar connecting member 23 upward when the crossbar connecting member 23 exceeds a thought point C (FIG. 4) provided in the middle of the swinging range, and lowers the crossbar connecting member 23 downward. If it exceeds, the crossbar connecting member 23 can be urged downward.
The cam mechanism 31 includes cam surfaces 32 formed on both end surfaces of the bracket 21B having a U-shaped cross section, and a cam follower 33 is elastically contacted with each cam surface 32 by the elastic force of a spring 34.
A long hole 23C is formed along the longitudinal direction of the pipe 23B of the crossbar connecting member 23, and the cam follower 33 is attached to both ends of a shaft 35 that passes through the long hole 23C. The spring 34 is mounted between a fixed shaft 36 fixed to the pipe 23B on the tip side of the long hole 23C and the shaft 35 to which the cam follower 33 is attached, and each cam follower is caused by the elastic force of the spring 34. 33 is always in elastic contact with each cam surface 32.
The crossbar connecting member 23 can swing between a substantially horizontal position where the engagement member 26 at the tip engages with an intersecting portion of the crossbar 13 and a lower position which is substantially vertically downward. At this time, the cam follower 33 can roll on the cam surface 32.
The cam surface 32 protrudes at an intermediate position in the rolling range of the cam follower 33, that is, at an intermediate portion of the swinging range of the connecting member 23 to retreat the cam follower 33 against the elastic force of the spring 34. A portion 32A is provided, and the protruding portion 32A constitutes the thought point C.
The cam surface adjacent to the projecting portion 32A is retracted from the projecting portion 32A, and the portion beyond the projecting portion 32A is a rising cam surface 32B that swings the connecting member 23 upward. A portion exceeding the lower side is a descending cam surface 32C that swings the connecting member 23 downward. A stopper portion 32D that protrudes outward from the descending cam surface 32C and prevents the cam follower 33 from rolling further is formed at the tip of the descending cam surface 32C.
Therefore, the crossbar connecting member 23 is normally located at a lower position where the cam follower 33 is in elastic contact with the stopper portion 32D (the position indicated by an imaginary line in FIG. 4). The engagement member 26 at the tip is also located at a lower position that does not get in the way.
When the crossbar connecting member 23 is moved upward from this state, the cam follower 33 rolls from the stopper portion 32D toward the protruding portion 32A via the descending cam surface 32C, and accordingly, the spring 34 is compressed.
When the cam follower 33 exceeds the thought point C, which is the protruding portion 32A, the cam follower 33 rolls upward on the rising cam surface 32B by the elastic force of the spring 34. Due to the elastic force, the member is swung upward, and the engaging member 26 is engaged with the crossing portion of the cross bar 13 in due course.
Even when the engaging member 26 engages with the crossing portion of the crossbar 13, the crossbar connecting member 23 is continuously urged upward by the elastic force of the spring 34. The engagement of the cross bar 13 with the crossing portion is maintained.
On the other hand, when the engagement between the engaging member 26 and the crossing portion of the crossbar 13 is released, the crossbar connecting member 23 may be pushed down manually until the cam follower 33 exceeds the protruding portion 32A. As a result, the crossbar connecting member 23 automatically returns to the original lower position.
Next, in FIGS. 1 to 3 (particularly FIG. 2), the handle connecting means 11 is provided with a support member 41 fixed to the support column 5, and left and right handle connections are respectively connected to the support member 41 via pins 42. The end part of the member 43 is connected so that rocking | fluctuation is possible.
Similar to the support member 21 of the crossbar connecting means 12, the support member 41 includes a main body 41A (FIG. 3) formed by bending a flat plate into a substantially U-shape, and the main body 41A is provided in the main body 41A. It can be raised and lowered with respect to the inserted support column 5. And it can fix to the support | pillar 5 in a required height position with the fixing screw 44 screwed together by this main-body part 41A.
The support member 41 is provided with a T-shaped bracket 41B fixed to the main body 41A, and the tip of the T-shaped bracket 41B has a U-shaped section that is open to the left and right. The end portions of the handle connecting member 43 are inserted into the U-shaped portions, respectively, and are connected so as to be swingable by the pins 42. Accordingly, each handle connecting member 43 can swing in the vertical direction in a direction orthogonal to the traveling direction of the wheelchair 2.

A clamping lever 57 that is moved and clamps the handle 2 </ b> A with an elastic member 56 such as rubber provided on the grip body 52 is provided.
The grip body 52 includes two plates 52A (only one is shown in FIG. 6) arranged up and down in parallel with the paper surface of FIG. 6, and a connecting portion 52B that integrally connects both plates 52A. The handle connecting member 43 is integrally connected to a connecting portion 52B located at one end of the grip body 52.
On the lower side of the other end of the grip body 52, a substantially arc-shaped recess 52C that surrounds approximately half of the outer periphery of the handle 2A from above is formed, and the elastic member 56 is attached to this portion in an arc shape. It is.
The clamping lever 57 is bent in a square shape, and its base end is pivotally attached to the grip body 52 by the pin 55. The front end of the sandwiching lever 57 faces the recess 52C. Usually, as shown in FIG. 7, the sandwiching lever 57 is stretched by a tension spring 58 stretched between the sandwiching lever 57 and the grip body 52. Is held in an open position separated from the recess 52C. In this state, the handle 2A can be relatively inserted into the recess 52C.
The opening / closing lever 54 rotates the clamping lever 57 counterclockwise in FIG. 7 against the tension of the spring 58, thereby swinging the tip of the clamping lever 57 toward the concave portion 52C, and the outer periphery of the handle 2A. It can be brought into contact with the lower surface. As a result, the handle 2A can be held between the tip of the holding lever 57 and the elastic member 56, and the grip means 51 can be connected to the handle 2A.
In the above configuration, it is obvious that the drip stand 1 can be used by itself regardless of the presence or absence of the wheelchair 2. At this time, the crossbar connecting member 23 of the crossbar connecting means 12 is held at the lower position by the spring 34 of the cam mechanism 31, and the left and right handle connecting members 43 of the handle connecting means 11 are also positioned at the lower position. Therefore, there is no hindrance when the drip stand 1 is used alone.
When not in use, as described above, the front portions of the left and right frames 4B of the carriage 4 in the rear infusion stand 1 are pushed forward from the central frame 4A of the carriage 4 in the front infusion stand 1, thereby allowing a number of infusion stands. 1 can be compactly stacked.
When connecting the drip stand 1 to the rear part of the wheelchair 2, first, the engaging member 26 of the crossbar connecting member 23 is engaged with the crossing portion of the crossbar 13.
In this case, the length of the crossbar connecting member 23 can be adjusted by fixing the support member 21 in accordance with the height position of the crossing portion of the crossbar 13 and loosening the fixing screw 25 screwed into the pipe 23B. And
If the crossbar connecting member 23 is moved upward from the lower position and the engaging member 26 is engaged with the crossing portion of the crossbar 13 while the fixing screw 25 is loosened, the spring 34 of the cam mechanism 31 is engaged. Thus, the engaged state is maintained.
Next, when the opening / closing lever 54 of the grip means 51 provided at the distal end portion of each handle connecting member 43 is positioned at the open position and the holding lever 57 is positioned at the open position, the support member 41 of the handle connecting means 11 is moved to the column 5. Each of the grip means 51 is loosened while the handle connecting member 43 is swung upward so that the grip means 51 is upward and the support member 41 is moved up and down with respect to the column 5. Is engaged with each handle 2A from above.
At this time, since the fixing screw 25 is loosened so that the length of the crossbar connecting member 23 can be adjusted, the distance between the drip stand 1 and the wheelchair 2 is set so that each grip means 51 is at an appropriate position of each handle 2A. Can be adjusted.
When the grip means 51 is thus positioned at the appropriate position of each handle 2A, the opening / closing lever 54 is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. The handle 2 </ b> A is held between the distal end portion and the elastic member 56. Finally, the fixing screw 44 is tightened to fix the support member 41 of the handle connecting member 43 to the column 5 and the fixing screw 25 is loosened to fix the length of the crossbar connecting member 23. The connecting operation of the drip stand 1 is completed.
In this state, the drip stand 1 is connected to the handle 2A located above and to the left and right of the wheelchair 2 via the handle connecting means 11, and the cross located at the lower center of the wheelchair 2 via the crossbar connecting means 12. It will be connected to the intersection of the bars 13.
Therefore, since the drip stand 1 is connected to the wheelchair 2 at three connection points separated from each other, the drip stand 1 can be connected to the wheelchair 2 in an extremely stable state.
8 to 12 show a second embodiment of the present invention. The drip stand 101 of the present embodiment is similar to the drip stand 1 of the first embodiment described above, and a carriage 104 provided with casters 103, A support column 105 provided upright on the cart 104 and a hook 106 provided on the support column 105 for hanging an infusion bag or the like are provided.
The support column 105 is provided with a handle 107 for moving the drip stand 101 and a support member 141 that is swingably connected to the left and right handle connecting members 143 constituting the handle connecting means 111. Unlike the first embodiment, this embodiment has a configuration in which both are integrally connected. Then, the handle 107 and the support member 141 can be fixed to the support column 105 at a required height position by loosening the fixing screw 144 (FIG. 8) and lifting and lowering both of them together and tightening the fixing screw 144. It is.
In the present embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, an expansion / contraction mechanism 160 (FIGS. 11 and 12) for extending and contracting the entire length of the left and right handle connecting members 143 is provided.
Since the left and right handle coupling members 143 have the same configuration, the configuration of the expansion / contraction mechanism 160 provided on the right handle coupling member 143 will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12. Is composed of an outer cylinder 143A and an inner cylinder 143B, and the left end portion of the inner cylinder 143B is slidably fitted to the right end portion of the outer cylinder 143A so that the entire length of the handle connecting member 143 can be expanded and contracted. .
A pin 161 in the diametrical direction is provided at a substantially central portion of the outer cylinder 143A. The pin 161 penetrates a long hole 162 (see FIG. 12) formed in the axial direction of the inner cylinder 143B, and at the same time, in the inner cylinder 143B. The provided cylindrical spring seat 163 penetrates in the diameter direction and is integrally fixed to the spring seat 163. As a result, the pin 161 is prevented from falling off from the outer cylinder 143A and the inner cylinder 143B.
Both ends of the pin 161 are engaged with a circumferential elongated hole 164 (see FIG. 11) formed in the outer cylinder 143A, so that the pin 161 does not move in the axial direction of the handle connecting member 143. At the same time, the inner cylinder 143B can be rotated by the length of the long hole 164 with respect to the outer cylinder 143A. Further, the inner cylinder 143B can be expanded and contracted in the axial direction by the length of the long hole 162 with respect to the outer cylinder 143A.
A grip means 151 having the same configuration as that of the first embodiment is provided at the right end portion of the inner cylinder 143B. The grip means 151 includes a shaft portion 166 fixed to the connecting portion 152B (FIG. 11). The shaft portion 166 is rotatable at the right end portion of the inner cylinder 143B with the longitudinal direction of the handle connecting member 143 as a rotation axis. It is mated.
Further, a long hole 167 in the circumferential direction is formed at the right end portion of the inner cylinder 143B, and grip means is obtained by engaging both ends of the pin 168 in the diameter direction fixed to the shaft portion 166 with the long hole 167. 151 is connected to the inner cylinder 143B so as to be rotated by the length of the long hole 167.
A compression spring 170 is elastically provided between the spring seat 163 and the shaft portion 166 of the grip means 151 inside the inner cylinder 143B, and is fixed to the left end of the spring seat 163 and the inner cylinder 143B. A compression spring 172 is also provided between the pin 171 and the pin 171.
The two compression springs 170 and 172 have the same configuration, that is, the same natural length and spring constant. Therefore, the spring seat 163 has a shaft portion by the elastic force of the two compression springs 170 and 172. It is held at an intermediate position between the left end surface of 166 and the pin 171. In this state, the pin 161 provided on the spring seat 163 is held at an intermediate position of the long hole 162 in the axial direction.
The left end portion of the outer cylinder 143A is swingably connected to the support member 141 by a pin 142 as in the first embodiment. That is, the support member 141 is provided with a bracket 141B, and the front end portion of the bracket 141B has a U-shaped section that is open to the left and right. Then, the left end portion of the outer cylinder 143A constituting the handle connecting member 143 is inserted into each U-shaped portion and connected to the pin 142 so as to be swingable. Accordingly, each handle connecting member 143 can swing in the vertical direction in a direction orthogonal to the traveling direction of the wheelchair 2.
11 and 12, when the telescopic mechanism 160 is not in operation, the pin 161 provided on the spring seat 163 is engaged with the long hole 164 in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the pin 161 and the spring seat 163 are external cylinders. It is not moved in the axial direction of 143A.
The spring seat 163 is held at an intermediate position between the left end surface of the shaft portion 166 provided on the inner cylinder 143B and the pin 171 by the elastic force of the two compression springs 170 and 172 as described above. The grip means 151 provided at the right end of the inner cylinder 143B is also held at that position.
Further, as described above, in this state, the pin 161 provided on the spring seat 163 is held at an intermediate position of the axial long hole 162 provided on the inner cylinder 143B.
From this state, for example, when the gripping means 151 is pushed to the left in FIGS. 11 and 12, the inner cylinder 143B is moved to the left with respect to the outer cylinder 143A, the pin 161 and the spring seat 163 are Since the outer cylinder 143A cannot move in the axial direction, the compression spring 170 on the right side of the spring seat 163 is compressed and the compression spring 172 on the left side is extended.
On the other hand, when the gripping means 151 is pulled to the right in FIGS. 11 and 12, the inner cylinder 143B is moved to the right with respect to the outer cylinder 143A, the compression spring is located to the right of the spring seat 163. As 170 is extended, the left compression spring 172 is compressed.
In any case, if the force for pushing or pulling the grip means 151 is released, the grip means 151 is returned to the inoperative position shown in the figure where the elastic forces of the two compression springs 170 and 172 are balanced. .
Also in this embodiment, each grip means 151 is connected and fixed to each handle 2A of the wheelchair 2 while raising and lowering the support member 141 with the fixing screw 144 loosened, as in the first embodiment described above. When the fixing screw 144 is tightened, the drip stand 101 can be connected to the wheelchair 2 without expanding or contracting the entire length of the handle connecting member 143.
When the drip stand 101 is connected to the wheelchair 2 and the drip stand 101 is shifted from the center position of the wheelchair 2 to the left and right, one of the extension mechanisms 160 is compressed and the other extension mechanism 160 is extended. Therefore, the drip stand 101 can be held at the center position of the wheelchair 2 by the spring force of both the expansion and contraction mechanisms 160. In other words, the elastic force of the compression springs 170 and 172 of the both expansion / contraction mechanisms 160 only needs to be able to hold the drip stand 101 at the center position of the wheelchair 2, and such a large repulsive force is not required.
By the way, after the drip stand 101 is connected to the wheelchair 2, when the patient sits on the wheelchair 2, the wheelchair 2 is distorted and both the handles 2A are slightly tilted inward, and the interval between the two handles 2A is narrowed. Sometimes.
When the distance between the two handles 2A becomes narrow, a compressive force acts on the handle connecting means 143 and the grip means 151. However, if the telescopic mechanism 160 is not provided, a large compressive force acts on the handle connecting member 143 and the grip means 151. Therefore, it becomes difficult to smoothly remove the grip means 151 from the handle 2A. It is also difficult to disengage the grip means 151 from the handle 2A while the patient is sitting on the wheelchair 2, and then connect the grip means 151 to the handle 2A again.
On the other hand, since the expansion / contraction mechanism 160 is provided in the present embodiment, the expansion / contraction mechanism 160 can absorb the compression force when the distance between the two handles 2A becomes narrow, and the handle connecting member 143 and the grip means 151 can be absorbed. The compression force applied to the compression springs 170 and 172 of the compression springs can be used. Accordingly, this makes it possible to easily disengage the grip means 151 from the handle 2A and to easily connect the grip means 151 to the handle 2A again.
It should be noted that, after the drip stand 101 is connected to the wheelchair 2 while the patient is sitting on the wheelchair 2, the distance between the two handles 2A increases when the patient gets off the wheelchair 2. The expansion of the interval between the handles 2A can be absorbed by the expansion / contraction mechanism 160, and the drip stand 101 can be prevented from floating and becoming unstable.
Further, even when the wheelchair 2 is distorted and the distance between the two handles 2A is changed when the wheelchair 2 is stepped over a level difference, the impact applied to the handle connecting member 143 by the telescopic mechanism 160 can be reduced. The damage to the connecting member 143 and the impact applied to the wheelchair 2 can be alleviated, and the discomfort felt by the patient due to the breakage or impact of the wheelchair 2 can be alleviated.
Further, in this embodiment, each grip means 151 can be rotated within the total length of the long holes 164 and 167 with the longitudinal direction of the handle connecting member 143 as the rotation axis. When connecting and fixing the wheel to each handle 2A of the wheelchair 2, the operation can be made easier.
In this embodiment, the configuration of the carriage 104 is different from that of the first embodiment.
That is, when the drip stand 101 of this embodiment is connected to the wheelchair 2, the cart 104 in this embodiment extends in the horizontal direction in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the wheelchair 2, and both ends thereof are bent downward. The central frame 104A (FIG. 9) and the left and right frames 104B connected to the left and right of the central frame 104A and extending in the traveling direction of the wheelchair 2 are generally H-shaped (see FIG. 10).
In the present embodiment, the left and right frames 104B are formed in a dogleg shape in the horizontal plane at a position lower than the tipping lever 2C so that an assistant can step on the tipping lever 2C. . The front side of the central frame 104A in the left and right frames 104B is parallel to each other so that the portion can be pushed into the lower part of the wheelchair 2, and the rear side of the central frame 104A is not disturbed by the assistant. It has been expanded into a square shape.
And the caster 103 is attached to the front-end | tip part and rear-end part of each left-right frame 104B.
The central portion of the central frame 104A connecting the left and right frames 104B extends in a horizontal direction at a position higher than the height position of the left and right frames 104B so that the left and right frames 104B can be inserted below the central portion. Both end portions are bent downward rapidly and connected to the left and right frames 104B.
Accordingly, in the present embodiment, when stacking a large number of drip stands 101, as shown in FIG. 10, the front portions of the right and left frames 104B on the rear drip stand 101 are replaced with the left and right frames of the front drip stand 101.
