移动式塔吊座 技术领域
本发明设计建筑领域,特别是涉及一种建筑用工具避免浪费,拆卸组装持续使用的移动式塔吊座。
背景技术
目前,高层建筑所用的材料大多采用塔吊吊送,为了将建筑材料送至建筑物的各个点,需设计有较长的塔梁,因塔梁过长在提吊材料时会产生一定的偏心力,为了保证塔吊的稳定牢固,必须得有一个牢固的塔座,目前所采用的是在所要建筑的建筑物一侧挖一土坑用混凝土和钢筋浇筑,然后将塔吊固装上,可此法却造成极大浪费而且后期还留下一个大麻烦,一个混凝土塔座需水泥100吨以上,钢筋也需几吨,人工也需一大笔开支,这样算来一个混凝土塔座就需浪费人民币40-50万元,如果以后在建筑物地下有其他建设时还得将混凝土塔吊座拆除,而塔吊在移至下一作业点时还是如此,这样算来每建一栋楼房都要浪费上百吨水泥和几吨钢筋,全世界将浪费多少资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述的无端浪费,提供一种移动式塔吊座,本发明不仅组装与拆卸简单,且连续使用,移动方便,减少资源浪费,本发明目的是无需用混凝土和钢筋作为稳固基座,将其改为组合箱体,箱体内填装配重物(如将挖出的土回填箱体内或将箱体周边用防渗布围好注入水),节省人力,每台塔吊只配一台本发明即可,且制造成本低。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所提出的技术方案是;一种移动式塔吊座包括 架座、隔板、箱体、底梁、拉梁、塔吊架、交叉组件、丁组件和角组件;所述隔板为多块,其两端设置凸头,首先由设置有凹槽的丁组件和角组件组装成一大正方立体箱体,再由设置有四个凹槽的交叉组件在正方体内组成多个小正方立体箱体,所述交叉组件、丁组件和角组件均设有螺杆孔,由螺栓通过其孔连接拉梁和底部的底梁,所述梁座设置在拉梁的中间上部,其上固装塔吊架。
进一步的,所述隔板为多组,高、宽、厚为同一尺寸。
进一步的,所述拉梁为“米”字型,固装每个交叉组件、丁组件和角组件。
进一步的,所述底梁设置在隔板底部,其上对应着交叉组件、丁组件和角组件的螺杆孔处焊装有螺母,底梁上装置铺板(可选木板或硬质塑料板。)
进一步的,所述交叉组件、丁组件和角组件的高与隔板高等同。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的实用效果有;
1、本发明的结构简单,装卸方便快捷,制造成本低。
2、本发明的设置为组合式,组合后完全达到为一整体坚固效果;
3,本发明将挖出的土回填至隔板组合的箱体内,从而起到应有的配重效果,而工程完成后分别将隔板及组合件提出即可,节省后期回填土坑工作;
4、本发明运输及存放方便占用空间小;
5、本发明浪费小,完工后只需损失底梁(如果加注“水”则底座可取出);
6、本发明的塔吊座大小随意可调,建筑物高则需塔吊座大,只需多组装隔板即可;

本发明的实施方式
本发明是将目前塔吊所使用的混凝土式塔吊座改进为多组一定厚度钢板制成,同一规格,带有凸头的隔板组合成所需尺寸,一大整体立方体箱体,为了加强其坚固性,中间由间隔成多个小正方立体型箱体,下面结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式;
如图2、图3所示:一种移动式塔吊座,包括架座1、拉梁2、螺栓3、箱体4、隔板5、交叉组件13、丁组件14、角组件15和底梁20,隔板5由交叉组件13、丁组件14、角组件15组合后,设置在拉梁2和底梁20中间,拉梁2由螺栓3通过交叉组件13、丁组件14、角组件15中的螺杆孔18与设置在底梁20上的螺母21连接,组成多个立方形箱体4,其中底梁20上设有铺板,架座1固装在拉梁2中部,塔吊架6固装在架座上。
如图4a、图4b、图4c和图6所示,其中每个隔板5两端均焊装凸头17,分别与交叉组件13、丁组件14和角组件15上所设置的凹槽16咬合。
如图1、图5所示,在实施组装具体应用时:
实施例一,先在所需设置移动式塔座位置, 按需要大小挖一土坑,将底梁20放入土坑内组装完后(如图3所示)铺好铺板,首先取两块隔板5,分别与角组件15上的凹槽16插好后垂直放在底梁20四个角 的其中一角上 ,用螺栓3通过角组件15内的螺杆孔18与螺母21拧牢后再取丁组件14与以放好的隔板5插接后用螺栓3通过丁组件14内的螺杆孔18与螺母21拧牢,如此程序将底梁20周围装完,再取交叉组件13和隔板5,将隔板5一侧插入已装好的丁组件14的凹槽16内,一侧与交叉组件13插牢后将螺栓3通过交叉组件13内的螺杆孔18与螺母21拧牢,如此交叉将隔板5插装在交叉组件13内4个凹槽16中,通过交叉组件13将由角组件15和丁组件14组成的正方型立体箱体4分割多个小正方型立体箱体4 ,以达到增加移动塔吊座的整体牢固性。
实施例二,以移动式塔吊座中心为点,分别设置8根拉梁2,其中4根分别与箱体4上的四个角的角组件15上的螺杆3连接拧牢,并与其跨过的交叉组件13上的螺杆3拧牢,另4根垂直分别与四个方向的丁组件14上的螺杆3 拧牢,并与其跨过的交叉组件13上的螺杆3拧牢,此时拉梁2在箱体4上组成一“米”字形。将组装好的交叉组件、丁组件14和角组件15用防尘布19封好以防进土(防止拆除时被咬紧)此时将之前在坑中取出的土回填至各个正方立体型箱体4内,(也可以把各箱体用防渗水材料封好注满水),再将架座1固装在个方向拉梁2的交叉点上端后,固装塔吊架6。
实施例三,工程完工后需将塔吊移至其他工地时,首先拆掉塔吊和塔吊架6,再拆下架座1和各方向的拉梁2后,将所有螺栓3拧出用起吊器(如导链、吊车),首先将移动式塔吊座周边的角组件15、丁组件14提出后再将交叉组件13逐个提出,在提各组件时需压住周边隔板5(此法易拉出各组件),最后将隔板5逐一提出,此时只有底梁20被留于地下,如各立体型箱体4内注入的是水在拆卸时如上所述,最后的底梁也可以取出。

工业实用性
本发明的组合设计有利于安装和拆卸,有利于运输保存,占用空间小,一台塔吊只需配装一组本发明,节省资源,无需每建一栋楼房都浪费上百吨水泥和几顿钢材。
本发明的正方体型不限于具体形状,可根据建筑工程的地理情况组装各种形状,只需达到塔吊所需的安全需求即可。有利于运输保存。
