本发明专利发明的核心:高压气体产生的动能做功即本发明专利是利用高压气体发生器给高压水发生器内的水加压或者给高压气罐充气,然后用高压的水或者高压的空气产生的动能做功清除污物。本发明专利所指的词义,概念解释:1、高压:是指大于一个大气压的压力,具体说是需要使用的时候高压水发生器的储气室内、高压气罐内和马桶主体内的气压要大于外面的大气压。2、高压水:普通水经过高压气体加压后可以转化成具有一定动能的水。3、高压气体发生器:能够产生高压气体的设备,分类(1)人力式的包括手动式或者脚踏式高压气筒等,(2)非人力式的电动的高压气泵等。4、高压水发生器:可以产生高压水的设备,分类(1)可以自由结合-分离的分体式:高压水箱加外部的高压气体发生器组合(2)固定的一体式:高压气体发生器直接和高压水箱结合为一体,比如市场上已经有的水桶式人力洗车设备。5、角度a:如图1所示是垂线2与侧壁3的夹角。不是单一的一个角也不是度数固定的一个死角度。只要能够起到相应的作用即可:大便时候,大便不容易喷到侧壁上,万一喷到又不容易粘连会很快滑落进入水封。马桶主体内部上沿向外的切线与重力线的夹角,这个夹角越大越不利于大便的接触侧壁越有利于大便的滑落。因为角度a的存在大便的整个区域是一个上口小下口大的近似的立体圆柱体。当角度a=0时候即与垂线重合,这时候大便的整个区域是一个上口等于下口的近似的立体圆柱体。6、角度b:如图1所示是垂线2与斜面9 的夹角,这个角度越小越有利于大便的滑落越不利于大便粘连。7、马桶盖:是要能够密闭的并且可以长期承受高压而不损坏,密闭方式不限;闲置时候,有效隔离防止反味;冲马桶的时候可以隔音降低噪音污染。8、座便器的马桶主体:指本发明专利设计的包括马桶盖在内的可以密闭的有特殊形状特殊要求的马桶便盆即三圆屁股盆;三圆屁股盆:三圆指以肛门为圆心的三个同心圆,最小的圆1是指肛门的最大面积,实际产品看不到,外侧的第二个圆2是承载屁股重量区域的内侧边缘,第三个圆3是指承载屁股重量区域的外侧边缘,圆2圆3之间是承载屁股重量的区域,圆2圆3之间的形状是人自然端坐时候屁股自然形成的弧度曲线,使人感觉舒适;三圆屁股盆固定了肛门的位置也就固定了大便的坠落区域也就保证了马桶盆最小的污染程度;三圆屁股盆的水平方向的横断面是近似的圆形或者近似的椭圆形。9、座便器的一般马桶主体:指除了内部的形状一般以外其它的与座便器的马桶主体要求一样的马桶便盆。10、蹲便器的马桶主体:马桶盆的开口要比座便器的更大一些,座便式改为蹲便式,其他的方面与座便器的马桶主体要求一样。11、蹲便器的一般马桶主体:马桶盆是一般的蹲便器马桶盆,其他的方面与蹲便器的马桶主体要求一样。声明:本发明包括座便器和蹲便器。原理一样:座便器和蹲便器一样都可以使用。
高压气体发生器:1、非人力式:如果用电做动力需要使用相关的装置增加了成本,虽然节水但是又用了电,不符合总体的节能环保要求。2、人力式:脚踏式和手动式高压气筒运动量控制在10次以内最好是5次以内比较适合,次数过多费时费力易疲劳。使用高压气罐时候,如果想得到相应的足够多的高压就需要高压气筒的容积比较大,但是如果过大太费力又不容易使用。综合费力和次数因素考虑,容积控制在2-4升比较合适:不太费力次数不多。3、高压气体发生器可以与高压水发生器或者高压气罐自由分离或者结合。4、高压气体发生器产生的高压气体可以一物多用:可以给电脑等电器除尘,可以给轮胎等充气等。
高压水发生器:1、分类:可以自由结合-分离的分体式和固定的一体式2、分体式的高压水发生器除去高压气体发生器以外的是高压水箱:总体是密闭的可以打开进行安装维修工作。上部分是储气室,下部分是储水室。有单向的进水、进气口及阀门,有单向的出水口。有单向的进水阀门可以连接自来水、中水或者二次水。还设有相应控制进出水的水件:浮子及包括有大小2档的放水按钮等的水件等。3、固定的一体式高压水发生器在分体式的高压水发生器的高压水箱的基础上还要增加高压气体发生器,也就是高压气体的来源有二个,起到了备份作用。鉴于现阶段市场上的高压气筒的使用寿命等因素,这个备份很有意义。还可以设置气压表或者减压阀。
高压气罐:有单向的进气口、出气口以及控制进气和出气的阀门。还可以设置气压表或者减压阀。可以考虑用汽车轮胎的进气阀门使用的材料技术等。充气后的高压气罐除了高压气体发生器的使用途径外还可以结合相应的水管系统变成“高压水枪”:清洗除尘等。
马桶主体:1、包括:三圆屁股盆的马桶盆、马桶盖和密闭装置,密闭装置把马桶盖和马桶盆密闭起来并且可以长期承受高压力而不损坏。2、设置若干的上下二层进水进气口:上面一层给整个马桶内部表面清洁,下面一层设置在斜面a的顶端专门负责清洁斜面a。3、大便坠落在斜面上然后滑落进入水封,水坑不在肛门的正下方。4、综合需要的压力和人使用高压气体发生器的情况等因素马桶主体的容积2-4升比较合适。有时候,高压气体或者高压水冲击大便时候不可避免的会有少量的大便会反激到马桶壁上,因此马桶主体需要一定的高度避免大便反激到马桶盖上。大便时候,只要能够保证大小便顺利排泄进马桶就可以,马桶使用时候上表面过多的暴露除了散发气味没有其他的意义。考虑肛门的宽度及避免排泄到马桶壁上:宽度要在4厘米以上9厘米左右比较合适。考虑肛门口到小便口的距离及避免排泄到马桶壁上:长度在10厘米以上25厘米左右比较合适。5、马桶主体的制作可以参考成熟的高压锅使用的不粘锅的材料、技术、工艺等生产:耐酸碱耐腐蚀、可以承受高压,污物还不易粘挂,使用寿命长。
水封:因为本发明专利各个部分都是密闭的,马桶盖一般都是密闭的只有使用时才打开,水封的容积1升以内应该就可以了,0.5升可能也够用。马桶内部的水封液面宽度7在5厘米以内:以保证大便比较少的时候,高气压最大程度的给大便做功。
水坑:也就是马桶盆内的水。马桶堵的原因之一是:有时候大便有一定的长度比如20厘米,一般马桶的水坑最长的边长比如10厘米,大便要想出去就需要折断或者打碎这样就可能会堵。为了避免此情况的发生,本发明马桶主体的水坑要求:宽在5厘米以内也就是水封液面(7)宽度在5厘米以内,长在10厘米以上的长方体。顶点的角度可以是圆弧形的。整个水封的长度一致即10厘米以上,后面的下水管道也可以考虑做这个长度的形状。
本发明专利工作过程:马桶盖密闭后,高压水发生器的储水室充满水,使用高压气体发生器给高压水发生器和高压气罐充气到足够大,方法1、节水最大的方法:用高压气体做功把污物冲出马桶然后用小档阀门放水清洁马桶后用作水封:用水最少。方法2、用水较多的快速方法:直接用大档阀门放水清洁马桶:用水比较多,省时省力。方法3、完全不使用清洁的自来水:把中水或者二次水直接放进马桶后再用高压气体做功完成任务或者直接用高压气体做功完成任务,最后用少量的中水或者二次水冲洗一下马桶壁然后用做水封:最环保。
本发明的有益效果:1、节水省钱:大便3升以内小便1升以内。2、卫生:大小便不会反溅到身上;三圆屁股盆的特殊设计保证了除了大便坠落的斜面其他的地方几乎不会有大便接触的情况;马桶除了使用时候其它的情况一般是密闭的即使水封没有水了也不会反味;冲马桶的时候细菌不会有漂浮污染;蟑螂等不会通过马桶爬入室内。3、省时省力省钱环保:马桶主体的特殊形状设计和不粘涂层的使用确保了马桶壁的卫生也就不用专门使用化学清洁剂清洗了。4、使用寿命长:借鉴高压锅的使用寿命,可以把不粘涂层多刷几层。5、噪音低:马桶整体都是密闭的,高压气体或者少量高压水做功噪音自然低。6、高压气体发生器等可以一物多用。7、不会堵:高压气体产生的动能强大以及水坑的形状和尺寸。8、使用更舒适:人性化设计的三圆屁股盆符合人的人体工程学和人体力学结构。
本发明的最佳实施方式是最节能环保的方式:即可以最大程度的节水也可以不增加其他的能源消耗。考虑到现在市场上人力式高压气筒的无故障使用寿命,人力式高压气体发生器、一体式高压水发生器共同配置更好。完整版A:人力式高压气体发生器、一体式高压水发生器、高压气罐和马桶主体组成。
把马桶盖密闭后,清理方式:第一类大便1、节水最大的方法:用人力式高压气体发生器给高压气罐冲够气后,打开出气阀用高压气体清理大便;用一体式高压水发生器给水罐中的水加压到足够大,打开小阀门开关放水冲洗马桶主体。2、用水较多的快速方法:用一体式高压水发生器或者高压气体发生器给高压水箱中的水加压到足够大,打开大阀门开关放水冲洗马桶主体。大便比较少时也可以打开小阀门开关放水冲洗马桶主体。第二类小便:用一体式高压水发生器或者高压气体发生器给高压水箱中的水加压到足够大,打开小阀门开关放水冲洗马桶主体。
快速省力而且节水最大的方法:可以使用非人力的高压气体发生器产生的高压气体完成任务,然后用一点水冲洗马桶壁就可以了。但是增加了电能的消耗,增加了电泵等的成本投入增加了维修维护成本等等。总体上不够节能环保。因为使用方法、原理等相似,下面只是把人力的高压气体发生器部分的组合方式区别的重点列出来。如果是以本发明专利为基础为核心又增加了其他的功能并没有实质的差异也属于本发明的保护范围。下面是本发明的部分实施方式,不以此限定本发明的保护范围。
座便器:1、完整版B:高压气体发生器、一体式高压水发生器、高压气罐和一般马桶主体组成。
2、简化版A1:完整版A不用高压气罐,其他的不变,可以降低成本,水要用的多一些。
3、简化版B1:完整版B不用高压气罐,其他的不变,可以降低成本,水要用的多一些。
4、完整版C:分体式高压水发生器即高压水箱、高压气体发生器、高压气罐和马桶主体组成。
5、完整版D:分体式高压水发生器即高压水箱、高压气体发生器、高压气罐和一般马桶主体组成。
6、简化版A2:完整版A不用高压气罐和高压气体发生器,一体式高压水发生器和马桶主体组成。
7、简化版B2:完整版B不用高压气罐和高压气体发生器,一体式高压水发生器和一般马桶主体组成。
8、简化版C:完整版C不用高压气罐,分体式高压水发生器即高压水箱、高压气体发生器、和马桶主体组成。
9、简化版D:完整版D不用高压气罐,分体式高压水发生器即高压水箱、高压气体发生器、和一般马桶主体组成。
蹲便器:与座便器没有本质的区别,按照上面的例子进行简单替换即可。实际上只要把上面说的座便器中的马桶主体开口变大并且换成蹲式,其他的不变,一样可以节水。
原理是一样的方法是相似的。下面以最简单的方案说明,不以此限定本发明的保护范围。
打开马桶盖1使用:大便坠落斜面9的下半部分然后滑入水封6,小便排便到斜面11上然后经过斜面9滑入水封6。使用完毕后密闭马桶盖1,打开进水阀门17上满水,浮子16封闭进水口17,可以关闭进水阀门17。使用高压气体发生器19或者使用外部的高压气体发生器通过单向进气口18进气到足够大为止。快速清理方法:直接打开水件12的大阀门放水。高压水通过出水口15从进水口1和10喷出冲洗马桶壁3、斜面11和9后,给大小便及水封水做功后一起通过水封6下水道5排泄到主下水道。更加节水方法:使用外部的高压气体发生器给高压气罐充气到足够大然后打开出气阀门高压气体通过高压气罐的出气口从进气口1和10喷出吹净马桶壁3、斜面11和9后,再给大小便及水封水做功后一起通过水封6下水道5排泄到主下水道。最后用水件12的小阀门打开水冲洗一下马桶即可。最节能环保的方法:再用高压气体清理完毕后打开马桶盖1手动直接使用中水或者二次水冲洗一下马桶壁3、斜面11和9即可。
说明书附图说明:所有的图片、比例等都是示意图,并不准确不可以用做生产产品的准确图纸。
主图也是说明书摘要的附图即图1:马桶主体侧视图的剖面图。1-马桶主体的上边缘或者上一层的进水进气口或者马桶盖。2a和2b-垂线即重力线:说明问题的辅助线,实际产品并不存在此线,2a2b之间是大便的排泄区域:2a2b之间1的区域是肛门所在区域,2a2b之间9的区域是大便的坠落区域。3-马桶侧壁。4-角度a是垂线2与侧壁3的夹角。5-马桶主体外部的下水道。6-水封。7-水面或者马桶内部的水面宽度。8-角度b是垂线2a与斜面9 的夹角。9-斜面a,上半部分可以是小便的排便区域;靠近水封的下半部分是大便的坠落区域。10-下面一层进水进气口。11-斜面b是小便的排便区域:小便经过斜面b的反射后方向是向下的保证了小便不容易反激到身上。斜面a和斜面b可以是弧形还可以用弧线连接。
图2是一体式高压水发生器,如果去掉高压气体发生器19就是分体式高压水发生器用的高压水箱。12-包括大小阀门等控制出水的水件。13-气压表或者减压阀。14-满水的水面。15-出水口。16-浮子。17-单向进水口及阀门。18-单向进气口及阀门。19-高压气体发生器。水面14以下是储水室以上是储气室。
图3是三圆屁股盆的俯视图:20-圆3。21-圆2。22-圆1。11-小便区域。
图4是斜面9的一种变式:马桶盆的容积更小,角度8也更小。9-上半部分9b可以是小便的排便区域;靠近水封的下半部分9a是大便的坠落区域。其他的数字含义同上。

Claims (1)

  1. 1. 一种新式高压节水马桶由高压气体发生器、高压水发生器、高压气罐、马桶主体构成并且所有的组件部分都是密闭的而且要能够长期承受高压气体或者高压水产生的压力和冲击力而不损坏;所述的高压是指大于一个大气压的压力。
    2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种新式高压节水马桶其特征是:所述的高压气体发生器是指能够产生高压气体的设备且与高压水发生器或者高压气罐可以自由分离或者结合。
    3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种新式高压节水马桶其特征是:所述的高压水发生器整体是密闭的是可以产生高压水的设备,其上半部分是储气室下半部分是储水室;设置有单向的进水、进气口及相应的控制阀门,有单向的出水口;设有包括控制进水的浮子及大小2档的放水按钮等在内的相应控制出水的水件;可以分类为自由结合-分离的分体式和固定的一体式,固定的一体式的高压气体的来源有二个;还可以设置气压表或者减压阀。
    4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种新式高压节水马桶其特征是:所述的高压气罐的整体是密闭的,设置单向的进气口和出气口以及控制进气和出气的阀门;还可以设置气压表或者减压阀。
    5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种新式高压节水马桶其特征是:所述的马桶主体包括:三圆屁股盆的马桶盆、马桶盖和密闭装置;所述的密闭装置是把马桶盖和马桶盆密闭起来并且可以长期承受高压力而不损坏的设备;所述的三圆屁股盆符合人的人体工程学和人体力学结构,固定了肛门的位置;三圆屁股盆的水平方向的横断面是近似的圆形或者近似的椭圆形;所述的角度a等于0或者大于0,是垂线(2)与侧壁(3)的夹角;所述的角度b是垂线(2)与斜面(9 )的夹角;所述的水坑不在肛门的正下方;所述的进水进气口设置若干的上下二层,下面一层设置在斜面a的顶端专门负责清洁斜面a;所述的斜面a上半部分可以是小便的排便区域,靠近水封的下半部分是大便的坠落区域;所述的斜面b是小便的排便区域,小便经过斜面b的反射后方向是向下的;所述的三圆屁股盆的成品可以参考成熟的高压锅使用的不粘锅的材料、技术、工艺等生产制作;所述的水坑要求:宽在5厘米以内,长在10厘米以上的近似长方体。
