Abstract

一种分体易换的万向轮，包括依次连接的包角件（1）、推力轴承（2）、转子扣（3）、轮支架（4）、滑轮（5）。转子扣（3）通过一转轴（6）连接在包角件（1）下部，滑轮（5）通过一转轴（6）连接在轮支架（4）上，转子扣（3）上设置有卡扣（31），对应地在轮支架（4）上方设置有卡孔（41），卡扣（31）和卡孔（41）可配合连接。轮轴（7）两端设置有轮轴盖（71）。轮支架（4）的上端面设置有一圆形转子槽，转子扣（3）为圆形，可放置在转子槽内。该万向轮采用可拆卸的结构，使滑轮在不使用或者是收纳的时候可以摘除，具有节省空间及使收纳整齐的优点。

一种分体易换的万向轮
技术领域：
本发明属于箱包滑轮领域中的可拆卸滑轮， 具体涉及的是一种分体易换的 万向轮。
背景技术：
现有的安装在箱包底部或者是婴儿车等滑动物品下端的滑轮， 多数是不可 拆卸的， 在收纳或者是摆放的时候， 底部的脚轮往往比较占用空间， 摆放起来 很不方便。
发明内容：
针对现有技术存在的缺陷， 本发明的 的是提供一种可以克服上述缺陷 的， 方便更换及拆卸的分体易换的万向轮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是： 一种分体易换的万向轮， 关 键在于所述万向轮包括依次连接的包角件、 推力轴承、 转子扣、 轮支架、 滑 轮， 所述的转子扣通过一转轴连接在包角件下部， 所述的滑轮通过一转轴连接 在轮支架上， 所述的转子扣上设置有卡扣， 对应地在轮支架上方设置有卡孔， 卡扣和卡孔可配合连接。
所述的转轴两端设置有转轴盖。
所述的轮支架的上端面设置有一圆形转子槽， 所述的转子扣为圆形， 可放 置在转子槽内。 所述的包角件包括有一内压角， 所述的内压角可直接通过螺丝连接在箱包 底部。
所述的圆形转子扣侧边对称设置有两个卡扣， 对应地在轮支架上设置有两 个卡孔。
本发明的分体易换的万向轮采用可拆卸的结构， 使滑轮在不使用或者是收 纳的时候可以摘除， 具有节省空间及使收纳整齐的优点。

具体实施方式-.
如图 1至图 3所示， 一种分体易换的万向轮， 其特征在于所述万向轮包括 依次连接的包角件 1、 推力轴承 2、 转子扣 3、 轮支架 4、 滑轮 5 , 所述的转子 扣通过一转轴 6连接在包角件下部， 所述的滑轮通过一轮轴 7连接在轮支架 上， 所述的转子扣 3上设置有卡扣 31， 对应地在轮支架 4上方设置有卡孔 41 , 卡扣和卡孔可配合连接。 所述的包角件 1、 转子扣 3、 轮支架 4、 滑轮 5均 为塑料制作。 所述的滑轮 5外壳包有塑胶， 起到防震的作用。 所述的包角件 1 可与箱包或者是车体的底部通过螺栓或者螺丝连接， 所述的转子扣 3和轮支架 4可自由拆卸连接。 所述的推力轴承 2设置在包角件 1与转子扣 3之间。
所述的轮轴 7两端设置有轮轴盖 71。 轮轴盖 71可以将轮轴 7紧固密封在 轴孔的固定位置内。 防止轮轴 7松脱。 所述的轮支架的上端面设置有一圆形转子槽， 所述的转子扣为圆形， 可放 置在转子槽内。 使整个脚轮的结构更紧凑， 更坚固耐用。
所述的包角件包括有一内压角 1 1。 内压角 1 1可垫压在箱包或者是车体下 方， 起连接作用。
所述的圆形转子扣侧边对称设置有两个卡扣 31 , 对应地在轮支架上设置有 两个卡孔 41。 成对设计的卡扣 31和卡孔 41可方便拆卸的时候按压。
所述的卡扣 31 为具有一定弹性的卡位扣， 可采用塑料本身的弹性作为回弹力 支撑体， 也可以采用在转子扣内部设置弹性金属的结构。

1. 一种分体易换的万向轮， 其特征在于所述万向轮包括依次连接的包角件
( 1 ) 、 推力轴承（2 ) 、 转子扣 （3 ) 、 轮支架 （4 ) 、 滑轮 （5 ) , 所述的 转子扣通过一转轴 （6)连接在包角件下部， 所述的滑轮通过一轮轴 （7)连 接在轮支架上， 所述的转子扣 （3) 上设置有卡扣 （31 ) ， 对应地在轮支架
(4)上方设置有卡孔 （41 ) , 卡扣和卡孔可配合连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的分体易换的万向轮， 其特征在于所述的轮轴 （7) 两 端设置有轮轴盖（71 ) 。
3. 根据杈利要求 1所述的分体易换的万向轮， 其特征在于所述的轮支架的上端 面设置有一圆形转子槽， 所述的转子扣为圆形， 可放置在转子槽内。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的分体易换的万向轮， 其特征在于所述的包角件包括有 一内压角 （11 ) 。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的分体易换的万向轮， 其特征在于所述的圆形转子扣侧 边对称设置有两个卡扣 （31 ) , 对应地在轮支架上设置有两个卡孔 （41 ) 。
