Abstract

This LED lighting device relates to the field of lighting technology and is intended for producing easily adaptable three-dimensional lighting systems. The technical result is improved manufacturability of the design and less labour-intensive assembly and maintenance as a result of the attachment of modules without the use of fastening members, which reduces production costs. The LED lighting device comprises at least one base unit in the form of a hollow body, the outer wall of which is provided with longitudinal slots, and at least one shaped LED module, which is secured with the aid of a socket to the wall of the base unit, wherein the socket is configured to be capable of fasteningly receiving therein the end part of the aforesaid LED module and forms a one degree of freedom slotted connection with the aforesaid slots in the base unit.

Description

 LED lighting device

■ Technical field

 LED lighting device belongs to the field of lighting technology and is designed to create easily adaptable spatial lighting systems.

■ BACKGROUND

 It is known that the modular design of devices reduces the design time of equipment, reduces the cost of its manufacture, simplifies operation and modernization (Polytechnical Dictionary, edited by A.Yu. Ishlinsky, Moscow, Soviet Encyclopedia, 1989, p. 311) LED is known a lighting device comprising a housing provided with holes, the shape of which is adapted to mechanically fasten therein connecting elements made on the housing of the attached light emitting module (WO2012107247 A1, IPC F21S2 / 00, published on 08.16.2012).

 The design of the known device does not allow the possibility of changing the configuration of the lighting device, as it is composed of unique

elements, the manufacture of which increases the complexity and increases the cost of production.

 A LED lighting device is known, each module of which is equipped with a connecting link forming a translational pair with a response link mounted on the housing of an adjacent module

(US20100118532 A1, IPC F21S5 / 00, published

05/13/2010). The known solution requires the presence of at least three modules for their reliable connection with each other. In addition, the simultaneous connection of the links of two

multidirectional translational increases the complexity and increases the cost of production.

 Known LED lighting device containing a hollow carrier element of the housing,

designed to mechanically hold the lamp modules with screws passing through the wall of the bearing element of the housing and screwed into the housing

lamp module (patent US7810958 B2, IPC F21V29 / 00, published October 12, 2010).

 Patent US7810958 is the closest

analogue to the declared decision on purpose and

design and adopted as a prototype.

 The technical result of the claimed solution is to expand the arsenal of LED

lighting devices easily adaptable to

various outdoor lighting purposes. Other

the technical result of the solution is to increase the manufacturability of the design, reducing the complexity of assembly and maintenance, by attaching modules without the use of fasteners, which reduces the cost of production.

■ Detailed description of the solution.

 The claimed solution can be characterized by the following essential features:

a profiled LED module, mounted with a transitional part on the wall of the base unit, configured to fix the end part of the said LED module and forming a single-movable spline connection with the aforementioned

figure 1 shows a perspective image of a variant of the lighting device with one base unit and five radially mounted modules; figure 2 shows a perspective image of a variant of the lighting device with one base unit and one module;

 in Fig.3 shows a perspective image of a variant of the lighting device shown in Fig.2 in a parse;

 figure 4 shows a perspective image of a system composed of many basic nodes connected by linear LED modules.

 The lighting device comprises a base unit 1, a profiled linear LED module 2, and

adapter 3. Base assembly 1 has a wall with a cylindrical surface 4 and longitudinal slots 5, an end surface formed by an optically transparent plate 6, which serves as an additional source

radiation from an autonomous LED cluster 11 or a carrier of sign information. Cover 7

In the case of combining several base units 1 into a lighting system, the LED modules 2 on both sides are equipped with transitional parts 3 adapted for fixing on the surface of the corresponding base unit 1.

The process of connecting the LED modules of the lamp does not require additional fasteners and ensures the accuracy and reliability of their positioning. The device is easy to operate and maintain.

 Various configurations of the LED lighting device are achieved due to the profile shape of its housing. In this case, the creation of an extensive light-emitting surface can be easily ensured.

■ Industrial applicability

 The embodiments of structural elements described in the description are not exhaustive. Equivalent in terms of the achieved constructive solutions may have various embodiments adapted to implement the claimed solution. The structural parts have technological forms that can be manufactured using known means having automated control.
