Abstract

本发明提供一种提高酶促油脂制备生物柴油产率的方法,在酶催化短链醇和油脂反应制备生物柴油的过程中,引入在线脱水步骤,使酶反应器内易挥发气体进入低温吸收罐内,脱水后的气体回流至酶反应器中,形成的气路循环可以不断带出酶反应器内的水分。
