- a convex fixture such as a bolt or nut that connects the solar panels 101 to each other. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the blade 11 from being damaged by the fixing tool, and the blade 11 from being caught by the fixing tool to prevent the cleaning device 10 from moving. Moreover, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of unwiped water on the solar panel 101 near the fixture.
- each blade 11 is formed by joining ends of a plurality of blade pieces 11a along the extending direction of the edge.
- the blade size becomes longer, and it is necessary to individually create blades with lengths corresponding to the size of the object to be cleaned such as a solar panel. There is. For this reason, the maintainability such as attachment / replacement of the blade is deteriorated, and the cost for producing the blade is increased.
- the length of the blade 11 can be easily changed by changing the number of blade pieces 11a to be joined. Therefore, the cost for producing the blade 11 can be reduced, and further, maintainability such as attachment / replacement of the blade 11 can be improved.
- the nozzle 12 has one or a plurality of holes, and discharges a liquid such as water or a cleaning liquid for cleaning the light receiving surface 101a of the solar panel 101 from the holes.
- Each nozzle 12 is connected to a tank 14 through a pipe 13 and discharges water stored in the tank 14.
- the nozzle 12 is preferably made of a material having excellent lightness / rust prevention properties such as aluminum.
- the blade 11 and the nozzle 12 are arranged in this order along the traveling direction (x direction). This is because water is sprayed on the solar panel 101 by the nozzle 12 and the light receiving surface 101 a of the solar panel 101 is cleaned while being wiped by the blade 11.
- the order of arrangement of the nozzles 12 and the blades 11 must be reversed.
- the arrangement of the nozzles 12 and the blades 11 may be changed and used, for example, by rotating the cleaning device 180 ° and attaching it to the solar panel 101. Or you may add to another set of washing
- the hole of the nozzle 12 is disposed opposite the surface to be cleaned, or
- the reference plane S is inclined with respect to the blade 11 side. Therefore, more water can be discharged toward the blade 11 and directed toward the blade 11, and the amount of water supplied to the contact portion between the light receiving surface 101a and the blade 11 can be increased.
- the flow of more water supplied to the contact portion between the light receiving surface 101a and the blade 11 not only removes dirt such as dust accumulated on the light receiving surface 101a but also acts to remove the dirt attached to the blade 11. Therefore, the blade 11 can be kept clean for a long time.
- the discharge angle of the nozzle 12 may be set so that all water is discharged toward the blade 11 with respect to the reference plane S passing through the nozzle 12. As a result, the amount of water supplied to the contact portion between the light receiving surface 101a and the blade 11 can be further increased, so that the dirt attached to the blade 11 can be effectively removed.

- the driving force of the motor is transmitted to each tire by a shaft, a bearing, a timing belt, etc. Or four-wheel drive.
- the control circuit 16 controls water supply from the tank 14 and driving of the motor 15. Specifically, the control circuit 16 controls the amount of water supplied from the tank 14 to the pipe 13 by controlling the power supplied from the power source 17. The control circuit 16 controls the power supplied from the power source 17 to control the ON / OFF of the motor 15, the driving speed, the rotation direction, and the like.
- the cleaning apparatus 10 is equipped with a power source 17 such as a battery.
- the power may be directly supplied from an external power source without including the power source 17.
- the cleaning device 10 when power is directly supplied to the cleaning device 10 from an external power source, it is necessary to connect the cleaning device 10 to the external power source by a power cord. In this case, the power cord may be caught by the solar panel 101 and obstacles around the solar panel 101 and the cleaning device 10 may be prevented from being driven. Therefore, it is preferable that the cleaning apparatus 10 is equipped with the power source 17 as in the present embodiment.

- the frame 20 is made of an aluminum member, which is a metal member that is lightweight and excellent in rust prevention, and is made light in weight by forming a frame structure with excellent rigidity such as a truss structure.
- FIG. 3A is a perspective view for explaining the positional relationship between the blades 11 and the nozzles 12 shown in FIG. 2B
- FIG. 3B is a perspective view of FIG. It is a perspective view which shows the modification of the arrangement
- a nozzle 12 is arranged for each blade segment 11a constituting the blade 11.
- the nozzle 12 when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the reference plane S, the nozzle 12 is disposed at a position where the joint (end) of the blade piece 11a and the hole of the nozzle 12 do not overlap.
- the blade 11 has a configuration in which a plurality of blade pieces 11 a are combined, water may leak from the joint of the blade pieces 11 a and wrap around the back side of the blade 11.
- the water that has entered the back side of the blade 11 contains dirt, and when dried, it leads to redeposition of dirt.
- the nozzle 12 is arranged at a position where the joint of the blade piece 11a and the hole of the nozzle 12 do not overlap when viewed from the direction perpendicular to the reference plane S. That is, since the hole of the nozzle 12 is disposed at a position that does not face the joint of the blade piece 11a, the amount of water supplied to the joint of the blade piece 11a can be relatively reduced. .
- the nozzle 12 is preferably arranged at a position where the vicinity of the central portion of the blade piece 11a and the hole of the nozzle 12 face each other. This makes it difficult for water to leak from the joints of the blade fragments 11a, so that reattachment of dirt can be suppressed.
- two or more nozzles 12 may be arranged for each blade piece 11a constituting the blade 11. Even in this case, the hole of the nozzle 12 only needs to be disposed at a position facing the vicinity of the center of the blade fragment 11a so that more water is discharged to the region excluding the joint of the blade fragment 11a. .
- one nozzle 12 may be arranged for each of a plurality of blade pieces 11a constituting the blade 11. Thereby, since the number of the nozzles 12 to be arranged can be reduced, the cost of the cleaning device 10 can be reduced.
- the cleaning device 10 includes the blade 11 for wiping off the water on the light receiving surface 101a, the remaining amount of wiping water on the light receiving surface 101a can be reduced as compared with a conventional configuration that does not include the blade 11. Can do. Therefore, according to the cleaning device 10, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of dirt reattachment or scale caused by drying of the remaining wiped water, and to suppress uneven cleaning of the light receiving surface 101 a.
- the hole of the nozzle 12 is arranged opposite to the surface to be cleaned, or parallel to the edge of the blade 11 in contact with the light receiving surface 101a and with respect to a reference plane S perpendicular to the light receiving surface 101a. Since the blade 11 is inclined to the blade 11 side, more water can be discharged toward the blade 11 and directed toward the blade 11. Therefore, the amount of water supplied to the contact portion between the light receiving surface 101a and the blade 11 can be increased as compared with the conventional configuration in which water is discharged in the direction opposite to the direction in which the blade 11 is disposed. it can.
- the flow of more water supplied to the contact portion between the light receiving surface 101a and the blade 11 not only removes dirt such as dust accumulated on the light receiving surface 101a, but also removes dirt attached to the blade 11. Since it acts to drop, the blade 11 can be kept clean for a long time.
- the blade 11 is for wiping off dirt accumulated on the light receiving surface 101a simultaneously with water. Since the dirt accumulates on the edge of the blade 11 as the light receiving surface 101a is cleaned, the cleaning operation is performed. At the same time, the water wiping performance deteriorates, and there is a problem that high cleaning ability cannot be maintained.
- the water discharged in the direction opposite to the direction in which the blade 11 is disposed only moistens the light receiving surface 101a and temporarily lifts up dust, and the light received is inclined before being wiped off by the blade 11. Since most of the water flows from the surface 101a, the amount of water supplied to the edge of the blade 11 is reduced. Therefore, dust easily collects on the blade 11 and the cleaning ability of the blade 11 is reduced.
- the hole of the nozzle 12 is disposed so as to face the surface to be cleaned, or is inclined to the blade 11 side with respect to the reference plane S, so that more water is supplied to the blade 11 side. Discharge.
- the amount of water supplied to the contact portion between the light receiving surface 101a and the blade 11 can be increased, dirt attached to the blade 11 can be removed by this water flow.
- discharging more water to the blade 11 side even when the solar panel 101 is tilted as in the present embodiment, before the water discharged to the light receiving surface 101a flows down. Since the blade 11 can be wiped off, the amount of water supplied to the edge of the blade 11 is maintained, and the cleaning effect of the blade 11 can be maintained.
- the cleaning device 10 that can suppress the cleaning unevenness of the light receiving surface 101a and can maintain the cleaning performance for a long time.

- water may be discharged from the nozzle 12 so that the contact portion between the blade 11 and the light receiving surface 101a is included in the linear region 12a.
- dirt attached to the blade 11 can be effectively removed.
- the solar panel 101 is installed so as to be inclined so that sunlight is incident on the light receiving surface 101a as vertically as possible, so that the water sprayed on the blade 11 is received from the edge of the blade 11 to the light receiving surface. It is easy to flow toward the lower side of the light receiving surface 101a. For this reason, the dirt of the blade 11 is removed by the water sprayed from the nozzle 12 to the blade 11, and the water transferred from the edge of the blade 11 to the light receiving surface 101a and the water directly discharged to the light receiving surface 101a is collected on the light receiving surface 101a. Dirt (such as dust) can be lifted and removed by the blade 11.
- a cleaning device 10b that discharges water from the nozzle 12 toward the circular region 12a on the light receiving surface 101a will be described.
- FIG. 6 is a perspective view for explaining a region where water is discharged by the nozzle 12 provided in the cleaning device 10b according to the present embodiment. - the accumulated dirt can be floated with water in advance and easily removed by the blade 11, and the light receiving surface 101a can be effectively cleaned.
- the water from the nozzle 12 is discharged toward the circular region 12b on the light receiving surface 101a. Therefore, dirt accumulated on the light receiving surface 101a located on the downstream side in the traveling direction of the cleaning device 10b and separated from the blade 11 can be floated with water in advance and easily removed by the blade 11.
- the cleaning capability of the cleaning device 10b can be improved.
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- the nozzle 12 may be arranged so that a part of the water discharged from the nozzle 12 is directly blown onto the blade 11.
- FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a modified example of a region where water is discharged by the nozzle 12 shown in FIG.
- water may be discharged from the nozzle 12 so that the contact portion between the blade 11 and the light receiving surface 101a is included in a circular region 12b.
- dirt attached to the blade 11 can be more effectively removed.
- the cleaning apparatus includes a nozzle that discharges a liquid (water) for cleaning toward a surface to be cleaned (light receiving surface 101a), and an elastic member that wipes the liquid on the surface to be cleaned.
- a nozzle that discharges a liquid (water) for cleaning toward a surface to be cleaned (light receiving surface 101a), and an elastic member that wipes the liquid on the surface to be cleaned.
- the hole of the nozzle is It arrange
- the nozzle hole is disposed opposite to the surface to be cleaned, or parallel to the tip of the blade in contact with the surface to be cleaned, and with respect to a reference plane perpendicular to the surface to be cleaned. Since it is arranged to be inclined toward the blade, more liquid can be discharged toward the blade and directed toward the blade. Therefore, compared to the conventional configuration in which liquid is discharged in the direction opposite to the direction in which the blade is disposed with respect to the surface to be cleaned, the amount of liquid supplied to the contact portion between the surface to be cleaned and the blade is reduced. Can be increased. The flow of more liquid supplied to the contact area between the surface to be cleaned and the blade not only removes dirt such as dust on the surface to be cleaned, but also acts to remove dirt attached to the blade. Can be kept clean for a long time.
- the nozzle discharges the liquid toward a linear region on the surface to be cleaned that is substantially parallel to the tip portion. It is preferable to do.
- the nozzle discharges the liquid toward the linear region on the surface to be cleaned, which is substantially parallel to the tip of the blade, the liquid is discharged over a wide range along the tip of the blade. It becomes possible to spray uniformly.
- the nozzle discharges the liquid toward a circular region on the surface to be cleaned.
- the nozzle discharges the liquid toward the circular region on the surface to be cleaned, not only the contact portion between the blade and the surface to be cleaned or the vicinity thereof, but also the moving direction of the cleaning device It becomes possible to discharge the liquid onto the surface to be cleaned, which is located on the downstream side and away from the blade.
- dirt accumulated on the surface to be cleaned which is located on the downstream side in the traveling direction of the cleaning device, can be easily removed by the blade by floating in advance with a liquid.
- the cleaning ability of the cleaning device for the surface can be improved.
